Chapter 32 : Immortal ' s Locker Room
Municipal Auditorium - Immortal ' s Locker Room
Autumn stopped at the door to Immortal ' s Locker Room looking at the door and then looking around incase Immortal had a new member waiting around to attack her if she went to far into the enemy ' s territory . Finally without any further hestitation she walked in to the locker room and looked around for anything that might help to get rid of them or help her figure out why Jeff Jarrett was allowing them to meddle with the company he founded .
" Something has to be in here . " Autumn said .
" You do know you probably would have a better chance of finding something in Immortal ' s Locker Room back at the Impact Zone instead of here . " Harris said from behind her making her jump .
" Chris , don ' t startle me . " Autumn looked at him .
" Sorry , " Chris said softly .
" What are you doing in here ? " Autumn asked .
" Trying to figure out how to help Jarrett see the truth to what he is putting Impact through by allowing Bischoff to have his with this company . And you ? " Chris wondered .
" Same reason , but I am also trying to figure out how they found out about my past and what they are trying to do to hurt us . " Autumn looked at the lockers and seeing Matt ' s bag .
" Have you asked Bret about any of this ? " Chris asked .
" Yes I have , but he said the only one out of Immortal who knew about me before my dad died was Jeff Jarrett . " Autumn answered .
" Make sense with them being friends and former tag partners . " Harris looked down thinking .
" You don ' t think Jarrett would just give up a friends daughter because of his issues with Dixie do you ? " Autumn looked at the Wildcat .
" I would hope not , but with everything else going on I don ' t know if I have a definite answer , Autumn . " Chris answered .
Autumn looked back towards Matt Hardy ' s bags and locker as Daniels stopped at the door .
" Found them . " Daniels called as the rest of Fortune , Eric , and Petey showed up .
" Autumn , Chris , we are suppose to be going out celebrating . " Storm said .
" Sorry Cowboy , but right now somethings are more important to me than going out celebrating . " Autumn said walking towards Matt ' s bag and locker .
" Wait , is this Immortal ' s Locker Room ? " Kazarian asked .
" Yes , it is , " Chris answered .
" Autumn wait , " Bobby said going to her .
" Bobby , I need to find out who is trying to take both of us out by spying on me . " Autumn said .
" I know , but I was going to suggest putting these on first , so , your fingerprints are not in here if Immortal finds out you ' ve been snooping . " Bobby holding up latex gloves .
" Thanks Bobby . " Autumn kissed him on the cheek and then took the gloves .
" So , what exactly are we looking for ? " AJ asked .
" Let you know when I find out . " Autumn answered going to Matt ' s bag , picking it up and setting it on the table .
" Isn ' t that ? " Harris asked .
" Matt ' s bag , " Autumn answered opening it and looking through the contents .
" You still suspect he ' s the one whose been digging into your past ? " Bobby asked .
" I do , oh my god . " Autumn said .
" What are you kids doing ? " Sting asked making them look up to see him and Bret .
" Hey , you were the one who had the first idea to snoop around in Bischoff ' s office at the Impact Zone . " Daniels said .
" Can ' t scold them for something their elders did Steve . " Bret said .
" I know , " Sting chuckled .
" And it might be a good idea that we decided to snoop . " Autumn said .
" Why ? " Fortune asked .
" Because of this . " Autumn placed a bottle of whiskey down and a bags of illegal drugs .
" Oh boy , " Petey said as the others looked at Sting .
" I knew Matt was a heavy drinker , but I never suspected him to be involved in drugs like this . " Chris said .
" You do realize Chris , that if you were still teaming with Matt and were caught with him for having this you could have been convicted for involvement . " Bobby said .
" I am aware of it , " Harris sighed .
" And from the looks of it , it wouldn ' t be for just abusing over the counter drugs either , but some pretty nasty stuff . Sting if you would allow me , I could make a phone call and have this investigated . " Storm said .
" Who did you have in mind Storm ? " Sting asked .
" My brother . " James said .
" Huh ? " Autumn asked .
" Storm ' s brother is a cop . " Bobby answered Autumn .
" Oh , " Autumn said looking over at Matt ' s laptop .
" What is it Autumn ? " Bret asked .
" Hey , EY , go and see if you can find Sabin for me . " Autumn said pulling out the laptop from Matt ' s bag and then seeing a manila envelope behind it taking it as well .
" Sure thing , " Eric said leaving to find Chris Sabin .
" You thinking he could go through Matt ' s computer ? " Roode asked .
" Yeah , " Autumn said opening the envelope and looking inside .
" What ' s in there ? " Sting asked .
" The reason why Bischoff has a tight hold on Jeff Jarrett . " Autumn giving the sheet of paper she was looking at to Sting .
" This is probably the biggest news since Bischoff and Hogan came here . " Sting said as Wildcat looked over the Icon ' s shoulder .
" Does that say what think it says , Bischoff is planning on giving TNA to who ? " Harris asked in shock .
" The McMahons . " Sting said .
" No way in hell , " Petey said .
" We won ' t allow it . " Fortune said in unison .
" Which would make Jarrett follow Bischoff to the letter if he knew this company was being threatened . " Harris said .
" Blackmail . " Autumn said .
" My brother said he would be here in ten minutes , but to go ahead and get pictures of everything we found without leaving fingerprints behind and take whatever we need to deal with Immortal . He also said he would deal with the illegal drugs . " Storm said .
" Sounds like a plan to me . " Bobby agreed .
" You guys really do know how to plan things out . " Bret said .
" Its normal around here . " Fortune , Harris , and Petey said .
" They were like this before I got here . " Sting said .
" I learned from them . " Autumn smiled .
" I found Sabin and Shelley . " Eric said as he came to the door with the Motorcity Machine Guns .
" What can we do for you ? " Shelley asked .
" Shelley would you mind helping us get all of the evidence we found against Immortal on film ? " Autumn asked .
" No problem . " Alex said .
" And Sabin we need a computer expert who can hack into this . " Autumn turn to Sabin pointing at Matt ' s computer .
" If Matt is as much of a computer expert as everyone thinks then this may take a couple of days to hack . " Sabin said .
" Would it help if you had the password to his computer ? " Jeff Hardy walked into the room .
" Uh , yeah , that would help out a lot actually . " Sabin said .
" You didn ' t get this from me . " Jeff hand him a piece of paper with Matt ' s password wrote on it .
" Thanks Jeff , I will keep it between the two of us . " Sabin looking at it without showing everyone else .
" Good , the last thing I want is to cause problems between my brother and me , but I can ' t watch him try to destroy himself like I was doing . " Jeff said looking at the locker that Matt was using and noticed the lock on it .
" So , are you helping us to us get rid of Immortal or are you helping us to to try and save Matt ? " AJ asked .
" Both , I caused part of the problem with Immortal , but I also caused some problems with Matt by calling him to come here . I thought both of us being in Immortal would solve the problem and lessen some of the stress inside of us from being apart of the WWE . But , I was wrong , Bischoff in a lot of ways is like the drugs that have plagued the both of us . " Jeff said pulling a key out of his pocket and going to the lock on Matt ' s locker . He opened the locker and pulled out a large book handing it to Autumn .
" How is Bischoff a lot like the drugs you guys have been using ? " Storm asked confused .
" He makes everything seem okay , when its really not . He cause you to see blindly to the lies he made so it will consume you and fill you head with all of the thoughts he wants you to see while at the same time it drains all of the dignity and life from you . Hogan is the one who is blinded the most , but I pretty sure Bischoff has his spell over everyone else except for Flair . " Jeff said .
" Why not Flair ? " Kazarian asked .
" Hogan is just a means to an end , where Flair is really the one standing beside Bischoff . Flair and Bischoff concocted this entire plan together to do away with Impact Wrestling . Hogan and Jarrett were the first ones he blinded with the truth and then Bischoff blind his on son to do his bidding . " Hardy said .
" His son ? " Bobby asked .
" Jackson James isn ' t just a referee and Jackson James isn ' t his real name . Jackson James is really Garrett Bischoff , Eric Bischoff ' s son . " Jeff explained .
" Which would explain why we saw him talking to Flair awhile back . " Shelley said .
" And why something was amiss in the matches Garrett refereed when anyone would go up against one of the guys in Immortal . " Daniels added .
" What is Karen ' s role in Immortal ? " Autumn asked .
" Karen will follow Jarrett ' s lead where ever he goes , so , she is just standing by him the best she can . I guess with Double J blinded by Bischoff ' s threats then Karen is just as blinded as Jarrett is at the moment . " Jeff said .
" And what about the other guys ? " Sabin asked .
" Same as myself and Harris , blinded by whatever weakness or troubles we are going through at the time . Bischoff can use negative thoughts and twist them to make people see that if hurt others then whatever we are going through at the time will go away . " Hardy said .
" Immortal definitely used my anger from what WWE put me through to get inside my head . " Harris thought about it .
" And they used Jarrett to do it ? " Jeff asked .
" Yeah , " Harris answered .
" Jarrett , could still be using his head even with Bischoff blackmailing him into thinking blindly . " Hardy thought .
" In what way ? " Beer Money asked .
" Jarrett could have called anybody else to team with Matt , but he contacts Harris instead . Somebody he knows who would not stand for TNA to be apart of TNA , somebody he can trust and was apart of the foundation that built Impact . " Jeff said looking at the Wildcat .
" Meaning Jarrett was hoping you would help us all along Cat . " Storm said .
Harris looked at the Cowboy and then at the floor not knowing what to say .
" We need to get all of the other evidence out of here . " Autumn said to the guys .
" Right , " Fortune agreed .
As soon as all of the evidence they needed against Immortal was found , Fortune and friends left Immortal ' s locker room with Sabin taking Matt ' s laptop with him to investigate what the older Hardy was doing to help Bischoff . Jeff left after telling Sabin to not be careful with what he found because he wanted his real brother back , but not hurt in the process . Sabin and Shelley left not long after that with the laptop in hand .
" So , can we go out and celebrate now ? " Storm asked .
" Yeah , of course . " Autumn agreed .
" Celebrate good times come on . " Daniels said .
" Now you are really showing your age CD . " Bobby and Harris .
" Old man , " AJ and Kazarian added .
" Hey , I ' m coming too . " Traci said as she walked to them with Dani and Makayla .
" Princess . " Storm picked up Makayla .
" Daddy , " Makayla hugged James .
" You guys going out . " Dani asked as Storm pulled her into his arms .
" Yeah , babe . " James said Chris and Bobby chuckled .
" Boys be nice . " Autumn said pulling Roode and Harris away from James and his family towards the door .
" We were just teasing . " Bobby and Chris said .
" Its not nice to tease friends . " Autumn said .
" He does it to us . " Bobby said .
" Exactly , " Chris agreed .
" Two wrongs doesn ' t make it right . " Autumn pointed her finger at them to get in the car .
" Yes Autumn , " Bobby and Chris both said getting in the limo not arguing .
" Wait for us . " AJ , Daniels , Kazarian , and Traci said .
" Sorry , Bobby and Chris were being bad . " Autumn said .
" What else is new ? " Kazarian said .
" Hey , you guys can not party without the Cowboy . " James said getting in .
" Of course not ? " The boys said .
" Boys , " Autumn and Traci shook their heads .
