"Nothing!" said Eddie as he walked backwards and away from an angry victor. "Tell me NOW!" shouted Victor, louder than he ever has before. "Uh" said Eddie as he carried on walking backwards and not looking where he was going! He then tripped over his suitcase, which he left lying on the floor and he then tumbled to the ground. Letting go of the cup. The cup hit the floor with a loud chime. "Boy, what is this?" asked Victor. "Uh, it's my mother's trophy, she won it at her bingo, match!" said Eddie slowly as he thought up better, cunning plans! "Don't lie to me boy!" shouted Victor, right in Eddies face! "Don't tell me that this is, wait a second, it is, it must be! THE CUP OF ANKH?" shouted Victor. "NO! No! Not the cup of ankh, um, the cup of mank!" Exclaimed Eddie. "How dare you dis this amazing gift of life!" said Victor as he looked right into the golden chalice. "More like gift of death!" said Eddie, but victor was too marmalised to listen. There was then an awkward silence…. "Um, so? Vic? What you gonna do with this thing?" asked Eddie. "Well first, I'm taking it off of you and giving you a detention tomorrow after school and you must clean the whole school with your own toothbrush, you dirty little scum! Now go to bed! As Fabian didn't want to get told off, he pretended to be asleep. Dexter was just sitting up, half-awake like "What just happened here?" Eddie just shook his head, as he got back into bed and went to sleep until the next morning.
The Next morning, it was only 6:00am but already children's alarms were going off which waked up a very cranky victor. Victor ran out of his office in a hurry and shouted "whoever's alarm that it, you have a 4 hour detention after school with me!" he shouted as his eyes were still groggy form his nap. Victors alarming voice had awoken everybody in the house. Trudy came rushing out of her bedroom with a duster. "What's happening, what's wrong?" asked Trudy as she held up her duster like a weapon. "Don't worry Trudy, whoever's alarm went off has a detention after school with me!" shouted Victor.
"Oh, but victor aren't you forgetting something?" asked Trudy. "What is that?" asked Victor. "That the children have graduated and are leaving today. "What?" asked Victor as he was so surprised. "They all graduated? Even Lewis?" asked Victor. "Oh yes, Alfie graduated, along with the rest" exclaimed Trudy. "Yes!" shouted victor as he jumped around, dancing and singing. Kt walked through the door and knocked into him. "Wow victor, how out of character! Why are you dancing? Did you just figure out the secret of eternal life?" asked Kt as she walked down the stairs staring at him. "No, actually, I can't wait to get rid of you pests and have a new fresh bunch of vermin, which hopefully this time, all because of one stupid chosen one turning up, won't get in my way!" Shouted victor without taking a second to breathe. "Ok?" said Kt as she slid into the living room, smiling at victor. "Anyway, that reminds me!" said Victor as he went into his office and grabbed the cup from his safe.
After half an hour, the children were fully packed and had already called their taxis to come in 1 hour. As it was the last day of the year, everyone in the school was beginning to go home for the holidays, but the seniors were going to go home forever. Everybody was in the living room when Trudy burst in! "Oh, guys, I'm gonna miss you so much!" she screamed as she began tearing up and lunged at the children, to give them a big, fat hug. Everyone laughed. "Everyone quiet!" said Victor in a low voice as he walked in. "I SAID QUIET!" he shouted as loud as he could. The children all stopped and stared; Trudy got up off of the sofa and stood next to victor. Victor then began a speech about how he won't miss the children and about their worst times together. "Pst!" Whispered Eddie to Fabian. "What?" he asked. "We need to get the cup back from victor!" he whispered to Fabian. Kt slightly heard it too but didn't scrape in. "Ok so, when?" asked Fabian. "Now!" "What?" Eddie stands up. "Uh, sorry to interrupt you, uh, vic, but I really need to go to the toilet!" said Eddie. "NO!" Shouted an angry, vexed Victor. "Oh victor, just let him go, go on, you may go sweetie!" said Trudy as she gestured to the door. As soon as victor turned away, Eddie ran up the stairs. Victor, who had stupidly left his office door wide open, was just finishing his speech. The children stood up and went to grab a quick breakfast, which was Trudy's Amazing, Spectacular, Exquisite Cornflakes!
'RING!' Alfie's phone rang. He answered and put it to his ear. "Who is it?" asked Kt. "Shh!" said Alfie. "Hello Alfie, how are you?" asked Amber who was on the phone. "Oh, hey amber, I'm fine, were just about to leave the house, for, well, ever!" said Alfie, very energetically. "Ok, well I can't wait to meet up with you tomorrow lunchtime; we have so much to catch up on!" Said Amber. "Well, amber, there has been a change of plans!" said Alfie. "What?" she asked. "Look, just meet me, well, us, at the airport as soon as you can! Bring a suitcase of clothes, makeup and whatever cream or whatever you use and obviously your passport. "Ooh, are we going on holiday?" asked Amber. "Yes, and our flight leaves in three hours, so get there soon!" shouted Alfie as he hung up on a very excited amber. "Who was that?" asked Kt. "Oh, just amber, she's coming with us to America!" said Alfie, "Oh really? That's amazing!" said Kt. "Really? Not when you have a new girlfriend that she doesn't yet know about!" said Alfie, who was juggling about with nervousness. Willow then wandered in with her walrus suitcase. "Hey guys!" she screeched as she tried her hardest to pull the heavy thing in by her rope. "Willow, you do know that the suitcase has wheels!" said Fabian. "I know, but wheels are boring, I wanted to be exciting for once! IS THAT SO WRONG?!" She screamed. Meanwhile upstairs, Eddie was still searching around for the cup. He then saw a weird glow coming through the gaps of victors safe. "Uh, yes!" he shouted as he kneeled down in from of the safe. "Come on house, tell me the stupid code!" said Eddie to himself. Then, suddenly, its came to him. '2291' or 1922 backwards. The safe swung open, revealing the beautiful, shining cup. Eddie grabbed it and ran out, just in time for victor to catch him. He shoved the cup into his suitcase and slowly pulled it down the stairs. After a couple of minutes, everybody was now finishing their packing. Joy and Mara sat on their beds, in the rooms which had now been stripped down to ugly, plain walls and nothing but echoes filled the room. "I'm really going to miss this place!" said Joy. "Me too!" said Mara as she struggled to zip up her suitcase. "Ha, do you remember the time when I fancied Fabian and we played truth or dare, so I tried to make him kiss me!" said Joy. "Or that time when you kissed him in front of Nina at the dance?" asked Mara as she tried her hardest to pull the suitcase shut. "AHH, WHY WONT IT SHUT?" she shouted. "Ok, let me help!" said Joy as she simply pulled the zip softly and it closed. "Thanks!" said Mara. "Oh, and do you remember that time when me and you were writing for the school website?" asked Joy. "Or when you went missing?" asked Mara. "Oh, Mara, I told you that I just had a short break off of school, that's all!" said Mara. "Oh, don't worry, I know all about the mystery stuff, Fabian doesn't keep secrets!" said Mara. The two then sat and thought. Meanwhile, willow was in her room, packing up the last of her liquorish collection. "Oh yes, this piece of liquorish was founded by Rose DeWitt Bukkater on the fourteenth of April 1912!" said Willow as she threw the mouldy old liquorish into her suitcase. "Omg, I don't care!" shouted Patricia. "Ok, ok!" moaned Willow, they had all now just about finished. "I'm never going to forget this house, this bedroom, or even just lying in this bed!" said Joy as she layed down. "Me either, but uh. It's a new chapter for us all now, it's time for this one to end and for us all to move on from this school!" said Mara as she stood up and a tear dropped out of her eye. They both then laughed and began tearing up. After another five minutes everybody was in the entrance hall, with their things packed. Fabian and Patricia, along with Alfie all wandered into the living area. "I will never, ever, ever forget his amazing house!" Said Fabian. "Yeah, whether it's for the better or the worst!" laughed Patricia. "I will never forget being trapped down in the cellar with the creepy dog face, or being locked in the sarcophagus for a whole night, or being bitten by a spider, or turning into a child again, or falling through the floor, or having to wake up Frobishers dead body, or nearly tuning to stone or nearly dying so that victor could live forever or just generally anything that happened at this place!" said Alfie all in one breath. "Ok then!" said Fabian. "Ok, so I guess this is it!" said Trudy. "I guess it is!" said Victor from his office window. "Oh, I'm going to miss you all so much!" said Trudy as she began crying into Jerome's shoulder.
"Oh, come on Trudy, we also have to miss out on you cooking!" said Jerome. "I will never forget cooking for you greedy children!" Chuckled Trudy. The taxis then turned up and beeped their horns. "I guess this really is goodbye, forever!" said Joy and Mara as they both hugged Trudy. "I love you trudes!" said Alfie. The children then began exiting the house. "Goodbye children, or should I say, young acolytes!" said Trudy. "Goodbye, I will never forget you either victor!" said Mara and Joy again, in unison. "I will always remember you!" said Fabian. "You too, my friend!" said Victor as he actually smiled. And began to cry at the children leaving. "Goodbye victor!" said Patricia. "Love you vic!" said Alfie. The last one to leave was Eddie. He gave Trudy as big hug and said "I love you Trudy!" before he stepped out and grabbed the door knob, he slowly began pulling the door as he peered into the most mysterious house ever, and looked up to see victor. "I'll always have a place in my heart for you too vic, although you were sometimes a pain!" said Eddie. "You too osirian you too!" said a now very sad Victor, Eddie then closed the door, leaving an upset Trudy to wave out of the window and a surprisingly upset victor, talking once again to his stuffed raven. "They are now gone corbiear, the osirian, the chosen one also left a long time ago, along with all the rest. Now it's just you, me, Trudy, and the next set of miscreants!" said Victor…when he noticed that his safe had been opened and shouted at the top of his lungs "EDDISON!"...
