A/N : Things are getting mysterious again , so , lets see what kind of mysteries we can uncover .
Disclaimer : I do not own Fortune , Traci Brooks , Chris Harris (although I would like to borrow him if it ' s possible ) , the Motorcity Machine Guns , the X - Division , or any other TNA wrestler . I also do not own Petey Williams or Christian Cage who both will be making a brief appearance in this chapter . I do own Autumn Wilder and the story .
Chapter 18 : Special Training
Tampa , FL
The next day Bobby stopped by Autumn ' s apartment to pick her up and take her to Tampa , Florida for a special training session . Daniels was in the back seat of the car as he was going to be the tackling dumby for Autumn ' s training .
" Thanks for doing this CD . " Autumn said .
" No , problem , if it helps to take out Immortal , you can count me in . " Daniels said .
" Agreed . " Bobby said .
" So , exactly where are we going ? " Autumn asked .
" To a friend of ours so you can train , the only place to train in Orlando is Team 3D Academy and that is way to close to Bully Ray for my comfort . I know Devon would help us , but I don ' t want to risk anything if Bully decides to show up . " Bobby shook his head at the thought .
" So , who is the friend ? " Autumn asked .
" You ' ll find out soon enough . " Daniels said .
" It was good of him to help us even if he is not with TNA anymore . " Bobby said .
" I wish you guys would just say who it is . " Autumn said .
" Its not that much longer Autumn . " Roode said , soon he was pulling into a parking lot with a big building .
" Where are we ? " Autumn asked .
" This is one of the gyms in Tampa , but the back part has a ring in it to help us with in ring training . " Daniels said .
" So , you guys have been here before ? " Autumn asked
" Yes , we have . " Bobby and Daniels both said .
" Boo , " Petey said from behind Autumn making her jump .
" OMG , Petey , don ' t do that . " Autumn said holding her heart .
" Still got it , what ' s up Bobby , Christopher. " Petey said .
" Hey , Petey . " Bobby said as they hugged .
" How have you been man ? " Daniels asked .
" Pretty good , what is this I hear about Bischoff and Immortal trying to do away with the X - Division , Daniels ? " Petey looked at the Fallen Angel with a serious look on his face .
" He is trying to undo everything that makes TNA , TNA and we all know that the X - Division is the cornerstone of Impact so of course he would go after it . I guess he thinks the X - Division is a threat and he couldn ' t be anymore right about it . We won ' t be taken down that easily and we will fight to keep the X - Division alive and well . " Daniels said .
" Good , at least with you , Kazarian , and AJ around to watch their backs everything should be in good hands , CD . " Petey said .
" So , what are you doing here in Tampa ? " Autumn asked now that her heart had slow down from Petey scaring her .
" To help you train . " Petey said .
" Cool , " Autumn said .
" So , lets go in , " Daniels said
" Has he got here yet Petey ? " Bobby asked as they walked to the building with their gym bags .
" Yes , he has . " Petey answered as they went inside and to the back where the ring was .
Autumn looked around until she spot a guy with short blond hair standing in the ring leaning against the far ropes waiting on them . Autumn recognized him as none other than Christian Cage .
" Guys , what is Christian doing here ? " Autumn whispered to Bobby , Daniels , and Petey .
" To help us train , don ' t worry Autumn , Christian is a friend . " Roode reassured her .
" Okay , " Autumn said relaxing .
" Christian Cage , what ' s going on man ? " Daniels asked going to the blonde Canadian .
" Kicking ass and taking names , along with kissing babies and shaking hands. How about you ? " Christian asked shaking Daniels ' hand .
" Operation : Eliminate Immortal and Kick Bischoff ' s Stupid Ass is in affect at the Impact Zone right now . " Daniels said .
" Yeah , I have seen a lot on the TV man . I wonder what type of scummy place they had to dig up an old fossil like Bischoff from ? " Christian asked .
" Don ' t know , but some of us wish they would send him back with a no return policy , hey Christian . " Bobby said .
" Good to see you too , Bobby . So who is your friend " Chrisitan shook the Canadian Enforcer ' s hand and then turned to look at Autumn .
" Autumn Wilder , " Autumn introduced herself .
" Christian Cage inside the ring , Jason Reso outside of the ring , but most of my friends just call Jay . So , take your pick , Autumn . " Christian said .
" Sorry , I am already taken , by the big Enforcer over there . " Autumn pointed at Bobby not knowing what to say to Christian .
" Funny , but I am married kid , so no worries . " Christian said .
" Jay ' s a bit of a jokester . " Petey said .
" Sure , I think I am just going to call you Christian . " Autumn said .
" Cool , so , lets get to training . " Christian said .
Soon all of them were in the ring training , Autumn was being taught her new move and she was using Daniels as practice to get the move right . They trained for hours it seemed like before Autumn had it correct .
" Alright , those last few where perfect . " Petey said .
" Man , Immortal will have a tough time with this . " Bobby said .
" She has talent that ' s for sure . " Christian said .
" She was trained by Petey and D ' Amore . " Bobby said .
" I can see that X - Division style in her for sure . " Christian said .
" As the X - Division motto goes , " Its not about weight limits , its about no limits . " Petey said .
" Preach it , brother Petey . " Daniels said from in the ring .
" Alright , that ' s enough Autumn , we don ' t need CD hurt . " Bobby said .
" Yeah , we need him to help deal with the old stiffs in Immortal ' s . " Autumn agreed .
" Wow , that was good . " Christian laughing at what Autumn said . Petey also joined in on the laughter .
" Well lets hit the showers and then go grab a bite to lunch , the rest of Fortune and Traci are meeting us at the restaurant " Bobby said .
" Sounds good to me . " Petey said .
Restaurant
Bobby Roode , Petey Williams , Christopher Daniels , Christian Cage , and Autumn Wilder arrived at the restaurant where James Storm , AJ Styles , Frankie Kazarian , and Traci Brooks was waiting for them . The ones already at the table said their hellos to Petey and Christian and then greeted the others .
" So , Autumn , got that new move yet ? " Traci asked .
" Yep , and I will reveal it in the tournament for the Knockouts Title next Thursday . " Autumn said .
" You can ' t even give us a hint ? " Storm asked .
" No can do Cowboy , you have to wait . " Autumn smiled .
" Man , " Storm said .
" But , rest assure that it will definitely help bring down Immortal . " Roode said .
" Sounds like a plan to me . " Kazarian said .
" So , I have to ask this out of curiousity , James , why has Sting and Harris been locked in Sting ' s locker room as of late and what are they talking about ? " AJ asked Storm .
" I don ' t know , because Harris hasn ' t said anything to me about it , but I can almost bet that they are planning something . " James said .
" Look guys , I know it doesn ' t mean much coming from me , but the one person you can trust in is Sting and you can trust Sting ' s judgement and thought process . He knows what he is doing even if we don ' t , so , if Sting is using Harris to help him deal with the problems at Impact then rest assure that it will benefit TNA . " Christian said to them .
" I agree with Christian , we all know what Sting is capable of , cause all of us at some point have been in the ring with him , either beside him or on the opposite side of the ring from him . He always finds away to deal with the problem at hand even if it takes a couple of tries to get the job done , Sting will see to it that Hogan , Bischoff , and Flair get their deserved fate and then see to it that Immortal will be terminated and Impact restored to its rightful glory . You guys just need to be patient and follow his plans even when it seems like they are pointless and not going anywhere . Sting will find away and you guys will be right there beside him to help with the problem . " Petey informed them .
" I trust Sting , its Harris I don ' t trust . " AJ said
" Why not ? " James asked giving AJ a look of disbelief .
" Oh , I don ' t know because he teamed up with Matt Hardy to try and take out you and Bobby . " AJ said .
" I agree with AJ on this one , I don ' t believe Harris can be trusted after siding with Immortal . " Kazarian looked at Cowboy .
" It wasn ' t all his fault , part of it was my doing . I was the one who used a beer bottle to break up AMW by smashing it over Harris ' s head and nearly blinding him . It nearly took his eyesight away and left him on the sidelines for awhile . I know no one is perfect and that what Harris did wasn ' t exactly the right thing to do , but he was doing it to get back at me . I don ' t blame him for what happened and I forgive him for turning on me . Chris , helped the other night by being the extra Sting . " James said .
" Yeah , but is he really helping or trying to use us for information ? " Daniels questioned .
" I can believe you guys are questioning someone who is just as much apart of building TNA as we were . Harris was there in the beginning with me and AJ , he helped build the TNA tag team division like Triple X and Team Canada did , and he is one of our brothers . " Storm tried to reason with them .
" He ' s not my brother , Storm , a brother doesn ' t turn on you . " AJ said .
" I think you guys maybe wrong here . " Autumn said .
" What ? Why ? " AJ , Daniels , and Kazarian asked .
" You guys shouldn ' t walk on someone who is going through darkness and pain . Storm , I am not going to say I agree with Harris teaming with Immortal to take out his anger on you , because that is not how you handle situations . But , I am also not saying that Harris doesn ' t need forgiveness . Everyone should place it in their hearts to forgive others and be willing to help those who are going through hard times . Everyone should also except that people can use bad judgement to try and make sense of a problem they are going through and that in time they will see the light and come away from the bad thoughts they have plagued their own selves with even if it means forgiving them for doing something so terrible as turning their backs on everyone around them . You should push a heart that is hurting and in need of healing further away because it will only cause the pain to hurt worse and could lead to terrible consequences some that can even be life threatening . " Autumn said .
" I agree with Autumn , we should place it in our hearts to forgive Harris , but I am also not letting him off that easily . He has a lot to make up for and I am definitely not going to let him hurt my friends again . " Bobby said .
" I also had a lot to make up for , but people saw that I was still trustworthy to be a friend and that I could also carry the torch of Impact Wrestling on my shoulders . Someone saw it fit to give me the World Title , I never deserved the honor or anything else I was given , but I someone believed enough in me to give me a chance and that is all I have asked and its all that Sting has asked of you guys is to give Harris a chance to make up for what he did with an open mind and open heart . " James said .
" I will be open minded and have an open heart , but Wildcat is still on a tight leash with me . " AJ said .
" Agreed . " Frankie and Christopher said .
" Can we leave it at that and just talk like friends ? " Traci asked .
" I agree with Traci . " Christian and Petey said .
" Sure , " Fortune and Autumn agreed .
Later , Fortune , Autumn , and Traci left the restaurant after saying their goodbyes to Christian and Petey . Then , they head back to Orlando to get ready for Impact .
