I head into where I found the Master Sword and see that nothing has changed. I drive my sword into its pedestal and hear a weird noise. Going outside I defeat more shadow beasts and find the sword has removed a statue in front of a door I missed getting here the yesterday. I climb up to where the door is and push the door open and walk in. When I walk in everything turns a bright white. When the light fades I find myself in the same place. However it seems that I have traveled to the past. I walk to the back of the temple to find that there's no sword. 'The Hero of Time must be in the sacred realm or out and about, better not stay long,' I think to myself. I put my sword in the pedestal once more because it did something last time and see a rainbow stair case build up from the ground. Then out of nowhere Ookoo and her son run up the stair case and into a hidden room. I follow quickly and enter the hidden dungeon.
I take a look of the first room and see what looks like a door and one statue. The door of course is sealed. I head over to where the door and statue are and take a look. Midna then says, "Doesn't something look a little odd to you about this room." I look and then see it and say, "There's a missing statue. Looks like if we want to go forward we're going to have to find the other we'll have to find the other statue." Midna nods and I head off. I find the key and go towards the door meet up with Ookoo and head into the door. Ookoo mentions something about technology she needs to get home, where ever that is.
After heading up a few floors I stop to take a break only to realize skipping sleep wasn't a good idea and was immobile. Midna pops up and says, "Since you can't move for the time being. Why don't you tell me about your world? I nod and begin about what had happened in my life. How I was freed from a dog crate by a scientist named Jeb Batchleder (a dog crate is basically a cage that people put their pets into to keep them out of trouble Midna). How two years after Jeb disappeared the youngest member of my flock was kidnapped and found out Jeb was alive but on their side. I tell her about how we went to New York City and find the institute. I could go on about the different novels but you should read to find out yourself if you're curious.
When I could finally get up, turns out my body needed a little more rest then what I had given it, I head into the next series of rooms finally coming across a room with the other statue. It was then when I realized I'd need something to get the statue back to the main part of the temple. There was no way I could carry that thing even if I did have a magic pouch that could hold the ball and chain. Not to mention a pair of iron boots and not weigh me down. The fact was I would still have to pick it up which I could clearly not do. I head to the center of the room to find that a black clad knight was standing in the center.
He notices me and starts to swing his massive sword at me and the battle begins. Using a one of the hidden skills I roll and parry the knight until all his armor falls off. When that happens he throws his massive sword at me which I happen to dodge by moving to the side. He then pulls out a much smaller sword and the battle resumes. Using the same hidden skill from before I quickly defeat the dark nut, as Midna quickly dubbed it, and head to the other end of the room to inspect the statue to see if there's a trick to getting it downstairs.
As I approach the statue a door ahead of me unbars and reveals a chest. I open the chest and pick up what looks like an odd rod thing with a glowing ball in the center of three prongs. Taking this to be what got the statue up here in the first place I swing the rod at the statue and as soon as the yellow orb makes contact with the statue the statue comes to life. I then take a step to leave and the statue follows me.
*Back track time skip*
After a long trek back through the temple I get the statue back in its original position. The door in front of me opens and I enter. Inside is a long hallway filled with b-mos spiked rolling cylinders and blade pendulums. Using the small statue things provided I manage to take out the b-mos and make it to the other side relatively unscathed. after defeating some annoying spider monsters I unlock the massive door and go in.
Once inside the massive door closes behind me as always. I take the time to look around and find that there are other statues only they didn't look like they could budge an inch. I also notice that there are several places for light to stream in. As I approach one of the statues something interesting happens. The light is all of a sudden blocked by something massive. I make the supreme mistake of looking up to see a massive spider. Things only get worse when it opens its one eye on its back, 'Gohma.' I think. I take out my bow and shoot her in the eye when it opens and use the dominion rod to slam the fist of the statue down on her. After three times of this she seems to have been defeated. I put my sword away with a flourish only to notice that I didn't completely kill her. over a small distance from me is what looks like her eye but is actually a spider itself. After shooting it a couple of times it finally dies.
When it explodes it turns into the next mirror shard. Midna pops out and takes it from me and says, "You know we could be creating something truly evil here." I roll my eyes as she continues, "Only one more left, to the sky." She creates a portal and I step in. We arrive in the main part of the temple and I head to the door. I open it and step into the light. Once there Ookoo jumps out of my pouch with her son and my dominion rod and says, "This is it, the technology we need to get home." I look at it better. It's no longer blue like before in the temple. It's rusted and no longer works. Disappointed she says something about a forgotten magic word and runs off before we can ask about it. I take of towards Thelma's.
