IMPORTANT FOR ALL GRYFFINDORS!-

I am amazed by how many Gryffindors are reading this. I mean, personally, I think that the summary sort of tells you that it is a Pro-Slytherin story, yet you still read it. THANK YOU! You are all just so amazing so online cookies to you all! And it is absolutely OKAY to have a really Second-War view on Slytherins. I hope you understand that this generation does understand this, but they are just slightly annoyed that their being blamed for something that happened before they were even born.

IMPORTANT TO ALL READERS!-

THANK YOU! Thank you for taking the time to read this story.

OK, I'm done. Enjoy! :)

The weeks passed quickly after that little drama-but things were anything but normal. The Gryffindors were worse than ever since they believed that we had somehow "corrupted" our "buddies" along with Professor McGonagall. Lily and Hugo getting a month's worth of detention didn't help either, but I didn't regret that.

However, the day I looked forward to the most, was starting to become the day I looked forward to the least-the start of Winter Break. Three weeks of planning and worrying about how to squash the rebellion, which would obviously fail. There was too little people supporting it for it to not fail-the thing that would vary would be the body count, and we were hoping to keep that as low as possible.

Scorpius and Rose became a hybrid of a really cute-really annoying couple while Romana and James were just…the strangest. They fought about everything and ended all of their arguments with a bet. The thing they fought about the most frequently was Romana's heritage. The only thing she would tell him was that she was a half-blood, nothing else, and she made Scorpius and I swear to Merlin that we wouldn't tell him.

Albus and I…it was complicated. To know that, at one point in time, we had dated, kissed even, was awkward beyond belief. We became close again, but whenever someone asked if we were going to start dating, Albus turned beet red and I usually turned around and walked away.

Dean was a mystery. After lying to Albus and me about where Scorpius was, he seemed to just disappear. No one could find him and of course that was all over the paper. No student had ever disappeared from Hogwarts without a trace-died, yes, but never disappeared.

Of course, I had a pretty good idea about where he could be, but I was praying it wasn't true. Merlin knows how I couldn't hurt him if it came down to it.

At the end of the day, I was actually pretty happy as I boarded the train. At least I would be able to get away from the glares and snide remarks of angry Gryffindors for a little while.

"Hey, Allie?" Anna asked, poking her heard into the compartment that Scorpius, Romana and I were sitting in, the other snakes right across the aisle with Anna.

"Yea?" I replied, looking up from the latest copy of the Quibbler.

"Are Sophie, Susan, Sarah and Josh coming to the Malfoys, too?" She asked.

I looked at Romana, kicking her foot when I saw her inspecting her nails.
"Miss Manager, are the triplets and Josh coming?" I asked.

Romana had always taken it upon herself to plan…everything we did outside of school. It kept her busy and not thinking about dangerous thoughts. Her "episodes" got better after getting together with James, but sometimes even her own thoughts triggered a bad reaction. You really never knew with the minefield that was Romana Rodolphus Sattler.
"Oh, yeah." Romana said. "I owled their parents-the Dursley's are actually going to help drive some of the kids 'cause they also live in Cornwall. Josh's Grandmother was fine with it."

Josh poked his head in, "Are you sure Mr and Mrs. Malfoy won't mind?"
Scorpius rolled his eyes, "Trust me, they haven't minded for five years."
With that, Josh and Anna retreated back into their own compartment.

"I bet ten galleons Anna and Josh get together by fourth year." Romana said automatically.

I opened my mouth in protest. Excuse me, no. Anna thinks boys are disgusting…given she told me this when she was nine, but still!
"Uh-uh, third." James chuckled, entering with Rose and Albus right behind him.

No, no, no.

"I say second," Scorpius objected.

Merlin's pants, NO!

"And I say if we continue this conversation, Aladdin's going to have a stroke," Albus chuckled sitting next to me.

Thank you.

"Aw," James said. "What's wrong, can't let go?"

"Excuse me, Mr. I-Beat-Up-Anyone-Who-Even-Looks-At-My-Sister, how were you when Lily got her first boyfriend?" I demanded.

It was true. One time, when Lily was just a second year, James caught a poor, Ravenclaw boy looking at her and put him in the Hospital wing. To this day, that boy won't go near any Potter-Weasley girl or James.

James' eyebrows furrowed. "Lily hasn't had a boyfriend."

I fought a smile, "So, I guess that Hufflepuff I saw her kissing the other day was "just a friend"?"
James' face became red and he stood up quickly. "What?!"

At his shock, I burst out into laughter, doubling over with tears starting to fall down my face. Albus started rubbing my back, probably trying to get me to calm down from what probably appeared to be insanity.
With small chuckles, Romana grabbed her boyfriend's hand and pulled him back down, placing his hand in her lap and drawing soothing circles into it.

"She's kidding," Romana explained. "It's a Slytherin thing, Scorpius did the same thing to Teddy last year saying I had a boyfriend."

Rose rolled her eyes, "The Gryffindor thing to do-apparently-when you catch someone snogging is to ask what they're doing."

Albus chuckled next to me as James' groaned, throwing his head back to look at the ceiling. A hand went up to cover his eyes in embarrassment. "I was a second year!"

"What was this?" Scorpius asked, looking down at his girlfriend who was curled into his side with his arm around her.

I was vaguely reminded of an old movie called The Hunger Games when Katniss and Peeta did the same thing during an interview…Really, mind? You're going to think that?!

"James caught Teddy and our cousin, Victoire, snogging right before they had to get on the train. He then proceeded to ask them what they were doing and James then ran back to our family to tell us what he caught them doing." Albus explained trying to keep down the laughter.

I could totally imagine James doing that, and the picture in my head was hilarious.
"I was a second year!" James protested as the rest of us joined in on the laughing.

We all calmed down after a few minutes of laughing.
"So, what are you guys doing for the holiday?" Rose asked.
"We're all staying at the Malfoys," Romana explained.

"It's kind of a tradition," Scorpius chuckled. "Started by Aladdin when she didn't want to go home."
"And you didn't want to go home because…?" Albus asked.

"Well, first off, Miss Hannah told me to stay at school over the holidays except for summer and the statue of secrecy. I live in a crowed orphanage filled with muggle kids-how the hell am I supposed to keep it from all of them when they can't keep their hands off of my stuff?" I explained. It was really a big problem. They don't seem to understand the term "only take what you're given."

Albus nodded in understanding.
"Then how'd you meet Anna?" Rose asked.
"Because during the summer I have to spend three weeks at the orphanage-two at the start of the summer, and one at the end. Anna had taken over half of my room when I came back. It turns out that over the years when they tried to place roommates with me, my accidental magic scared them all of. But I couldn't do that then because I would get expelled."

Romana snorted. "Since when have you been worried about getting expelled?"
"Shut it. If Anna hears that, I will have your head." I threatened. "What are you guys doing for the holidays?"
"The first week, I'm going to my Mom's parent's house. Then, the entire family is going to the Burrow-it's where my Grandma and Grandpa Weasley live." Rose explained.
"We're there starting-oh, today." Albus grumbled, dropping his forehead onto my shoulder.

James rolled his eyes, "I don't know what you're so upset about."

"One word," Albus said, looking at his brother. "Quidditch."
"What about Quidditch?" I asked.

Rose rolled his eyes, "He is the only one in our family who doesn't enjoy it."

"How could you not like Quidditch?!" Romana demanded. "That's like not liking joy or-or smiles!"

Yes, cause that is not at all dramatic, Romana.
James looked at his girlfriend with a shocked expression. "Since when did you start liking Quidditch?"

"She is obsessed," I grumbled. "I like the game, but she takes it about as far as-as far as Oliver Wood!"

Oliver Wood was the world's craziest team captain. He was known to shout at the top of his lungs during every game, for occasionally unknown reasons. His kids were no better.

"How come you never come to the games?" James asked.

"Well, we can't have a Quidditch team due to the fact that there aren't enough students, and we aren't exactly what you would call welcome to Quidditch games," Scorpius explained.

A slightly awkward silence settled over our small group that got more comfortable as time went on. Scorpius and Rose started talking about books that they'd read-*cough,* cough* nerds *cough, cough*-while Romana and James talked about Quidditch teams.

I took out my iPod and listened to some music while Albus did some Defense assignment. Looking out the window, I watched the lands fly by.

After about thirty minutes, something occurred to me. Pulling out my headphone, I looked around.
"Does anyone know what happened to the dementors after the ministry stopped using them as guards?" I asked.

"They made them all into one person, gave it the name Hannah and put it in charge of an orphanage?" Anna guessed from the door.

"Very funny," I sighed. "Do you need something?"
"Can we have some money for the treat cart?" She asked.

I searched my pockets and came up with nothing. "I'm sorry, Anna, I get the next check from Miss Hannah next week, and I already used up last months on presents."

"Scorp?" Anna asked.

Scorpius checked his pockets. "Sorry, squirt."

"Ro-"

"Don't even ask me, kid, I still owe your sister." Romana apologized.

Albus smirked and pulled out five galleons from his pocket, "Here."

Anna's eyes got so wide they became galleons. "Thank you, Albus!" She exclaimed, giving him a quick hug and then running back to her compartment.

"Thank you, Albus," I said. "I promise I'll pay you back."
"Nah, its fine." He said.

"OK," I shrugged. Yeah right, I hated being in debt to someone, even if they were my something-a-little-more-than-a-best-friend friend. I've stated things are complicated.

"Which is Aladdin for she will eventually repay you somehow." Scorpius "coughed".

I leaned around Rose and Albus to smack Scorpius upside the head while the others laughed. Sure, Scorpius' spills my secrets and it's funny; how about I tell Ron Weasley Scorpius Malfoy is dating his daughter? Will that be funny? No. No it will not, but I won't do that because I am a nice person…most of the time.

The train left, leaving all the students and their parents on the platform. It was crowded, hot and suffocating. Due to the fact that I was breathing the same air as everyone else, it gave the platform a suffocating feel.

"Hey, I see my parents!" Albus exclaimed, waving so that they could see him through the crowd.

"Oh, there's my mom!" Rose said, turning to Scorpius. "Where are your parents?"

"They can't come on the platform-they're not allowed to go within fifty feet of any known highly populated wizard area." Scorpius explained awkwardly. It was always hard for him to talk about things like that. "We meet them outside."

"Oh," Rose said quietly, then perking up again. "See you after the break!" With that, she stood on her tip-toes to kiss him on the cheek.
"My eyes!" Anna exclaimed, causing me to casually put my arm around her and cover her mouth.

"We better get going," I said. "See you all after the break!"

I gave Albus a brief hug and waved goodbye to James and Rose, then headed out of the train station. As always, it was packed with muggles. Luckily, we all got out without losing anyone for once. When I was a second year, Romana, Walker and I got lost in the crowd, somehow getting spat out at the correct exit where the Malfoys were parked. We were lucky that time.

Waiting at the curb were two cars-the normal Malfoy car and also a large, white minivan. Standing next to the cars were Astoria, Draco and a large man who looked like he could make watermelon juice with his hands. Scary thought.

"Dad!" Sarah exclaimed, leaving her trolley and running to the man.

"Papa!" Susan yelled doing the same thing as her sister.

"Daddy!" Sophie-do I really need to tell you what she did?

"I'm just going to go out on a limb and say that's their dad," Scorpius whispered to me causing me to laugh.

Scorpius walked up to his parents and exchanged hugs while the rest of us got our stuff in the cars and decided who was going in what car. Usually, Astoria would have to bring her car along as well, but since Mr Dursley was so kind as to drive as well, she didn't have to.

As I was helping Jacob get his stuff in Mr Dursley's car, the triplets approached me with their dad in tow.

"And this is Allie and Jacob." Sarah explained.

"Ah, so you are the famous Aladdin Parker?" Mr Dursley asked. "I'm Dudley. Dudley Dursley."

"Nice to meet you, Mr Dudley," I smiled.

"Dudley?!"

Turning around, I saw the most unlikely family I ever thought I'd see outside of school. Seriously, the world must really hate me.

"Hi, Mr Potter," I fake-smiled as I watched the entire Potter-Weasley clan gape at me.

"Potter-Harry Potter?" Mr Dudley asked seeming shocked.

"I thought you said your mom was the witch and your dad didn't know until this year." I whispered to the triplets as I watched this odd scene play out.
"He didn't." Sarah said just as confused.
"Papa-how do you know him?" Susan asked.

"I don't-I read it in one of your history books, how about you get in the car now?" Dudley asked smiling down at his daughters. There was a hint of nervousness though that I knew they would-

"You're lying," Susan said automatically, crossing her arms.
-catch on to. Another Slytherin thing, though that is a mix of natural talent and tutoring.

"Why are you lying?" Sophie asked sounding hurt.

"Told you teaching them that was a bad idea," Jacob whispered to me causing me to elbow him.

"I didn't," I growled. "Romana did."

"Suuure," Jacob rolled his eyes.

"Girls, c'mon, your dad told you to get in the car," I said.

All of a sudden, Anna came running with a big smile on her face.
"You will not believe it-Mrs Malfoy brought candy!" Anna exclaimed with a huge smile.
"Cool!" Susan exclaimed and off they went to get candy.
Dudley turned to me with furrowed eyebrows. "Do they feed you at that school?"
"Yea, and they had had candy five minutes ago," Jacob said. "They love candy."

"Jake, how about you get in the car?" I whispered.
"Wha-Oh…bye!" With that, he quickly left, leaving Dudley, the Potter-Weasley clan and myself-joy.

"What are you doing here, Dudley?" Harry asked.

"I'm picking up my daughters and some-a lot-of their friends," He explained. "Their first years."
"Ah, so you're the one with triplets in Slytherin," Harry nodded.

"Yep," Dudley said. It was clear that this was a rather awkward meeting for both of them. "Well, I've gotta go. Long drive to Cornwall…"

All of a sudden Draco walked up, obviously not seeing the Gryffindors. "Aladdin, are you coming in my car or the van because Anna wants to sit with you and the triplets and Josh want to sit with Anna and-It's a mess. Please help," Then he noticed that Gryffindors. "Is this a bad time?"

"No, we were just leaving," Harry said. "It was nice catching up with you Dudley."

With that, they left, leaving all of us shell-shocked.
"How do you know him?" Draco asked turning to Dudley.

"He's my cousin." Dudley explained. "It's a long story."

"I bet," Draco muttered then turned to me. "Which car?"
Sometimes, my life just seems to suck. However, other times, when I have to answer the simplest of questions-it's really nice.
"Yours," I smiled. "The triplets should go with their dad though."

"You can tell them that," Draco decided, wrapping his arm around my shoulders in a fatherly embrace.

Sometimes, I love my life.
