Nothing much happened this week. I was forced to go to school.

Basically, after I hugged Paul that night he threw me into the sea water and I was pretty sure that I saw a shark. Then Jared picked me up and we went home... Mom made brownies. I let Jared have one. Then, he announced he would be staying at Kim's since Mia was staying here, so we watched High School Musical 3 and cried together.

That was it, really. Oh, Jared came back the next morning and my mom made him drive me and Mia to school.

Then that evening, Paul phoned Jared (which was weird because Paul never phoned people unless they were stubborn and called Rachel Black) to let Jared know that not only had he and Rachel recently got engaged, but she was also pregnant. You can just imagine how Jake reacted to find out that not only was his sister marrying the guy he hated, but she was also having his baby.

According to Embry who told Mia who told me, Jacob had broken three chairs, five places, the steering wheel of his car and a window.

.

It is now Saturday and that means we have finally got to summer break. Jared and Kim graduated which was pretty boring. And much to my dismay, Mia said Embry was cute and they have started talking. Wanna know what's worse? He told her about the imprinting shit and she's cool with it. I have seen some perks of this though – 1) I have managed to bully Embry and get away with it and 2) she now hangs around with the boys when I do.

So much, he is currently at the mall with us. Seth also tagged along because I seem to be his only friend. Ugh, he's so clingy.

"This mall is ridiculous! There are no hot guys or anything."

"Madison, I'm here."

"Shut up, Seth. Don't be so up your ass."

I saw Embry roll his eyes. He didn't have to be here.

After a while of walking along, we all came to a halt: in front of us was Quil, who was with Claire... He was wearing a pink tutu and fluffy fairy wings, whilst Claire seemed to be dressed in a tiger costume.

I quickly pulled out my phone and started taking pictures whilst laughing. "Oh my God, I am so using these as blackmail!"

Quil must have heard me because he looked over and noticed us, whilst trying to hide the tutu and wings.

"Dude! What are you wearing?" Embry asked whilst laughing.

"Look, Claire wanted to go to this dressing up thing at the toy store and wanted me to go... Wearing this." Quil answered awkwardly.

I took more photos before sending them to everyone on my contact list... Then I put a couple on Facebook and Instagram... And I may have tweeted one or two of them.

When I sent it to everyone on my contact list, I literally did. These were the replies:

Jared: I just choked on my chicken from laughing!

Mom: It's not nice to humiliate people... LOL!

Paul: I need to see this. Be at the mall in 5 mins.

Rachel: See you in 5 minutes with Paul.

Kim: Don't be so mean!

Jared: Don't listen to Kim, she's laughing too. Take more pictures.

Seth: I'm standing right with you, why did you send it to me?

Brady: Seen 11:43PM

Collin: (:

Grandma: Who is that pretty girl? Is she your friend? Tell her that I think it's really kind of her to take her little sister to the mall.

The others had yet to reply to the texts. Paul kept true to his word though and he was literally there in five minutes with Rachel.

"Wow, you really were here in five minutes. Where were you?" I asked.

"Rachel's house."

I paused for a moment.

"But... La Push is like a fifteen minute drive to here." Mia pointed out.

"Yeah, I know." Paul simply said.

"Alright, how many people did you run over?" I asked.

"That doesn't matter," Paul quickly answered, "The important thing is seeing this." He said laughing, indicating Quil who was currently banging his head against the wall.

It reminded me of the time that me and Jared didn't want to miss the Supernatural season finale; we were forty-five minutes away from our house and the Supernatural finale started in ten minutes. We got home in fifteen minutes.

"I can't help but feel that it's a lot funnier in person," Rachel added, also laughing.

"How many people did you send this photo too?" Embry asked, looking at his and Mia's phone screens.

"Everyone on my contact list," I said confidently with a nod. "Even Grandma got it. She thinks Quil is a girl."

"He may as well be a girl..." Seth muttered.

.

"Look, Madi, the dog is cute and I know it's sad that it's abandoned but I don't think you can take it home." Mia said as we walked through the woods to my house.

I found a dog. He's cold. He's wet. He's hungry. I was not about to leave him behind.

"Why not!?" I demanded.

"You have a dog." Mia pointed out.

"I can have two dogs if I want to," I insisted. "Anyway, I've already named him Toby."

I didn't quite know what breed this dog was; he sort of looked like a Jack Russell Terrier cross – my auntie used to have one and he looks similar.

"Actually, I might hide him for a while." I decided. He, I mean, Toby can stay in my room until I decided I should tell mom and Jared.

"When your mom and brother say you can't keep him, don't start blaming me for anything. I told you to take him to the animal shelter." Mia said, nevertheless, she still petted him.

"Mia! Do you know what they do to dogs who don't have a home? They put them down!" I almost shrieked.

"Well, if they can't—"

"Nope."

"I volunteer and—"

"No."

She gave up after that.

We walked back to my house and had a little sing-along on the way – it was mainly Love Is An Open Door from Frozen; she done Hans whilst I done Anna.

When we walked into my house; I jumped and screamed. The whole of Sam's pack (plus Seth) were there eating the cookies my mom made for me and Mia.

"Madison..." Jared said slowly, in the middle of eating a cookie. "Why do you have a dog?"

"I-I-I—" I quickly put Toby into Mia's arms, "We found him... He's Mia's." That's when Lula ran in and started jumping up whilst yapping.

"Lula, ssh!" Jared said, throwing some cookie towards her. "Madison, did you find a dog and decide to keep it?"

"I've already—"

"You're so bad at lying." Jared interrupted, rolling his eyes.

"That's what Mr Wires said when Madi got us into trouble at school. We were going to leave but—"

"SETH!" He is such an idiot; I literally had to shout to shut up him.

"You can't bring a stray into the house and—"

"I can! He was alone, he was cold, he's wet, he's clearly hungry and I'm just doing a good deed." I said before taking Toby off of Mia. "We're going to bath him," I rushed past the stupid pack and started running upstairs, Mia following behind. "Seth! Bring some of Lula's dog food!"

Within about a minute, Seth was running up the stairs with a whole bag of dog biscuits and a bowl.

Then we tried to give Toby a bath, which resulted in all of us getting splashed with water and Seth eating a dog biscuit. His excuse was 'I just wanted to see what it tasted like."

Now, we were all in my room, crowded around Toby who was lying asleep in a box which was covered in blankets, and he too was covered in blankets. I would soon get him a dog bed but this had to be okay for now.

"He's so cute," Mia cooed.

"Why do you think I—Seth! Don't touch!"

Seth dropped the perfume bottle back onto my dressing table. "I just wanted to see what it smelt like."

"You're really exploring your senses today, aren't you?" I ignored his confused look and decided that whilst the pack are here, SOAP should annoy them. Me and Mia were the only girls since Leah had been dragged shopping by Rachel, Emily was cooking at home (as usual) and Kim was babysitting.

"I know what we should do," Mia announced. "We should lick the fillings out of the Oreo's and replace it with toothpaste!"

"Good idea. Seth, go and get Brady and Collin and bring Oreo's."

I went and got the toothpaste whilst he did that.

We all crowded into my room, licking the filling's out the Oreo's and replacing it with toothpaste. We only got to the third one when Seth interrupted us.

"I've just realised something," He announced. "This isn't going to work very well."

"Why not?"

"Well... Now Collin and Brady are here helping us, the only ones that are here to prank are Sam, Paul and Jared."

Shit.

"I guess I could text Embry..." Mia muttered, pulling out her phone.

"That's still not enough. Brady, you go and phone Quil and tell him I'll paint Claire's nails for her." I said as Brady nodded and ran off to phone Quil.

"Let's put cinnamon in the rest!" Seth suddenly shouted. "We can mix to together whilst we're waiting."

So we did. When Jared asked why I needed cinnamon, I said we were doing the cinnamon challenge and he just shrugged. Mixing toothpaste and cinnamon wasn't that easy and we sort of used up a whole tub of cinnamon and toothpaste, but guessed it wouldn't matter.

Finally, they were done. They looked nice, if I do say so myself. You wouldn't of thought that they had toothpaste and cinnamon in them.

I skipped downstairs with the plate, the others following behind; Embry and Quil were here now, so I was greeted with a shriek from Claire.

"We didn't want all the Oreo's, so you guys can have the rest." I said innocently as I placed the plate in the middle of the table. I tugged Claire away, "You can have one later, Claire. I'll do your nails first..."

Seth gave her a couple that he had saved, probably for himself. We watched as the pack all grabbed an Oreo – well, Quil grabbed three and rammed them all into his mouth at one... Big mistake.

Quil was the first to react, probably because of the amount of Oreo's had had in his mouth. The others soon followed. They were either choking, spitting it out or running to the taps where they were pushing each other out of the way.

"MADISON!"

"Shut up, Jared!" I quickly shouted as we ran upstairs to hide, taking Claire with us.

I painted Claire's nails 'pwink and gween'; one set of nails was pink and the other set was green.

.

I glanced at my phone, clicking it to see the time. The screen read 00:16AM. For some reason, Seth had dragged me out to First Beach to 'watch the stars.' I just went along with it.

"Madi," Seth said from beside me. "What do you think the stars are?"

"I think we're too old for this now Seth," I pointed out. "We know what stars are."

"I don't!" Seth protested, "I fell asleep in Science."

"Stars are big exploding balls of gas." I answered honestly. "They're nothing but a planet or a constellation."

"Like you know anything." Seth scoffed.

"You asked."

"Well your answer was stupid."

"My answer was scientific."

"It shouldn't be."

"Then what should my answer be?"

"It should be something more magical."

"Are you gay?"

"What!? No!"

He shut up after that.

"It's just that Claire said you have a story about the stars."

Maybe I was wrong.

"Can you tell me?"

No.

"Please."

Shut up, Seth.

"Madi, pl—"

"Fine!"

He waited for about a second before poking me, "Tell—"

"Seth!" I shouted, hitting his hand away. "That was my boob! Luckily I'm wearing a padded bra."

"So, tell me the story about the stars."

"Fine. When I was a little girl, I used to stay awake so I could climb up to my window and watch the stars. I used to think they were angels and I made so many little wishes like wanting my brother to take me to the park and to get a pet hamster." I said as I watched the stars, "Then after my hamster died, Jared told me it turned into a star."

"Do you still do it now?"

"Do what?"

"Get up to watch the stars."

"What the hell do you think I'm doing now?"

"No, I mean, on your own, from your window."

"No." I simply answered.

"Why not?" Seth asked.

"You shouldn't be so curious."

"Well I am."

"I stopped believing after my dad left. I wished that he would come back and he didn't."

That definitely shut him up for a while. He randomly held my hand, which was weird but I didn't say anything. It was just Seth.

"My dad use to tell me stuff about stars. He used to take me and Leah camping. Most of his stories about the stars were linked to the Quileute Legends."

What a surprise.

"There was one that I still remember now. Wanna hear it?"

He's going to tell me anyway.

"He said—" told you he would "—that once an Elder or someone from their bloodline dies, they sort of become the stars. He used to say 'Seth, let me tell you something my father told me. Look at all those stars. The great Quileute's from the pass look down on us from those stars."

Wait. This sounds familiar.

"'So whenever you feel alone, just remember that those Quileute's will always be there to guide you and so will I."

"Seth, I hate to break it to you but—"

"What?"

I was about to tell him that Harry quoted The Lion King but changed a few words... But his face was just too cute. "It's cute. The theory. I like it."

"Do you think my dad's up there?"

"What are you two doing here?"

I looked up to see Rachel. No Paul. That was surprising.

"We just wanted some fresh-"

"We're watching the stars!" Seth said excitedly, "Wanna watch with us?"

"Sure," Rachel answered, lying next to me. Great, now she would tell Paul who would tell Jared that I sneaked out with Seth. "Why are you two holding hands?"

Shit.

"We're not." I quickly said as we both pulled our hands away.

"Do you have any theories on the stars, Rach?" Seth asked.

"Nope." Rachel simply answered.

"I have one that my dad told me," Seth said and told Rachel what he told me.

"My mom told me a story when I was little about feeling lost." Rachel said.

There was a strange silence; I thought she was going to tell us.

"What was it?" I finally asked.

"What was what?"

"The story."

"What story?"

"The one your mom told you about feeling lost."

"Why would I tell you?"

I shrugged.

"'It doesn't matter where you are, in the jungle or the desert or on the moon. However lost you may feel, you'll never really be lost. Not really. Because I will always be here, and I will always come and find you. Every single time. Every single time.'"

Oh, so she decided to tell us.

"That's nice." Seth spoke up. "Oh, and my mom said to say congratulations on your engagement and baby!" He said.

Rachel sort of shrugged and didn't say anything.

"When's the wedding?"

"I don't know."

"How don't you know?"

"I'm not having a wedding until I've had this baby."

"Do you know if it's a boy or a girl yet?" Seth asked.

"If it's a girl, will you name her Madison?" I asked.

"And Seth for a boy." Seth said.

"Have you thought of baby names?"

"Can you tell us them?"

"What is it with you two and all the questions!?"

Pfft. She was a bit moody, wasn't she? Rude.

"What are you doing out here, anyway?" Seth asked.

"I couldn't sleep." Rachel answered with a shrug.

"I'm sure Paul's happy about his pregnant fiancée walking around in the middle of the night." I muttered, but Rachel still heard me.

"He doesn't know and if either of you tell him, I will murder you slowly then hide your bodies in the sea where no one will ever find you."

Damn, her threats were scarier than mine. I must work on that.

"I won't tell him if you don't say anything about seeing us here tonight," I said. "Especially my mom and Jared."

"Deal."

.

I've probably said this before, but this fanfiction is starting to come along nicely. Despite the purposes of what it was made for (which was initially pure humour), I am considering developing it.

Which brings me to this; how would you guys feel about Madison/Seth? I have a plot in mind about Seth imprinting on Madi (only he kept it quiet) and I would explain all of it in a chapter from his POV so it makes sense.

Oh, and disclaimer on the quote which Rachel said; it does not belong to me. It is a Doctor Who quote, one of my favourites, actually. You might be seeing more of them throughout this.
