"If anything happens to him, I'll kill you." I growled, standing in front of Niko with my arms out. Although I was badly injured, all the adrenaline rushed into my body. The BLU Scout laughed.
"You couldn't kill me even if ya tried!"
He raised his Scattergun at me and I closed my eyes waiting to be shot.
Nothing happened.
When I opened my eyes, the Scout was on the floor, curled up in a ball, holding his crotch. Someone put their face to the cell bars.
"So, ya guys had ta get captured without me?" The RED Scout twirled the cell key in her hand.
"AYA?!" Both Niko and I exclaimed as Aya unlocked the door.
"The one and only! Aya Shameimaru at your service!" Aya giggled as she pulled the door open and stepped in.
"God, you two look like you're zombies or something with all this blood on you. Please tell me it isn't yours." Aya laughed as Niko and I exchanged glances.
"Anyways, c'mon! We're getting outta this Hell Hole! Well, you can't compare this place to Hell. I've been there, not that much fun, but it's more fun than this place! It's really hot down there. Did you know there's cats that collect corpses and nuclear ravens? Oh, oh and people who can read minds!" Aya rambled on and on about Hell and its inhabitants.
During Aya's ramble, the BLU Scout had recovered from his injury to the crotch, which I'm assuming Aya caused when she came to rescue us.
"I've got ya now!" The Scout yelled, running towards us, until Aya threw her leg back and kicked him in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him. He keeled over in pain, once again.
"I knew all that sparring with our Demomen would pay off!" Aya clapped happily as she grabbed both my hand and Niko's and ran out of the cell.
The three of us ran up a flight of stairs and down a hallway. We stopped in a small alcove to take a break.
"So… how did you escape those Pyros?" Niko asked, catching his breath, checking himself to see if any injuries reopened and sighed when he saw blood trickle down his shoulder.
Aya blinked. "I did what now?"
"Escape? You did escape, right?" I chimed in, giving Aya a sceptical look. "You ARE Aya, aren't you?"
"Oh ho ho! You two are so smart! You're right, I'm not Aya!" So-called-Aya answered in a French accent.
Niko and I started backing up and were about to run away when so-called-Aya laughed.
"I'm just joking! I am Aya! The one and only Aya Shameimaru!" Aya thrust her head back and laughed. "Man, I really had you guys didn't I? You shoulda seen tha look on ya faces! In fact, I took a picture of them!" Aya pointed at her camera hanging around her neck.
"WHAT?! Delete that now!" I yelled, throwing myself at Aya, who accurately dodged, causing me to hit the floor.
Aya giggled and held out her hand, "Sorry about that, Adrian."
I took her hand and stood up, glaring angrily at Aya, feeling blood run down my head. "You little…"
"AHEM." Niko's voice snapped me out of my fight with Aya. "We should really be going, unless we want to be captured again." He sighed and shook his head.
"Just leave it to me! I know the way out!" Aya sang as she started walking.
Everything was going well, until we turned the corner and ran into a BLU Pyro, Medic, Heavy, and Scout. The BLU team stared at us. We stared at them. Finally Aya screamed and ran in the other direction, back the way we came.
"W-wait, Aya!" I yelled as the four BLUs closed in on us. The team had us trapped in the middle of their circle.
"Try ta escape now. You were lucky ta escape me once, but it won't happen again." The Scout smirked as the team raised their weapons.
"Shit…" I bit my thumb. Looks like we were going to die here.
