After making love on the bed Paul picked his girlfriend up and carried her into the bathroom causing her to squeal and wriggle in his arms, "what are you doing?"
Setting his girlfriend down on the counter he pressed a quick kiss to her lips, "well I'm setting you down on the counter before I turn the shower on and then I will pick you back up and bring you into the shower with me so we can relax."
Smiling softly at her boyfriend she ran her hand down the side of his face, "you're so kind to me, thank you baby."
Pressing a kiss to the top of her head he smiled at her before he turned around and switched the shower on waiting for it to warm up before he turned back around and picked his girlfriend back up and carefully stepped inside the shower with her allowing her to set her feet on the floor.
Moving around in the shower she wet her body and soaked her hair before she turned back to her boyfriend and wrapped her arms tightly around his waist resting her head on his chest and sighing happily.
Slipping his hand beneath his girlfriend's chin he raised it up so he could look into her eyes before he pressed a searing kiss to her lips.
Her hands moved higher wrapped around his neck holding him close as they deepened the kiss and began round two.
Turning off the shower Stephanie couldn't stop smiling as she stepped out and grabbed a towel wrapping it around her body before she threw one at her boyfriend who was stood there staring at her, "put that on and stop staring at me because we need to get food."
Wiggling his eyebrows playfully he smirked, "I thought we just had a main meal and dessert."
Glaring at him she wrapped a towel around her hair, "really? You're seriously going to pull the jerk card now?"
Quickly closing the space between them he slipped his arms around her waist and pulled her close, "I'm sorry baby, I couldn't help but tease you. Let me get dressed and then I will cook for you and then we can do whatever you want for the rest of the evening."
Raising her eyebrow she didn't want to push her luck, "really? You promise?"
Nodding his head he ran his hands up and down her arms gently, "I promise but first I need to dress unless you want me to cook in this."
She was about to respond when she heard the doorbell ring and she groaned, "fantastic." Grabbing him by the hand she dragged him into her bedroom, "sit on the bed, don't move and don't make a sound."
Not giving him a moment to respond she walked out of the room shutting her bedroom door behind her before she made her way down the stairs tightening the knot on her towel as she went feeling anxious about who she was going to find on the other side.
Reaching the front door she took a deep breath before she opened the door immediately wishing she hadn't, "great. What do you want?"
Linda was shocked by the greeting she received from her daughter, "I come in peace, I just want to talk."
Reluctantly stepping back she opened the door a little wider, "fine. You have ten minutes maximum before I'm done listening."
Stepping inside Linda was going to take what time she had been given for the betterment of her family. Walking into the lounge she took a seat on the couch, "please join me so I can talk to you directly."
Reluctantly joining her Mom on the couch she gripped the towel nervously, "I'm here and you have nine minutes now."
Sighing softly Linda shifted on the couch to look at her daughter, "okay so as I only have nine minutes I'm going to get right down to it. I want you to talk to your Dad, you need to clear the air with him."
Rolling her eyes she wasn't going to let her Mom ruin her evening when it was going so well and she was feeling so happy, "well I don't want to and I don't have to so I won't."
"Stephanie please, don't think I haven't heard about your behaviour this week and before you say it your Dad hasn't breathed a word to me. You can't keep taking your anger out on your work colleagues or there will end up being one hell of a fight and you will end up being the loser in it because most of them haven't done anything wrong."
Crossing her legs he shook her head, "yeah I already ended up the wrong side of a fight with the barricade, I can deal with a fight with some of the dumbass wrestlers who deserve everything coming to them."
As she watched her daughter she could feel the anger radiating off of her, "you need to sort this out with your Dad Stephanie, you cannot keep going on like this because you are destroying yourself and you are destroying him."
Not willing to go around and around in circles with her Mom she stood up, "your ten minutes is up. Thank you for dropping by and I will see you again."
Walking to the door she opened it for her Mom to leave.
Taking the hint she followed her daughter to the door, pausing in the doorway she adjusted her bag on her shoulder, "I will be cooking dinner tomorrow evening, I will make extra for you if you decide that you want to come by and talk things through with your Dad, you don't have to make things right but at least if you clear the air it might make you feel better."
Completely ignoring what here Mom had said she simply said, "goodnight Mom."
Linda knew she wasn't going to get anywhere with her daughter, she wasn't even going to try and press her but just putting the idea into her daughter's head would hopefully make it go around in her head and eventually the McMahon temper would snap and she would turn up. As much as she wanted her husband and her daughter to sort their problems out she knew that there was no way for it to happen any time soon because Stephanie's emotions were too raw and she was too heartbroken by what had gone down but she wanted them to at least start the process by talking. Giving her daughter a quick kiss on the cheek she made her way back to the car hoping that Stephanie would come for dinner tomorrow.
As soon as her Mom had left Stephanie shut the front door firmly and made sure it was tightly locked before she made her way towards the stairs to go back to her boyfriend and to go back to enjoying her evening.
