SORRYSORRYSORRY for not updating yesterday! I had to take my finals.
I have a problem: I want to set Mia up in this story, but I have no idea whom she should be with. I want this to be post-LS, so I can't set her up with Mason, and I really don't want to make up a character-I'd rather use an OC. Since I already used Eddie/Jill, I can't pair Mia off with Eddie. If you have any suggestions, please tell me!
Sonya + Mikhail
"What do you want to do tonight?" he asks. She ponders for a minute.
"Let's watch a movie," she declares. It's not like she likes them that much—after all, she isn't a teenager anymore—but she's desperate for remnants of her old life. He can tell.
He obliges without question. Dimly, he remembers Guardian Castile regaling him with a story of Lord Ozera being "so whipped" that he always ends up having to watch chick flicks with the Queen because she always convinces him to go with her taste.
He wonders if maybe he is, too. Then again, though, Castile travels around, following the Dragomir princess with puppy eyes, so he may not be the most reliable resource.
Mikhail realizes that he's totally lost himself in his thoughts when he snaps back to reality and realizes that Sonya's already in the car.
"I don't want any of these movies," she says.
Mikhail glances at the list. The Dark Knight. Eagle Eye. And…Sleeping Beauty?
He understands why she wouldn't watch the first two. But what about the Disney movie?
All that happens is that the princess falls asleep and a prince rescues her and the evil fairy tries to stop it from happening and turns into a dragon to kill the prince and…oh.
That's why.
Sonya looks up at him and they both know that words aren't needed for him to understand. The guy at the movie rental store looks confused.
"I think I know what we should watch," says Mikhail lightly.
Sonya snorts when she sees the movie.
"Seriously? You got The Care Bears Movie?"
