Thank you so much for reading my story, along with everyone else who have read it along with you. The reason I responding to your message public because I feel like a lot of my readers were having the same desires for the story as you and I wanted to explained my train of thoughts.
The story is short and it was not because I rushed it, got bored or ran out. From the moment I started this story I knew how it was going to be. I wanted it to be short. The reason being is because things like this don't have a happy ending and most of the time are not fulfilling as a lot books and movies make it to be. It a harsh ending to a young life.
I wanted this story to reflect on the experience I have and how I feel about this situation. My friend died of cancer and I use him and my train of thoughts while I was in this situation.
I am sorry if you were in any way disappointed or let down by the ending I chose but it's how I wanted it to end. I want it to be somewhat real.
Hopefully you enjoyed it and understand my point of view.
