I know I'm a day late, blame exams for that. Well, I just hope I pass today's physics exam.
Wrote this on the way to school exactly a week ago. ^w^ What to say, I think of stupid things while being squished between huge people in cabs. XD

I twirl a pencil on my knuckles,
Wondering what to write.
My eyes travel to my right,
So near, yet so far.
Our eyes connect,
Temperature rise,
I feel flustered.
I turn hastily forward and,
My heart accelerates.
Spotlights shine on both of us;
It really feels like a dream.
We glide towards each other now,
There's no one there to see.
You look at me,
I look at you;
I am in a trance.
Please don't let this moment fade;
I just had to tempt fate.
A flick on my forehead,
A jolt into reality,
Was all that it required.
For my eyes to widen and
For my heart to stop.
I gaze ahead into those warm black eyes;
I am breathless.
You look at me weirdly then,
Sigh in exasperation.
"Are you still out of it?"
I stutter out a 'no'.
You give me an 'oh-really' look,
Take my notes and walk off.
I stare blankly in the same direction,
Not even a muscle moved.
I smile faintly at your retreating back;
I'm slipping back into my daydream.

I know I'm in love,
It's so very true,
It's something I just can't deny.
But let me tell you a little secret:
I'm really not planning to.
This looked better italicized but then again I thought I use enough of italics anyway. You should know. XD
