It was kind of unxepected that those two knight Digimon would invade our city.
JEREMY
It sounds cliche, if you ask me. It's like one of those anime or TV shows where the villain keeps invading the same town.
RICKY
I know, right. Why can't a villain just pick a different city to take over? I'm sure there's another group of heroes there.
JEREMY
Tell me about it. Have you ever seen that show about crime-fighting teens wearing colorful costumes and controlling giant robots?
RICKY
Dude, I love that show! Sure, it's campy and repetitive at times. Yet, I can't believe it's still going after twenty years!
JEREMY
I know! Would it be cool if they helped us fight evil Digimon?!
RICKY
Yeah!
JEREMY

ANGIE
(annoyed; sighs)

A small, green Digimon with a TV-like head known as MONITAMON appears out of Nene's Fusion Loader.
NENE
Monitamon! What's up?
MONITAMON
During the fight, I was scanning the entire town area for any organic life-forms.
NENE

Chances are...most of the population have either evacuated or...
EWAN
Or...
MONITAMON
...disappeared?
EWAN
What?!
MONITAMON
I don't know. The only signals I've picked up were police radios and scanners. Those who survived the attack are currently evacuating out of town through the bridge.
EWAN
That's at least good news.
RICKY
It's almost makes us wonder if our loved ones survived the attack.
Mikey's eyes then widen with concern.
MIKEY
(Mom!)
Mikey runs off from the group.
SHOUTMON
Mikey, where are you going?
NENE
Mikey!
The others follow him.
CUT TO.
EXT. SHINONOME - RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - NIGHT (?)
Mikey is running through the street where a couple of residential houses are dissolving in binary codes.
The others catch up to him as Angie stops him by grabbing onto his arm.
ANGIE
Mikey!
MIKEY
Angie, let go!
ANGIE
No! Why are you running all the way home?
MIKEY
I have to warn Mom! She might be in danger!
Angie looks a tad embarrassed and lets him go. Mikey continues running to his neighborhood.
EXT. SHINONOME - KUDO HOUSE - NIGHT (?)
Mikey makes it but stops and looks at something off-screen with a shocked expression on his face.
The others catch up to him.
ANGIE
Mikey?
The others turn and look at Mikey's direction.
We then see an empty space between two other houses dissolving in binary codes.
A sorrowful Mikey stares at the empty space for a moment. Mikey then SNIFFS and sheds a tear.
Angie is about to comfort him, but Dorulumon stops her and nods.
The others then express their melancholy for Mikey. Mikey continues to grief over the empty space in silence.
DISSOLVE TO:
EXT. SHINONOME PARK - NIGHT (?)
We see a depressed Mikey sitting on a park bench, staring at the city dissolving in binary codes.
ANGIE (O.S.)
...Mikey?
Mikey turns and sees that the others were watching from the sidelines.
EWAN
How are you holding up?
Mikey didn't answer.
The others express their concern over Mikey's depression and start glaring at Ricky.
RICKY
(confused)
What?!
Ricky looks at the depressed Mikey and then realizes what he done.
RICKY
(sheepish)
Oh...
Ricky nervously smiles and the others still glare at him. He looks back-to-back at Mikey and the others a couple times till he changes his mind.
RICKY
(groans)
Okay, fine.
Ricky walks up to the park bench.
RICKY
Hey.
Mikey looks at Ricky and then ignores him.
RICKY
So...how are you holding up, champ?
(beat)
Need a good pat on the back?
(beat)
Does little Mikey want something to eat?
Mikey still ignores him.
RICKY
(exhales)
I didn't mean what I said back there. I was being...melodramatic, that's all.
MIKEY
(deadpan)
You don't even know what "melodramatic" means, do you?
RICKY
...Not a clue.
(beat)
At least, you're talking again. That's the first step of-
Angie and Cutemon enter and push Ricky out of the conversation.
CUTEMON
(sarcastic)

ANGIE
Listen, Mikey. We understand how you're feeling right now. But, moping around isn't going to help you feel better.
MIKEY
I could have been there to save her if it weren't for those knights! I'm too late!
(sulks; sniffs)

ANGIE

Cutemon walks up to Mikey.
CUTEMON
Hey. I know what will cheer you up.
Cutemon happily does a little twirl and balances in a pose.
Mikey half-smiles at Cutemon's act.
MIKEY
Cute.
CUTEMON
See? All he needed was a smile...sort of.
Shoutmon approaches Mikey.
SHOUTMON
Look, the point is you can't waste any time worrying over the silliest consequences.
MIKEY
(turns to group)
But, aren't any of you worried of your loved ones?
ANGIE
Of course, we do. I always think of my mom, dad and brothers every day.
EWAN
But, that doesn't mean we have to worry about them every time.
BALLISTAMON
You just gotta have faith.
JEREMY
Yeah, so what if your house is gone.
SPARROWMON
It wouldn't mean your mother wouldn't go the same way.
NENE
As long as you have friends by your side...
CHRISTOPHER
...we could make anything possible.
Ricky is slightly distracted but Gumdramon elbows him to pay attention.
RICKY
(regains senses)
Oh, right. What they said.
Mikey is touched by friends' words.
MIKEY
Guys...
SHOUTMON
Mikey, we need you. We can't got through this without you. Please...
Mikey looks at the dissolving city for a moment and rises off the bench with confidence.
MIKEY
You're right. It isn't too late now. We can still get to the bottom of this and make everything right. Not just for our families, but to the rest of the world as well!
The group smiles at Mikey's brighten up mood.
GUMDRAMON
Wait... What about the Digital World?
SHOUTMON
Relax. I'm the King, remember? As long as I'm around, the Digital World will be safe-

Mikey hears the voice coming from his Fusion Loader and takes a look at its screen.
ANGLE: MIKEY'S FUSION LOADER SCREEN
On the screen, we see a cloaked Digimon with a shrouded face known as WISEMON present.
MIKEY(O.S.)
What is it, Wisemon?
WISEMON
I...don't know how to put it.
MIKEY
What do you mean?
WISEMON
(nervous)
It's...beyond explaining through my knowledge and-
Shoutmon butts into the conversation.
SHOUTMON
Spit it out, man! What is it?!
WISEMON
(exhales)
Take a look for yourself.
The screen cuts to an image of a green landscape with a few areas dissolving in binary codes.
MIKEY
Hey, that area looks like...
SHOUTMON
It's the Forest Zone! My zone! What's happening to it?!
WISEMON (O.S.)
My diagnosis is that the Forest Zone was under a surprise attack. It is unclear who or what caused the attack. But, I believe the damage is linked to two Digimon that were spotted sometime ago.
MIKEY
What?!
SHOUTMON
Wait a minute, did these two Digimon look like knights?
WISEMON (O.S.)
Their armor strikingly resemble chivalry which is considered the term "maybe".
ANGLE: GROUP GASPS IN SHOCK
ANGIE
But, we just defeated two knight Digimon that were doing the same thing!
RICKY
I don't get it. Are we in the Twilight Zone or something?!
ANGLE: MIKEY'S FUSION LOADER SCREEN
MIKEY
When did the attack happen?
WISEMON
The timing of the attack was implausible. It is almost like this attack was planned out.
SHOUTMON
That doesn't even make any sense! I gotta get back to the village and-
WISEMON
Your Majesty...I...
SHOUTMON
What?!
The screen cuts to an image of a village dissolving in binary codes with various Digimon fleeing the village.
SHOUTMON
(horrified; stammers)
M-m-m-my...
WISEMON
I am sorry. There was nothing we could do to stop it.
A petrified Shoutmon drops his staff and kneels on the ground.
BALLISTAMON
...Shoutmon?
Shoutmon strains to the ground and sheds a tear. Mikey looks concerned over Shoutmon's reaction.
MIKEY
(nervously smiles)
Oh, hey. Remember that talk we just had about never being too late? Surely, you would understand the way I did.
Mikey nervously grins to make Shoutmon feel better. Shoutmon remains stiff on the ground for a moment and stands up with anger.
SHOUTMON
(softly)
...No.
MIKEY
Hmm?
Shoutmon angrily rises up from the ground.
SHOUTMON
Who or whatever brought these Digimon into our world is gonna pay!
(squints)
For the sake of my kingdom. I won't stop til lI bring this jerk to justice!
Mikey and the others look embarrassed by Shoutmon's reaction.
BALLISTAMON
I think he's taking this vengeance thing too far.
DORULUMON
Don't worry. He'll get over it.
MIKEY
(to Wisemon)
Is there anything we should do in a situation like this?
WISEMON
I have no knowledge to bear on this predicament. If I were you, I would go to a source who would have the information you seek.
Wisemon signs-off the screen.
JEREMY
(sarcastic)
Great. We have no idea where to start.
NENE

CHRISTOPHER
All we know is that these Digimon came from another universe.
RICKY
Besides, it would be a waste of time just thinking about it.
Ewan's eyes suddenly widen.
EWAN

RICKY

EWAN

Ewan pauses Ricky.

The group (excluding their Digimon) stands near a dead end at an alleyway. Mikey, Ricky and Ewan stare at the wall while the others look confused.
NENE
Are you sure this is the place?
EWAN
Yes, I'm positive.
JEREMY
(whispers to Angie)
You know, they're staring at a wall, right?
ANGIE
Mikey, why are we in an alleyway?
MIKEY
This is where we'll find the Old Clock Shop Man.
JEREMY
Who?
ANGIE
The old man who gave us our Fusion Loaders.
JEREMY
Oh, yeah.
RICKY
His old clock shop used to be hidden in this alleyway during the DigiQuartz incident.
CHRISTOPHER
And you sure his shop is still around?
EWAN
I'm sure.
The group stares at the wall.
JEREMY
(breaks silence)
That's it. I'm outta here.
(walks away)
Angie grabs his arm.
ANGIE
And where did you think you're going?
JEREMY
Come on, do you actually we'll possibly find a clock shop through this wall? I've seen video games pulling off more glitches than this. Besides, the old man might be retired. He probably forgets what time it is.
(chortles)
The others look annoyed at Jeremy but suddenly hear a voice.

A scared Jeremy suddenly flinches and hides behind an annoyed Angie.

We have come to seek...Lord Bagramon.

A digital portal suddenly appears out of the dead end wall.

You may enter.
Mikey, Ricky and Ewan enter through the portal while others look confused.
Angie shrugs and each of them enter through the portal.
Afterwards, the portal disappears.

The group looks around the shop and see different types of clocks on the walls ticking and beeping the exact correct time.
The OLD CLOCK SHOP MAN (elderly, wearing shades, walks with cane) enters scene.

CHRISTOPHER
(Is he really him?)
EWAN
It's good to see you again, sir.
OLD CLOCK SHOP MAN

The Old Clock Shop Man places the scroll on the table. He opens up the scroll which projects a digital image of six different spheres slowly drifting to each other in a vast space.
The group looks astounded by the digital image.

"Terrible" would be the best term to describe this catastrophe. Anything that these enemies touch or absorb cause each universe to drift closer to one another.

What happens if they collide into one another?

I'm not quite sure. But, I believe it will lead into an apocalypse so unimaginable that any word cannot bear to describe.

Mikey looks at the map and nods with confidence.

I admire your enthusiasm, but as I mentioned before: there are dangerous and vile creatures up ahead on your travels.

It would be a difficult mission with just Mikey and his "hero" friends doing all the work.

Precisely. This mission requires more than just the Legendary Heroes.
NENE (O.S.)

The groups turns to Nene.

If we want to work together together as a team, we should split up and gather as much as we can to help Mikey and his friends.

Yeah, that way we can meet up in the center and take down that "leader" together!

Mikey turns to Nene and Christopher.
