Chapter 2: Imprinting on the Hybrid
Riva's pov
I had my head on Draco's chest cause he stays warm. Cause of the fire that is in his soul. I know I stay warm but I like to stay more warm.
The others laid on top of me and Draco. But I really needed to pee. "Guys get up!" I said in a strain voice.
They just snored on. "GET YOUR ASS'S OFF OR ELSE!" I screamed at them. Making them jumped up with growls as I got up.
"What with all the screaming?" Draco said as he rubbed his ears. "I got to pee!" I said as I ran out of the cave. I jumped over a rock and found a bush.
I dove behid it and pulled down my panties. As I let it go I smiled as I started to feel better. Then Jesse came around and I looked up at him.
"Hey girl ya forgot the paper." He said as he heaned me the paper. I blushed a little. "Thanks sug." I said and he smiled as he left.
I didn't mind him coming over cause he likes guys and not girls. So it don't both me when he comes around me like this or naked. I finished up and burned the paper to ashes.
I got the feeling I was being watched. So I looked around to see a huge black wolf watching me. I growled at it and he gave me a wolfy smile. "Perv." I said to him.
He whimpered softly. "While at lest you said your sorry. So I guess I can forgive you. But next time dont look." I said and he looked at me with shock. He made some sounds and I smiled at him.
"Yes I can understand you in that form." I said with a giggle. He took a step closer and he smelt like one of the wolfs from the bomb fire. It looked like he wanted to get closer to me.
I can't read minds only when they make sounds is what I understand. I have magic in my blood and I use it to turn into different kinds of animals. It took me a while to know what each animal language's is.
Some of them are the same but other are a little harder. "What are you doing here?" I asked him. He whined a little.
"This is your forest. Sorry we didnt know. They are going to be leaving soon. While I go looking for a home." I said and his huge tail started to wage as he made more sounds. "I dont know where I'm going to look. Forks or La Push. I like the ocean but I dont think a hybrid would be welcome here." I said with a sad voice. He whimpered as he moved closer.
He spoke to me and I listened to him. "Your the alpha and you dont mind me moving in? You know I like blood right?" I said and he looked at me. "I wont kill anyone. I just got back to food so I can live here." I said.
Then he licked my face. I looked at him and he looked very happy. "While since your the alpha would it be ok if I just live in this cave?" I asked him.
The wolf turned his huge black head to one said and spoke again. "While I have no money. So I cant just by a house and I dont have a job right now." I said to him and he licked me again. This wolf is weird.
I dont know why he keeps licking me. "That's nice of you but I dont know you. So I dont think that would work." I said cause he said I could live with him till I find a place. He looked sad.
"Hey Riva come here!" Yelled Steve from the cave. "Sorry I got to go." I said and I went back to the cave. I heard the wolf took off running.
They guys are leaving and Jesse and Jackie are holding hands. I smiled at them. "So you guys are heading out now?" I asked them.
"Yep but we can always stay in touch. If anything happends we will come back here." Steve said. I'm going to miss my pack. "You guys take care and go and have fun." I said then we group hug.
"Bye Riva take care." They said then took off. I sat at the front of the cave for a while. Not sure what I should do.
It's a little weird not having anything to do. "Damnit this sucks!" I said as I jumped down and headed for Forks cause that's where Dante is staying. I could hear the wolfs running around the forest.
I just walked threw the forest. I saw plants that I can make healing things with. I could feel the peace form the wolfs as they ran.
Then I got the feeling that someone is watching me. I looked around and saw the black wolf following me. I shook my head at him as I kept on walking.
When I got the the Cullen's land I couldn't hear the wolfs as much. When I came out of forest I saw a huge house. I could smell Dante so I slowly walked up to the house.
I went to the front door. Before I could knock on the door, it opened and the pixie girl was on the other side. "Come on in Riva." She said with a smile.
"Thank you." I said as she let me in. I followed her to the others. Dante looked at me. "You still dont wear shoes?" He said with a smile. I looked down at my clean feet. "Some times I do. But I dont like to." I said to him.
"If you dont wear shoes ma'ma then how is your feet so clean?" The little hybrid asked me. I smiled at her cause its nice to meet another hybrid. "I can do magic little one. I put a small spell to get my feet clean so I dont track mud around." I said and she smile at me. "You can do magic? That is so cool. Can you show me something please?" The little hybrid said. The male hybrid watched us.
I smiled over at him. "Sure little one." I said then I held out my hand and made a small pink crystal rose for her. "Wow!" She said as I handed her the rose.
"You're giving me it? Thank you so much Riva." She said and I smiled more at her. "Your welcome little one." I said as I sat back the wall. The male hybrid is looking at me. I looked back at him. "You like what you see?" I asked him and there was a small blush flooded his cheeks. "I only seen Nessie as a nother hybrid that wasn't fathered my father. I dont know if you are one of my sisters or not." He said.
"I know about your father. No I'm the very first hybrid to be born. I'm over 4,689 year's old." I said and there was a lot of shook coming off them. "If that is true then why are you so differnt?" Eleazar said to me. "Who every my father was he was like no other vampire. They said he is a very powerful vampire that is old as time. That I'm the first and last one he fathered. I guess he has the power of sight or something. Cause if he didnt fathered me there would have been a lot more death's then now." I said to him.
"Who are they?" Carlisle asked me. I turned my arctic blue eyes towards him. "They are the rules of good and evil. People call them different things. But you might know them as God and the devil. But what people think of them isn't like what they write about them. They each have a roll to play. Light keeps the peace while Dark spreads darkness. But they both know no one side can out do the other. They didn't know how to keep the balance between good and evil. They watched as knew creatures are born. The first ones to be born are vampires, werewolfs and shifters. They watched them and found out that some had powers. So they chose a few to be their warrors. They are giving the warrors mark giving us the power to make our powers 1000 times stronger. Over time they switched them out so they can take time off. Cause working all the time can take a toll on you." I said thinking when they came to me.
I turned 1000 and Dante and me were feeding on some rapests. The warrors came to speak for them. Telling me its time of the hybrid to do out part.
I have to go out and find my pack. So I worked alone till I found different kind of hybrids. But they died or didn't want to join.
Slowly over time I got my pack. I looked to see Nessie's father looking at me. "Can you read my mind?" I asked cause he had that look on his face.
That said he heard what I was thinking. "Yes I can. . .while I can hear what you are thinking." He said with a smile. I put a spell on my mind and his smile fell from his face. "How did you do that?" He asked me. "I don't like any one hearing what I'm thinking about." I said softly as I put my head back and closed my eyes. Then I felt a sharp pain and I gasped out in pain.
As I doubled over. "Whats wrong! ! !" All of them asked besides Dante who knows what is going on. I took a few deep breaths before I looked up at them.
But the doctor was kneeling in front of me. "What happened?" He asked with worry. I smiled as I looked at him.
"Its just cramps." I said and it took them a while to get what I said. "Wait you have a menstrual cycle?" Carlisle said to me in shock. I looked at them only the male hybrid and his aunt knew.
"Yes. Why are you so shocked about that?" I said with pain in my voice. "While your part vampire. Your body shouldnt be able to do that." The blonde growled at me. Like she wished she could switch places with me.
"I'm also part humen. My heart beats blood runs threw my vains. My body is fully grown but it can still change." I whispered cause the pain is to much. It feels I got punched to the stomach by a vampire. "Do you need anything?" Alice asked as she handed me a small bottle and a glass of water.
I took three pills and drank the water. "Thank you Alice." I said. "Can have kids?" The blonde said with longing in her eyes.
"I dont know. Maybe I'm still a virgin." I said and I heard her mate chuckle a little. I looked at him. "What's so fu- funny." I said.
I was going to say fucken but little bit is here. "Your 4,689 years old and you never did it!" He said as he bust out laughing. "While unlike your lazz cul. I been fighting day in and day out. I dont have time." I said and Edward started to laugh.
"What is a cul?" Little bit asked me. "Your to young to know what that is little bit." I said and she giggled. "Little bit?" Bella said as Edward chuckled.
"Its my nickname for her." I said and little lit looked at me. "I like it! Now I have two nicknames!" She said as she danced around. We smiled as we watched her.
I looked at the male hybrid. He and his aunt are the only one's that I dont know their names. "What are your names?" I asked them.
"I am Nahuel and this is my aunt Huilen." Nahuel said with a smile. I smiled back at him. "Its nice to meet you two." I said as I nodd my head.
"Same Riva." Nahuel said as he did the same as me. Dante looked at me as I stood up. "Where are you going?" He asked me.
"While since I'm going to be around here and right now I'm living in a cave. I need a job." I said cause I got a day before I start my period. So I need money for pads. "I see." Dad said but he knew why.
"Your living in a cave?" Esme said with worry. "Don't worry about it. I'm use to it. We lived in cave's old run down houses or just slept out side." I said and it didn't bother me me at all. "You can stay here till you can find a place." Carlisle said.
"That's sweet of ya but no thank ya. I never had a home in a very long time. I want to work hard to get my own home. Till then I will be in my cave. Sorry but I need to leave now. Have a great day." I said before I left the house. "Riva wait!" Came Alice's voice. I stopped and she had a back pack.
"Till you can get some money. Here are some pads and tampons, some pill for you cramps, and other girl things you going to need." She said with a smile. "Thanks Alice." I said before she gave me a hug. I threw the bag over my shoulder then headed back to the cave.
When I got to my cave I saw a man there waiting for me. He is tall built and he smelt of wolf. The same smell of the black wolf.
He looked at me as I walked over to him. "What can I do for you Mr. Perv?" I said with a smile at him. His cheeks turned pinked a little.
"I'm sorry about that." He said in a low voice. It looked like he was having trouble with something. I haven't meet a wolf shifter like him before.
"I know I'm giving you a hard time wolf." I said and his eyes looked into mine. "My name is Sam Uley." He said in a deep voice. There was something about him that made me smile more.
"Hello Sam that like's to watch girls pee." I said and he growled at me. "While not really my fault. You shouldn't pee out in the open like that." He said with a small smile. It looks like he don't smile much.
"I was behind a bush and you just stopped and looked at me. You could have kept on walking." I said and we looked at each others eyes. Then another gramp hit and I doubled over in pain. "What's wrong!" He said as he moved over to me.
I panted as I put my head on his hard stomach. I felt him freeze for a second then he put his hand on my back and rubbed softly. The heat that is coming off him.
As he rubbed my back the heat felt good and it help with the pain. "What is wrong?" He said again with so much worry that I dont understand why he is worried for. "Its just gramps. I'm about to start my menstrual cycle." I said as I looked up at him as I stood back up.
His face turned from pink to red. "You have periods?" He said in shock. "Why is every one in shock to hear that? I have a heart beat, blood runs threw my vains my body is that of a human more then to a vampire." I said started to get pissed off.
It felt like he knew I was mad. "Sorry Riva. I didn't mean to make you mad. That was just a shock to hear. We don't know a lot about hybrids." He said as he moved hand to my face. Sam slowly moved a strand of hair behind my ear.
When his hand brushed up again my tan skin. I felt my self get wet between my leg. I never had this happened to me before.
The heat coming off Sam made me want to be beside him. When Sam moved his hand away from me. I growled a little and he lifted a eyebrow at me.
I looked away with a blush on my face. "If you have periods then staying in a cave isn't good. I know you dont know me but I dont live that far from here. So If you need to take a shower feel free to use mine." He said and I blushed more. "Why would you do that for me for?" I asked him softly as I looked up at him.
"Cause I can't let a woman go with out a shower. While I hate to have you out here alone in your cave." He said as he rubbed the back of his head. "Thanks nice of you. Would it be any trouble if you showed me to your place?" I said cause I would like to take a shower before I went to look for a job. "No trouble at all." He said.
"Ok let me grab some clothes." I said back to him before I walked into my cave and pulled out some clothes into the back-pack Alice gave me. Then I went back out side to where Sam is waiting for me. He didn't speak as we walked deeper into the forest.
Then we came to a house that looked like its been here for a very long time. It wasn't run down or anything. I stopped dead in my tracks to look at the beautiful house.
"What's wrong?" Sam's voice said into my ear. Making me jump a little and I growled at him. "Nothing is wrong. This house is so beautiful." I said and his face turned red again. "Thank you Riva. I rebuilt the house." Sam said and I looked at him. "You did a great job Sam." I said then we started to walk towards the house. Sam opened the door and walked in.
I could smell a lot of wolfs but there was no wolf to be seen. "What's wrong?" Sam asked me. I looked at him.
"I smell wolfs but I dont see any of them." I said to him. Sam smiled down at me. "The pack come's and goes. Right now they are taking a break. They are hanging with their familys or imprints." Sam said slowly.
"What is a imprint?" I said just as my stomach started to growl. Sam smiled down at me. "Go take a shower and I make you something to eat. While you eat I telll you about imprints." Sam said before he showed me the bathroom.
"Thank you Sam." I said before in went into the bathroom. I locked the door and turned on the hot water. Then I took off my dirty clothes and jumped into the shower.
I felt something and looked down. I started my period. Good thing I'm in the shower.
I thought to my self.
When I came out of the bathroom. I can smell the food and it smells good. Its been a long time since I ate food.
I was in pants and a nice shirt and shoes. I really hate shoes. Sam looked up at me.
"Sorry all I have is bacon and eggs. I hope that is ok? I need to go shoping." Sam said I smiled at him as I walked over to the table. Sam had the food on the table. He made me a plate.
"Thank you." I said softly. "You still want to know what a imprint is?" Sam asked softly as he looked at me. I took a bite of egg.
"Yes. By the way Sam Sam this is really good." I said and he smiled at me. "Thanks but they are just eggs. Sam Sam?" Sam said and I giggled softly at him. "I haven't eat food in a very long time. Cause It never tasted this good before Sam Sam." I said and he smiled at me as she shook his softly.
"Imprint is something that happens to us. Its happens after our first phase. When we look into the eyes of the one we are meant to be with. They are call our imprints. When a wolf imprints they are forever changed. From the second he sees the object of his imprinting, he will do anything to please and protect her. All other commitments in his life becomes secondary, even his commintment to the pack. The relationship between the imprinting werewolf and the human imprinted upon is one of total acceptance and support on the werewolfs part. No matter the age or living conditions of the human. the werewolf automatically becomes whatever the humen wants him to be., at the loss of his personal free will. If the human is young, the werewolf becomes the perfect platonic playmate and protector. As the human age's and changes, the werewolf instinctively switches roles to fulfill the human's needs. It is against pack law for any werewolf to kill the object of another werewolfs imprinting. Such an act would be devastating not only to the wolf who suffered the loss, but to the entire pack. Given the telepathic ability of the pack, each pack memeber would suffer the pain of the wolf whose mate had been killed. Even if the death of the wolf's mate was an accident, the two wolves involved would fight to the death." Sam finished. I finished eating and I listened to him talk. "That is something I never thought was real. But losing your free will is something I couldn't live with. Having him to lose that cause of me." I said with out thinking.
Sam looked sad when I said that. "Jacob imprinted on Nessie. He was in love with Bella for a long time. After she married Edward he was depressed. But he is happy to be with Nessie. Some wolfs are more then happy to give up their free will to be with their imprints." Sam said as he looked at me. "Do you have a imprint?" I asked him and he looked at me.
"Yes." Sam said softly in that deep voice of his. "What is she like? How long have you two been together?" I asked cause I never knew about this imprinting thing. Sam blushed. "I dont know much about her. She dont even know that I imprinted on her. I want to tell her but I dont want her to freak out or anything like that." Sam said and my heart felt sorry for this sexy man. Wait did I just used sexy? I thought to my self and blushed a deep red color.
While sure Sam is hot as dragon fire. He is sitting on the other side of me in nothing but jean shorts. "You ok Riva? Your face is really red." Sam said with worry.
"I-I fine." I stamered softly making Sam smile a little. "Ok." He said as he looked at me more. "When did you imprint?" I asked him.
"Last night at the bomb fire." He said with out missing a beat. I looked at him. "Thanks ofr breakfast Sam but I'm going to head out now." I said as I stood up and walked to the sink.
I saw he did the dishes. So washed mine. I felt Sam standing behind me.
"You dont have to leave or do the dishes." He breathed on the back of my neck. Mostly when someone did that gave me goosebumps. But this time it made me hot and wet. Why is my body do this when Sam does this? I thought to my self's. "You made me something to eat and let me use your bathroom Sam Sam. Its the lest I can do is to wash my plate and fork. I want to go and look for a job." I said to him.
He moved even closer to me. I could feel his heat coming off his dark skin. I bit my lower lip.
"You don't have to leave. Mostly everything is closed on Sundays. You should wait till tomorrow. I can take you into town and show you where the place's are hiring." Sam said as I turned around to looked up at him. There was a inch space between us. "Why are you so nice to me Sam Sam? You dont even know me yet you are being so nice to me. I dont understand why?" I said softly to him as I looked down at my hands.
Sam reach out and put his huge warm hand under my chin and slowly pulled up my head back up to look him into his brown eyes. We looking at each other for a while. "Cause I want you make you happy Riva." Sam slowly said as he moved his head closer to mine. Then it hit me like a pack of werewolfs. "You imprinted on me didn't you?" I said soflty. He looked sad at me.
Like I would not want this. "Yes." Sam breath so low if my hearing was a humans I wouldn't have been able to hear him. "Are you disappoint to have a freak like me for a mate?" I said and he growled at me as he moved even closer to me.
I could feel his body prest up against mine. "Never say that Riva. I would never be disappoint to have you at my mate. And NEVER call your self a freak." He growled at me. I'm getting turned on by this.
He moved his face into the crook of my neck and nuzzled me with his warm nose. I small low moan slipped from my lips. I felt his lips turn into a smile.
"Why didn't you say anything before?" I said as I took in his sweet scent. He smiles like the forest after a rain storm, mixed with a earthy musk. I never a scent like this before.
I nuzzled his neck as while. "I was afread that you wouldn't want to be with me, since we don't know each other. I wanted to wait and got to know each other first." Sam Sam said against my neck. I licked his neck and he purred into my ear.
"Before I became a warror I would have told you to fuck off cause that is bull shit. . ." I paused and I felt the hurt. "But with my travels and seening beings taking one look at each other and know they are mates for life. I never thought it would happen with me. Cause being a warror all you do is fight and make sure you keep the balance. Jesse and Jackie fell in love with each other but they never had time to show each other how they felt. . .till last night. We are the one's that don't have time to fall in love or do the things we want. The only time we get to is when the next group takes over. The hybrid group is the last on the list of 25. So now there is a lot of time before it would be our turn again. Who even knows if we while be alive then. Maybe a new group of hybrid will take over." I said and Sam growled at a few parts. "So you don't mine me imprinting on you?" Sam said and I slide my arms around his neck.
"Not a all. This is new to me. I never had a boyfriend. . .This means your my boyfriend right?" I said cause I'm not sure. Then Sam put his arms around me and spun me around. I giggled out loud when he did this.
When he put me back down on my feet we looked into each other's eyes. "Yes and your my girl. Babygirl." Sam said. "We are going to take this slow?" I asked him.
"If you want to take it slow Babygirl then we will." Sam said before slowly moved his head towards mine. I never kissed anyone but I really wanted to. So I moved my head up towards Sam's.
