4FireKing- yes it did change komatsu in a way however during the fight Darkness was the one in control of komatsu's body and was the one who was fighting also feel free to ask for stuff whether or not it is used is completely dependent on if I can fit it in the story.

Chapter 3
-The CENTURY SOUP is complete- (This chapter will focus mostly if not entirely on komatsu)
It has been said that there is a winter cherry plant who's flowers bloom delightedly sweetened millet dumplings that are as chewy as taffy yet as filling as fresh bread the Winter Cherry Dumplings!
and that there are camels who's humps are filled not with water but TWO scoops of pure vanilla ice cream the Vaniamel!
This is the Gourmet age the age of seeking out yet unknown culinary delights
-Previously on The Ultimate Combo-
Komatsu had discovered the remaining amount of Century Soup!
Sadly this was followed by him being confronted by a micro GT Robot of the Gourmet Corps which soundly knocked Komatsu away and into the Gourmet Show Window.
This was the point History was made because the second Komatsu hit the window he accidentally bit down and swallowed something gelatinous before falling to the ground on the border of death.
The mini GT robot payed no mind to Komatsu's body as it began to convulse and had a black aura grow around him until an explosion of power shook the caverns forcing the pilot of the robot to search for the source only to find it to be Komatsu.
Komatsu got up from his spot slowly and stared at the robot with his new completely black eyes surrounding the red iris and screamed towards the sky in a trinity of voices "At last we can feed!"
The possessed Komatsu turned and pointed at the GT robot and said "Take the soup and get stronger for we only Feast on the strong" he said finishing in a mad smile while slowly sinking into his shadow.
Meanwhile Toriko and friends had been fighting the Gourmet Corps chef Tommyrod and his accomplices
Toriko had managed to fight Tommyrod exceptionally well but was still out matched and on the verge of death
As tommyrod went for the killing blow the Gourmet Reviver Teppai appeared and sprouted a tree to protect Toriko
He proceeded to use knocking on the already greatly injured Tommyrod and forced him to release his greatest beast the Parasite Emperor
Teppai was about to engage the creature in combat only for a roar to sound and he turned to see the creature he freed form an icy prison Hellboros
As Hellboros and Parasite Emperor prepared to fight a massive surge of power flew through the air alerting everyone to its presence.
They all turned towards the open passage that was now darker than pitch black only for a set of red eyes to appear and the sound of a psychotic laughter to fill the air.
They all waited with baited breath as the a figure began to form from the dark only to find it was Komatsu.
But they were unprepared for komatsu to shout "Time to Eat!"
Komatsu proceeded to destroy both Hellboros and Parasite Emperor he defeated both quickly and brutally but didn't kill them no he made their shadows open up like a whirlpool and swallow them into oblivion.
We late found that Komatsu had ingested Gourmet cells and his cells were controlling his body while his mind was incapacitated.
The Gourmet cells were to Komatsu what Toriko's demon was to him, They also took on the name of Darkness.
After convincing Toriko that he was technically Komatsu Darkness went into a panick because he had yet to eat anything and if there is no food around Gourmet cells will eat their host.
He was saved however by the surprise appearance of Setsuno who had brought with her a large amount of food. Darkness ate his fill and said that Komatsu would awaken soon. With that he fell asleep.
Later they regrouped at the Gourmet show window only to find that the rest of the Century Soup had been taken by the Gourmet corps.
Komatsu awoke with a start and asked for an explanation, which toriko provided by pointing out to where Komatsu had hit the window only to find a jellyfish.
Toriko and Teppai both explained that it was a Gourmet Jellyfish and was the source of all gourmet cells.
Komatsu took this with a grain of salt
Then Komatsu cried because he was unable to capture the soup and had broken his promise to Toriko.
Teppai seeing Komatsu's distress looked back on his teachers words and made a decision.
Teppai told the others his plan and they agreed, Teppai then put his plan into action and pulled on a vine that he had earlier grew to protect the window.
Now he was squeezing the last of the soup out of the window.
The window shattered and the last drop of soup landed in Komatsu's hands. Komatsu then swore on his honor that he would recreate the soup since it had chosen him to be the one to eat the final drop.
As he ate the soup his body began to glow he grew a few inches, gained some muscle, and his hair grew out about an inch or so.
Setsuno then said it was time to leave and guided everyone to her vehicle of choice the Limousine Jellyfish.
They then left Ice Hell and made route for the country of healing Life so as to heal all the injured and hopefully regrow Toriko's arm that he had lost in the fight against Tommyrod
Along the journey there Komatsu struck a deal with Darkness that said so long as Komatsu fought a fair amount and add the fact that as a chef he must taste all his food before he serves it to the customer so Darkness got first dibs on everything.
When they arrived at Life Toriko and the others left the jellyfish but Komatsu was insistent on returning to the Hotel Gourmet to begin working on the soup.
And with a final goodbye to Toriko and the others Setsuno, Komatsu, and Tina, who asked Komatsu if he would allow her to make a documentary on him making the soup, left for the Hotel Gourmet
(Now after an extremely long flashback on with the story)
-NOW-
"Thanks for the ride Setsuno-san" said Komatsu with a bow as he exited the Jellyfish that was now parked in front of the Hotel Gourmet.
"It's perfectly fine Komatsu if you ever need anything you let me know ok?" replied Setsuno as she smiled at Komatsu and Tina who stood behind him.
"Yes mam!" continued Komatsu with a smile
Setsuno nodded and said "Now go and make the Century Soup!"
"Alright!" Finished Komatsu as he turned and ran towards the Hotels kitchen with Tina and Yun in tow and right past the Hotels manager.
Setsuno turned and walked back into her jellyfish all the while thinking "That boy will finish the soup but I can't help but feel it will be only one of many accomplishments"
-In the Kitchen-
Komatsu had quickly gotten dressed in his chefs robes and prepared his cooking area.
Tina watched as Komatsu prepared to start and turned to her camera and said "Chef Komatsu is beginning to recreate the Century Soup but can his equal the once in a hundred years potable"
She would have continued had she not heard the shuffling of webbed feet behind her. She turned to see Yun standing there.
As Komatsu worked he heard the door open slightly and turned to see Yun peeking in saying "Yun yu yun"
Komatsu smiled and said gently "Aww you can't come in here yet Yun, sorry little guy I have to concentrate."
Yun whined slightly before he closed the door.
Komatsu said softly "He'll be alright" with that he continued to work.
He turned back to his cutting board and said while cutting ingredients "Now for the first step I'll put together a basic soup stock, then I'll work in some unique ingredients"
He began to list the steps he would take "I will boil the bone of an omeatsu bird for the base, then toss in some plum onions, gold carrots, and cubed peppers."
He flowed these steps he set out and allowed the soup to cook for a little while before taking a ladle and drawing some into a tasting dish, which is a small blow barley even large enough to hold a spoon full of anything, and tested his soup.
He said "Wow that tastes good, but now I should add some shellfish flavor." he turned and grabbed a number of different types of seafood and said " how about Masutake shells, Milk Scallops, and Smoked Rainbow Clams."
When he tasted it this time he sighed happily and said "That's yummy" he then frowned saying "But it's not right, I'm sure Century soup didn't have this flavor"
He was startled when Darkness decided to interject and say "Your right this is good but it isn't the right flavor at all"
Komatsu recovered from his scare and said determinedly "Ya I know that but I will make this soup!"
Darkness mentally nodded towards him impressed by his resolve and said "And We shall help you anyway we can"
Komatsu asked "How are you going to do that?"
Darkness responded "What ever you eat we will always remember the taste we can give direction based on your knowledge but that's all we can't do anything else other than tell you how close you are. In this case if we were to put a percentage till completion this version would rank about 2 percent complete"
Komatsu winced at that and thought "Harsh much"
Darkness smirked and said "We were being generous"
Komatsu wanted to cry at that statement but stopped himself and said "Let's get to work."
Darkness finished "Agreed, now how about some seasonings?"
Komatsu nodded and said with a smirk of his own "Just what I was thinking" he walked over to the seasonings he had placed out and said as he added each seasoning "Let's try Sushi Salt and Seven Flavor Sake"
He stirred both in and tried it again saying "So delicious" He then gained a frustrated look and slammed his hands to the table, unaware that his shadow was shifting angrily under him and said "But still totally wrong Century Soup is way heartier than this it's deep with complex flavor."
He sighed and thought "Recreating the soup is going to be way harder than I thought"
Darkness said quickly and sagely "If it wasn't hard it wouldn't be worth it."
Komatsu smiled slightly as his shadow settled and said "Ya your right" he then turned as the door opened again to find Yun looking in at him. Komatsu still slightly frustrated said "Not now Yun" only for Yun's stomach to growl
Komatsu said "Oh are you hunger?" his stomach then growled and Darkness said "Your hungry too"
Komatsu looked at the clock on the wall and said "Well it is pretty late maybe I should take a break for now." he then made a fist and said "But I will not give up on this soup I will make it!"
(Three weeks later)
"Spiny eel, I should get a great broth from this guy" said Komatsu, who now had slight bags under his eye's after working with minimal rest over the last few weeks.
"Agreed" commented Darkness, who had over the last few weeks become Komatsu's inner critic towards most of the things he did and tried as per Komatsu's request and helped out with whatever else Komatsu needed. Their partnership in this endeavor had greatly increased their relationship, well as much of a relationship as a person and for lack of a better phrase alternate personality could have.
Tina stood outside the kitchen and said to her camera "It's been three weeks since Chef Komatsu began to work on recreating the soup, it has become an around the clock obsession
Komatsu rolled up his sleeves and said "I'll add Misty Shitake Mushrooms to the Steak Kelp and then throw in Chuck Sardines that have soaked for a week, Next I'll try a Tuna Pig Cutlet, some Smoked Ham Mackerel, Vanilla Garlic, and a nice Peach Lemon Peel for the finish"
He did as said and after the soup had simmered for about half an hour Komatsu tried it for possible the hundredth time in these few weeks and said with his eye twitching in annoyance "Still wrong I guess I'll ditch the Vanilla Garlic"
Komatsu sighed as he went to sit down for a minute and think about what to try next and consult with Darkness.
After a few minutes Tina walked in and asked concerned "Hey Komatsu making any headway?"
Komatsu gave a weak smile and said "Thanks for the concern sadly I haven't gotten any closer then when I started"
Komatsu's smile grew slightly seeing both Yun and Tina's balloon bird Kruppoh coming towards him
He said rather than asked "Did you guys come to try and cheer me up"
Both responded by excitedly squeaking their respective sounds to which Komatsu laughed and said as he got up "Your both adorable"
He walked over and petted Yun saying "Yun to you it must taste just like home don't worry I will find a way to make it"
Yun smiled and drooled slightly
Komatsu smiled and chuckled "Ha it looks like the thoughts got you drooling already."
Tina smiled at the scene thinking it was so cute
(Three Months since start)
"Crap" muttered Komatsu as he tasted yet another failed attempt
He continued and said "All this work and it's still not even close to Granny Setsu's version of the soup"
Tina stared tiredly as she spoke to her camera saying in an exhausted voice "It's been three long months since Chef Komatsu started working on the soup, he cooks seven days a week and doesn't even sleep."
Komatsu stared down at his pot and thought "It's the ingredients that make Setsuno's version of the soup so good, She only uses foods discovered in the last hundred years but somehow manages to mimic the taste of more ancient flavors, this way she can respect our ancestors but still put her own modern twist on things"
"Setsuno can make a soup that fulfills the old spirit of the original, it's great, and I want to make mine even more authentic but with my own choices of today's ingredients" He said while thinking "Easier said then done"
Darkness spoke "Well then let's get back to work"
Komatsu thought "but where to start?"
Darkness thought for a minute before saying "How do you feel about a third opinion?"
(Setsuno's Restaurant)
"I was wondering when you would come by Komatsu, come on in." invited Setsuno as she looked at a very tired Komatsu, who was holding one of his containers.
Komatsu nodded and walked inside before setting the container on one of Setsuno's tables and said "This is as far as we got now I can't really take all the credit cause Darkness did help me quite a lot."
Darkness smiled and said "Thanks Komatsu"
Setsuno said "Well I must say I've never heard of someone getting along with their gourmet cells so well."
Komatsu was confused and asked "What do you mean?"
Setsuno took the container and scooped a small amount out as she spoke "Oh you don't know? well leave it to Toriko not to explain everything"
As she said this she began to grab her spoon "Most people are at ends with their Gourmet cells as you know they tend to take on personalities based on some form of your emotions but most of the time those traits are the ones that you tend to dislike or not understand. This leads to animosity and people distancing themselves from the source of what gives them their abilities and consequentially weakening themselves."
Komatsu looked shocked for a second but then said "Wait Toriko said that his Gourmet cells were unreliable unless his life was in danger and the demon in him refused to work with him"
Setsuno sighed and said "Is that what he said? In all honesty Komatsu, Toriko is somewhat arrogant as are the other Heavenly kings they all think they can get strong on their own and ignore their gourmet cells powers beyond what they can currently able to do."
She then turned to look him in the eyes and said "I believe that if they don't get it through their heads that they are effectively denying their own emotions and instincts they will stagnate and you Komatsu will surpass them in power very quickly with the bond you have with Darkness"
Komatsu was awed by what Setsuno had said. She thought that he could eventually defeat the heavenly kings themselves.
After Komatsu had regained his composer he put on a thinking look and said "The thing is I don't care about being the strongest fighter but about being a great chef. So I guess it's up to me to get Toriko and the others to at least try and form some kind of agreement with their own Gourmet cells."
Setsuno smiled and said "Then I wish you good luck, now lets try your soup."
"Thank you" said Komatsu before he asked "If I may how long did it take you to recreate the soup the first time you made it?"
Setsuno thought for a second before turning to him and saying "About thirty years give or take."
Komatsu had a blank expression for a second before the gravity of the amount of time hit him like a ton of bricks and screamed "AHH! if it took you thirty years how long will it take someone with my experiance!"
Setsuno remained calm as she tasted the soup and was shocked though she didn't show it
"Hmhm well you know where to find me if you need help" said Setsuno as she bid goodbye to Komatsu.
Komatsu smiled and thanked her but she continued by saying "Even though I don't think you will need to stop by again let me leave you with my old saying, it's not the chef that chooses the ingredients but the Ingredients that choose the Chef, so listen to the food the voices of the ingredients will lead you to the correct recipe then you will realize that their voices have always been there guiding you on the way to becoming a great chef."
Komatsu had teary eyes by the end of her speech and said in an awed voice "they have always been guiding me."
Setsuno smiled and said "Now go cook, your kitchen is calling. You will create the real Century Soup!"
Komatsu grinned and said while bowing in respect "Yes mam I will! Thank you for everything" with that he ran towards his kitchen
Setsuno watched Komatsu's retreating form and said now that he was out of hearing range "I can't believe how close he is already, I remember it taking me ten years to get to this point. Going on all those hunts with Toriko and tasting the real soup have advanced him far beyond his years in the culinary arts. That's the main difference between Komatsu and me at my age. He doesn't shy away from the dangers of the gourmet hunt."
She looked at the moon and said in a reminiscent "Ahh the hunt, Jiro and I, I can still taste the memories"
-Back at the Kitchen-
Komatsu returned to his kitchen brimming with determination and had set out a number of ingredients on his table and stared at them before saying "Please show me what to do." with that he reached out and picked up every ingredient that called to him
He first picked up a head of cabbage and said "I'll start with cartilage cabbage, its a nice strong flavor. Then I'll soak these oni nuts for a minute" as he said this he filled a strainer with a hook on it with the nuts then hooked the strainer on the pot deep enough that the nuts were submerged
he then said "and a little pork potato and stew wine" he heard a tapping sound and startled turned to see a pelican pecking at a pot the pelican turned towards him and opened its beak which was filled with flake. Komatsu exclaimed "A broth pelican carrying a bunch of dried bonito, those flakes should work!"
Hours past as Komatsu worked and added ingredient after ingredient he thought "Listen to the ingredient's voices"
Darkness said "Couldn't have said or thought it better ourselves"
Komatsu continued by straining the soup through a number of filters at once. With each filter the soup got clearer and clearer until it was completely translucent or see through.
When Komatsu tried this version he smiled a great smile and blushed with teary eyes and said "I can't believe it I have finally equaled the great Setsuno's version of the soup" he shook himself out of his funk and said determined "My next goal the real thing and I'm only one ingredient away from doing it!"
Tina glared at her camera with burning passion as she said excitedly "Komatsu is one step away from completing the soup but as the hunt for the last ingredient drags on the chef has reached his mental and physical breaking point. Even though I am not in the same room I can sense he is about to explode!"
Tina was cut off by Yun's insistent squeaking at the kitchen door only this and nothing more (I couldn't resist Cookie to anyone who can name where that came from!)
Tina asked as she walked up to the penguin "What's wrong Yun?" yun continued to squeak until Tina opened the door and quickly ran down the hall as fast as his little flipper would carry him.
Komatsu sighed again and said "I'm lost I just can't find the last ingredient"
He was cut off from his self-pity by the door opening and Yun peeking in with a concerned look. Komatsu smiled and said "Sorry this is taking me so long Yun" Komatsu began to walk to Yun with a bowl full of the soup and said "You look like your hungry, the soup isn't finished yet but you can try some."
With that he placed the bowl on a towel on the floor for an excited Yun who drooled hungrily
Only for one drop of his drool to land in the soup and do something that shocked Komatsu and Darkness. The moment the drool hit the soup an aurora formed above it and grew as it reached the ceiling.
Komatsu felt his heart beating a million miles a minute as he reached with a spoon in his shaking hand towards the bowl and with one motion he ate a spoon full of the soup
Yun watched as Komatsu's shoulder began to shake and hear him say "The soup it's done and it's absolutely amazing!" with this experience came the goofy face he made back in Ice Hell.
Komatsu quickly schooled his features and turned to Yun saying "Crazy who would have thought penguin drool would be the final ingredient...We may not advertise that" He put the bowl down as he said "Although your kind has been feeding on Century Soup for generations and processing it into your chemisty. That drool is some high grade stuff."
Komatsu smiled and hugged Yun saying "Thank you Yun I am so honored that you chose me."
Yun blushed and gasped before smiling and cuddling into Komatsu's shoulder.
Tina walked in at this moment and decided NOT to spoil it so she quickly turned off her camera and just smiled at the scene before petting Kruppoh and saying "Well little buddy looks like soups on"
(A few days later)
-Hotel Gourmet Lobby-
As Komatsu walked out into the lobby he heard someone shout "There he is! Chef Komatsu how does it feel to be a soup genius!"
Komatsu was quickly forced against the wall by a number of reporters who were asking question everything from when the soup would be available to if it would be served with crackers of all things.
However this was quickly stopped by someone saying "Clear a path gentleman"
The one who said this was a man a little taller than average height with a purple tuxedo, yellow tie, and a medal on his left side that had the letter G and number 7 next to each other finally he had a grey haired comb over and a long mustache. This was Mr. Patch of the G7
The manager of the hotel waltzed over while rubbing his hands together and said "I can't believe that Mr. Patch came here." the manager then peered at Komatsu and said "Hurry chef make sure that soup is nice and hot"
Komatsu shrank under the managers gaze and said "Hey boss"
The manager then said in a whispered voice "If our hotel gets the stamp of approval from the G7 the hotel will gain more stars, It's the big time."
Komatsu then said "I'm sorry but you'll have to wait" he then looked at Patch and said "I'm not ready to serve you the Century Soup yet sir."
Patch asked politely "And why is that?"
Komatsu was honest and said "I would like some others to try it first"
Patch curious asked "And who would that be?"
His question was answered by a voice calling "Komatsu"
Everyone turned around to see Toriko who had regrown his arm in his suit along with Coco and Setsuno.
Komatsu said "Toriko and Coco"
Setsuno said "What am I a side dish?"
Patch said "It's two of the Heavenly kings"
While a random reporter said "And Setsuno the living gourmet national treasure"
Toriko waved his regrown hand and said "I heard a little rumor about some soup that needs slurping"
Komatsu's eyes watered as he said "Your arm its healed" with that he ran to greet them only to be surrounded by reporter again
This time Match the boss of the Gourmet Mafia and his group to show up a minute later and said "Did I ever tell you how much I hate noise crowds"
The crowd of reporters paled and backed away quickly
Toriko laughed at this before saying "Sorry to keep you waiting little bro."
Komatsu smiled and said "No problem but it's finally finished and it's the real thing we did it."
Toriko said "I know I can already smell it"
Teppai continued "Somehow his cells new the soup was finished and supercharged his healing. it saved him, now that is what I call one crazy appetite"
Takimaru who had just showed up said "It looks like your cooking can preform miracles"
Komatsu turned to him and asked "Thanks is Aimaru feeling better?"
Takimaru frowned and said "Sadly no he refuses to take the medicine but I wont give up"
Match then asked "So you really pulled it off? it's not some joke is it cause I'll have to taste it to believe it."
Komatsu smiled and said "Oh it's real and I am making plenty for those children in Nerge as well"
Match smiled and gave his thanks
Teppai got their attention by saying "I have to thank your cooking revived an ingredient that I myself couldn't revive"
Komatsu rubbed the back of his head and said "That's not true I would have never been able to if you hadn't squeezed out the last drop it was you Teppai, actually it was all of you who made it possible."
Setsuno interjected by saying "And the ingredients they played their role to"
Komatsu smiled more and said "That's right now I understand what you mean by the ingredients choosing you"
Setsuno smiled and nodded saying "That's excellent to hear they must have spoken to you quite a bit for you to make this much progress so fast."
Toriko bent to Komatsu's height and asked "Not to be rude but can we get to the soup now."
A voice said "I second that with a heaping spoon full"
they all turned to see Tina in a beautiful dress. Komatsu blushed slightly and said "Tina you look great"
Tina smiled and said "Thanks I thought I'd dress up to match my big story"
As They walked to the elevator Komatsu asked them to go ahead and get settled. He would be up in a minute
Komatsu turned to Mr. Patch and said "I hope you are ok with this sir"
Patch smiled slightly and said "It is quite alright they were in line first as such they are entitled to this. I will return at a later date so don't worry but let me give you a warning young chef now that you have made this soup you will be famous and with that comes danger so be careful"
Komatsu smiled and said "Thanks for the concern but I think I can handle myself and if not I always have Toriko and my other friends to back me up, so thank you again" with that he turned and went to serve his friends
-Dining Hall-
"Alright everyone tonight's main dish is Century Soup" said Komatsu as everyone sat around a large circular table with their plates covered by a serving dish.
Toriko put his hands together and said "We give humble thanks for this bounty the great world provides"
Everyone then said "Itadakimasu!"
With that everyone grabbed the lids handle and lifted them off. The sight of the aurora amazed everyone all of whom said their peace about the sight.
Coco spoke and said "It's so clear, it's as if the bowl is empty yet you can feel it's warmth. So soft and gentle"
Teppai was next and said "It feels like it's been boiled for days in order to maintain this perfect temperature in the bowl."
Match continued and said "The smell is to good for words"
Takimaru found the words for it though and said "A complex aroma of hundreds of ingredients is playing a perfect harmony in my nose."
Setsuno went on and said "Even the sound of the spoon against it are nice, like a melody playing softly from a distance, pleasant but bearing the weight of ancient times"
She continued and said "The Ears enjoy its muisic, the eyes enjoy its mystery, the hands enjoy its warmth, and the nose enjoys most of all. Who would have thought that a dish could bring such enjoyment before even eating it." she turned to Komatsu and said "This is truly an incredible soup you have made kiddo"
Toriko then tasted the soup and instead of swallowing it he bite down and so shocked he thought "What it actually felt like I chewed it. The taste was so intense I thought I had a mouth full of hamburger steak. The combination of deliciousness built up over centuries, I can feel the layers of flavor releasing in my mouth. It's the sleeping primordial tastes of the ancients awakening one by one like a tongue sized time machine, it's like History I can eat!"
Toriko then swallowed the soup and thought "It's so ancient and yet so fresh, it's unbelievably satisfying so this is Century Soup" He then said "Yummy" before he thought "Wait what's happening to my face, I can't control the muscles. The corners of my eyes are dropping and the corners of my mouth are rising. I'm smiling a giant involuntary smile. It must be these flavors my mouth loves them to much! This grin is unstoppable." in other words Toriko now had the goofy smile along with everyone else at the table.
Komatsu reeled back and shouted "Everyone's making the silly face!"
Everyone made fun of each others expressions for a minute
Komatsu laughed at everyone's delight but Toriko's voice cut that off. Komatsu turned and looked at Toriko who had stopped the silly face.
Toriko pointed at the soup and asked "May I have his soup in my full course menu?"
Komatsu began to cry as he said "You want my soup in your life time menu, I'm honored!"
At this time Yun decided to make himself known and walked up to Komatsu, who hugged him.
Setsuno noticed and said "The little wall penguin so you were the key to finishing the soup I suspected as much."
Komatsu confused asked "But how could you tell that?"
Setsuno continued and said "When you've been cooking as long as I have you notice things like when an ingredient walks up to you"
Komatsu still petting Yun said "Well I don't want to give up all my secrets but he was defiantly key"
Setsuno said "I'm sure he was."
Teppai then said "Well you wouldn't have to keep secrets if you apply for a patent and I am sure you would be granted one considering the uniqueness of the dish, you would make a fourtune."
Komatsu gave a sad smile and said "Maybe so but I am not going to do that, to secure a patent I would have to publish the recipe and Wall penguins like Yun are endangered I can't make them a hunting target. Besides it's on Toriko's Full course menu, we have to keep it exclusive!"
Toriko then said "Alright I'll go get the ingredients whenever you need them, You can always count on me"
Takimaru said "This is history in the making
Match seconded that by saying "I'll say not often you get to be present when a heavenly kind decides on a dish for his full course menu""
Toriko then said "I'll start with the BB corn Hors d'oeuvre making your stomach cry in ravenous anticipation. It will be answered with the blissful Century Soup. I owe you one Komatsu, Now let's all toast this great soup!"
Everyone said "CHEERS!"

Next chapter will be all about training and focus on something mentioned during this chapter just so you know. It involves expanding on everyone's powers minus Zebra he come later (Review with what you think I will do)
Sorry it took so long to do this I have a lot of essays I had to and still have to do for this semester of college and honestly I just didn't want to write after those. I had to force myself to take a day off and write something I wanted to wright just to get my mind off of college.
