Today was Sniper's and my turn to prepare dinner. Have I ever told you that his delicacies from the Outback are beyond amazement? Yeah, everyone in the team can actually cook, with the exception of Scout (the kitchen explodes every time he tried to make something) and Soldier (he believed in the gender stereotypes, and that only girls are supposed to cook).

"Hey, Snipes, can you do me a favour?" I said as I was chopping up some lettuce.

"Long as it wouldn't put us into danger, lass." The latter replied.

"Hmm… Perhaps it will. But you must promise not to spill the beans." I said.

"I don't like this one bit, mate." Sniper said dryly. "What'cha gonna do?"

"…I'm going to negotiate with someone from the RED team." I said after a long pause. "Wot!? Look mate, that's treachery!" he snapped.

"But… that's why I need your help. To keep me safe in case it turns ugly. Keep your voice down, if you please."

"If we were spotted, we'd be dead meat!" he complained. "Are you still going to help me, then?" I asked. "Maybe. But with whom are you speaking to? If it's the bloody wanker Spy, don't go, I say. And why come to me?" Sniper sighed.

"I'm going to speak with the RED Medic. I know you're patient, and a sharpshooter, so why not?" I answered frankly.

"But still, he cannot be trusted!" he said matter-of-factly.

"I don't know, but I beg of you, please go! You'll hide somewhere in range, but out of sight. " I tried to convince him. "Ah, fine. But if anyone caught you, I cannot do anything," he finally cracked.

We continued cooking dinner in silence. About half an hour later, dinner is ready. The mercenaries gobbled their food up as usual, but I find no interest in eating, instead I was thinking about what is going to happen with the RED Medic.

"Ya good, lass?" Engineer suddenly gave a remark, which nearly made me jump. "Yeah, I'm good, actually. I am." I replied. "You look pale, are ya sure?" he continued. "Yeah, yeah, sure. I'm positive." Am I stupefied or something?

"You need more rest, y'know." He commented. Scout rose from his seat and felt my forehead. "Scout, what in the hell are you DOING!?" I snapped. "Uhh… I'm checking if you're sick or something?" Scout suggested. "I said I'm FINE, thank you," I emphasized the word 'fine'. "A'ight, fine." He said, and withdrew back to his seat. I can hear Spy snorting with laughter, but trying to keep it down.

After dinner, I armed myself with The Ambassador and set off to the rendezvous with Sniper. Sniper was usually cooped up in his camper van, and nobody usually cares if he's gone. He brought his Huntsman along. "You do realize that the respawn is inactive after battles, mate?" Sniper asked. "Yeah, that's why we must be careful." I answered.

We talked a little bit more and minutes later, we've arrived. Since there are tall and sturdy trees, and Sniper being a good climber himself, he climbed up one of the trees to observe us. I sat on the wooden fence and waited a little longer, and finally, the RED Medic arrived. He wasn't wearing his thick overcoat, so he only had his shirt, tie and vest on the upper body. The rest of his attire matches our Medic, even his pair of glasses. Upon closer inspection, he does look like my father, but a few decades younger, as though he is around my age. His hair was jet black, with no whites, and bright blue eyes.

"Please make it quick." I said rapidly. "I do wish it to happen, but first, let me introduce myself, bitte?" his voice also matches Medic's, only high pitched. He has a mild German accent, compared to the BLU Medic's heavy accent.

"I am Nikolaus, pleased to make your acquaintance." He introduced himself. "I thought you are not supposed to tell your names to anyone? And what's your last name?" I replied.

"Nikolaus Kauffmann." He said after taking a deep breath. How many people would actually share the same surname as me? "Well, Nikolaus, how did you know my name, and why are our surnames coincidentally the same?" I was trying to rack up an answer.

"Well, that is because…" He trailed off. "Because of what?" I breathed slowly. "That is because you are mein Schwester." Now, I have a brother? Seriously, what is this profanity?

"We were separated since birth, hence it is not really odd of you to not recognize me." Nikolaus pointed out. "Huh… But what proof shows that you're speaking the truth?" I challenged.

"With this," he took something out of his breast pocket and handed it to me. It's a gold locket which looked very familiar. I opened it, and it contained the picture of Father and Mom. Where have I seen this again? Then it hit me. I pulled my necklace out (my Mom had given it to me when I was very small) and sure, it's identical to Nikolaus's.

"I think… You do look like Father." I remarked as I handed the locket back to him. "Spitting image," I added.

"Ja, many people have thought of that before I came here." He said frankly.

"But why did nobody mention anything about you?" I was puzzled.

"It's because we were born at the same day, you being older than me for five minutes. You were healthy, whereas I was very feeble and was suspected to be dead. Only Vater realized that I'm not dead, but he cannot tell Mutter about it, or she'll become paranoid. So, he sent me to a friend of his to be taken care of. After he was separated with her, he brought me away from Germany and arrived at Russia. There, Onkel Mikhail looked after me, along with his Mutter, Tante Zhanna, Yana and Bronislava." He explained.

"Zhanna, Yana and Bronislava? Aren't they Heavy's sisters? And Soldier is dating Zhanna?" I asked, thinking of the muscular woman.

"Ja, indeed they are. Herr Soldier is dating Zhanna." Nikolaus answered.

"Still, I can't see that this is the reason that you wanted to see me, Brother." I said, with a tang of newfound feelings to the word 'brother'.

"You are a smart person, Schwester. I do have another matter to discuss." He replied. "You do realize that my team has a new addition, is it not?"

"Yeah, a girl." I said. "I'm afraid she resembles our Mutter, based on the photo in the locket." He hypothesised. "Well, don't tell me we have another sister. I've reunited with a lot of family members already." I sighed.

"That, I cannot make sure. She refused to speak the entire time," Nikolaus said sadly. Before I said anything, something lunged and bit him in the shoulder blade. He groaned in pain, and I saw that the culprit was a cougar. It seemed not willing to release its jaw. Fortunately, Sniper fired an arrow through its head and it dropped dead. Nikolaus was bleeding profusely. Sniper jumped down and said, "You all right, mate?"

"I am, but he isn't," I answered in alarm. "C'mon, we have to help him!"

"Take that, you Nazi scum!" Sniper spat. "Please, have a little respect now. He's my brother, and is gravely injured!" I retaliated.

"Wot did you say?" Sniper was baffled. "It's a long story, and let's take him to the base first, he's losing a lot of blood!" I answered impatiently.

"Fine, lass. But you owe me an explanation." He replied. "You don't… need… to do… that…" Nikolaus said feebly. "But you are my brother!" I countered. "But… I am… RED…" he resisted, and fainted. At least that makes things easier. Sniper and I carried him back to the base, but it will take a long time.

This time, I have nothing to say. I think I should reply to some of you readers' reviews.

Sally t: Well… I still prefer wolves than foxes though :D

cph30075: Sure! But I don't know what to do about him though…

Dr. Kitten Von Fangtoven: Oktoberfest, is it? Hmm… thanks for mentioning, I have an idea of another fanfic now. :D

Epikrocket: Soldier IS sexist. To me, it's just because his sister died and that made him into a different man. (Come at me, Soldier fangirls.)

Annomynous (anonymous guest, whatever): Yep, Zelda's mom is like that for plot reasons. You'll see.

Guest: Well… that is because I lacked the skill of writing beginnings of stories. :/ But the middle would always be awesome to write :P

And to all the others, thanks for rooting me on!
