The Letter.
18 Years Later
Doctor and River had not spoken for other three days know, did his wife love him or trust any more, on that he felt in his hearts that she did not and he hurt him so to think about it, he had sat down in there bedroom at that desk one morning and wrote in his words why he had to marry Queen Elizabeth.
He felt so hurt that as he wrote the words on to paper a tear rolled down his cheeks and dripped on to the letter, once he had finished he put the letter on to the desk folder up with the words Hello sweetie, he always loved river saying that to him all the time.
He walk out the room and headed back to the console, river came out the bathroom sat down at the desk and look down at the paper, she picked it up and smiled, unfolding it her hands was shaking why had he wrote a letter he never did, it was not what the doctor ever did she knew that, as the words appeared in front of her eyes.
Dear River,
My lovely wife this his the hardest thing I ever have to write in my lifetime, I know I have truly upset you and I, look it start,s like this I saved Queen Elizabeth for a transforming alien that was trying to kill her, we had lunch yes please do not get mad, I kissed her I am sorry it was wrong, this was before I met you, I know your upset with me and I do care I truly do, anyway she ask has a thank you for me to marry her so she did not have to marry a horrible peasant men, ugly well I have seen many aliens and he was bad very bad, I know I should of told you why I married her she was going to behead me, which in the end she nearly did, long story tell you about it one day, I then went though with it and felt bad for what I had done, the guy yes ugly put still I should of told you the truth.
River when it comes to you I married you because you did not won,t to kill me and that breaks my hearts when you died for me in the library, you come in to my life again and I was shocked to see you, it was if someone had turned back time, there you stood on that ship wow you look beautiful a women that I met once, you knew my name I never forget it, please do not put this down on the desk, let me finish.

River sat back in the chair and look at the letter she was crying had he said what he had said, put on the bottom of the paper it had written P.T.O it said.

River look at it and cried my god she never knew he felt this why, he never told her he loved her put this was something that she had to talk to him about and that she was going to do.
Once she had dried of and got change she walk of down the corridors and headed to the console room the doctor was sitting in his chair on the walkway, river walk in.
"Why did you not tell me sweetie," she said.
He look up from his book and smiled the act of quantum psychics, he closed the book and walk towards her, he smiled and look at her as he strolled down the stairs.
"It his hard for me to, put know I am older greyer I can tell you,, he said.
"The day we had sex was the last time you was the other you, then I got pregnant and had sharon, you always came to see me put I never told us how you felt, I am scared and know she his ill, so doctor what was it you told me in the letter," She said smiling at him as he stood in front her
His white shirt and black jacket hung nicely, the trousers was of a silk kind and the dock style boots made him look mainly, he was different, grey, old and wrinkly put he was her doctor and that she knew.
He gulped and smiled he put his right hand on to her cheek, " River Song I love you," He said as there eyes met his blue eyes look back at her she let out a shocked breath as he pulled her towards him, there lips met, the kiss felt like a long time and river knew it had, put when he pulled away she smiled and he kissed her softly on the forehead, he turned and taking her hand lead her to there bedroom.
"Where are we going doctor", she said looking at him as he walk her down the long corridor,s he step in to the room not letting her hand go, he turned her to face him and smiled there eyes met again and before she could speak he had taken her by the mouth the kiss was longer then the last time, he moved his hand slowly down her back and she let out scream under each kiss, with his right foot he kick the bedroom door and and it shut.
