Cynana POV
Cloaks feel weird… Aishi looked cute in hers though, it was baggy on her. The sleeves hung over her arms and made her look even younger. Wait…. How old is she? I still don't know much about her. Other than she's cute as hell. She was struggling with her cloak as I started to get used to our new room. It was drab, but Aishi didn't seem to mind… I need paint. I headed out to find Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome. He might not have paint but it gives me an excuse to see him again.
The halls are unnecessarily maze-y. When I had almost made it to his room, the floor in front of me started to move. A green blob started making its way out of the floor. What the fuck is this witch craft? A man started emerging from the floor. He was cool looking. Half of him black, the other side white, and in cased in a fly trap like leaves. "Wow…"
"We're scaring her…" he spoke, though it wasn't true, he was not scaring me.
"Don't be an idiot! We scare everyone." Wow… this is an acid trip if I've ever seen one.
"Well, you always seem to enjoy that!"
"That's because I do!"
"This is why people don't like us!"
"Why do you care if anyone does or not? We're freaks!"
"Maybe you should yell that louder! I don't think the entire base heard you!" This reminds me of when I and my brother fought. Siblings never get along.
"Ugh! Let's just eat her and get it over with!" Uh… eat me..?
"No! We're not allowed to eat members!"
"Fuck, I hate that rule!"
"I like you two." I smiled looking up at the pair. There unique. I like unique.
"W-what….?" They stuttered in sync.
"Are you two deaf? I think I'm going to like you both." I started to walk away after they said nothing and only stared at me with disbelief.
"Wait!" The dark side yelled grabbing my shoulder.
"We need to bring you to leader!" Oh? I wonder why.
Aishi POV
I gaze into the new ring on my finger, 'knowledge' ….. it fits me but it almost seems like a seal of being stuck in this prison. I wonder when they'll let me and Cyn outside. Maybe they'll never give us that chance. My room door flew open before I could sulk any longer. Who said knocking was ever necessary?
Deidara was idly standing there and oddly he was definitely less hyper than usual. "Hey, Aishi, get up and follow me, un." I simply sigh and get off the cheap bed that I was given, following the blond cloud-shaped ponytail to whenever he was taking me.
I didn't take long before we reached our destination, although the dark hallways seemed to make me want to go outside this 'fort' even more. Deidara knocked on the door at the very end of the hall, a voice then told him to let me inside. He sighed, "Just tell the truth, whatever you do….. Come find me after, un." Deidara whispered in my ear, as if the walls had ears. What have I gotten myself into? I enter.
Deidara's words put me one edge. However, I was forced into this. I sit down in a leather chair that seems to be one of the most expensive things in this entire place, trying to calm my nerves. Milliseconds after I sit, the leader appears.
"Tell me everything." That was blunt. Could he be less descriptive? Wait, everything? Does he realize that that could take longer that the rest of the hours in the day? Although, I vowed to never tell anyone that, I haven't even told Cyn my story. Before I knew it leaders hand struck my fair cheek, it went numb.
"What do you mean about telling you everything?" I inquire, although I think I just pissed him off. "Everything means everything from your childhood to who you are now, every single memory." Wow. Mr. Wise-crack sure wants to gloat…. Like a creepy smart ass. "Alright, I was born in the Stone village. I left the village because they were asses and I plan to get revenge." There. I think that sums it up well.
A kunai was thrown at me, although it landed just a smidge above my skull, a hair fell down on my cheek, fuck. I thought he'd be alright with that…. Guess not. Well, I'm not telling that cocky man anything else; I promised I'd never talk about my past. I just stared at him; something told me that I was pushing his limit. "Girl, just start talking or else you'll regret it." Does he really think that he can scare me? I'm not afraid of metal head here after everything I went through.
"Fine." Leader then just left the room. Was I done? No, something tells me that that man won't give up on this that easy. Besides, how would he control these bumbling members without a bit of fear? So, I just sat on the chair, awaiting what consequences awaited me next.
Cynana's POV
"I'll see you around!" I shouted as the two men I'd learned were called Zetzu finished showing me to the leaders 'quaint' abode. It reeked with uncertainty and an overshadowing dread. The door loomed at the end of the never ending mazy hell hole the trapped me in! Cock sucking bastards! I feel like that dude trapped in the maze with that fuzzy thingy. Bull! Yeah it was a bull… I lifted my hand to knock but the door opened to a darkened room; The Leader's shadowed, scowling face glared at me, and unwelcome invitation to come in.
"Aishi! What's going on?" I found my silent little hell raiser, her paled skin blotched red from where I'd assume he'd struck her. My face darkened upon seeing the kunai lodged right above her fair haired head. The best looking thing in this entire 'base' was just ruined by the leader's little temper tantrum at a… I don't know, sixteen year old girl? Maturity at its finest.
"Leader, I thought you wanted to speak with me. Leave Cyn out of it please." Her voice sung with monotone but hid a tinge of anger. She was a book with big words; I couldn't read her at all. The Leader sunk back to his mahogany desk positioned in front of the chairs, crossing his fingers under his chin he glared out with imposing rinagan eyes.
"You think this is just about you? Don't make me laugh; you're both MY subordinates now. I must know everything." He snarled. What the hell is up with these people and lack of emotion? He's just an angry five year old, and she's a fucking robot! Blonde goes on about art and that crap, the redhead is soulless. These are my coworkers? Really?
"Mwahahaha!" I cried out hold my hand manically out in front of me, earning a silent glare from both present. If you're going to be the big shadowy figure head of this you need to go 'Mwahahaha!'" He let out a tired sigh his eyes flicking back up to me and destroying all levity I may have created.
"Cyn I will warn you once."
"Warn me once of what? That you need anger management? Or that you suck levity out of the air like you suck your boyfriend?" I shouldn't have said that. Aishi sighed deeply smacking her palm to her pale face. "Uncle! I give!" He stabbed me in the shoulder with a long black pole. "What Leader? Like sticking your hard pole in me?" He twisted with a snarl, leaving a whimper to sneak out my mouth.
"Cynana. You have one more chance, and then I'll kill you." He hissed places his lips to my ear. Felt far more sexual then I think he meant. It took everything I had not to make another smart ass comment. "Both of you!" He ordered our attention, ripping his pole from my shoulder. "Tell me everything from the moment you were born to now." He hissed coldly.
"How 'bout, no?" My world went black as the words left my mouth.
