Chapter 6: Slumber Party!

DC: I do not own Sailor Moon
(AN: Hi guys! Sorry I haven't updated! This year is going to be really busy so updating this story is going to be really hard! Also, the rest of the story is going to be in Serena's POV because it will be easier to write the story this way.)
Serena's POV:
The second my feet touched the ground after the teleport, I collapsed and detransformed. I was exhausted. I had used up all my energy fighting Jedite and the giant monster, and I had also done a super complicated teleport, so I deserved some rest. As I was regaining my breath, I looked around. I did the teleport right. I was in the Outers huge apartment, which was filled with antiques and other expensive items. I heard a groan and looked over to see Mina, who had obviously landed on the hard floor, unlike me as I had landed on a couch.
"Next time you teleport Serena, make sure you have a license." Mina grumbled as she rubbed her backside. "I think I bruised my butt."
"Mina, is there even such thing as a teleportation license?" I asked, grinning a little.
"As a matter of fact, back during the Silver Millennium, you actually did have to have certification if you wanted to teleport." Amara said from behind me. Mina stuck her tongue out at me. I laughed at Mina and went around helping everyone up. Everyone was grumbling about their hurting backsides. I had just finished helping Raye up when I heard a crash.
"MINAAAAAA!" Michelle screamed, "WHAT DID YOU DO?!"
Mina was standing over the remains of what looked like a very fancy vase. She grinned sheepishly.
"Heee uh sorry Michelle…" Mina said smiling nervously. "I'll pay you back, I promise!"
"THAT VASE WAS A PRICELESS ANTIQUE WORTH THOUSANDS!" Michelle screamed, going red in the face, "I DON'T THINK THAT YOU CAN, 'Pay me back,' AS YOU SAY YOU WILL!"
And with that, Michelle flopped down on a couch and sighed. Everyone looked at each other and burst out laughing, which didn't stop for several minutes. Even Michelle, who was still thoroughly peeved, managed to crack a smile. After we all were done laughing, we started gathering all the blankets and pillows in the Outers giant apartment to make a giant bed in the living room. Amara tried to force me to sleep in the guest room, saying that a Princess of the Moon should absolutely not sleep on the floor. I said if she wanted me to, then she should make me. She gave it up after I threatened to not tell her what happened tonight. I smirked to myself, I knew just how to push Amara's buttons.
It was now well past midnight, and we were all sitting in the living room, which was only dimly lit with a few candles. I was brushing Mina's hair, Raye was reading manga, Amy was analyzing the recent battles on her computer, Lita was currently beating the crap out of a pillow, and the Outers were sitting off to the side, discussing who knows what. Finally, Mina spoke up from in front of me.
"Serena, I really think that you should explain what happened tonight." She said, turning around to face me. I saw Amara, Michelle, Hotaru, and Trista turn my way, staring expectantly at me. Lita stopped murdering the pillow, and Raye and Amy looked up from what they were doing. I guess there was no avoiding it anymore. I cleared my throat nervously, and started with the dream. I told them about meeting with Queen Serenity, and the power of the Crystal Infinity, and how the timeline had somehow gotten changed. When I said this, Trista looked extremely alarmed.
"What?!" Trista exclaimed. "The Queen said that the timeline had gotten jumbled? How on earth is that possible?"
"I don't know," I said, narrowing my eyes. "Something doesn't make sense. I know that I destroyed Beryl, and Chaos has been banished, so how is she here? And also, I don't understand this power up, it shouldn't even be possible for me to get it, because Eternal is supposed to be my last form. We are missing a crucial piece of information, and we need to figure it out as soon as possible, otherwise it may be too late for us to do anything."
Everyone glanced at each other ominously, and I could tell what they were all thinking. This situation was extremely dangerous, and one wrong move could get us all killed. We all sat in silence, until Lita spoke up.
"We should all get some sleep, we are gonna have a long day tomorrow, courtesy of our absolutely wonderful chief of security, Amara." Lita said, giving a little glare to Amara. The Scout in question gave a snort. I agreed with Lita, and got into bed, everyone else getting under their own respective blankets.
"Goodnight guys." I said quietly, and slowly drifted into the world of the unconscious.
