He was much better for her than Teddy ever could be, Dominique knew this. Scorpius was safe, steady, soft - a dew drop on the grass at dawn, walks along the beach at dusk, hot chocolate and cream during a thunderstorm. He would always be there for her. He wouldn't ever leave her for her much prettier sister or her adorable cousin. He would be hers, and only hers. Forever.
She couldn't help longing for Teddy, though. He was all fire and passion and simmering heat. He would break her heart eventually, she couldn't escape that fact. But it would be so much fun while it lasted.
