This chapter I decided to forward the relationship Severa has with Robin, Say'ri, Morgan and Rei'qu. She needs just as much time given to her as the others, so it only seems fair. For anyone who wants to know, I lost in the first round of the Smash tournament. I'll concede that the other person was better than me and Lucina's not my best character… but since I still lost as one of your favorite characters feel free to hate me. And sorry this took so damn long, but I've been busy with my other stories. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy this chapter!

It had been a day since the Shepherds had last been in a town and they were all setting up camp for the night. As Robin was reading some books he brought along, he heard the entrance to his tent flap open quickly.

"Daddy, do you know what tomorrow is?"

Robin turned around to see Severa walking up to him with her arms behind her back.

"Is it your birthday?" Robin asked.

"No." Severa answered.

"Oh, good." Robin sighed with relief. "I won't have to relive Sumia's last birthday."

"Anyway, I just thought we could have a Daddy-Daughter Day tomorrow."

"Wait. Hold on. You seriously don't want to hear what happened on Sumia's birthday?"

"Not really."

"Are you sure? It was both terrifying and hilarious to watch."

"I haven't gotten to spend any time with you. I might not be your daughter from this timeline, but I'm still your daughter."

"You're right, Severa. What would you like to do today?"

"Shopping!"

"Pardon?"

"We're going to the nearby town for a shopping spree."

"Uhh…"

"Great! We'll start first thing tomorrow!"

Severa left the tent and Robin was completely dumbfounded by the turn of the conversation.

"… What just happened?"

Meanwhile, Rei'qu was practicing her swordplay on a few training dummies when Say'ri came by and walked up to her.

"Rei'qu, might I have a word with you?" Say'ri asked.

"Of course, Mother." Rei'qu answered as she sheathed her wooden sword and walked up to her mother. "I can barely remember the last time we had a chance to talk."

"How do you mean?"

"The last time I saw you, you went off to fight in the war. It was tough for both Morgan and I with Father gone and you fighting with most of humanity."

"I… I'm sorry to hear that, my daughter."

"You have nothing to be sorry for."

"But you and Morgan deserve so much better than that. I hope to win this war so you two and Severa can live in a future without death and despair."

"Thank you, Mother. By the way, might I ask to spar with you? I would like to personally experience how well you fight first hand."

"Of course. Any chance to spend time with my daughters I'll gladly take."

Say'ri and Rei'qu each picked up a wooden sword and started to spar with each other.

The next day upon arrival at the nearest town, Robin and Severa were walking through the marketplace with the latter amazed at the number of shops.

"Wow!" Severa exclaimed. "Hope you have a ton of money in that wallet, Daddy!"

"Huh?" Robin raised his eyebrow.

"You always bought me stuff in the future." Severa said. "I was your little princess, after all."

*Well, now I know not to spoil Rei'qu and Morgan.* Robin thought.

After entering one of the clothing stores, Severa sifted through a bunch of dresses until the sight of one made her face contort in disgust.

"Ugh! No way I'm letting someone buy this ugly thing!" Severa said as she tossed the dress behind her to Robin.

Robin caught the ugly dress and looked at Severa with a confused look.

"Uh, if it's so ugly, then why are you buying it?" Robin asked.

"So nobody can ruin the world of fashion with it." Severa answered as she continued looking through clothes.

"Oh, hi, Robin!"

Robin turned to see Sumia in shop with Lucina.

"Hey, Sumia." Robin said. "Here with your daughter, too?"

"Robin, may I see that dress, please?" Lucina asked.

"No thanks, Lucina." Severa replied. "But the hideous thing is going to be used as an example of how not to design clothes."

"Hideous?" Lucina questioned. "I think that dress looks lovely."

"Then feel free to take it off our hands." Robin said.

Robin was about to hand over the dress to Lucina, but Severa got in between them and stood her ground against the Ylissean princess.

"Are you saying I have no sense of fashion?" Severa asked, clearly agitated.

"I didn't say that at all." Lucina said.

"But you implied it by saying the exact opposite." Severa said.

Robin went over to Sumia as their daughters started to get into a heated argument about their senses of fashion.

"We should break them up." Sumia whispered to Robin.

"I don't think that's a good idea." Robin whispered back. "Gaius told me never to get involved when two women are fighting."

"That's just an old wives' tale." Sumia said. "Er, or husbands' tale. I'll break them up."

Robin watched as Sumia tied to mediate the fight between Lucina and Severa.

"Ladies, can't you just accept that you have different senses of fashion?" Sumia asked.

"Stay out of this, Sumia!" Severa shouted.

"Hey, don't talk to my mother like that!" Lucina snapped.

"I told her it was a bad idea…" Robin muttered to himself.

Say'ri went for a walk around the Shepherds' camp, but stopped when she saw Morgan lying on the ground unconscious.

"Morgan!" Say'ri shouted as she ran to her. "Morgan, are you all right?"

"Unnnnh…" Morgan groaned as she woke up. "Mother?"

"Morgan, are you hurt?" Say'ri asked with concern in her voice. "Who did this to you?"

"I felt bad that I couldn't remember you and Rei'qu, so I tried to bash my tome against my head." Morgan answered. "I guess I conked out after beating it too much. Maybe banging my head against a lamppost will prove more effective."

"Fie! Let's find a way to get your memories back without inflicting pain on yourself."

"I guess you have a point. All those head beatings are probably getting rid of the memories I have than bringing them back. Do you have any ideas?"

"Perhaps this is something that just takes time to come back. Why don't you tell me what you do remember? For example, do you have any dreams?"

"I always wanted to be a brilliant tactician just like Father. But speaking of dreams, I did just have one where you, Father, Severa, Rei'qu and I were all in the marketplace… and then the vegetables started talking to me. They said some very unkind things."

Several hours later when the sun was setting, Robin and Severa returned to the camp with the latter having a black eye.

"This shopping trip was a bust." Severa said. "On top of not getting any good clothes, I got a black eye and I spent most of our Daddy-daughter time arguing with Lucina."

"Shopping isn't the only way for us to bond, Severa." Robin said. "We're almost at Valm Harbor, so maybe during the march there, on the trip back and when we get back to Ylisstol."

"Thanks, Daddy." Severa said. "But make sure to spend time with Morgan, Rei'qu and Say'ri. They need you more than I do."

"Severa, you're still my daughter. You're just as important to me as Morgan and Rei'qu."

Severa smiled and left for the tent she shared with Morgan and Rei'qu while Robin went to Say'ri's tent so he could have another talk with her. Robin finally arrived at Say'ri's tent, opened the flap and entered.

"Say'ri, mind if we ta-"

Robin stopped as soon as he saw Say'ri, with her back turned to him, wearing only what appeared to be scarlet smallclothes that partially exposed her buttocks and her arms covering her bare chest.

"Sorry!" Robin exclaimed as he averted his gaze from her. "I didn't know you were changing! Just come to my tent when you have a chance."

Robin left the tent with his eyes still covered, making him trip and fall on the ground outside. Say'ri just remained where she was with a bright red flush all over her face.

Robin was back in his tent and lying on his bed, his mind constantly going back to almost seeing Say'ri naked.

*I can't believe I was so stupid!* Robin thought. *Why didn't I ask before I went in? She's probably angry at me for what I did. The first thing I should do when she comes in is apologize for my mistake. Now that I think about it, Say'ri had a really beautiful body-D'oh! Why am I thinking such things?! I mean, I like Say'ri, but I have to be a gentleman. I don't want to be a pig like Gaius.*

"Robin, may I come in?" Say'ri's voice asked from outside the tent.

Robin stood up and straightened his clothes to look acceptable. "Come in, Say'ri."

Say'ri entered the tent with the blush still tinting her face. "Robin… I-"

"Say'ri, I'm sorry for walking in on you while you were changing." Robin interrupted her. "I should've thought before entering your tent."

"Actually…'Tis alright."

"Pardon?"

"You see… Yesterday, I accidentally walked into the men's bath while you were changing…"

"How much did you see?"

"You were as naked as a newborn babe."

"Oh gods…"

"Don't be angry with me, Robin. I never intended to see you like this, at least not yet… Though I have to admit… I liked what I saw…"

"Actually, there's something I wish to ask you, Say'ri."

"Yes?"

"Those smallclothes you were wearing… I've never seen anything like that back in Ylisse. Is it what you wear in Chon'sin?"

"Aye."

"How do those things stay on? They look like they could've fallen off at any moment."

"They're a lot tighter than they look, but the most interesting aspect is the coloring. Scarlet is a sign that the wearer is not wed, whereas white or purple indicate the wearer is."

"Are we really having a conversation about smallclothes with a straight face?"

"Heheh, I suppose we've become quite comfortable with each other these last couple of months."

"Maybe you're right, Say'ri…"

Shortly after Say'ri left the tent, Robin went to another tent where some of the men in the Shepherds had gathered for a friendly poker game. As he entered, he saw Chrom, Gaius, Vaike and Henry sitting at a table and took his seat between Chrom and Gaius.

"What took ya so long, Bubbles?" Gaius asked.

"Sorry, I was talking with Say'ri." Robin replied.

"You've been spending quite a bit of time with her." Chrom said. "I'm happy that you've found someone you care about. You know, in the romantic sort of way."

"I bet a woman like her who's a beast in battle must also be a beast in bed." Gaius said.

"Sounds like a bloody rest, teehee." Henry joked.

"Hands off, Gaius." Robin said.

"Eh, I'm not into her anyway." Gaius said.

Everyone then looked at Gaius in slight confusion while he dealt out the cards.

"… What?" Gaius asked.

"What's wrong with you, Gaius?" Vaike asked. "We'd expect you to say more about Say'ri. I was kinda lookin' forward to that."

"Can someone deal me a hand, please?" Kellam asked.

Gaius shifted his eyes at everyone before sighing. "All right… Cherche and I got hitched."

"Congratulations!" Chrom said.

"I must say, that's mighty big of you, Gaius." Robin said.

After they gave their congratulations, Robin wanted to get back on the original topic.

"Anyway, I respect Say'ri." Robin said. "I'm not interested in sleeping with her."

"Not interested?!" Gaius questioned.

"Dude, every guy wants to sleep with some woman!" Vaike said. "It's instinct!"

"Robin, you can respect your girlfriend-slash-wife and sleep with her." Chrom said. "That's why it's called 'making love'. I'm not saying to do so right away, just wait until you're both sure you're in love."

"Thanks, Chrom." Robin said.

"That's what friends are for, right?" Chrom patted Robin on the back.

A/N: Sorry this chapter took so long to write. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and I got caught up in my other stories. Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed! Stay tuned for next time!
