Hiya! I actually just fixed my computer yesterday and I am now working on typing up chapters for most of my stories. I have prewritten some chapters but there will be those random chapters that pop into my head. I'm sorry for the wait and I will attempt to not leave for so long again as long as my laptop isn't an ass. So I won't keep you waiting any longer, read on my audience. (Tip: These * * Mean it's texting.)

(Annabeth's P.O.V.)

Eight months and suffering that's what I said whenever anybody asked me how I was doing. I never wanted to move, but with Percy at work five days a week I was in charge of watching Luke who never slowed down and that's how I ended up at the park a little ways down from our house. The little gremlin had insisted and when I disagreed he'd went on to bug me every chance he got. My patience was running low so I just took him to the park hoping to get rid of some of his excess energy and it seemed to be working. I looked up from my novel to watch as he stumbled after another kid in a game that looked like tag. The other kid was around the same age and was often found at the park with his mother, whom I had gotten to know quickly.

I looked back to my book enjoying the odd tranquility that had settled around me even if there were screeching kids surrounding me. My free hand massaged my swollen abdomen as a hard kick was thrust against my ribs. "Alright girls," I muttered, "Calm down."

Another strong kick to my ribs forced a wince to my face as I began to rub the spot the kicking had been taking place, hoping that whoever it was would stop, but another solid kick was delivered. "Your brother wasn't nearly as persistent as you two are," I grumbled quietly folding my book closed as my phone began to buzz. "Hello," I said once I had answered.

"Hey babe, I'm going to be working late tonight. Some sort of teacher thing going on," I heard Percy utter on the other side.

I sighed loudly on purpose, "Alright. We'll be at home," I muttered.

"Love you," Percy had said which I returned before hanging up.

I slipped the phone with a bit of effort into my back pocket before standing, book in hand. "Luke we've been here long enough. It's time to head home," I called and for once he obeyed prancing over to me. "Good boy," I muttered running my hands through his blonde locks. We began our journey home Luke racing ahead of me and then waiting for me to catch up, doing this until we reached the door and I needed to unlock it for him but then he raced inside and up the stairs to his bedroom. I shook my head and walked into the kitchen to get some water to drink since I was parched. I sipped at the cool liquid before sitting on a bar stool and placing my book down in front of me, flipping it open to my page which was marked by a bookmark Luke had made me.

(7:09 PM)

"Night baby, love you," I said as I shut the light off. Luke mumbled sleepily before I shut the door and walked back to Percy and I's bedroom who still wasn't home. Like any hormonal, mother and wife I was thinking of all the bad things that might be happening making myself stress. I changed into yoga pants and a large maternity tank top before slipping into bed, attempting to read my book but my eyes were soon drooping and in no time I was asleep the book resting on my belly.

A few hours later I felt a tugging on my tank top and I opened my sleep filled eyes to find Luke looking up at me with wide eyes. "Mommy I can't sleep," He whimpered and I sighed, sitting up and leaning back against the headboard before opening my arms. Luke crawled up onto the bed and lied down on my chest, his feet and legs on my baby bump. I rubbed his back as he settled into the crook of my neck, sighing contently before his breathing evened out and he was sleeping soundly. I continued to rub his back even after he had fallen asleep, doing it absentmindedly really. I pulled my phone from my night stand and texted Percy quickly.

*Where in the Hades are you Perseus Jackson?*

I set the phone on my thigh so I'd feel it vibrate if he replied and in less than two minutes he did.

*Heading home. Ran to the store and got into it with some hell hounds in the parking lot.*

*Percy! Why didn't you tell me?*

*You're eight months pregnant. I'm not going to put you in danger.*

I sighed frustrated and decided against replying since he'd pissed me off. When he did get home I slipped Luke from my chest to the bed and got out of bed to meet him downstairs. I found Percy dirt covered, clothes torn and a large gash on his arm. My anger fled for the moment and I covered my mouth with my hand before I rushed over.

"Percy. Oh my Gods. Are you okay," I asked my forehead creased with worry.

"It's a small cut. I've endured more babe," He said in an attempt to console me as he stripped his shirt off. "I just need a shower," He said and kissed my forehead before heading upstairs to our bathroom.

I grumbled under my breath before climbing the stairs with difficulty to our room. I looked at Luke knowing I should move him but just couldn't so instead I gently moved him to the middle of the bed and climbed in. I fell asleep before Percy got out of the shower and climbed in but I felt that bed sink in and finally felt satisfied with my son and husband close.

(Early the next morning)

I woke up when a large Hick's contraction hit followed by a forceful kick to my bladder. I walked to the bathroom, did my business and then walked downstairs. I winced as I felt another contraction as I walked to the fridge, rummaging through it noticing Percy had picked up some grapes. I pulled them out and placed them on the counter. I placed some in a colander and placed them in the sink, running water through them. I felt a wet sensation run down my legs and looked to the sink to see if the water had somehow exited the sink. Then I realized that my water had just broken.
