Elizabeths POV

I had made improvements of getting the Diamonds to disappear. It took a while to get the right focus to get the hang of willing the diamonds to fade out into my skin, the only effect it had was that it made my skin really hard. Going to the doctors or hospital would really raise questions. At least the only advantage of that was that I couldn't cut myself, so getting gunned down or shot with a ICER wasn't a possibility. A plus in my dictionary.

Ming hadn't come out her room the past few hours, though I had multiple thuds, either she was trying to fly and gravity worked or she was knocking things over. I hadn't checked.

Chloe had grown bored of her Reading, and was by the holocomm, trying to get use to the tech. It was now obvious she could control technology. I chuckled at the reminder of last night. I jumped as a sudden noise filled my room. I jumped. My skin turning back to the diamonds. Damn.

I looked to see a tiny monkey in the door way, holding a banana.

"Huh?" They would a monkey be here? Iain loved monkeys but he woul- "Iain?" A wild guess but I saw the monkey nod though I could see the smile of his little face. I watched he the monkey suddenly expanded and formed into Iain, Banana in his hand still.

"Nice." I laughed, I got up and dusted myself off, pulling out the crinkles in my shirt. "I'm not surprised thought."

"So cool. Look!" I watched as his whole form blurred momently before I saw a second version of myself, Diamonds and all.

"I shape shift! Animals are easier but now I can look like Brett Dalton!" he proved this by morphing into him.

"Yes because it's a wish come true" I drawled, I brushed past him.

"Wait-" I turned to see him in monkey form again. I knew what he was planning. I held my hand out and let him jump up and onto my shoulder.

"Didn't pull my hair or I'll dump you into the bin." I hissed and went to find the others. I knocked on Ming's door, hearing a thud followed by an Ow. I opened the door to see her sprawled face first in the carpet. The Wings were almost double her height and length as was like a blanket, stretched out and touching both walls.

"Should I be concerned?" I asked.

"I tripped." She answered, not looking up.

"You sure?" She got slowly up, the wings folding back but not disappearing. That's when she noticed the Monkey.

"Oh that monkey's got a Lil on its ass." She said, grinning. The monkey giggled at that point I shoved it off, it turned into Iain before he hit the ground.

"Cool!" Ming exclaimed, somewhat expecting it.

"No need to shove." Iain said, standing up.

I ignored him, "How's it going?" I asked. She peered around before shrugging the wings following the movement, knocking over something.

"I need work. The weight of them makes it hard to balance."

"Really?" That was interesting.

She nodded, gesturing us out first before folding the large feathered things back to get though the sci-fi door. She reached over and pulled the door closed but before the door could fully swing shut, the handle broke in her hand. We all looked to it.

"That could have gone better." I commented after a moment. She chuckled forcefully and put the bent handle on the floor, accidently scrapping the walls with the metallic feathers at the edge what cut the metal side easily. She shot up and looked to the damage. "Opps" She ran her fingers over the damage but to my surprise they sealed up.

"cool."

"Cool." Ming agreed, looking to her hands which had a purplish glow to them now. I noticed her appearance had changed, only so little, eyelashes were longer, her hair had a few purple streaks that were appearing one hair at a time, maybe a few more subtle ones I couldn't spot.

"You should look in the mirror!" I said, not breaking my gaze. She looked confused.

"Why?"

Iain disappeared at full speed and returned holding something reflected. She took it before jumping in surprised.

"OH!" She said then held it very close to her face. "This is weird! Oh I can see my eyes are turning purple too!" She continued to rant. Carefully I moved out the wing shot and began to lead her forwards by grabbing her wrists and led the way to the kitchen. Clark was reading the newspaper off the screen of his computer.

He looked up when we came in. "What's wrong?"

"My eyes are freaking purple!" Ming snapped, dropping the mirror down. I saw in fact that they were slowly gaining colour, one small brown thread at a time.

Clark stayed where he was, looking like a deer in the headlights, looking to the sink and the distance between them.

"Are you okay?" He started. Slowly getting up, sliding the laptop shut.

"Of all colours?" She continued, her hands glowing brighter purple. Clark noticed this and grabbed his plate he'd been eating toast from, using this as a shield if necessary.

"Please calm down," He requested, holding it close to his face.

"What?" She looked to her hands before doing attempts to calm down and not freak out.

"Did you know Iain can shape shift?" Getting the focus of her could help her calm.

"I'm not going to hurt you." Ming carried on, her demeanour changing, a smirk on her face.

"Mood swings." Iain whispered in my ear. I snorted quietly, departing the three to Chloe.

"What's Ming freaking out about now?" She laughed as I sat next to her.

"Nothing, just that that eyes and hair are gaining purple streaks. She's very stong too. She broke the handle to her bedroom a few minutes ago but repaired the wall outside her room after touching it."

"Cool. All I do is technology. So, pretty limited. I'll searching it!" Chloe said, taking the challenege. I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, should be interesting. I wonder if the purple will affect her chances of getting that job."

"Oh that's fro the reminder, We got the Job."

"WHAT!" I screeched, maing her jumped, "You're only telling us now."

"I was eating cake!" she argued back. "And it was really nice."

"And?"

"Well you're playing the part of Hero, Iain is Claudio, Brett is Benedict, Clark is Leonardo and I'm Margret."

"Ming's Beatrice, should be interesting to see."

"They said she had the dry wit but if she's ill then I can take her place as her."

"That's nice."

"Yeah." She added with a sigh, not put down due to the fact she was going to play a lesser role.

"We'll need to pick up the real scripts this afternoon, practice will be tomorrow at eight AM. We'll be paid for those days to yay!" She clapped.

"Real scripts?"

"Uh-huh. They said they didn't want to give anything away when the auction's come and go."

"Smart." I added. Excitement building up in me but I felt it pop a second later. "I hope SHIELD doesn't pay the theatre a visit."

"I can hack into the Bus's moniters and wipe the info on us." She suggested.

"That's probably not the best idea Chloe." Clark called. I looked to see him chatting with Ming in the kitchen, drinking something blue from a clear glass.

"Probably. Still I've have to keep tabs on them if their keeping tabs on us. That way we can be prepared."

"I like that. Wiping their system will draw up questions we don't want." I got up and found something to drink, it was green at the bottom, yellow at the middle and pink at the top, it looked cool but as I tasted it I was surprised that it tasted nice, a mixture of lime, strawberry and lemon. They really needed labels on them.

I knew Ming loved this new layout, she was a Sci-fi geek and this was probably the best thing here. I wondered if the layout would change again.

I saw Brett at the Holocomm when I arrived back. Talking to Chloe about something I couldn't give a crap about. Iain was by the corner, holding a mirror, trying to morph several of his features.

"So Brett, find anything you can do that's not normal?" I asked, taking a spare seat.

"Don't know yet, but I look forwards to seeing what." He said lightly.

"You and Clark seem to be the normal ones so far." Chloe added.

"What you drinking?" He asked, ignoring her. I looked to the glass.

"I don't know but it's nice." I confessed, causing them both to chuckle. "I wouldn't drink the yellow stuff first unless you've checked what it is though."

"I'll keep that in mind." He nodded. "Now, I'm going to spend the next hour in my room, if I don't come out then assume I've fallen asleep."

"We will. I'll wake you with a fog horn too." Chloe added.

"Please don't." He laughed as he walked through the doors.

I put my drink to the side and stared at my hands. The amazing thing I though was the sheer size they became when on my palms, too small to see each individual one, but not like sand, they got bigger on the sides and even bigger on the back of my hands. I liked my finger nails because they were like crystal, pure and shiny. Though Nail polish would not look nice on them, shame.

But to my surprise, I saw the nails become a deep blue. I jumped.

"Okay?" I stated. That was weird. The colour vanished with a single though before I changed them to topaz pink. Cool. I changed my form to normal flesh and blood but the nails had stayed the topaz pink. Well now I didn't have to waste money in buying nail polish or the remover and cotton balls. Now interested I thought about making them probably a little longer, nothing happened. Maybe it only worked in diamond form.

I had a lot to work though and discover. Airily I stood and made myself to the lounge. I was going to have to practice this.

So what you think? I need suggestions for Clark and Brett so please review. Also a quick reminder if you could review on In the Mind of The Cavalry, that will be much appreciated.
