Chapter 9-Secret Told, Consequences Given

3rd P.O.V
Indeed it was a rare sight...glowing so bright that the grass pokemon had to shade his eyes.
When at last the light dimmed down he saw it...a transformation. It was unlike a ditto where it would simply copy the appearence and moves for a period of time...No.
Breath taking seeing the Dewgong from the past, change into the slender frosty Glaceon he's been acquainted with for so long.
Leafeon had his suspicions but...to actually witness it. He was speechless. As the ice eevee Evolution glared, and her trainer silently gasps in surprise.
"Glac! Glaceon!?" (You! How long have you been here!?) She was angry, she was worried and ready to freeze him. "Le-leafeon."(N-not long.)
He had been following her like a Starraptor. Up until now the ice hearted pokemon had been very careful, protecting her and her masters secret.
If Not for Nixie, Glaceon would've ice sharded the aroma pokemon. Tension was englufing the atmosphere...
A sigh and a tired smile was shown on Nixie's features. Motioning her hands, she encouraged her friend to speak with him, to explain.
However she was stubborn, not trusting him.
A gentle tap on the head and a stern look, made Glaceon change her mind. With a sulk she explained the situation from the beginning.
How they came across the ship. The storm, how the mermaid princess came to the prince's rescue and even into detail about the bargain struck.
Red eyes showed astonishment listening to the tale. Despite what he saw he's still greatly doubtful of the story.
But he had to admit that it couldn't be simple coincidences. "Glace, glaceon? Gla. Ce, glaceon...GLACEON!"(Are you done gaping like a muk? If so then you have to keep this hush hush...AND STOP FOLLOWING ME!)
Not wanting to be dealing with her subzero attacks he agrees. Not like anyone would believe him anyway.
But deep inside, happiness blooms. Because now he knows of the woman who saved him had been her this entire time.
He was determined to help get the two together...only question was how? At that point the only solution, was to simply let things run its course.
Because there was no way that Sora would find his mermaid savior...considering he thought Nixie and his night in scaly armor are two different women.
They went to the nearby village where they danced together and explored. Each morning both would gaze as the sun rose to the sky.
Months upon months they spent time together, drawing deeper and and closer to one another.
But as we all knew...it never lasts. For apparently word had reached the parents of the Prince.
They were appalled...truly, their son...the future king fraternizing with a strange mute girl.
Almost immediately they knew something had to be done. No matter what they would separate this pair. Both agreed they gave their son more then enough freedom.
Now it was time for him to accept his responsibilities. Even if it meant drastic measures...
So when Sora and Nixie's melodious performance came to a disrupt end due to rude messengers barging into their room.
You could tell it was most displeasing. "Your majesty...I bring news. Your mother has fallen ill and requests your presence." Sora narrowed his eyes. He had received no words or rumors of it before...
He decides to believe. "Very well, Nixie and I will depart at dawn." That was when things became all the more cynical.
"I'm afraid that only Your presence was implored sir." With that he sneers, looking the frightened girl up and down.
Sora immediately dismissed him. "Nixie is a guest of mine and my companion. Wherever I go , she goes." He stands infront of her, protecting her from the guards.
Other servants rushed in, irritated that they were rude to the princess. She couldn't help but feel safe with him, her cheek became a light rose color at the word 'companion'
Left with no other option without insulting the gallant prince, they depart with a grunt. "I apologize for their behavior." Gently he brushes hair away from her face, softly gives her a kiss on her head.
"I will protect you...Will you come with me?" He would hope to convince his parents to give up whatever hair brained scheme they were planning.
And if he was lucky for them to allow their marriage with the royal blessing. He intently studies her face, trying to solve her feelings on the predicament.
She couldn't stop the fire lit in her eyes as she nodded. She would go with him...no matter what.
As promised they made their way by ship. Leafeon and Glaceon joined them as they set sail. It was supposed to be a few days to their destination.
Imagine the surprise that overtook the couple's faces as the King and Queen met them by boat a day later capturing them.
They seized Sora and Nixie, and their pokemon. As the tides shift roughly...what will come with our heroes?
