Faithful Readers,

I am revising and re-editing this story and will be sweeping through them chapter by chapter (and I think it will be obvious which ones are revised and which ones aren't). Thank you for your patience while the plot, dialogue, and characters go through some changes—it won't be long before everything is corrected.

Also, once the revision is complete, I will be starting a new story to tack on to this one and the others, called THE GOBLIN WARS: Sauron has come against Erebor, wielding a terrible weapon: Kili, son of Dis! What losses will King Fili suffer in an effort to take his brother back? And even if Kili is saved, how will he live with the guilt of knowing all the pain he has inflicted on his loved ones?
