UGH! WHY IS MY TIME GETTING EATEN UP!? I thought summer was supposed to be a VACATION! Sorry, but my days right now are just getting packed. I have Swim and Tennis team on one end and since I'm a rising senior, my parents are dragging me all over creation for college tours! IT ANNOYS ME! :(

Anyway, this one's a bit short, but I think it gets the job done. Enjoy!

Chapter 15

The nations were all unconscious and unharmed for the most part. They were all hovering above the ground, each one surrounded by a familiar black mist. Their faces were twisted in pain like they were having a horrible nightmare that they couldn't wake up from. Gilbamon ran up to Germany, "West! Hey West, are you okay?" he called. He flew up a bit to meet his face, "West, say somethi-ah!"

The Digitalia was cut off as the mist seemed to repel him away from Germany. "What the hell?" he said aloud. The rest of the Digitalia went up to their respective partner and got the same result; the mist refused to let them touch the physical being of the nations. "Wh-what do we do?!" Felimon cried. "There must be a way to wake them up," Lizamon said.

Kikumon nodded, "Everything has a weakness, and this mists weakness is…" he trailed off as he looked around the area. He noticed that a trail of the mist from the nations seemed to be flowing to something. His eyes followed the trail until he spotted round something hovering above the circle of nations that was absorbing the mist; that had to be it! "There; that's the source!" Kikumon said, pointing to the misty sphere, "We have to destroy it!"

Alfamon nodded, "Right; Star Blast!" the starry beam flew towards the orb and hit, but nothing happened.

"Flash Fire!" Gilbamon yelled and shot the stream of flames at it but got the same result. Mattamon and Natamon tried attacking it as well, but still nothing happened. Kikumon observed the orb in curiosity and turned to Felimon, "Try hitting it Felimon; if projected attacks don't work then maybe physical ones will," he said.

Felimon nodded and leapt towards the orb, "Razor Claws!" The Digitalia's claws grew and hit the orb. The cat Digitalia definitely felt something solid as he hit the orb. Everyone's eyes widened as the orb seemed to quaver a bit as some of the mist disappeared from around it. "Lizamon, you try!" Felimon said after he landed.

Lizamon nodded and flew up to it, "Rage Hammer!" Her club lit up and grew as she slammed it into the orb as hard as she could. The orb quivered a bit more, but it wasn't enough. "We need more power!" Mattamon said. Alfamon and Gilbamon looked at each other and smirked, "We'll try together; if our attacks can combine, then everyone's should too!" Gilbamon said.

The Digitalia all got into a proper position after discussing their plan and Felimon and Lizamon made their way towards the orb.

"Rage Hammer!"

"Razor Claws!"

The two put whatever power they had left into their attacks as the other Digitalia got ready.

"Star Blast!" Alfamon shot the starry beam into the air as Natamon helped Felimon leap high into the air. Felimon then swept his extended claws through the beam causing both his hands to be surrounded with the blue energy. Lizamon flew high into the air and raised her hammer,

"Flash Fire!"

"Ice Breath!"

Gilbamon and Mattamon launched their attacks towards Lizamon, who began to twirl her hammer. The two attacks got caught in the whirlwind of her twirling hammer and evenly surrounded the object creating a fire and ice combo. Kikumon then leapt up and off the wall so he was above Lizamon and Felimon at just the right angle, "Sakura Gale!"

Kikumon shot the strongest blast of wind that he could muster that hit Lizamon and Felimon. The two gained great speed from the wind and flew towards the orb. With a loud SMASH both of the powered up attacks hit the orb. They landed on the ground and looked just in time to see the mist cease movement and disappear before the orb shattered. The mist around the nations vanished as well and the seven limp bodies fell to the ground.

The Digitalia all ran towards their partners, checking for any injuries before attempting to wake them up. "Hey Iggy; Iggy c'mon get up! Wake up dude!" Alfamon called. The nation groaned as his eyes fluttered open to gaze up at Alfamon's worried face. "A…Alfamon?" he whispered almost in disbelief. The Digitalia smiled in relief, "Thank God; we thought you were goners!" he said. "We…?" Britain muttered as his eyes slowly darted around the area.

He saw the other Digitalia gently coaxing the other nations out of their slumber; the others seemed just as shocked as he was, "You're…alive?" Britain asked, looking up at Alfamon and touching his arm to make sure this wasn't another illusion. "Of course not; I did promise that we wouldn't die, didn't I?" Alfamon said.

Russia stared at Natamon with hurt violet eyes, "You…you don't hate me…do you?" he asked. "How could I possibly hate you? Who told you that?!" Natamon asked firmly, gripping his shoulders.

"Ve, are you sure you're alright Romano?" Felimon asked as the other Italian stared up at him. His gold eyes filled with tears as he pulled the Digitalia into a crushing hug, "Bastard…making me think you're dead…don't scare me like that…" he muttered. Felimon smiled and returned the hug causing most of the other nations to do the same gesture.

"I knew you couldn't be dead," Austria whispered as he hugged Lizamon tightly. "I'm just glad you're safe," Lizamon responded.

China and France both held their Digitalia tightly who both awkwardly returned the gesture, not used to being subjected to this kind of affection; even Germany made an exception and gave Gilbamon a quick hug, "I'm glad you're still with us," he said; he couldn't remember the last time he had been so worried about someone. Gilbamon smirked as he ended the hug, "C'mon; leaving you here alone in this place would be totally un-awesome of me," he said.

After a few more silent moments of embrace, everyone got to their feet as more black mist appeared above them. Everyone cringed in fear and stayed in a close group; they didn't want to experience anymore painful hallucinations. As the mist began to surround them, all the Digitalia formed a protective circle around the nations.

The mist became thicker until they couldn't see a thing; the next thing they knew, they were in another clearing. The cloudy dark sky was above them and a chilling wind blew across them; they were on the top of the mountain. The group slowly turned their heads to the far corner of the clearing where a stone throne sat in the rock formation.

The clouds began to slowly away to reveal the still full moon, showing a silhouetted figure in the throne; it was Azelmon. The darkness of the mountain hid his appearance, but his shadowy figure alone was intimidating enough. The group felt only a shred of hope; the moon was still full, so maybe they would have a chance to defeat him easily.

Their thoughts diminished though when his rough voice broke the silence, "I applaud your tenacity," he said, "Not many Digitalia make it this far without losing their sanity." The seven Digitalia all got in front of the nations, facing Azelmon ready to fight. "However…"

Azelmon slowly began to stand as the clouds moved away from the moon even further, allowing moonlight to slowly fill the area, "I plan to end you here and now."

Everyone looked at the moon in horror as the clouds fully revealed it; there was a sliver of moon missing. The moon was no longer full; their time was up. They looked at Azelmon as his eyes lit up red and he stepped into the moonlight.

He was very tall and well built, wearing a black cloak that covered his entire being. His skin was a sickly dark blue, covered in scales that glistened; the tips of his pointed ears poked out from a head of pure black hair that reached his back and was messy and tangled from years of seclusion. His face was that of a human, except for his red eyes and sharp pointed teeth that glistened with such coldness and cruelty. His long arms and legs sported spikes on the outside of them while his hands and feet held long black claws that were nearly half a foot long and so sharp that they could spilt you open in one slice. The nations and the Digitalia couldn't help but take a step back as their fears grew inside them; Azelmon was nothing short of a monster.

"Now…shall we begin?"

DUN DUN DUUUUUUN! We finally see Azelmon in ALL his glory!

D'aawwwwww! Everyone's finally reunited and has their head out of the clouds...er, mist. Now that they're together they'll be just fine!

I ended it here because I wanted to fight scene to fill up one chapter (or maybe two) so you can expect some action next! It was fun to write all the new combos for the Digitalia. That's going to be the new thing I throw in since I can't think up any forms for the Digitalia to Hetavolve into for Mega and Ultimate and everything. But since Digimon only have one move per form, I'll let the Digitalia have more than one move, they'll just unlock them later!

But we'll explain more when it actually happens!

Review plz!
