Chapter 15: Invasion of the enemy part two
Roars of the White Fang soldiers filled the city as they ran inside The Order's headquarters; with swords and dust powered rifles in their hands they killed innocent desk workers of The Order. They rush in all three buildings taking slaying anyone that's in their way, the Red Juggernaut stood still in the middle of the headquarter watching with a smile on his face. As the soldiers invade all three buildings, most of made their way towards the larger one while two figure were heading downstairs.
"What do we do Magnar?" Markus asked.
"We'll go down and take them out!"Magnar said.
"Any limitations?"
"Kill if you have to."
"Roger!"
As they were running down the hall, Magnar eyes glow crimson red. He looks down to see many dots appear in his vision.
"Oh boy there's a lot of them." He said.
"Nothing we can't handle." Markus replied.
As the two reach a staircase, they jump all the way down to the main level. As they land on the ground, they bust open the door and started running again, they ran down the hall and Magnar saw three red dots in front of them moving closer. Magnar raises his sword and red energy flow around the blade, at the end of the hall the door flung open and Magnar swings his sword sending a red sword emission beam horizontally. It hit three White Fang soldiers sending them backwards, as Markus and Magnar ran out of the hallway they stood on an upper floor to see members of The Order fighting back against the White Fang soldiers. Some had guns, some had swords that transform into scythes, and others were using their semblance. The two jumps down to aid the others, as Markus was falling down he sent a shockwave of electricity at some soldiers sending them back as Magnar send emission beams at others.
They land as Markus pulls out his giant sword out of its sheath and send emission beams as well hitting some, he moves his way forward clashing swords against a soldier before hitting them in the face with the pommel of his sword. Magnar rapier started to glow red as he ran and slashes the invaders weapons cutting them in half, as they became stun at what just happen Markus quickly beat them down.
Meanwhile in the building on the left, the doors were tightly shut but soldier was trying break into it. Desk workings move their way towards the end of the building, however they had nowhere to escape. Suddenly the door blew open and soldiers ran inside, as they got halfway near the desk workers a war hammer fell into the ground causing the soldier to scatter. A male wearing an orange chest plate and gauntlets walks up to the hammer and picks it up, it was Lax. He rests the hammer on his shoulder as two male figures appear behind him, one had turquoise hair with two nine section chain whips and the other with blond hair and hook swords.
"You assholes picked the wrong crew to mess with, let's get em boys!" Lax and his two companions charge at their enemies.
The men got up but was send backwards when Lax swung his hammer hitting them, the male with turquoise hair whips his weapon leaving a huge gash on many soldiers while the blonde one trip some while cutting their heel at the same time.
Back in the larger building Markus and Magnar with the other members continue fighting, Markus manage to slash some soldiers being careful not to kill them as he sends an electric beam emission out of his hand at some soldiers feet causing a small explosion scattering them. Magnar stabs some in the leg making them fall down as he was moving fast.
"We need to push them back!" Magnar yelled.
"No shit!" one of the members replied back as they hit a soldier with a baton.
Markus stabs his sword into the ground and electricity flow around his arms and sends an electrical arc emission at multiple enemies shocking them and sending them back, more soldiers rush inside the building as they charge in to attack.
In the building on the right more members were fighting off the horde of enemies, Nigel who was there threw knives at some as he took two out of it holsters and continues to stab others. He stabs one soldier with both knives lift him up and threw him into a wall, Nigel quickly turn to send dark green shadow mimics of himself running towards a group of soldiers knocking them down. One soldier tried to sneak up on Nigel but was quickly trapped in concrete, Nigel turn around to see Izzy coming next to him as she summons rocks around her arm and a female Faunus with wolf ears and tail holding double bladed kamas with chains at the end of it wrapped around her arms in her hands. A large number of soldiers ran towards them while Izzy smashes one in the face with her rock arm as the female Faunus jump in front her and slashes the other soldiers, she flips over one man, stabs him in the shoulders and threw him into a crowd of soldiers. They flew into a wall as Nigel summons a large dark green shadow to imprison them in.
"Nice one Nigel!" The female Faunus said.
"No time for celebration, there's more outside let's go!" Izzy yelled and the three ran for the exit.
In the mean time in the larger building Markus, Magnar and the other twenty seven members took down all the soldiers in the building.
"Alright! All of you go and check on for survivors, Markus you're with me." Magnar said.
The other members ran to look for any desk workers as Magnar and Markus ran outside; when they got there they joined with Nigel, Lax, Izzy and the other three companions. The outside was a mess, dead bodies on the ground, small craters created; black smoke flowed in the air from the explosion earlier. As they were about to talk to each other, Izzy's watch started to ring. She lifts up her hand to reveal it was some sort of a watch phone, it was also touch screen. She presses her watch a voice started to speak out of it.
"Izzy!" A female voice said.
"Sam! Where are you?" Izzy replied.
"At the training ground in the back, there's too many of them we need help!"
"We're coming Sam hold on!" Izzy turn off her watch phone when the ground slightly shook.
"That's right... Run... Run like the rats you are..."
All of them turn around to see the Red Juggernaut walking towards them, he stops waiting for his foe to strike.
"Magnar take the others and go help, I'll take care of this." Markus said.
"We're staying." Lax spoke as him and Nigel stood next to Markus.
"Are you sure?" Margnar asked.
"Just go!" Magnar took the four companions and left to help the others in the back.
Markus, Nigel and Lax got in a stance. Markus holding his giant sword preparing to strike, Lax resting his hammer on his shoulder and Nigel pulling out knives from their holsters.
"It's been awhile Ebony... I thought I killed you before." The Red Juggernaut said.
"Well you thought wrong." Markus replied.
"Hmmm... Then I promise you that today I will finish the job!" The Red Juggernaut rushes towards the three with a helmet mechanically covering his face as they did the same.
Meanwhile at Beacon Lilly, Idris and Cameron just got back from the city. Lilly was carrying groceries bags while Idris and Cameron were holding boxes; they had brought a TV to their dorm room. As they settle everything down, Lilly put away the groceries in the fridge while Cameron and Idris set up the TV. As they had put everything in order, their dorm room door swung open to reveal Team RWBY and JNPR panting.
"Oh hey guys... Why are you out of breath?" Cameron asked.
"Check...This...Out!" Jaune said as he handed him his scroll
On the scroll was a live broadcasting news, it was broadcasting a tall building being attack and explosions. On the bottom of the scrolls screen a bright red banner had words on it, it read:
The Order under attack by White Fang.
The three looks up at their friends with wide eyes and Ozpin appears on a small screen of the scroll.
"Students of Beacon, there have been an incident in the City of Vale. We advise to stay within the academy; all dust planes will not leave or come to this school to insure the safety of our students."
Ozpin screen disappear and Idris quickly turn on the TV and turn the channel to the news, the camera view shows black smoke and buildings damaged. It also focuses on 4 figures fighting each other, but had troubles getting identification due to the smoke.
"Stupid smoke, I can't see what's happening!" Ruby yelled.
"It looks like people are fighting down there." Blake said.
"Oh my... there's bodies on the floor." Pyrrha spoke.
"W-wait! Where's Markus?" Lilly asked.
"... There." Yang pointed at the TV screen as the camera got a better angle of the people fight.
It was Markus, Lax and Nigel fighting the Red Juggernaut. Markus send an electrical sword emission beam at the Juggernaut only result of him skidding with no damage affected. The eleven watched in shock as they watch their friend fighting on TV.
Back at The Order headquarters the Red Juggernaut tries to punch Markus but blocks it with the blade of his sword, Markus skid backwards as Lax appears in front of him swinging his hammer at the Juggernaut hitting him in the face. The Red Juggernaut was spun around while Nigel send dark green shadows that rush towards him, the shadows tried to tackle the Juggernaut down but was only thrown back. Markus jumps into the air and infuse electricity with his sword, he swings his sword down but the Juggernaut catches the blade between his hands. Markus uses his strength and manages to slide the blade down hitting the Juggernaut, as the blade made contact with the Juggernauts armor a huge sword emission beam push him back crashing into the wall that circled around the headquarters. Another hole and set of smoke was created as the three wait for the Juggernaut to strike, but a large stone was thrown instead into the air heading towards them.
"Move!" Lax yelled.
The three jump out of the way as the debris crash into the ground, the Juggernaut ran out of the smoke and towards Lax. Lax didn't see him coming and was rammed, he was flip into the air while the Juggernaut ran towards Nigel. Nigel prepare himself for the attack but Markus crashes into the Juggernaut causing them to skid on the ground, Markus quickly sends a sword beam emission at the Juggernaut who only ran through it. Markus jumps into the air and kicks the back of the Juggernauts head, the Juggernaut almost stumble into the ground as Nigel threw knives completely covered in dark green energy at the Juggernaut. However it did not do any damage since the Juggernauts armor was made by strong metal, but he was push forwards when Markus sends an electrical beam emission at him from his hand. Lax got up from the ground and retrieved his weapon; he turns to see the Juggernaut struggling to get up and ran towards him swinging his hammer across the Juggernauts head. He continues to swing his hammer across the Juggernauts face but was caught by his hand; Lax tries to use his strength to push the Juggernaut but had no luck doing so. Before the Juggernaut could do any damage Markus and Nigel were in the air, Nigel summons a giant fist made by dark green energy while Markus infuses it with electricity and slams it into the Juggernaut sending him crashing into the wall again.
The three regrouped as the ground started to shake.
"Shit! Get ready guys he's using his semblance." Markus said.
Before they were able to do so the Juggernaut came out of the smoke, stomps his left foot into the ground and claps his hands together sending a shockwave towards the three. The three flew into the air crashing into the main floor of the larger building, as they hit the ground they struggle to get up.
"Guys... Go... Help the others, I'll handle him." Markus said.
"Are you crazy?! Remember what happen the last time Markus! I will not let that happen again." Lax yelled at Markus.
"It won't trust me, go help the others. They probably need it more than this situation right now."
"But..."
"Lax don't worry, I can fight him by myself. If anything I can count on you guys to come back and help, right?" Markus stood in front of them as he stabs his sword into the ground.
Lax and Nigel looks at each other knowing that Markus was right and there was no point continuing arguing with Markus.
"After this shit is done, you're buying us some desserts!" Lax and Nigel ran out of the building as they ran towards the training ground.
Markus unbutton his cloak and threw it on the ground and pull out his sword from the floor, the ground started to shake again as the Juggernaut enters the building.
"You're a lot stronger than I remember Ebony." The Red Juggernaut said.
"Well it has been two years, what the hell did you expect?" Markus responded.
"Someone who isn't a wise ass like you."
"Meh... Can't get what you wish for." With that Markus took off his eye patch and disappeared from the Juggernaut view but a sword emission beam appears in front of him sending out crashing into some escalators.
The Juggernaut got up quickly and Markus appear from a flash of black, and they ran towards each other. Meanwhile in the training ground, members of The Order and White Fang soldier were fighting each other, the number of White Fang soldier outnumber The Orders. As the members were almost trap into a corner, Magnar and the other four just got in time to save them. The blade of Magnar's rapier started to glow with crimson red energy flows around it as he lands in front of the White Fang soldiers and stabs the ground sending a red wave blast at them. Some flew into the air as others were sent backwards, Izzy summons rocks from the ground to trap some soldiers as the male with turquoise hair swings his chain whips around him while slashing some. The female Faunus swing her kamas around leaving cuts on some soldiers while the blonde hair male stabs two by each hook blades and threw them into the air, Izzy raises her arm to summons rocks from the ground and surrounds the two in the air in a sphere prison. She then lowers her arm making the sphere prison hit a large crowd of enemies scattering them. As they defeated a large number of enemies, male screams of pain were as the others turn to see a group of soldier being taken down by an invisible force. Leaves started twirling in the air to reveal a light pink female in a black suit; she had a kunai in her mouth and a wakizashi in her hand.
"Sam!" Izzy yelled.
"Izmph!" The female now know as Sam tried to say.
"Take that knife out of your mouth!"
"First of all it's not a knife it's a kunai, secondly can't you be happy to see me."
"Of Course I'm happy!"
"Samantha is there any workers here?" Magnar asked.
"Yup, there all safe in there." Sam pointed at a very small building far away from the three buildings.
It was connected by the wall that circled around the headquarters, just then Lax and Nigel arrived as they rose from a shadow.
"What are you guys doing I thought you were helping Markus!" Magnar yelled.
"He told us to come here and help you guys thinking that you needed it."
"Are you guys stupid!? It's not like another batch of White Fang is coming right..."
Before Izzy could finish her sentence another explosion blew up a hole in the wall, the eight look to see that a wave of White Fang soldiers running out of the smoke. They roar as they made their way towards the eight.
"... You jinxed it." Lax said.
"Shut the hell up Lax!" Izzy yelled back.
"Samantha who is watching the workers?" Magnar asked.
"We got thirty other people with them inside the building." She replied.
"You thinking we can take them?" The blonde hair asked.
"I believe so..."
The eight got in a line and ran at the enemy, they strike first with Lax jumping into the air and slamming his hammer into the ground sending some men into the air.
Back in the front of the headquarters in the larger building, Markus had sent a Sword emission beam at Juggernaut who was pushed back a little bit. The Juggernaut then slams both of his fists down onto the ground creating a shockwave and a large crater, Markus jump out in the air and sends multiple sword emission beams the Juggernaut. It hit the Juggernaut created smoke around him, the Juggernaut then jumps into the air head butting into Markus sending the both of them into the upper level. Markus lands onto the floor hard and tries to get up but the Juggernaut grabs him by the shirt, slams him onto the floor then kicks him. Markus flew into a wall as he coughed out blood from his mouth when he collided with it; Markus was able to stand on both his feet and charges at the Juggernaut. The Juggernaut tries to punch Markus but he dodges it, infuses his sword with electricity and slashes the Juggernaut. The Juggernaut was pushed back and he runs towards Markus who just quickly slides around him slashing again, Markus continues to slash the Juggernaut as he tries to block but Markus was faster and manages to send a sword emission beam at the juggernaut. The Juggernaut places his right foot behind him so he wouldn't be push back, Markus jumps away from the Juggernaut and rushes towards him again swinging his sword. The Juggernaut acted quickly and swings his arm with his hand clench into a fist colliding with Markus's sword, as they did the Juggernauts strength was far superior that it broke through Markus's giant sword. Time slowed down for Markus when he saw the blade fly into the air, as he slides past the Juggernaut he looks at the remains of his sword in his hand. He then drops it and faces the Juggernaut.
"Looks like you won't be able to fight me without your weapon huh?" he said.
"Who said anything about needing a weapon?" Markus glowed with his translucent shadow behind him.
He then constructed two swords and took a stance, he then dashes at the Juggernaut but became faster. The Juggernaut didn't see it coming when Markus kneed him in the face with the translucent shadow bashing into him with its shield, Markus threw his swords by the Juggernauts feet, shuts his hand blowing up a hole making the Juggernaut fall. As the Juggernaut fell down Markus jumps down the same hole, the translucent shadow then punches the Juggernaut making him crash into the ground faster. Markus lands on the ground as the Juggernaut gets up.
"Impressive... But that won't be enough to beat me." The Juggernaut said.
"Let me show you true power! Strength increase fifty percent!"
The ground started to shake as the Juggernaut roared, Markus wasn't concern about this for he knew that the Juggernaut was activating his semblance once again. The Juggernaut then dugs his finger into the floor and pulls out a large chunk of stone from the ground, he then throws it at Markus who quickly dodges it and disappear. The Juggernaut looks around to see where Markus would appear but he didn't a kick to hit him across the face from the side, Markus flips backwards landing on the floor then surrounds his hand with electricity and punches the Juggernaut in the chest. The Juggernaut skids back as steam flow from Markus's attack but there was no damage, Markus arms quickly became surround by electricity as he sends an electrical arc emission at the Juggernaut who was blown back crashing out of the building into the ground. Markus appears in front of the Juggernaut quickly and a large number of electrical energy swords materialized behind him. Before the Juggernaut could attack Markus, Markus sends each sword one by one at the Juggernaut causing a small explosion each time. After Markus attack was finished he believed that he has beaten the Juggernaut and waits for the smoke to clear, but he didn't expect the Juggernaut to slowly ascend from the smoke.
"That was not bad, almost knock me out too." He said while chuckling. Markus glares at him.
"Like I said Ebony, it won't' be enough to beat me. Strength increase one hundred percent!"
The Juggernaut started to shake violently as Markus runs in for an attack.
Outside of the city in Abigail's home. She was being push around the house by Malcolm, they pass by a room that had the door open. Abigail got a glimpse of a TV and an older female which got her interested.
"Oh Malcolm can we go in there?" She asked.
"Yes my lady." Malcolm replied.
As Malcolm pushes her wheelchair they enter the room to reveal the older female with silver greyish hair sitting down watching the TV.
"Mother? What are you watching?" Abigail said.
"Abigail... Wait do not look!" Before Abigail mother could say anything she turn around to see Abigail eyes wide and mouth open.
On the TV screen showed the Order headquarters in a disaster, Abigail put her hands over her hand and quickly turns her upper around to look at Malcolm.
"Don't worry Abigail; I'll try reaching him." Malcolm said while taking out a cell phone out of his pocket as Abigail turns back to watch in horror.
Back at Beacon the eleven friends continue to watch as well. On the TV screen a news anchor reports that city has been evacuated and no one was hurt, and they the city was had cops surrounding the city. No one could go in or out.
"We have to do something Markus needs our help!" Ruby yelled.
"You dunce the city has been blocked! How do you propose to get in?" Weiss yelled back.
"Plus look at how strong that dude in the armor is I don't think we'll be able to even fight him let alone be in the same area as him, I'm surprise Markus has lasted this long." Cameron spoke.
"But... But..."
"Ruby I'm sure Markus can handle himself." Pyrrha reassured. They all look at the TV and continue to watch.
At the training ground of The Order Lax swings his hammer bashes it against on soldiers' side sending him flying while Nigel cuts some down with his knives, the female Faunus twirls her kamas slashing a large group of soldiers while Sam turn into leaves. The leaves then flew straight towards some soldier taking them down as Sam turn back to normal, Magnar sends sword beam emissions at the rest of the soldiers knocking them out. They thought there were finish but another horde of enemies ran through the wall.
"ARGH gives us a damn break!" Izzy yelled.
"Now's not the time to be frustrated, we need to focus to win this battle." Magnar responded.
"Attack!"
Back at the front of the headquarters Markus crashes into the smaller building on the right, he clothes was torn with blood dripping down his head. His eye was stinging but he wasn't paying attention, he struggles to get up as the Juggernaut enters the building destroying the front of the building. Markus coughs out blood as he surround is hands with electricity, he runs towards the Juggernaut without stumbling first. He manages to dodges two of the Juggernauts attack but was propel back when the Juggernaut front kicks him, Markus smashes into one of the pillar that holds the upper levels up. He pulls himself out of the hole and almost fell down; he lands on his knees and looks up at the Juggernaut. He then surrounds his hand once with electricity and bolts toward the Juggernaut; he roars and sends his fist at the Juggernaut who just captures it with his hand. Markus eyes grew wide as the Juggernaut chuckles.
"This isn't enough Ebony; I guess you weren't paying attention in our fight. Here let me show you an example." The Juggernaut then proceeds to squeeze his hand crushing Markus's breaking most of the bones.
Markus screams in pain.
"Ahh that's right... Feel the pain. Strength increase one hundred and fifty percent." The Juggernaut then punches Markus across the sending him out of the behind destroying a large part of buildings wall.
With the debris falling Markus smashes onto the ground, he couldn't get up no matter how hard he tried. The Juggernaut walk towards Markus slowly, as he got close to Markus, he notice a new helicopter in the air. He laughs and looks down at Markus.
"This! This is perfect! Now everyone will see the fall of the Ebony Knight!" He screams.
He then proceeds to pick up Markus with both his hands and then lifts Markus over his head, with a chuckle the Juggernaut bring down Markus fast colliding with his knee. He didn't stop there, the Juggernaut lift Markus up again and slams him into the ground then proceeds to punch him in the face. After seven powerful punches blood drip from the Juggernauts hand, Markus head rest in a large crater and was drowning in a puddle of blood. The Juggernaut stomps on Markus head before walking away unhurriedly.
The world grew silent for Team RWBY, JPNR, Idris, Lilly and Cameron. They just witness they friend murdered, tears fills their eyes but couldn't look away from the TV.
"No... No... No No No No NO NO NO NO NO!" Lilly screams as she weeps.
Tears drip down Abigail's face as she places her hand over her mouth, Malcolm drops the cellphone that was in his hand as Abigail's mother was speechless.
Ozpin who watching through his scroll drops it, he stood still as he felt that his body became frozen.
Markus lies on the ground, his right arm twitching. His view became dark as he grew numb and cold, he didn't know if it was the feeling of death but it sure felt like it.
In Markus psyche darkness was the only thing Markus was surround by, he was standing up. He was a complete mess, blood covering his torn clothes. He couldn't move, speak or think. However the desire to protect the people he loves was strong as a memory flash before his eye.
Flashback
A slightly younger Markus ran around a green field, he stops to look left and right then continues to run. A hill came into his path as he runs up, as he got to the top the sun shine brightly causing Markus to back up a little bit. He covers his head with hand to block the sunshine and he looks down at the green field, he smiles as he saw what he was looking for and starts to run again. A distance away from Markus was his Master sitting on the ground in a lotus position, he had his eyes closed yet he face was covered by his mask. Markus finally reaches his Master who opens his eyes slowly.
"Finally I found you Master, Why are you all the way out here?" Markus asked.
"I was thinking..." His Master responded.
"About what?" His Master took a while before answering
"Your next lesson, take a seat."
"Awesome! So what am I learning today?" Markus plopped onto the ground.
"Today... Today I'll be teaching you a technique passed down by powerful warriors, However it is a long process."
"What is the technique?"
"This technique is called Kami No Kanjo."
"That sounds... Weird." Markus scratches his head.
"It means Divine Emotions, when using this technique; you'll become better in combat. Emotions will not get in the way such as fear or love. It'll make you twice as strong as you are now improving your senses, strength and speed. It'll also make you think better when fighting enemies."
"Oh boy that sounds cool!" Markus said waving his arms up.
"However..."
"Hmm?"
"This is a technique that is uncontrollable unless mastered; it will not only harm you but others as well. It will make you an unstoppable beast if it controls you... Maybe I shouldn't teach you..."
"Don't worry master it won't control me, if this will make me stronger then I promise I'll use it to protect the ones I care about." After hearing this response Markus's master closes his eyes.
"Then let's get started."
End of flashback
In his psyche Markus start to descend into the darkness until he was completely swallowed by it.
"I'll protect everyone... even if I have to lose control."
The Juggernaut was walking away until he heard a low growl; he turns around to see a hand covering his view. A beam emission shot out of the hand into the Juggernauts face making him fly into the air crashing into the wall, debris fell on him but was easily pushed away. As he pushes away more debris the Juggernaut sees blood dripping on the floor, he lifts his head up to see Markus in front of him. His bangs were over his eyes, he was breathing heavy. A burst of electricity surrounds Markus creating an exoskeleton, his tries to move his broken hand but fails. However electricity surrounds it and he able to slowly close it, the Juggernaut was shocked to see Markus standing. He gets up and felt a breeze across his face; he touches his face to find out that his helmet was blown off to reveal. He touches the metal on his neck and hiss at the heat that was there, he looks at Markus and laughs.
"I didn't expect this; I'm actually shocked to see you..." The Juggernaut wasn't able to finish when Markus appear in front of him.
Markus grabs the Juggernauts forearm and throws him into the air, he then jumps into the air and punches the Juggernaut down into the ground. Electricity arms around Markus's hand transforming into lightning and came crashing down with his fist first, a blast of electricity destroys most of the front of the headquarters. As the electricity died down the Juggernaut wheezed and gets up slowly but stays on his knees, he felt a sharp pain on his chest and he looks down to see a large hole created. Steam flow out of the hole while it was still burning hot, he moved his head and was quickly grabbed by the throat. The Juggernaut was thrown again skipping on the ground and smashes into the all of the smaller building on the right. The Juggernaut skids across the floor and before he could get up, he was grabbed by his right leg, lifted up and thrown into the ground face first. The Juggernaut quickly shifts his body left to swing his right arm at Markus but he wasn't there, he rises from the ground and looks around. He didn't see Markus who punches across the face in a flash of black; the Juggernaut was then hit from the back, then the front, the side, the leg, the chest, the ribs until he fell on his knees. He was punch by a fist surrounded by electricity making him fly into a pillar breaking through it; he broke through the wall of the building and crashes on the ground hard. The Juggernauts cheek was burned badly as he raises his head up; he sees Markus slowly walking out of the hole the Juggernaut came out of. Although his eyes were cover by is bangs, Markus mouth shows the expression of anger.
'What the hell? This doesn't make any sense! He was lying on the floor a few moments ago! How is he getting stronger and faster!?' the Juggernaut yelled in his mind.
He quickly rose up he the ground with his teeth gritting together hard.
"Strength increase two hundred percent!" the Juggernauts roars and runs towards Markus.
Markus didn't move at all he just stood still, the Juggernaut got close and swings his arm smacking his fist against Markus's face. Markus wasn't moved by this only his head was, the Juggernaut started to grow nervous and Markus steadily moves his head in the Juggernauts direction. He growls loudly and an uppercut the Juggernaut, before the Juggernaut was fully up in the air Markus grabs his right leg and slams him into the ground. The Juggernaut ricochet from the ground and Markus kicks him, the Juggernauts body went upside down and his head skidding across the ground. The Juggernaut quickly shifts his body upwards so he can land on his feet; he quickly looks up to see Markus in front of him with both of his arms up and index fingers pointing at the Juggernaut. A small sphere of electricity was created on the tips of Markus's index fingers and stabs the Juggernaut, on finger on the left arm and the other on the side of his stomach. Two thin beam emission shot through the Juggernauts body, blood spurts out of the Juggernauts mouth, Markus then opens both his hands and shoots the Juggernaut down with beam emissions. Markus kept shooting until he became satisfied; he looks down at a body with burn marks and armor with holes in them. The body lies in a crater as Markus picks up the body by its neck.
At the training grounds of the headquarters Magnar and the others have defeated the last wave of enemies as they celebrate, Magnar smiles but it quickly turn into a frown as he turns his body in the direction of the front of the headquarters.
"Sir what's wrong?" The male with turquoise hair asked.
"I sense a large amount of energy up front but I don't know who it... Oh no." Magnar moves hastily towards the front of the headquarters knowing who it is.
Markus grabs the Juggernauts neck and squeezes it tightly; he raises his arm and opens his hand. Electricity surrounds his hand but the electricity this time was harsher. Markus was about to bring down his hand towards the Juggernauts head but was stopped, a hand hold onto Markus bicep hard to make sure that Markus wouldn't continue his attack. It was Magnar.
"Markus don't do this!" he yelled but Markus didn't respond.
"This isn't who you are! You are not a monster!" Markus was gaining more strength and was slowly bringing his hand down to the Juggernauts head.
"This isn't what you want! You don't want to let it to control you; you want to use it to protect people!"
The words hit Markus as the electricity in his hand disappeared, he grip on the Juggernauts neck loosen and the Juggernauts body fell backwards. Markus to feel backwards but Magnar catches him; Magnar sat on the ground allowing Markus to lie on him. Markus started to shake violently as he became conscious.
"W-what... What happen?" he asked.
"You've won Markus... You've won."
