Thank you everyone for reading and the reviews! This chapter has some of Oh My Goddess in it, but after this we will be moving forward in to the story past the Titans. I hope you enjoy this chapter! It is the last slower introduction chapter.
Wanting to escape the room after remembering that moment, Andy cleared his throat.
"I'll go see how I can help downstairs" he mumbled, taking a few steps back before exiting the room and closing the door behind him.
"He seemed in a hurry to leave" Piper frowned.
"I think I triggered a bad memory". Leo stepped closer to his wife and brought her in for a tight embrace. "The last time he saw me I didn't have the best news".
Piper nodded knowingly.
"I didn't know you told him … I guess I figured he was waiting for her the whole time. I found that comforting".
"Well I wasn't exactly following the rules going there. It's segregated from the whole world. It's rare they ever get contact with the rest of us other than the Valkyries looking for souls".
"Thank you" Piper smiled.
"I knew that if it was you, I would want to know". His embrace became tighter. She leaned in to his chest. "We have to go talk to your sisters".
Her broke out of the embrace and made his way to the door. He opened it to see the opinionated Elf Nanny they had interviewed for Wyatt several months before.
"Oh, I'm sorry to disturb you … Oh Mighty One... "The woman stared at Leo in awe.
"Oh, he's not an Elder" Piper laughed.
The elf's brow quirked up. Her composure changed as she remembered why she was there.
"The baby is in this room still?" She pushed past the couple and made her way to newest Halliwell.
"Excuse me, but we fired you" Piper quipped with a finger in the air.
"No, I rejected you. There's a difference". The green eyed woman straightened out her blouse and marched into the room.
Living Room
"I just can't believe you've been out there all of these years" Phoebe grinned, giving the inspector an affectionate slap on the arm. Paige hadn't been able to stop smiling the past few minutes. She was happy to meet someone who was a big part of her sisters' life before she knew them, especially Prue's .
Leo came down the stairs quickly with Piper trailing behind.
"Leo!" Phoebe began. "... What are you wearing?"
Leo dismissed his sister in law's question. "We need to talk about the Titans. What do you have for me?
"Paige ran every battle plan she knows which as a war goddess is basically every battle that's ever been fought" Phoebe quipped.
"No matter how you spin it … warrior, seductress, earth mother - we don't have the power to defeat the Titans." Paige sighed.
"They're too strong for us." Phoebe added.
Piper's arms crossed over her chest. "Do you see how much this family needs you?
"No. I don't. You can do this without me. And it's not because you have the power of gods or the power of three. It's because you are the greatest force of good that I know and that's why I chose you."
Phoebe grinned. "Oh, see I could just feel the confidence wash all over me. He's doing it!"
Andy watched as the sisters sat and awaited their guidance. They had changed so much in the past few years.
"Paige, you know exactly where to find the power to conquer the Titans... You just need to focus."
"We have to declare ourselves gods." She nodded.
"It's how the ancient Greeks did it."
"Chris told us not to do that." Piper added, raking a hand through her hair.
"Well, Chris is wrong. He doesn't know you like I do." Leo flashed her a grin.
"But Leo, the ancient Greeks lost their humanity." Phoebe shifted her balance on the couch.
"That certainly won't win us this war". Paige quipped.
Andy tip-toed across the room while the sisters listened to their whitelighter. He looked back up the stairs. While it was comforting being somewhere that reminded him so much of Prue, he still felt disconnected being there without her. There were so many painful and happy memories.
Looking around, he grinned to himself remembering that he was standing in the same spot where Prue told him about the truth spell a few weeks before his death. If only past him had understood this world a little faster.
He had spent the last few years wondering how they would have spent those few weeks if he had embraced that part of her life faster.
"You're not the ancient Greeks, you're the Charmed Ones. I didn't give you anything you can't handle. Phoebe, you lost yourself to the darkest love that ever existed and you came back. Of course, you can handle being the goddess of love."
Andy snapped back into reality. They had the Titans to fight. Although, according to Chris they had already managed to save Paige this time. He couldn't imagine what the sisters would have done if they had lost two sisters.
"Paige, you're the goddess of war because you've been consumed with gaining power but you've never let the power consume you. Piper, is it any wonder I made you the goddess of earth? You are everything that is good and beautiful in this world. The mother of my son."
The last point hit home for Piper. "You really have that much faith in us?"
Andy smiled. He could see the change in the sisters already.
"Do you really even need to ask that? It's like I've always said, your power comes from your emotion and right now you need to dig deeper than you ever have before. Whatever motivates you. Your heart, your soul, your darkest fears. Whatever it takes, you need to find that and channel it into power. Power not to capture the Titans, but to destroy them forever.
Suddenly a golden glow began to surround Leo. His whole body radiated for a moment, prompting him to look down at his hands and arms.
"Leo?" Piper mouthed, inching towards her husband.
"...What's happening to me?"
Paige stormed up the stairs, taking two steps at a time. "Everyone but Leo and Piper, follow me!"
Andy and Phoebe exchanged glances and followed quickly behind.
Attic
Paige burst through the wooden door and made her way to the Book of Shadows.
"We're going to need more back-up here. Another Charmed One."
"Paige, we're already Goddesses" Phoebe began.
"Emotional back-up … for Piper. I don't like the looks of this."
"Here these words, hear my cry, Spirit of the other side. Come to me I summon thee. Cross now the great divide". Paige's arms fell to her side as white lights began to reveal a woman's figure.
Andy's heart began to flutter.
"Grams..." Paige's bottom lip fell out, showing her disappointment.
"I know I'm not who you were … Andrew, hello!" Grams grinned from ear to ear, stepping out of the circle and becoming whole again. She pulled Andy into a tight hug.
"Nice to see you" he smiled. His arms still hung at his side, trapped under the oldest Halliwell.
"You're not supposed to be here." She gave the inspector a wink before moving to hug Phoebe and Paige.
"Chris brought him here to help".
"Future boy seems to be breaking the rules all over the place". Grams' eyebrow quirked up as her brown eyes zeroed in on Andy.
Andy rubbed the back of his neck. "I came along because I thought I could help".
Grams winked at him. "It seems as if you don't need any more help, my dear." She kissed Phoebe and Paige on the cheek before pulling Andy in for one last hug.
"Soon". She whispered. Paige noticed the whisper, but hadn't been able to hear it.
"Thanks for coming by, Grams". Phoebe flashed her grandmother a smile.
"Any time". White lights danced around the matriarch as she disappeared. Moments later, a large crash was heard from below.
Andy was the first one out the door and down the stairs. He charged into Piper and Leo's room where the noise came from.
Chris' unconscious body covered many pieces of broken wood on the floor. Leo was already checking on the young whitelighter.
"He'll be okay." Leo sighed, taking a deep breath. Phoebe's eyes wandering from her sister to her brother in law.
Piper's knuckles were visible through her clenched fists. Phoebe could feel the tension in the air.
"You did it, Piper. You found your power. Now control it, don't let it control you." Leo stood up and began to walk towards his wife.
Phoebe grabbed Paige's hand and pulled her towards the stairs. Andy began to follow as well.
"Andy, we need to talk" Leo began, earning a sharp eye from his wife. "I need to bring you back before they realize you're gone".
"But we need him".
"No, Piper, you can do this". Leo's eyes softened when he looked at his wife.
"I can't deal with this yet…" Piper turned on her heel towards the door. She made it two steps before stopping.
A warm air brushed through her, filling her with a sense of comfort, love and protection. She knew she had experienced this feeling before.
"Piper?" Andy stepped closer to her, stopping after a few steps. He stiffened, his eyes shifting around the room.
Piper had felt that presence before. It was the same feeling she had when Prue was stuck in another plane with one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse.
"Did you feel that?"
Andy nodded, his eyes wide. Another loud crash was heard from below along with Phoebe and Paige's screams. "Piper!"
Observatory
"Where is the Elder that created you?" Cronus' loud voice rang through the room. Pheobe began to pick herself up off of the floor to see the Titan grabbing a lamp, aiming it at Paige.
Cronus hurdled the lamp at Paige. She ducked quickly and he sent a bolt of ligtening towards her. It diverted at the last second, causing her and Phoebe to look around the room.
"It's not nice to piss off mother nature." Piper stated, appearing in the room with a loud bang. Andy and Leo came barreling down the stairs to witness her fury.
She held out her hands and the entire room began to shake vigorously. All items managed to miss members of the group, but Andy noticed some were defying the laws of physics to miss them. His eyes then followed the rest of the falling objects to the growing hole in the floor. The Titans stared into gaping hole for a moment before being thrown in by an unknown force.
"So much for the Titans." Paige quipped, raking a hand through her hair.
"Thank god." Phoebe sighed, pulling herself up.
"You're welcome." Piper responded with a flat voice.
"You did it, Piper. You found the power you needed." Leo slowly began to approach his wife. "You all did. Now it's time to give it back…"
Piper sent him a heated glare and disappeared into a thunder clap.
