Ohaidere whoops was that me that said I was gonna get back on writing new chapters soon? Hahahahahahaha HEY LOOK A NEW CHAPTER *vanishes in puff of smoke*

Crap, crap, crap... Drake thought frantically, This bad, this is bad, this is so bad, she's gonna reach me in no time she knows the layout of the place and all the tests have done is train her for this and I'm gonna die she's gonna reach me and I'm gonna die- Drake's thoughts were racing through his mind far too fast for him to comprehend even a single one. Now that GLaDOS and Wheatley were outside of the chambers, there wasn't much he could really do to them. They were going to reach his chamber, and he was going to die. Drake was going to be shown no mercy from GLaDOS, whether or not she had any to show in the first place.

"Um, are you sure you want to be doing that?" Drake finally managed to say, not bothering to try and hide his panic and just glad he could finally say anything.

"Yup," GLaDOS said defiantly as she landed on the catwalk.

"R-really? No-nothing else in the entire world you'd rather be doing?" Drake continued.

"Nope."

Suddenly Drake regained control of himself, if only barely, and tried jerking around the panels next to the catwalk in hopes that maybe he could hit GLaDOS with one of the mechanical arms holding them, just to slow her down, even if only by a second. Unable to see his pair of targets, Drake, unsurprisingly, missed completely, though there was a loud clanging as most of the arms hit the catwalk railing.

"Ooohh, you can dent railings, intimidating! Absolutely terrifying," GLaDOS taunted.

"Yeah, we should probably be cautious of that; be a shame if we came this far just to get injured, and, um, killed," Wheatley commented, earning himself an eye roll from GLaDOS.

"Ummm... Yeah! Be- be afraid! Be, um, cautious! You better watch your backs!" Drake shouted in agreement with Wheatley, trying his best to sound commanding and intimidating despite his quivering voice. GLaDOS silently trekked on, reaching the end of the catwalk.

"Wait, where exactly are we going? We didn't exactly plan a plan, did we?" Wheatley quietly asked as GLaDOS put his handle over her shoulder and climbed onto a wall of panels, which Drake immediately started flailing about.

"We're going to head to the neurotoxin production plant," GLaDOS yelled over the smashing of the panels. "There will most certainly be some kind of comuter terminal there, and we can probably hack it to get us into Drake's chamber." Drake could barely hear anything going on outside of the chambers, but he was able to hear GLaDOS's plan, providing a spark to light the fuse on his own plot.

Yes, the neurotoxin. That's how I'll kill her. I can't kill her directly, but if there just so happened to be an... accident... in the neurotoxin production plant... Drake kept quiet on his intentions, quickly setting to work on "accidentally" breaking open the tubes full of neurotoxin. And, and... I'll lure her to exactly where the toxins will be most concentrated with the promise of a computer terminal ripe for the hacking... Filled with pride in his plan, Drake nodded to himself, reassuring himself that he would succeed.

Not soon enough for GLaDOS, she and Wheatley were on a long, solid stretch of catwalk. They'd passed the turret plant a while ago, so they were expecting to come across their destination shortly. Drake seemed to grow more and more corrupt with every word he said. Over the course of just over an hour, Drake had gone from a quivering little dork used only as the butt of jokes to a truly threatening and menacing presence that prompted GLaDOS to look over her shoulder every few minutes.

Yes, just keep walking; just keep blindly approaching my trap... Drake thought contently, trying to ignore the guilt that lined his mind for letting the situation escalate to the point of finding loopholes in his programming just to kill people. He tried again to shake the guilt, reminding himself that GLaDOS had driven him to it; blaming GLaDOS to escape his own fault.

"Are we there yet? Will we be there soon?" Wheatley asked for the um-teenth time.

"Yeah, we're here. It's just around the corn-" GLaDOS stopped to sniff the air a few times. "Wait, what's that smell?" She sniffed again. "That's... That's neurotoxin! DRAKE! WHAT DID YOU DO?!"

"Oh, just... Adding some obstacles. After all, we wouldn't want you to get to the end of this little journey just to feel unsatisfied or unfulfilled due to how easily you glided through it- Heck, maybe we wouldn't want you to get to the end of this at all!" Drake spoke nonchalantly, punctuating his answer with a mocking chuckle. GLaDOS growled.

"Dammit... Wheatley, the answer's probably already obvious, but, do you have any amount of skill or credibility as a hacker?"

"Uh... No. Wait, no, I think I'm pretty credible, does that count?"

GLaDOS heaved a sigh. "It's gonna have to," GLaDOS took in a deep breath and held it as she peeked around the corner to try to spot the terminal. She caught a glimpse of it in the small room in the center of the platform overlooking the neurotoxin tubes. "Alright, Wheatley. Here's what we're gonna do: I'm going to run in with you, and then it'll be up to you to hack into the control settings. Once you're done, you call me over, and I'll run the programs that need to be run, OK?"

Wheatley nodded enthusiastically.

"Okay." GLaDOS charged in with Wheatley at (and banging against) her side. As she hit the door into the room, GLaDOS resisted her urge to shout in frustration as she fumbled with trying to open it. Finally the door swung open, its openness ushering GLaDOS and Wheatley in.

GLaDOS hastily threw Wheatley onto the computer terminal and spun around to lunge for the door, only to smack into face first. GLaDOS felt around the door for a second as she regained her bearings before trying the knob several times. Even as she hold onto it and lean back with her entire weight, the knob that was not to be operated by being pulled on did not function, which was not that surprising in retrospect.

"DRAAAKKEEE!" GLaDOS shouted angrily, immediately regretting the decision as she was forced to inhale a lung full of neurotoxin, causing her to entering a fit of coughing that she couldn't restrain with all her might.

"Sorry, luv. Kill or be killed," Drake responded, allowing some of his sympathy to show through. "I mean, let's face it. Is this really any worse than anything you've ever done?"

He's... He's trying to dodge the blame. Make himself seem less responsible for this. He feels guilty... GLaDOS thought. He's... Emotionally weak. At least a little bit. That's where I'll get him. I just need to get to him... With renewed determination, GLaDOS shoved herself into the chair in front of the terminal.

"Hang on, I've almost got the password," Wheatley said as GLaDOS tried to take over the hacking. She disregarded his comment and went to push him off of the control panel when suddenly the screen showed a reaction to Wheatley's efforts.

Password accepted.

Password: freeballs

"Sounds vulgar," Wheatley commented.

Probably because the guy who came up with it went to this moron for ideas. GLaDOS thought, the current scarcity of breathable air the only thing to stop her from saying it out loud. Frantically, GLaDOS typed in one command after another as she tried to navigate through all the countless programs to find the only ones that would help her.

The tubes stopped releasing neurotoxin into the air, but it did nothing to help air out what was already there. GLaDOS figured she bought herself at least a few more seconds, though she wasn't sure it was going to be enough to get her to her next goal.

About to pass out, GLaDOS prayed that she'd just so happen to be in range of the tube. She knew that the coordinates were more complex than what she had done, but her mind was quickly failing her, and her time was running out. A large tube, wide enough to ride through suddenly crashed through the wall behind her, sucking her and most of the other things in the room in. Just before losing consciousness, GLaDOS managed to grab Wheatley, not caring about disconnecting him properly or anything of the sort.

GLaDOS's body went limp, draping itself over the control panel before allowing itself to be sucked up the transportation tube leading to Drake's chamber.

This is it. I'm gonna kill 'im. A faint spark of GLaDOS's consciousness read.

I dunno how those kinda of programs actually work, but I tried my best to make it interesting. Also, I am aware that the arrow thing goes in front of command in a command prompt, but the site wouldn't let me put them. Also sorry for, yet again, not updating for months on end. I'll try to have the next and final chapter out tomorrow for Christmas.

also ur welcome for that one second of, like, 5th grade humor.
