Chapter 14 : Immortal ' s Demise
Next Morning - Autumn ' s Apartment
Bobby woke up the next morning to see himself next Autumn who was still asleep . He knew what had happened the night before between them and he had to wonder if she was going to be okay with it . But , at the moment he couldn ' t help to smile at Autumn sleeping peacefully , she looked like an angel , his angel . At that moment she started to stir .
" Morning sleepy head . " Bobby said .
Autumn looked at Bobby with a knowing smile .
" Good morning to you too , Bobby . How was your night ? " Autumn asked him .
" Magical . " Bobby answered .
" Uh huh , is that the only way you can discribe it ? " Autumn asked .
" How would you discribe it ? " Bobby asked her .
" Spectacular . " Autumn said and Bobby laughed .
Soon , both of them were laughing .
" So , what do you want to do now ? " Bobby asked .
" Well , I have a photo shoot for Impact today , so , how about we get a shower , go grab breakfast , and then head for the Impact Zone , unless you have other plans . " Autumn answered .
" No , I don ' t have any plans , but if I did I would change them for you . " Roode said .
Soon , both of them were up and ready .
" Its a good thing I keep extra clothes in my car . " Roode said .
" So , that way no one will ask any questions ? " Autumn asked .
" I don ' t care if they ask questions , because I know the answer I would give , but yeah , pretty much . " Bobby turned to give her a big hug .
" So , what answer would you give them ? " Autumn asked curious .
" That I spent the night with a very pretty lady that I love very , very much . " Roode answer .
" Sounds good , so , lets go and get breakfast . " Autumn said .
" Lets go .
Both of them left Autumn ' s apartmet and went to a fast food place for breakfast . They ended up running into a few fans who they signed autographs for and then left the restaurant .
Impact Zone
" So , that ' s the plan , alright sounds good , Sting . " James Storm was talking to Sting when Autumn and Bobby both walked into the Impact Zone .
" Yes , that ' s the plan , make sure he is here earlier than Bischoff and Hogan . " Sting said .
" No problem " Storm said .
" I hope he is okay with the idea . " Sting said .
" He is and its not like this is the first time he has done something like this so he knows what to do . " Storm said .
" True , " Sting agreed .
" Morning , Storm , Sting . " Bobby said as he and Autumn walked up to them .
" Morning , what are you guys here for ? " James asked .
" I am here for a photo shoot and Bobby decided to come with me . " Autumn answered .
" So , what are we plotting ? " Roode asked curious .
" Immortal ' s demise . " Sting said .
" And those are two words I love to hear put together , Immortal ' s demise , it has a nice ring to it . When exactly does Immortal ' s demise happens ? " Autumn asked .
" Hopefully , pretty soon if all goes according to plan . " James said .
" Do we know the plan ? " Roode asked .
" You will once the final piece of the puzzle is put into play . " Sting said .
" When will that be ? " Autumn looked at Sting .
" Once I talk to my trump card . " Sting answered .
" Sure , well , I better get going , see you later Bobby . " Autumn said kissing Bobby .
" Of course babe . " Bobby said as Autumn walked off towards the Knockouts Locker Room .
" I need to go deal with a few things , so , ta - ta for now . " Sting leaving Beer Money alone .
Fortune ' s locker room
Beer Money walked into Fortune ' s locker room and Bobby looked at James .
" What ? " James asked .
" Alright , I have to know because I could live with myself not knowing . What was Harris doing at the beach yesterday ? " Bobby asked .
" Sshh , be careful , Immortal could be listening . " James said closing the locker room door and then he went to Bobby whispering in his ear the plan .
" Seriously , that is what Sting wants to do ? " Bobby asked .
" Yes , and Harris is the only one who fits . Sting wants to give Harris a chance for turning on everyone of his friends to team with Matt Hardy and Immortal . So , Sting asked him to do this as a way to help and to test Chris . " James said .
" So , why does it involve you ? " Roode asked .
" Sting just asked me to get in contact with Chris to relay the message . Bobby , why are you worry ? " Storm looked at the Canadian .
" Because , I don ' t want to see my best friend get hurt , Storm . Its nothing against Chris and I know he is still your AMW partner , but after Matt Hardy brought him in to mess with your head I just want to make sure Harris doesn ' t try to hurt you again . Forgive me for questioning your motives . " Roode said .
" No , don ' t be Bobby . What happened between Harris and me , was also partly my doing . I was the one who hit him with the beer bottle when America ' s Most Wanted split up and I think that Harris felt like if he teamed with Matt he could get back at me for what happened . But , please don ' t think I am upset with you , because I couldn ' t be . You are my best friend and you have had my back through thick and thin and I thank you for that my brother . " James held his hand out to Roode .
" Don ' t mention it . " Bobby said shaking Storm ' s hand and then they shared a man hug .
" So , what does Sting want us to do while Wildcat is dealing with Immortal ? " Roode asked .
" He said he would tell us Thursday afternoon before the show , but that it would make Immortal fear us . " Storm answered .
" Bischoff is naming your opponent Thursday night , are you ready ? " Bobby asked .
" Of course , I am not going to let Bischoff and his team of ladies take me out and take the World Title . " Storm said .
" So , I guess the question should be are they ready ? " Roode asked .
" They better be because even if they are not , I am not taking it easy on them and if they think they are going take the belt from me , all I have to say is sorry about their damn luck . " James said .
" Then I will buy you a the first round to celebrate your victory . " Bobby said .
" I ' ll take you up on that offer . So , I got ask you , how are things going between you and Autumn ? " Storm asked .
" Things are going good , we are kind of taking it slow , but I know I love her . " Roode said .
" Why are you taking things slow ? " James asked .
" Because I want to enjoy every moment with her and not rush into anything we are not prepared for , so , that way she doesn ' t get hurt . " Roode said .
" Fair enough , at least you look happy with Autumn . " Storm said .
" I am happy with Autumn and she is happy , too . " Bobby looked at Storm .
" Good , I ' m glad both of you are happy . " James said .
Storm was very glad that Bobby was happy with Autumn , it made him worry less about his partner and Autumn was just as good for Bobby as Bobby was for Autumn .
