A/N: Oh my dear readers, I'm sorry for taking so long to upload something for this story, but my ideas have run out for the most part (so yes, ideas are welcome). I had already written this chapter once before, but when laptop broke I lost it (with quite a lot more.. sadly). So this is my second attempt on it, but in my opinion it isn't that great, but I still hope that you will all like it and the idea behind it. It's a light chapter, just to mix things up again and I will try to get up another chapter really soon. Also this chapter isn't betad yet so sorry for any mistakes I have made.

Merlin threw his keys on the table after entering his apartment. Why in the world had he taken a job as an bartender again? He liked being around people, unless they were drunk, which kind of came with the job...
Suddenly a loud squeal echoed through the apartment and Merlin cringed at the sudden sound. ''What in the world...'' He slowly made his way to the living room where a enthusiastic Aithusa sat on the bank in front of the television, her eyes almost locked on the moving pictures in front of her. Which were definitely far to bright for his taste and... were that talking, brightly coloured ponies? ''Aithusa, what in the world are you watching?''
'''SSShhhhhh!'' She hissed at him as she held her hand up in a manner that told him he had to be quiet. The dragon turned human stayed like that for a minute before the credits rolled over the screen and she leaned back so she could look at him. ''Don't interrupt me when I have my mlp-time!''
''Your what?''
Aithusa looked at him as if he had gone mad. ''My little pony; friendships is magic, you can't interrupt me when I'm watching it.'' She told him while crossing her arms.
''You like watching a... kids' show?'' He knew that he had made a mistake saying that when he saw her eyes turn from irritation to fury... he had learned a long time ago that it wasn't smart to anger an dragon. ''Uhmm... I mean, you know... such a brightly coloured show.''
She blew out a few puffs of smoke as she stood up and threw an dvd-box in his arms. ''Don't judge it if you don't know anything about it!'' She then walked past him. ''I'm going, I promised Anne that I would meet her at the mall in-.'' She looked at her phone and paled. ''… ten minutes. Oh man, I'm going to be late!'' Aithusa breathed out as she grabbed her jacket and ran out of the apartment.
He just stared at her, trying to hold back another yawn, before he turned to look at the dvds in his hands. Why in the world would anyone, older than ten, watch something like this?

Aithusa smiled broadly at her friend as they hugged one another. ''I had lots of fun.''
The brunette in front of her nodded. ''Yeah me too, wanna meet up tomorrow too?'' Then Anna's eyes narrowed as a playful smile crossed over her lips. ''Derek totally has an crush on you!''
Her cheeks turned brightly red. ''No he doesn't!''
''Yeah, he totally does!'' The girl snickered. ''Don't worry he's rather handsome after all, why don't you try it out, you haven't dated anyone since you moved here with your brother.''
Yeah, because dating an human was really appealing for her. She really didn't understand why humans were attracted to each other, who in the world liked hairless, or scaleless, creatures, with no claws or fang or any other impressive feature? And besides that she didn't really want to explain to any boyfriend, or girlfriend, that she wasn't quite... human.
They quickly said their goodbyes before Aithusa walked into the building. She and Merlin lived on the third floor, there was an elevator, but she rather took the stairs. She waited a moment at the door, she was after all later than she promised Merlin she would be back, but as she didn't hear anything she quickly sneaked inside, hopefully Merlin was still asleep.
The apartment was dark and quiet, expect for a sudden sound coming from the living room. She quickly walked towards the room. What she saw next was something she would definitely never forget and the only thing she could do was gap and blink. Merlin sat on the couch, a cushion in his hands, while he bit in the top of it, his eyes plastered on the screen and the brightest smile, if he would have made a sound she was sure it would have been a squeal, on his lips.
He was watching my little pony... Merlin was watching my little pony!
She just gapped at him till the credits rolled over the screen. ''… Merlin, what are you watching?''
Merlin turned to look at her, eyes wide and they nearly seemed to sparkle with some kind of childlike joy. ''Oh Aithusa, you were right, this show is the best I have ever seen! I mean the dynamic between the ponies is so well portrayed and I totally love Rarity, have you seen the episode wit-.''
''Merlin?'' She asked stunned.
''Yes.'' He answered as he titled his head slightly to the side, looking all innocent at her.
''Have you been watching it for the whole day?''
Merlin smiled. ''Of course not, I just watched a couple of episodes. Now that I think of it, you're home early.''
''Ehmm... do you know how late it is?''
''Oh, I'm sure that it can't be that late-.'' He turned to look at the clock above the fireplace and the warlock's eyes widened as he drew a sharp breath. ''How- When- It can't!'' He breathed through his teeth before jumping up, snatching his keys from the table and pulling on his jacket while he made his way to the door. Before he ran out he was able to shout at her. ''We will talk about you being late!... Oh and let's do an mlp marathon soon!'' And with that he was gone.
Aithusa just stared, eyes wide, before she let out a deep laugh and a little fire past her lips. ''No... I'm not going to watch my little pony with a fanboy... especially one so old (he is after all more than a thousand years old)!''
