Okay this is it for this little trilogy but I hope everyone liked it, and don't worry there's still more to come for me! I know this a little short and may not be what everyone was expecting but I'm more excited to start the new stories now!

"A slide" Abby ran ahead of us and over to the playground

"Hold on" Edward ran after her placing Ryan on the grass

I took his hand and we walked over to the playground with the rest of the family following behind. We had decided to spend the day at the park since it was nice out and not too sunny. But before I get into our family day let's rewind to what's happened the past couple months. Ever since we got back from Italy things have been pure bliss. We took the time to really enjoy our kids without the fear that someone would take them away. Edward and Carlisle have been researching and working with Joshua to figure out his special talent. We still didn't know exactly how it worked or if he could control it.

"Come on boys let's go on the swings"

Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that I'm a vampire now. When Joshua was 6 months old and didn't rely on me 24/7 for milk, we decided that it was a good time. Edward and I went back to Isle Esme for a week so I could be changed. Surprisingly I transitioned very quickly and got my thirst under control within a day. Thankfully that threat from the Volturi had disappeared and I was enjoying my new life with no fears. Charlie noticed that there was something different about me but he never asked any questions. He knows that we're probably y not human and that this was the reason for all the strange things that happened the past couple years, but like I said, he never asked any questions and he loves us to death (no pun intended). We told him that if he knew the truth we'd have to leave and that was reason enough to just enjoy his family.

"Mommy look" Abby yelled

Edward was helping her climb up the slide while Alice caught her after she slid down

"Wow, you're such a big girl"

Carlisle and Esme were setting up a picnic blanket on the grass while Emmett and Jasper were tossing around a football. It's been a long time since the whole family could have days like this so I wanted to cherish every moment. I brought the boys over to the swings and Rosalie accompanied me. I lifted them into the swings and went to push them. They've been on swings a couple times but Joshua wasn't too fond of it when he was little.

"Mommy push me" Ryan laughed

It was the little moments that I loved so much, moments like this that reminded me of how lucky I really am. I mean most of the time I feel like this is all too good to be true and I should be waking up from a dream any minute but if it was a dream then I never wanted to wake up.

"You look happy" Rosalie smiled

"I am. I have no reason not to be"

"You guys have been through a lot, you deserve nothing but happiness. I know I wouldn't have said that a couple years ago but…"

"I know" I smiled at her "And it's not going to be all rainbows and unicorns all the time but I feel like my life is pretty perfect you know?"

"Yeah" she smiled and went back to pushing Ryan

Joshua was giving out little giggles every time he went into the air and came back down. It was the cutest noise ever and I pretended to grab his feet when he swing down to me. I looked to find Edward to see him helping Abby across the monkey bars then she ran over to where Emmett and Jasper were playing.

After a few minutes I noticed that Edward walked away from us and went to sit on the other edge of the playground. I didn't think anything of it and continued to push the kids on the swing. After a while, when he didn't come back I got worried.

"Can you watch them for a minute" I asked Rosalie

"Sure" I could feel her eyes on my back as I walked over to my husband.

I stood over him, my arms crossed and he opened his arms for me and I fell into him.

"Who would've thought?" he sighed

"Thought what?" I asked confused

"That someone like me could have all this"

"Someone like you" I mocked

"You know, the soulless monster"

"Edward you are far from a soulless monster, you have them most beautiful soul and you deserve every part of this life"

"As often as you say that I still find it hard to believe that this is all mine" he gestured to the kids "After all the horrible things I've done in my past…this is the outcome"

"Edward, stop beating yourself over the past. This is your life now so just enjoy it. We have forever"

He smiled and looked up at the kids laughing on the swings, he laughed too then tightened his arms around me. There was nothing to be sad or scared about anymore. Our kids were safe and healthy and there was nothing to complain about. We could live our lives in peace and enjoy every second with our kids.

"Forever" Edward said kissing my cheek

We finally got it. Our happily ever after.
