After the riveting conversation with Professor, Mr Potter led both Albus and I to the attic turned bedroom that no one used since the kids could never decide who would use the queen sized bed. However, sleep seemed to constantly evade me by springing horrible memories that would cause me to sit up straight, my heart pounding in terror.

As it ran out of ammo from Before, it started on memories from this life. Memories I was unaware I had, causing me to recall the year from when I was taken from my mum to when I was found alone in the park. They were unclear and fragmented due to being only four/five at the time.

The air was cold and heavy around me, smelling of mold and musk. Moss grew on the wall that I was huddled against, trying to return warmth to my frozen bones. It was a very dark room and the clattering of chains seemed to be pacing up and done the long hallway in front of my door made of bars. The only light to be seen was the small glow of a torch mounted right next to my door. It was a rather small room, barely a meter by a meter, and I stayed in the back.

I knew that if I looked out through the door, I would see a hallway of kids just like me. Cold, scared and with multiple wounds covering their bodies. Their faces would be sunken in like mine for food was a privilege, not a necessity. Terror was lodged in all of our hearts. Big men with scary masks walked down the hallways holding guns and tasers.
If the big men ever got bored, they would turn on the tasers and electrocute the door, which was connected to a metal grid that was laid on the floor. The metal grid dug in my skin and made it hard to sleep, already, but when they electrocuted it, pain ran up and down my spine, making me scream out. Sometimes, I hoped it would accidentally kill me, but they were too smart. They knew we were too valuable to kill, or so they would say when they brought us a tiny morsel of food or a drop of water.

A man wearing what seemed to be a business suit walked in front of the door and smiled his evil, garish smile. I hated him. He was the most evil man on the face of the planet.

A guard walked up to Evil Man. "You said you wanted G-1, correct?" He asked. It was what they called me.

Evil Man looked at him with disdain. "Her name is Olive." No, it's not! My brain screamed. My name is Delilah!

Guard snorted and rolled his eyes. "Suuure." Guard opened the door. "She's all yours. Bring her back by the end of the weekend, as usual."

Evil Man nodded and looked at me with his sickening smile. "Come, Olive."

Knowing better than to disobey, I got up and walked to him, dreading every step.

That was when I was given back to reality in a shock. I quickly sat up, yet again, breathing heavily. Holding my head in my hands, I rubbed at my temples as tears tried to force themselves onto me. Albus' arms wrapped around me pulling me onto his lap, muttering soothing words.
"That," I stated quietly. "Was the worst one yet."

Albus sighed and kissed my temple gently. His memories were turning to happy ones, ones that would let him fall asleep, but he refused while I still dealt with the demons. The worst one he had had was me dying. God, what kind of a selfish bitch am I? The worst one should be when I almost got Albus freaking killed!

"You wanna talk about it?" He asked with a calming voice.

I laughed bitterly. "I think I finally figured out what happened to me that landed me as an orphan."

Albus' eyebrows rose. "I thought you were given up at birth?"
I shook my head, "I was found by an elderly couple in Windsor Park when I was five. I knew nothing, not even my own name. Based on the lacerations on my body, I had been abused, so they guessed hysteria induced amnesia. But when we got our memories back in the Chamber, I was also given the first four years of my life back. I was the result of a teenage pregnancy and I was kidnapped when I was four while my mum was texting." I explained. "And now-god…I-I think they…" I started shaking from the memory and my breathing came short and choppy.

Albus held me tighter, "Shhh…Don't think about it, you can tell me later. Just remember, you're with me in the Burrow. Nowhere else, it's OK…It's OK."
We laid down, but Albus didn't let me go. I was not complaining, he was insanely comfortable.

"Why is this happening?" I grumbled, turning so that my face was now buried in his face.

"I don't know, Cory," Albus sighed, kissing the top of my head. "I don't know."
I'm pretty sure that was the first time I didn't punch him-or kiss him-for using that damned nickname. I can't decide if it was because I was so tired and I was yet again drifting off, or if it was due to the fact the name didn't sound that bad coming from Albus…but I would never tell him that. Can't risk him getting a big head or anything.

Albus' POV

I watched as Aladdin, for the first time, drifted off into sleep peacefully. Letting out a sigh of relief, I pressed my lips to her head and stayed there for a moment.

It had always been like this, I believe. She would have to deal with some of the toughest things while I got off easily. In Other Life, Aladdin had to deal with rather cold parents. They loved her dearly, but Uncle Sal had never been the most touchy-feely person and Aunt Rowena was always focused on her studies. Then, Helena had to be her sister. Helena was always jealous of Aladdin for either her being in the prophecy or being a parseltongue, while Aladdin practically idolized her for her "ginormous" (her words, not mine) brain capacity.

I had warm parents and, strangely enough, no siblings. It had something to do with the fact that mum wasn't supposed to be able to have children. I was a pleasant surprise apparently. Dad was always joking around and it was fun with him while Mum…was Mum. Helga Hufflepuff would always be the kindest woman.

In this life, Aladdin was an accident caused by two children. Most likely, her mum had wanted an abortion, but either felt guilty or wasn't allowed by her parents. Then, her mum loses Aladdin when she was four!

I was born into this life with an older brother who, though he was a prick, did care. Two parents that loved me and planned to have another child. Later, I got a younger sister who I loved dearly…though her true colors frightened me.

It seemed as if fate just had it out for Aladdin. I swear, if she didn't have any bad luck, she would have none.

Unhappy with where my mind was running, I decided to catch some sleep myself.

Third Person's POV

Romana glared coldly at Hermione at lunch. The whole of the population staying at the Burrow was sitting on the porch for lunch. Hermione had explained how Albus and Aladdin were resting in the attic bedroom.

She then thought it a good idea to make fun of Aladdin's "truly preposterous idea" to take down the degrees and how that "arrogant little girl" needed to be taken down a peg or two. Scorpius was fuming, silently debating on whether or not he should say something. The small amount of respect Romana had gained for the professor was diminishing quickly.

"She isn't an arrogant little girl," Romana snarled at Hermione's comment.

All conversation stopped. The kids were surprised that someone had been listening to adults' boring conversation. The adults were surprised that she had enough bravery to stand up.

"Oh, really?" Hermione asked, an eyebrow raised slightly.

"No-she, unlike you, has common sense," Romana snapped. "Draco Malfoy, say it with me, Mal. Foy! Lives in a muggle town! Practically is muggle! He didn't know about the Decrees until Scorpion here went to Hogwarts. And I know a lot of other Slytherins who are the exact same way. They have parents that once "supported" Voldemort," Many cringed, including all of the children and even most of the adults, surprisingly enough. "And didn't even know they were wizards-or witches-until their letter came because their parents prayed that somehow they would be a squib. So that they didn't have to deal with small minded, egotistical, annoying wizards and witches who can't get over the bloody past! It was nearly thirty years ago! I get that you can hate the real death eaters like my mum or even Lucius and Narcissa. Great, they're in Azkaban now for life, though, and the Decrees never touch them. The people they do touch are people like Xenophilius Lovegood who were trying to protect their families. Under veritaserum, they explained that. How they hated what Voldemort stood for, but were scared that he would kill everyone they know and love! Yet you still put them on parole for not being a Gryffindor! And you know what?! I didn't sign up for this shit! I'm going home!"

With that, Romana stormed inside in a flurry of anger.

However, Hermione had one question out of all of that.
"What does she mean Xenophilius is under the Decrees and parole?!" Hermione exclaimed. "He was on our side!"

It was true, however, that most of the Potter-Weasley clan had not talked to Luna Lovegood, despite Lily carrying her name.

"Do you not even read your own decrees and laws?" Scorpius asked. "Mr Lovegood told the Death Eaters that you three were in his home during the war. That act made him affiliated and for the Death Eaters in the eye of the law."
Hermione paled at this. She hadn't known. Xenophilius was an innocent man who had done one wrong thing as an effort to get his only daughter, the only family he had left, back. How many other innocents been hurt by this?
As if Scorpius could read her mind, he answered her and many other people's thoughts.
"And no," Scorpius said as he, Rose and James went to go see what Romana was doing. "Mr Lovegood is not the only one."

They went inside to see Romana scurrying around and getting all of her belongings to through in her trunk.
"Romana?" James asked, grabbing her wrist and turning her to face him. "What are you doing?"
"I'm leaving," She explained. "I got my phone form Aladdin's trunk and called a taxi. I'm sorry, but this is the time where I am supposed to be able to be myself!"

"You said you were going home, though," Rose pointed out in confusion.
"Scorp's house is my home." Romana explained with a sigh. "I haven't been to my actual house in over a year. My half-sister on my dad's side has been taking care of mum."

Anna came in to see what was going on and heard that. "You're going home?" Anna asked excitedly. "Are we all going home?!"

Scorpius turned to Anna. "No, we're here because Allie will get really sick again if she's away from Albus for too long." He turned to Romana. "Tell my parents 'Merry Christmas' for me?"

"No," Rose said decisively. "We're all going."

James turned to his cousin as if his head was on a swivel. "Excuse me?"
"We can't make them stay, James," Rose said. "My mum is being so rude and this isn't their family. And, frankly, I'm getting annoyed by my dad constantly dishing on them in front of me as an effort to make sure I'm not dating Scorpius. But I am, and I shouldn't be ashamed of that. So, I'm going. I'm going to physically drag Scorpius, Anna wants to go, so does Romana and we can ask the two upstairs. What are you going to do?"

James took in a deep breath, "Well, this will be interesting. I'm gonna go pack."

Anna squealed and ran up the stairs with Romana and Rose calling after her to enter the room quietly.

Aladdin's POV

One moment, I was sleeping, having a very nice dream, when suddenly eighty pounds jumped on me at top speed.
"Allie!" Anna exclaimed. "We're going home! We're going home, we're going home, we're going home!"

"Huh?" I asked groggily.
Romana explained what had happened while Albus and I had been asleep.

"Well, thanks for telling her off," I yawned, rubbing at one of my eyes. "But we-"
"Are definitely coming." Albus decided, the opposite of what I was going to say.

I stared at him in shock, causing him to explain. "From the way you talk about the Malfoys, and since I know the other Slytherins, I think Christmas there sounds ten times better than Christmas here."

I groaned. "You realize your parents are just going to hate me more, right?"

Albus rolled his eyes, "Since when have you cared about people hating you or not?"
Good point.

An hour later, we were all putting our trunks in the back of the taxi. I was praying that we could leave before anyone noticed what was going on. We had the taxi guy call me and told him to park behind the old garage so that they couldn't see him.

Just as James, the last of us, got into taxi van, Lily came out and saw us. She screamed, "I'm telling!" And promptly ran off.

However, by the time adults reached the place the taxi had been, we were already down the driveway.

"I really hope we don't get sued for kidnapping," I sighed, turning around from the furious faces of Weasel and Professor and the amused one of Mr Potter.

"Who cares?!" Anna exclaimed. "We're going home!"

I rolled my eyes at her antics and gave her a hug. It was true, we were going home.

Sorry for such a short chapter! But, hey, Romana yelled at Hermione. Whoo!

IMPORTANT:

OK this is kind of important. Yesterday, someone kindly let me know that, on a different site, a story very much like this had been posted. Sure enough, when I checked, it was VERY similar. It has the same name of the story, the plot is of a muggleborn orphan in Slytherin, and in fifth year, Albus Potter and her get paired together for a thing called Operation Slytherin and start to feel strong feelings for each other.
Needless to say, I was mad at first. Furious even. It made me annoyed that someone was doing MY storyline that took me a long time to figure out. However, then, I felt kind of flattered that someone thought the story line was so good they wanted to do their own take on it.

However, the point is that I don't care if you use my storyline. I do care if you steal it (like copy paste and stuff). However, if you want to use it PLEASE ASK FIRST. I will say yes, but I want to (A) know and (B) get a tiny bit of credit.

Thank you.
Anyway, I hope you all liked this chapter.
