I entered the dungeon to find a room with quicksand. I get across the room using my clawshot. I get into the next room and see that I have to use my lantern. I do so disposing of the skeleton like monsters in the room. I then check my inventory to make sure I have enough bombs and arrows, there are enemies that can only get killed by bomb arrows and redeads suck.
I go through the door to see a giant room a giant door and four torches. But just as I go to go through the massive door when I hear the jingle of poe lanterns. Then four poes come out, steal the fire from the torches, circle around me and float off in different directions leaving one poe in front of me. I then say, "Midna I need to be a wolf." She turns me into a wolf and I defeat the poe getting the scent and start tracking down the other three. After about three hours (Shut it Midna you didn't help at all)Me: two chapters in two days

She turns me into a wolf and I defeat the poe getting the scent and start tracking down the other three. After about three hours (Shut it Midna you didn't help at all) I find all the poes, with a little difficulty with the last poe. The door opens and I enter.
When I get into the room I find the way to the Mirror is blocked, in front of what appears to be a cracked wall with a hole is an indention that looks like you could fit a gear in it. I went to my right to find a pit of quicksand on the other side of the room was a chest, I quickly realized I would need better gear if I was going to go any further in the dungeon. Of course to make sure I wasn't going in circles I quickly flew over and grabbed the key inside, and flew back. if I found the open chest I would know I'd made it back to the beginning. If I didn't have the gear thing by that time I would go back through and find it then.
I head through a door on the opposite side of the room and head through the temple. Quickly I find Ookoo (A/N I don't remember if I mentioned her or not but if not she's here now). I find an enemy that I dispose of with a bomb. I then come across a room with a giant sword sealed down with what appear to be prayer slips. As soon as I get close to the sword however the door behind me slams shut and metal bars slam down soon after. I then cut one of the ropes the prayer slips are hanging off of because there's not much else to do and it seemed logical at the time. that's when things got weird or rather weirder.
The runes on the sword glows bright red the other ropes are burn off. The sword then dislodges itself from the ground and attempts to hit me. I quickly get out of the way and shout, "Midna! I need to be a wolf NOW!" Midna complies and I use my wolf sense to see what the monster looks like. I quickly jump on the monster when it becomes solid and bit it until it becomes visible and floats into the air. I turn back into a human (No, I will not make up my mind Midna) and use the hero's bow to quickly shoot down the foe. I easily beat it with the master sword. However when the monster disappears it leaves behind the sword it was using. When I touch it, it turns into half a sword. It has a golden hilt and half an emblem I don't recognize. I then hear a voice in my head, 'If you can find the other half, you will be recognized as my hero.' then nothing. Midna pops up and takes the sword for now. I then go to the treasure chest to find what looks like a giant gear and realize this is what I was looking for.
*Time Skip*
I open up the blocked entrance to find that I have to use the spinner, as I have dubbed it, to get to the top of a giant pillar. I get to the pillar to find a depression where I once more must use the spinner. when I do a rail pops up and I use the spinner to get to the top of the room. Using the key I retrieved earlier I open the massive locked door. 'What lies ahead must be powerful.' I think. Mind pops up and says, "Be careful, the way to the mirror chamber wouldn't be locked unless something evil were there. I nod and head in.
Inside I approach yet another pit of sand (Gazzy if you ever read this our trip to Africa has nothing on this place) where there appears to be a giant skeleton. Then because things were going way too smooth Zant appears. I pull out my sword, if he's amazed he doesn't show it. He then says, "You're alive? No wonder some call you hero." I take a step forward as he continues, "I fear, however this is the last time I see you alive." He pulls out a sword and stabs the skeleton and leaves. the eyes of the skeleton glow and the skeleton gets up and starts to move although somewhat limited due to the lower half of its body being stuck in the sand pit. "Let's dance." I say.
I pull out my spinner and, after waiting for an opening, aim at the spine and spin just as I make contact with the column of spine. I do this two more times and the beast seems to be defeated. The sand Retreats leaving a depression for the spinner. I use the spinner to raise a pillar. when I do I look at the door on the other side. I'm about to fly to it when I notice a red glow coming from behind me. I look back to see the head of the monster floating. I look behind me to see I'm at the very edge of the tower. the thing plows into me and Fall to the ground beginning the second half of the fight.I take out the spinner and start spinning to the top. I'm almost to the top of the pillar when the head shows up. I jump from side to side avoiding the fire balls it shoots at me. When I finally knock it out of the air I land and hit the sword out of the top of the skull. Then the skull explodes into purple dust.
Using the spinner I get back to the top to find the sword. Like the sword before this one transforms into half a sword. Midna pulls out the half sword from before and I put the two together. The I see a flash, a girl with long black hair, in her hair is a golden band holding an emblem on it, the emblem on the sword. I walk towards her and she shakes her head whispering, "Not now, I am incomplete." I then come to and Midna has already put the sword away. We head to the mirror chamber and after disposing of the shadow beasts lurking there I use the spinner on the statue there to reveal a broken mirror.
Midna freaked out over the broken mirror and landed by it. then I looked up to see glowing people with faces that hovered over where they should be, Sages. The sages look down and say, "an evil entity lurk in the twilight, it houses an evil power." This doesn't sound good. The sage continues, "You who are guided by fate. You who possesses the crest of the goddesses…hear us." Another sage speaks up, "At the command of the goddesses we sages have guarded the Mirror of Twilight since ancient times." Another sage speaks, "You seek it…but it has been fragmented by mighty magic." Another sage speaks up, "That magic is a Dark power which only HE possesses." A sage who had had his back turned toward us speaks, "His name is…" he turns to face us, "Ganondorf."
The sages go on to describe how Ganondorf had been the leader of a band of thieves wishing to establish domain over the sacred realm and how he had been blind to any danger. They then went on to describe how he had been brought to justice and sentenced to death. They then tell me that they executed him by skewering him with a sacred sword. They then go on to say as if by some divine prank Ganondorf had been blessed by the goddesses and possessed a piece of the triforce. They then tell me he killed one of the sages before they finally activated the mirror, banishing him into the Twilight Realm.
One of the sages spoke up, "Perhaps this power has been passed on to Zant." Midna who had taken enough of this spoke up before I could, "Why are you telling us this, it's far too late." I nod in agreement and then say, "Unless there's something more to this story what good does this do." A sage nods and says, "Only the true leader of the Twili could ultimately shatter the mirror, Zant could only break it into shards, and these shards lay scattered across Hyrule." Another sage spoke up, "One high in the mountains, one in an ancient grove and one in the very heavens." I nod and they disappear, "Well Midna, Let's head to Thelma's and see what we can do to get those shards. We head to Thelma's.
