A big thanks to everyone reviews: lizzardmooma, Beuty6, gabyhyatt. IWantColoredRain, I also don't like season 6 Leo so I am changing his story to be a bit more redeeming. Mony19, I have never been a huge Cole fan but like him. I felt his story was never finished though.

P3 - Six weeks later

Chris Halliwell leaned against the tall bar counter at P3 as he read the second Tarot card from the deck. He flipped the blue card over to reveal "Judgement" and he placed the card down next to "Pain".

He couldn't help but roll his eyes. He was getting so desperate to see if he'd many any positive changes to the future, but it all seemed to be the same. He had seen Tarot cards being used as a child but he had never read them until the downfall of magic began when he was seventeen. Seers from both sides began to turn to all means necessary to try and find their bearings.

Chris hesitated as he went to pull the third card out of the desk. He raked one hand through his dark brown hair and let out a sigh.

Just as he began to flip the last card, footsteps could be heard coming down the stairs. Whoever it was, they were taking two steps at a time. He shoved the card into his front pocket and then gathered the rest and pushed them into his back pocket.

"Chris!" Phoebe squealed as she made it to the landing beside the dancefloor. "I've been looking for you".

"What's wrong? Mom's not in labour, is she? I'm not supposed to be born for two more weeks".

"Nothing's wrong you worrywort" she laughed. "Piper's at the doctor right now because of three positive pregnancy tests".

Chris couldn't help but smile. At least one thing was still happening on the right timeline.

"She wants you to pick her up after the appointment and orb her here because she's tight on time".

Chris opened his mouth to protest but Phoebe was quick to hold her hand up to silence him.

"I don't know where you keep going but taking thirty minutes off to help your aunt won't hurt anything. And then you can stop and visit your mom too, she's worried about you".

The youngest Halliwell lowered his head.

"Yeah, I'm sorry about that but I've been looking for Dad and trying to get information from the Underworld about Wyatt. I don't have much time left before it happens".

"Any luck?"

Chris shook his head.

"Nothing. Whoever is after Wyatt is keeping things quiet".

"And you're sure it's not the Source?"

"No, he wants Mom".

"Right". Phoebe was already tense. "Well, here's the address and we can dwell on those lovely thoughts after so you're not late".

The clairvoyant witch handed Chris a piece of paper before making her way towards the back office. Chris glanced at the address before crumpling it into his pocket. He turned to make sure his aunt was far away before pulling the final card out and flipping it.

A cloaked figure took up most of the blue card and written under the drawing was the word "Death".

Medical Office

Piper rounded the corner into the bleak waiting room where Chris was waiting for her.

"You so knew about this, didn't you" she pointed a finger at her nephew playfully.

Chris shrugged with a proud grin.

"Will you tell me anything about the baby?" She tried to crack his tough security for the future but he just shook his head.

"Nope, sorry" he laughed. "But I will say that we're close and they're awesome".

"Well, I am the mother" she smiled as she pressed the elevator button. The elevator came right away and they entered.

"Speaking of parents … are you going to try and contact Leo now that you know?"

"No. He's made his choice and this would just complicate things".

Chris could only nod. He had his own issues with his uncle.

The elevator doors opened and the two of them began to walk to Piper's car.

"I just need to grab the binder for work and we can orb away" she mentioned as she searched the inside of her purse for the car keys.

Paige was leaned against the driver's side of the Jeep impatiently waiting.

"There you are. Phoebe left a message asking me to come get you".

"Oh, she hadn't heard from you so I got Chris to come grab me".

Paige's cheeks became a bright shade of red.

"Oh, right …"

"It's okay, you can drive her car back because I have to go right after dropping her off" Chris grinned at the youngest Charmed One.

Paige was too busy rolling her eyes at Chris to notice a large spider advancing towards them. The spider transformed into a pale woman with dark hair. Her eyes were darkened by the circles underneath them but when Paige locked eyes with her, all she could see was black.

Taking advantage of Paige's confusion, the woman began to glide towards Piper. Without hesitation, Chris stepped in front of Piper. There wasn't enough time to use his powers so he used his tall frame to block her. The woman raised a hand to reveal long dark talons.

Chris' eyes widened and he tried to free a hand to send her flying. Right before her hands were able to tighten around his neck, he managed to free a few fingers and sent her backwards. As she flew a few feet away, her talons grazed the side of his neck.

"Pipe!" Paige yelled, calling for the metal object lying on the other side of the parking lot. It orbed telekinetically and hit the woman across the back just as she began to pick herself up.

The woman let out a deep hiss and morphed back into a spider. Paige ran after the scurrying insect but couldn't catch it before it disappeared into the vents.

"Are you okay?" Chris asked, turning to his pregnant Aunt.

"I'm great. Are you okay?"

"I don't know. Am I?" He asked. His hand was covering where the talons grazed his neck. Piper motioned for him to take his hand off and when he did three deep talon marks were visible.

"Let's get you home to clean up before you go demon chasing again" she instructed. Chris nodded back at her.

"Here, you dropped this" Paige whispered as she bent down to pick up a tarot card that fell from Chris' pocket. He reacted quickly and placed his foot overtop of it before picking it up himself.

"Thanks" he replied. His aunts shared a look with each other.

Manor

Prue waddled into the bright Conservatory with her large belly and took a seat at the small dining table. Once she was comfortable, she grabbed her camera and turned to capture the moment of Wyatt playing with blocks creatively.

She smiled after taking a few great shots when she could hear the familiar sound of orbing.

Her smile vanished when she saw the large gashes on Chris' neck and the blood dripping down his neck.

"What happened?" Her voice shook with concern.

"Spider demon" Chris notified as he took a seat next to her. Prue raised her hand and pressed it against her son's chin, prompting him to lift it so she could get a better look.

"Oh, and Chris is hiding something again" Paige smirked. "It's in his pocket".

"When isn't he hiding something?" Piper responded with her typical sarcasm. Prue stuck her tongue out playfully at her sister.

"He'll share if he wants to. Right now we should be checking to see if the Spider demon can infect him with poison".

"I think Prue just hit overprotective Mom status" Piper teased back.

Underworld

"Have you succeeded?" The Source's voice boomed through a dark cloud of smoke.

"I have infected their whitelighter. We will have an ally in the house in no time".

"Bring the Eldest to me. You may have any other you choose to feed on".

The Spider demon grinned and nodded.

"As you wish" she whispered before bowing at his feet.

Kitchen

"Gentle, please". Chris groaned as Prue dabbed at the wound. Piper winced at the sight of all of the blood. Her queasy stomach was acting up every time she glanced at the crimson liquid.

"You'll be fine. I'm almost done". Prue whispered as she reached over to grab a bandage.

"Paige, can you orb me to the club once my stomach settles?" Piper asked, making sure to keep her head turned away from her nephew's wound.

"No, I thought we already discussed this" Chris cut in. "We're staying together to make sure we know what's going on with the Spider Demon.

"Why? Because it's so much safer here? I have to go to work. I booked a band tonight".

"Well you can work from home today. Do I need to remind you that the Source is after Mom, someone's after Wyatt, and now there's a new demon?

"Chris, we need to have lives. We can't hide forever".

"Piper's right. It's not living if all we do is hide" Prue added.

"Okay, I get that, I do, but right now I feel like I'm the only one panicking".

"Why don't we just call Leo? He can take Wyatt up there while we figure everything out".

"No" Chris replied firmly.

"Why not? He can help us. Besides, then he can heal you and it'd be nice to have him around when Prue goes into labour".

"Because we don't need him" Chris shot back. Prue bit down on her bottom lip before turning to look at Piper. Piper seemed just as irritated as Chris.

"Yeah, he's right, I don't want to open up that can of worms" Piper agreed.

"He doesn't even know you're pregnant" Paige argued.

"This is my point exactly".

"Look, it's Piper's decision so when she's ready we can call Leo" Prue advised.

"Oh no, we've made Prue the middle sister" Piper joked. "Time for us to head out".

She held her hand out to Paige who only let out a sigh as they orbed away.

"Here, I'll clean up" Chris urged, motioning towards the chair for Prue to sit where a fruit plate was already waiting for her.

"Thanks" she replied, waddling over to the table and taking a seat. Chris grabbed the first aid kit and his green eyes widened when it stuck to his hands.

Limbo

"C'mon, try again. You can break the spiritual barrier if you just try a little harder" Cole urged. His tall frame was leaning against the kitchen counter. "Who do you feel in this room right now?"

Andy closed his crystal blue eyes tightly and smiled.

"Prue's here".

"Good. Who else?"

"I can sense another presence. It feels like Chris, but it isn't. There's evil there". He opened his eyes to see Cole biting into an apple.

"Your boy's in trouble".

Andy's heart began to race.

"Oh don't worry. I'm sure everything will work out. He's just been infected by the Spider Demon. That's kid stuff for the girls".

The former inspector let out a deep sigh. He felt so helpless. He grabbed the picture of the three Halliwell sisters and held it tightly, trying to concentrate but he felt nothing.

"You'll get there" Cole tried to sound optimistic.

Kitchen

Prue lifted herself up from the table slowly, keeping one hand on her stomach and the other on the table to remain steady. A thud came from the half wall and she glanced over to see the the picture of her, Phoebe and Paige had fallen over.

"Here, let me help". Piper urged as she and Paige orbed back into the room. She used her body to steady the heavily pregnant witch.

"That was pretty fast".

"Yeah, I think I have everything taken care of for the next day or two" Piper responded. The three sisters made their way through the dining room to go see if Wyatt was awake from his nap.

They stopped to see Chris orbing back in with Phoebe. His face was pale and sweat was forming at his brow.

"Chris, you don't look so great".

"I'm fine. But I need you guys to bless this potion to vanquish the Spider Demon".

"You've been busy".

He nodded at his youngest aunt.

"Mom already blessed it so I just need a drop of blood from anotherr two of you".

Piper started heading for the Conservatory.

"I'm already queasy. Those two can do it" she insisted. Chris hadn't seen her move that quickly all day. His eyes were quick to notice a spider scurrying along the windowsill in the Conservatory.

He handed the bottles to his aunts without hesitation and lifted his green eyes up to his mother.

"Hey, can I talk to you for a second?" He asked, holding a hand out towards the Oldest Charmed One. She nodded and took his hand.

Phoebe held the small knife up and Paige scrunched her face in disgust.

Chris let go of her hand once the two telekinetics were out of eyesight of all of the sisters.

"Chris, your eyes" Prue commented as she caught a glimpse of him. Her son's bright green eyes had turned completely black.

The usually protective man closed his eyes and tried to fight off the loss of control. He was in his body, but felt as if he was only watching someone else control it.

He lost his mental battle and without even thinking his hands shot up towards Prue. Her eyes widened as spider webs began to engulf all of her. They were the last piece of her body to be covered and Chris carefully lifted her up against the wall. The cocoon found a place beside the bookshelf.

Paige and Phoebe ran into the room after hearing the commotion.

"Chris!" Phoebe yelled. He turned to show off his completely black eyes.

"Oh no" Paige mouthed. Her eyes trailed over to where Prue was cocooned in the spider webs. Her hands rested on her pregnant stomach.

"What's going on in here? You almost woke Wyatt up!" Piper groaned as she entered the room. The Spider demon scurried in from the living room and transformed into her human form beside Chris.

"Good job, my pet" she hissed proudly. Chris hung his head with neither pride or shame.

"How'd she get through the barrier?" Phoebe shrieked.

"Chris' magic put the barrier up, so it can let people in" Paige responded. She moved to stand protectively in front of Prue's place on the wall.

"Oh I don't think so!" Piper growled, sending an explosive blast right at the Spider Demon. The woman was quick to react and turned back into a spider. Piper continued to aim for the insect but it ran into the venting system.

Paige and Phoebe chased after the spider and tried to pry open the vent cover. Chris took advantage and turned to Piper.

"Chris, why don't we go check out that big old book to get your eyes back to their beautiful colour?" She asked, slowly backing away from him.

He quietly lifted a hand and began to trap Piper within her own cocoon.

Phoebe ran from the other side of the room and tackled him, careful not to injure him but it was too late. Once Chris was restrained, she looked up to see that both of her sisters were now mounted on the wall.

"Paige, help me bring him downstairs" she ordered. Paige nodded and closed her eyes.

After a few minutes, the two sisters had Chris in the basement with crystals surrounding him. They made their way back to the Parlour and stood in front of their two trapped sisters.

"That's it, I'm calling Leo" Phoebe let out a sigh. "His family needs him. We aren't a part time commitment".

"But Pheebs, Piper said she didn't want him involved".

"I know, but we have much bigger problems. A demon has managed to break our barrier, Chris is a demon, and Piper and Prue are trapped in a spider web".

Paige could only nod in agreement.

"Leo!" Phoebe called out. "Leo, this is important".

"Paige, Phoebe … it's great to see you again". A very calm and composed Leo orbed in beside the sisters. He gazed up at the other two Charmed Ones. "Oh, the spider demon. She cocoons her victims".

"Yeah that's the problem" Phoebe interrupted. "Chris is the one who did this?"

"Chris?"

"Yes. He's been infected by the Spider Demon and she's in the house".

"Well I guess I should go speak to him".

"I don't think that's a good idea. We just need your help keeping Piper, Prue and Wyatt safe while we make the antidote".

"Why wouldn't it be a good idea? I'll go talk to him while you make the antidote".

Phoebe bit her lip but decided to let it be. Leo rounded the corner and made his way through the dining room and into the kitchen.

"Bad idea" Paige whispered.

"Well we don't have a better choice" Phoebe groaned back. "Now, let's finish the antidote".

Underworld

"Sir, someone is here to see you".

"Unhand me" Gideon growled as two demons escorted him into the dungeon.

"An Elder?" The Source's asked.

"Yes. I am here because we share a common interest" Gideon teased his information out carefully.

"And what would that be?"

"The Charmed Ones distracted. I want the boy and you want the eldest".

The Source chuckled.

"How am I to trust that an Elder?"

"Because I am doing this for the greater good. The child should have never been born and Prudence has lived her Charmed Destiny. She no longer serves a purpose for the greater good".

"A Spider Demon is currently working with me. Take advantage of their distraction while you can. I expect to be rewarded afterwards."

Gideon nodded.

"Barbas will be in touch".

Gideon took his leave and orbed away.

"Sir, are you sure that was wise?" an upper level demon asked. As soon as the last word escaped his mouth, he was engulfed in flames. The demon beside him looked over in shock.

"He's a fool. If the witch had already served her purpose I would not be risking everything to end her".

Basement

Leo descended the stairs slowly.

"Chris?" he called out as he reached the last step. "Chris it's Leo".

When the Elder reached the bottom step, the young telekinetic was pacing around the encaged circle.

"Chris?"

The boy turned quickly towards the sound of his voice and sent spider webs shooting towards Leo.

"Bastard!" He roared. The webs bounced off the cage's electric wall and fell to the floor at Chris' feet.

Leo turned and ran back up the stairs, making sure to close the door behind him. Phoebe and Paige were waiting in the kitchen after hearing Chris yell.

"He's really mad".

Paige nodded.

"Is that just from being infected?"

"I don't know sweetie, he's real tight-lipped about the future" Phoebe slipped.

Leo bit his lip, knowing that there was something more going on.

"I know being an Elder is important but you're gonna have to pull it together and come home. We need you. Your family needs you" she added.

"I'm needed for a greater purpose, Phoebe".

Phoebe was overcome with rage all of a sudden. She could feel it growing inside of her.

"God, Leo, you're so selfish!"

"Phoebe?!" Paige scolded.

Phoebe's face softened and her eyes widened with concern.

"I'm sorry Leo. I don't know what came over me" she whispered. Suddenly, another wave of anger took over her. "I mean, your family seems to mean nothing to you!"

The trio was silent.

"Okay, I think maybe I'm channelling Chris's anger?"

"But he's in the basement. Can you empath from so far away?" Leo asked, still in shock.

"I don't know, maybe my powers are expanding" she wondered, placing one hand on her hip.

"Or he's closer than we think" Paige questioned with one hand on her hip.

Two spiders scurried across the dining room floor towards where Prue and Piper were. Leo, Paige and Phoebe bolted into the dining room. The spiders morphed into Chris and the Spider Demon. They did not hesitate to move towards the two oldest Charmed Ones.

"Chris, don't do this!" Phoebe yelled.

He turned and hissed at his aunt.

"I'll take him, you take to her" Leo commanded, pointing to the Spider Demon. Phoebe nodded as Paige ran back to the kitchen to grab the vanquishing potion for the demon and the antidote.

"This isn't you, Chris" Leo slowly approached him. Chris let out a deep growl and leapt towards his uncle.

"Wanna bet?" He hissed. Leo did nothing to fight him off as his body was slammed against the wall. Not long after, Chris' hands were wrapped around his neck. Leo could feel the talons pressing against his skin.

"Stop!" Paige yelled as she arrived back in the foyer. "He's Wyatt's father!"

Chris was fuelled with rage. He let his hands drop off of Leo's neck before he got a firm grasp of his shoulders before throwing the Elder several feet away.

"Grab the witch!" the Spider Demon commanded. Phoebe motioned for Paige to throw the potion. The first potion landed a few feet away from the demon, causing no harm.

Chris turned and placed his hands on Piper, ready to orb. Leo pulled himself up off the floor and went to tackle the young man. Chris was stronger than Leo anticipated and he only succeeded in orbing with him.

Paige's eyes widened as Chris disappeared with both Piper and Leo. She turned to see Phoebe wrestling with the Spider Demon to keep her away from Prue. She lifted her arm up and threw the potion.

"Phoebe, duck!" she yelled. The clairvoyant witch did as she was asked and pulled away from the demon as the potion bottle collided with her dark frame. Flames overtook the demon's body and she withered into dust.

"Good aim!" Phoebe grinned. The cocoon surrounding Prue began to come apart. Both sisters ran over to help guide Prue off of the wall. The pregnant witch let out a small groan as she pulled the last few pieces of spider web off of her shoulder.

Spider's Den

Leo was bound to the wall with spider webs, staring into his nephew's black eyes.

"What is it Chris?" He poked. "Why are you so angry with me".

"It doesn't matter".

"No, Chris, it does matter. Was I a bad uncle? Did I even know you growing up? Did I play favorites with Wyatt?"

Chris picked the Elder up and threw him across the Den. Piper pulled the webs off her body to see Chris throwing several punches at Leo.

"You don't know me!" He roared, striking Leo across the jaw. "You don't know my family!"

"Chris!" Piper yelled. "Chris, stop! He is your family!"

Limbo

"You feel that?" Cole asked, lifting his blue eyes up from the kitchen counter. Andy was standing in the middle of the room trying to concentrate. "Because I sure can".

Andy nodded. Chris was letting the demonic control take over.

"What can I do?" he asked helplessly.

"I don't know. You tell me" Cole pushed.

Manor - Foyer

"We need to scry for them".

"Do we have time for that? Chris looked like he was going to kill Leo" Paige added.

"That wasn't Chris. That was the demon".

"Part of it was Chris. He has a lot of anger".

Prue remained silent while her sisters debated. It was then she felt a tiny kick from inside. She placed a hand on the source of her pain.

"You okay?" Paige asked, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"Yeah … just a kidney shot" she smiled. "Actually, it gives me an idea".

"A baby's kick?"

"Yeah" she replied with a grin. "Do you still have the antidote?"

Phoebe nodded and handed it to her sister. Prue instantly began to open the bottle.

"If I take this, shouldn't baby Chris be getting the antidote and then big Chris will be okay?"

"I don't know … I think so" Phoebe questioned.

"It's worth a shot" Paige urged.

Spider's Den

"It's all your fault" Chris screamed, sending another punch at Leo. "You didn't care about the rest of us!"

Piper stood back and watched in horror. Chris' eyes began to shift back to green and the talons disappeared just as blue and white lights dissolved beside him.

"Chris" Andy's calm voice interrupted. He placed a comforting hand on his son's shoulder. Chris flinched at his father's touch. He recognized his voice, but still had to turn around to make sure it was him.

His green eyes widened as reality began to hit him. He was standing over his bruised uncle. He hung his head in shame of what his demonically influenced self did

"Let's talk" Andy whispered but Chris shook his head.

"I have to go" Chris mumbled before orbing away.

Manor

The three sisters who were left at the Manor began the clean up, but Prue spent most of the time staring into space. She couldn't concentrate.

She placed a few books back on a shelf at her level, knowing any clean-up that required bending would be impossible.

"He's gotten so big" a familiar voice whispered as a pair of arms wrapped around her waist. Prue turned to see Andy sporting his trademark grin.

"Oh yay!" Phoebe squealed as Andy leaned in for a kiss.

"Hey, where's Leo?" Paige asked Piper who was smiling at the happy couple.

"He went to find Chris".

"How's Chris?" Phoebe asked.

"Well, he isn't demonic so that's a good thing".

Golden Gate Bridge

Chris sat on one of the red posts, looking down at the traffic when Leo orbed in behind him.

"We need to talk".

"I'm not readyt" Chris answered.

"Well, I need to know what I did that's so awful to make sure it doesn't happen again".

"That's not possible" Chris grumbled.

"Why not?"

"Because you've already started. You'll put everyone else before your own family and you refuse to see any flaw in that".

"Chris, I'm trying here".

Chris bit his lip, unsure of what to say next.

"You didn't even try to look for Dad after you found out Gideon was involved, you refuse to take Wyatt's downfall seriously and you've already left your family for the greater good."

"Wyatt knows that I am always with him".

"That's not good enough. What about Piper? You don't even know she's pregnant".

Leo was speechless.

"Maybe that's part of why you came to the future. To fix things".

"You're making it very hard to fix things. You always put the greater good first, even if the idea is warped".

Leo was silent.

"You have my word that I will do everything to change. Tell me how".

"Start by helping me save Wyatt".

Underworld

"The Spider Demon has failed, Sir"" Barbas seethed. "The Elder is furious".

The demon of fear twirled an athame around between his fingers. His stained teeth reflected in the silver.

"We are running out of time" the Source growled. "Get the Rigor Demons and contact the Dark Priestess. We need her to begin the process to pause magical activity".
