Chapter 11

"You sure seem happy, Ayumi." Naruto commented as he glanced at the grinning breeder.

"Why wouldn't I be? My male Eevee evolved into an Espeon like I hoped for, and so did Litwick. Your Bagon, Gible, and Hoothoot did too. You were practically using Flash with that happy smile of yours." Ayumi replied, not losing her happy tune. "Jessie is as well, with her Feebas egg finally hatching. She coddled it just as much as she does with her Smoochum."

As the group traveled and trained along the way without being able to rotate their Pokemon, they had indeed evolved wonderfully, and Jessie's egg had hatched into a nice young Feebas without any problems.

James stretched as he commented, "I didn't think we would walk all the way here to Stone Town. I know the first thing you two will do, will be swapping out your Pokemon."
"Yup! Hey Naruto, would it be okay for you to get Aki and Haru? I'm sure they'd love to play with each other." Ayumi asked.

The Unova native nodded, "Sure, they deserve some time to play before training. Why don't you get your Eevee, too? It would be kind of cute seeing Eeveelutions playing with each other."

"Did you say, Eeveelution?!" An unfamiliar male voice asked as three teenaged boys with peculiarly styled hair.

The blond with upward spiky hair asked, "You have an Eeveelution, can we see which one?"
"Sparky, we should introduce ourselves before asking them." The blue haired one scolded before turning to the group with a polite smile, "I'm sorry for my brother, we're trainers known as the Eevee Brothers. I'm Rainer, you've met Sparky, and that's Pyro."

"I'm Naruto and she's Ayumi. Those two are Jessie and James." The blue eyed blond introduced as well.

"So can we see which one you evolved your Eevee into?" Pyro asked, "A Flareon, Vaporeon, or a Jolteon? Which one?"

"Actually, I didn't evolve him into any of those." The silverette responded as she called out her psychic Eeveelution. "He's called an Espeon; he's an evolution of Eevee, not from a stone, but through friendship during the day."

"I had twin Eevee's and they evolved into a Leafeon, evolving from training near a mossy rock, that I call Aki, and an Umbreon, evolving from gaining friendship at night, I call him Haru." Naruto commented, "I don't have them with me right now, but we were going to get them out so they could play with each other."

"We'd love to see more Eeveelutions! In return, you're welcome to our party. We'll be evolving our guests' Pokemon with stones, so you're free to bring Pokemon you would like to evolve." Sparky suggested.

"Maybe you guys can convince Mikey to finally pick on what he wants to evolve his Eevee into." The red haired sibling commented quietly to himself.

The non-local trainers glanced at each other, "Well, we were thinking it was about time to evolve our Gloom." Ayumi mentioned.

Naruto nodded, "It wouldn't hurt to get a few more stones either."

The party in itself was rather fun. The group was surrounded by fellow Pokemon lovers, and everyone enjoyed themselves in their own way.

Jessie, James, and Meowth were stuffing their faces while the lavender haired man avoided Pyro to keep his Vulpix and Weepinbell from evolving yet. Naruto and Ayumi were watching their Bellossom dance with each other as their Eevee group played with the brother's. The two were also introduced to their younger brother Mikey, who also had an un-evolved Eevee that was the star of the party, but had sadly run away somewhere.

"So Ayumi, what will you evolve that Eevee of yours into?" Rainer asked in fascination.

"I'm planning to go up to the mountains to evolve her into a Glaceon. After a while of training, I'll breed Espeon and Glaceon for the rest of the Eeveelutions, along with one called a Sylveon." The silverette replied.

"I'm actually kind of glad that there are more choices to evolve an Eevee." Sparky commented, "That means Mikey can choose to evolve his into whatever he wants."

"I don't think you should force your brother to make a decision though." Naruto stated.

"We know what's best for him." The three older brothers said with finality in their voices.

The younger blond sighed, "Well, thank you for inviting us, but we really must be going."

"It's a shame you can't stay longer." Pyro lamented, "Thank you for allowing us to see your Eeveelutions and learn more about them. Your Pokemon all look very well trained."

"Thanks, we'll be heading off now." Naruto smiled as he and Ayumi recalled their Pokemon and went to get Jessie and James to unhinge them from the food.

"I wish we didn't have to leave yet. We could've eaten more free food~!" Jessie complained as they were trekking farther and farther from the party.

"We don't mean that your cooking is bad, or anything! We just didn't want you kids cooking so much for us!" James quickly added, thinking what the magenta haired woman said may have offended the younger trainers.

"That's nice of you guys, I think. I was just bothered by how those three were pressuring their little brother to make his Eevee evolve." The Unova native said as he glanced back at the distant mansion.

"It ain't our problem." Meowth commented, "Besides, I think I heard those twerps coming. They'll probably fix the problem for ya."

"I thought you, Jessie, and James hated them?" Rhapsody asked as she perched on her father figure's shoulder.

"We're not the best motivators. We were bad guys for a reason." The Smoochum lover shrugged.

That got the silverette thinking before she smirked, "That just gave me an idea."

The group huddled together as the albino breeder told them the plan, and had her Alakazam take them back to where the party was.

"Are you sure this is going to work?" Naruto asked as he and his silver haired companion watched as Jessie and James pretended to be Team Rocket members and "took" the Pokemon.

The non-local trainers made sure to stay out of Ash's Pidgeotto's sight as they followed their friends back to an empty field as Meowth was talking to Mikey's Eevee.

"I see, so you's two have trained, but the brothers and their Pokemon look down on ya 'cause you haven't evolved."

"Vee."

The Scratch Cat Pokemon controlled a tear as he sniffed, "Don't ya worry. This setup will get you and your trainer to prove your brothers are wrong."

Jessie just tapped her foot as she looked around, "Where are they? I drove here slowly."

"And had that girl twerp's Horsea making a trail of ink."

Meowth went over to Pikachu's cage, "You better keep this to yourself. We're only doing what our new bosses told us to."

"Pika Pika?" The electric type asked in confusion. He'd figured out that they weren't doing things like they normally would, because of their new bosses, but who were they?

"None of your business!" The talking normal type yelled before he heard running. "They're almost here! Get ready!"

"Right!" The three each took a Water Stone, Fire Stone, and Thunder Stone as they charged to make it look like they were trying to force Eevee to evolve. "Go!"

Ash and his friends, along with the four Eevee brothers came as they had Squirtle push James and Meowth away with a Water Gun, but not before Misty's Psyduck made an embarrassing display of a Water Gun. This gave time for them to let out the not so well caged Pokemon.

Before Mikey could run to his caged Eevee, Jessie took it out of his safe reach. "Looks like we'll just have to settle for Eevee!" The magenta haired trainer taunted.

"We won't let you get away with that you, old hag!" Misty retorted.

Jessie's response of spewing fire in anger had Eevee, James, Meowth, and Naruto and Ayumi, who were hiding in the trees, scared.

"Jessie just evolved into a Flareon!" Meowth exclaimed with James agreeing.

The two flinched as she turned to them with more of an order than a question, "Ready to battle!?"

"R-right!" The two fake Rocket trainers called out their Arbok and Weezing.

Ash was about to stop them, but the older Eevee brothers took responsibility of saving their little brother's Eevee.

Arbok and Weezing took no damage, but pretended they did to make it seem like the brothers were having the upper hand as they attempted to retreat with Pyro's Flareon stopping them with a Fire Spin.

"We beat you! Now hand over the Eevee!" Sparky demanded as the magenta haired trainer glared back at them.

Jessie only smirked, "We're not finished."

The brothers could only watch in shock as their Pokemon were easily defeated by Arbok and Weezing.

Misty had enough of the other woman's taunting as she had Horsea spray ink at her face, making her throw Eevee's cage to Mikey.

They weren't done even when they were shocked by Pikachu, surprising Ash's group.

"We won't go down that easily!"

As the reuniting trainer and Pokemon were happy to be together again, they were surprised when they heard the young boy's brothers called out in concern for their Pokemon. "Uh oh." Mikey said to himself, his brothers' Pokemon got hurt because of him.

That was just what Team Rocket needed as they taunted some more, "We're right where we want them, let's finish them off!"

"Victory!"

Mikey had Eevee quickly sent them flying with an impressive combination of Take Down and a Raged Tackle Attack.

Naruto and Ayumi smiled from the backgrounds as their job was done and left with Alakazam to get their other travelling companions, but not before giving the Eevee brothers some Max Potions as a small form of apology.

"That went well. You had a great plan, Ayumi." The blond said as the group were teleported back to where they were as they floated in a newly patched up hot air balloon.

"It better, putting up with that twerp's Horsea's ink in my face wasn't part of the plan." Jessie muttered as she wiped her face to get the feeling of ink off her.

"Thanks, Naruto. You were right when it wasn't okay to leave the situation how it was. And it was thanks to Jessie, James, and Meowth." The Sinnoh native grinned.

"We're almost at a good place to mine for evolution stones." Meowth stated.

Naruto thought and gave a thumbs-up, "Sure, we'll make a quick stop. We'll leave in two hours with what we find."

"We could make some quick bucks." James commented.

"My cousin back in Hoenn would love these as a gift." The silverette muttered as she found Moon Stones, Thunder Stones, and a variety of other stones.

The whiskered blonde glanced up from placing down his newest find of a stone onto his pile, "You have a cousin in Hoenn? I thought you were from Sinnoh?"

"I am, I grew up in Sinnoh, but I was born in the Hoenn Region." Ayumi informed, "I have a cousin and friend there that I'm really close with; we're practically brother and sister. Of course we haven't talked in a while, I'll call them soon."

Naruto grinned, "That's great, Ayumi. I've been to the Hoenn and Sinnoh Region before; they're really fun places to travel. Maybe you can show me around."

"Thanks, I'm looking forward to it, but I expect the same thing in the Unova Region. I've heard good things about it."

After a couple days, the group made it to Neon Town, a bustling town filled with noise and lights. The younger trainers and their Pokemon were safe from any collisions with irate people, but Jessie and James weren't as they were beat by a lanky man and a large woman. Thankfully, they were saved by Rhapsody using her Relic Song to put them to sleep.

As the group made it to the field past Neon Town the next day after getting a not so restful sleep in the noisy town, they'd run into Ash's group with a wild Jigglypuff on a tree stump.

"What are you guys doing?" Naruto asked as Ayumi wasn't far behind with Jessie and James behind, hiding the tall grass.

"Oh, we helped this Jigglypuff get its voice back so it can sing. Now we're going to hear its song, would you like to join us?" Misty asked as their group sat in a small row.

"Sure." The blond agreed while his silverette companion had a feeling this wasn't going to be good.

After the two had taken their seats with Rhapsody appearing to sit as well with Meowth on Ayumi's lap, the round fairy type began singing, unconsciously using the move Sing as everyone but Naruto and Rhapsody had fallen asleep.

As happy as it had been with those two being the only ones to listen to the very end, it puffed up in anger before digging into Ash's bag to pull out a possibly permanent marker, and drew on everyone but the aware duo's faces.

Moments later, everyone awoke to find drawings all over their faces as they frantically wiped it off to see Jigglypuff upset and sitting on the Unova native's lap as he tried to keep himself from laughing.

"Did Jigglypuff do that?" Ash asked.

Naruto nodded, "You guys fell asleep when it used Sing, and drew on all of your faces as payback."

"How come you weren't affected?" Ayumi asked as she helped get the marker of her Pokemon's face.

"I've always been surrounded by Pokemon that use vocal attacks that can put someone to sleep, I guess I kind of grown immune to it." The whiskered blond replied before he praised the wild Pokemon, "You have a great voice by the way, Jigglypuff."

The pink Pokemon's eyes shone from the praise and hugged the Unova native happily, Misty was a little jealous; she was really hoping to catch Jigglypuff, "How about we try to see if other Pokemon will stay awake for its song?"

"Wouldn't that just make Jigglypuff mad from no Pokemon being able to stay awake when it sings?" The albino breeder questioned, before turning to her travelling companion, "Can't you teach it a different singing move, Naruto?"

The blue eyed trainer nodded, "You're right. What do you say, Jigglypuff? Do you want to learn more singing techniques with Rhapsody and me?"

"Jiggly!" Jigglypuff beamed, absolutely excited with the thought of a singing coach.

"Okay Jigglypuff, the first part of singing is having a good set of lungs. For that, we'll start with vocal exercises while running." Naruto stated with the normal/fairy type nodding and immediately crying out in different pitches as it ran around a few trees.

"What's he making Jigglypuff do?" Ash asked, not quite understanding the reason behind this.

Rhapsody was the one to answer, "Daddy is having her make her lungs stronger. It'll help make Jigglypuff's voice louder and reach more people!"

"Did you do that with Naruto?" Misty asked.

The Meloetta nodded, "Uncle Iru said that was a good practice for vocal moves. Daddy would practice with me every time. He does it with Mao and Hoshi too."

"That's a great idea. Not only does it strengthen the Pokemon for vocal attacks it helps with their stamina and speed as well multitasking." Brock commented, "How long has Naruto been skilled in unique methods of training?"

"Daddy's always known how thanks to Uncle Iru and Uncle Kashi, and but he really started when I hatched."

"That's impressive." The water type enthusiast praised as she watched Naruto train Jigglypuff.

After a few hours, the Unova native decided it was time for another try for Jigglypuff to sing as the group formed another row as audience. "Okay, Jigglypuff. I know you can do this and gain adoring fans."

"Jiggly!"

"Alright, I know you can dazzle us with a Round of your voice."

The Pokemon nodded before singing in a lovely voice that the groups were able to listen to completely without falling asleep this time. When Jigglypuff was done, they gave her a round of applause.

"That was fantastic!" Misty praised.

Ayumi glanced to her travelling companion, "You taught her Round?"

"Yeah, Jigglypuff loves to sing, so I thought it would be nice for her to know a move she can use without making her audience fall asleep."

Ash came up with an idea, "Why don't we give Jigglypuff a bigger audience? Neon Town's always up and active."

Brock seemed to agree with the idea, "You're right, there's bound to be an outdoor stage somewhere."

The groups did just that, but it was fruitless with only results of angry rejections from shop owners. Just as they were about to give up, Jessie and James-wearing disguises- drove up to them in a large truck, "We heard you were looking for an outdoor stage."

"You can borrow ours."

As Ash and his friends thanked the two, Naruto and Ayumi were thinking the same thing, "Where in the world did they get it?"

After setting up the stage and getting everything into position, Jigglypuff stood up there with the two groups back stage, ready to give the Pokemon the go ahead while Ayumi and James worked on getting the audio to reach nearly every audio system in town. "It's done, but I have a bad feeling about this." The Sinnoh native stated, just getting the feeling that things wouldn't end as planned.

"It'll be fine, Ayumi. Alright Jigglypuff, the stage is all yours!" The Unova native announced as the lights shone on the sole Pokemon upstage.

The first few seconds went great with Jigglypuff's voice echoing throughout the air, but suddenly its voice made people fall asleep, with the only one up being Naruto. He looked around as he sighed before he watched the normal/fairy type bound throughout town to draw on everyone's faces, "Jigglypuff must've went to using Sing by accident."

Eventually the round Pokemon appeared in front of him, possibly to draw on Ash and the other's faces. Knowing what Jigglypuff wanted, the whiskered blond clapped as he praised, "You were wonderful Jigglypuff, but you switched to Sing, making the audience fall asleep. It was a good lullaby though."

Jigglypuff didn't like the criticism, but she knew that to become a perfect performer, she needed to accept reasonable remarks. The Balloon Pokemon also knew that Rhapsody was competition, considering the Meloetta could happily control the effects of her voice while Jigglypuff couldn't, but the blond trainer in front of her could. The pink Pokemon decided, Naruto was going to be her vocal coach, even if it meant becoming his Pokemon. "Jiggly! Jigglypuff Jiggly Jig puff!" She exclaimed as she pointed from the stage to the Unova native and finally the poke-balls at his belt.

"You want to come with me to get you better as a performer on stage?"

"Jig!" The Balloon Pokemon nodded, full of determination as she practically leapt into the Luxury Ball that was shown to her.

Naruto grinned as Jigglypuff accepted going into the poke-ball as it shrank to indicate that Jigglypuff had been sent to his family ranch for Iruka to tend to. "Welcome to the family, Jigglypuff. I guess you'll be picking contests."

The blond glanced back to his friends that were asleep on the floor and obviously drawn on. He called out Rhapsody as he commented, "Well I'm sure Ash and the others will be fine. Rhapsody can you help carry Jessie and James until we get to the hot air balloon? I'll help with Ayumi and Meowth."

"Alright, Daddy!" The Meloetta saluted happily as she used Psychic to lift the snoring former Team Rocket members to the hot air balloon hidden at the edge of town.

As Naruto walked through the sleeping town to see the havoc his newest addition caused, he sweat dropped, "I hope Iruka doesn't have too much trouble with Jigglypuff."

Meanwhile with Iruka

"It's nice to meet you Jigglypuff, I'm sure you'll like the ranch until Naruto calls for you."

"Jig!"

*Slap!*

A/N: And that's chapter 11! Naruto and the others went through quite a bit in Stone Town and Neon Town. Jessie and James proved that they can still handle being "bad guys" just fine to help out Mikey, and a tiny bit was learned about Ayumi, and I'm sure you guys can figure out who her cousin is!

Originally, I intended to add the fossil episode to this chapter, but I didn't want to ruin a good ending scene. Poor Iruka though. Jigglypuff will be quite a dramatic member in Naruto's team!

Filler episodes and chapters are no fun, but I promise that I have selected only what I think would best suit Naruto's appearance and role, be it directly or off of the idea of the episodes.

On another note, I'm anxious for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire! I loved Emerald when I was a kid, and I say it's about time. I'm leaning towards Alpha Sapphire, but I might get both for the story and Primal Legendaries. As for the starter, as much as I love fire types, I've always leaned toward the water or grass starter, except for Cyndaquil and Fennekin, so it's either Treeko or Mudkip. Which Hoenn starter will you be picking? Review to let me know!

Also, there's an amazing Digimon game known as "Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode" that would be great if it were brought to our countries. I'm a fan of all sorts of games, and I would be thrilled to get it outside of Japan, and I would be grateful if you help and sign! Here is the link!
