Chapter 33 : Love Will Find Away
Local Bar
The group walked into the bar not long after leaving the Impact Zone ready to celebrate the night of victory against Immortal . Even though Bischoff and his reign of terror was over yet it still felt pretty good to have the balance of power shift in the favor of Fortune and the ones helping them to get rid of this Immortal threat .
" I want to give a toast , " Storm said as they all sat at the tables together .
" To who ? " Autumn asked with her Shirley Temple in front of her .
" To Immortal . " James said .
" Why are we giving Immortal the honor of being recognised ? " Daniels looked at Storm like he had lost his mind .
" Because if it wasn ' t for Immortal and their stupidity of messing with TNA then we would not have the joy of one day kicking Bischoff ' s dumbass out the door of the Impact Zone which should have been done the day he walked into WCW years ago . " James answered .
" Oh , well I can get behind that . " Daniels relieved .
" To the demise of Immortal . " Kazarian said .
" Maybe we should ' ve sent a bimbo with Immortal in that truck cause they are going to have to cuddle with each other until Bischoff , Hogan , and Flair finds them . " Autumn said making everyone laugh .
" That ' s a good one . " Harris laughed .
" I think we also need to raise a glass to Autumn becoming the Knockout ' s Champion and helping us shift the power to our favor . " AJ said .
" Agreed , " Petey and Eric said .
" Aw , thanks , " Autumn chuckled .
Bobby smiled at her quietly and looked at Bret over in the corner of the room with Sting .
" If you guys will excuse me for a minute while I go and talk to Sting and Bret over a few things . " Bobby said getting up and going over to the corner with Sting and the Hitman .
" Bobby ? " Autumn watched him confused .
" Hmm , " Petey and Eric looked at Roode .
" Hey , guys , what ' s up with Bobby ? " Autumn asked concerned .
" No clue , " All of them answered except for Storm who seemed the most interested in what Bobby was doing .
" Storm , " Autumn said .
" Yeah , darlin ? " James asked looking back at her .
" Do you know something about Bobby that I don ' t ? " Autumn asked .
" Autumn , I ' m sure everythings fine girl , so , don ' t worry about it . " Storm said .
" Okay , " Autumn looked at Roode with Sting and Bret again as Sting left Bobby and Bret alone to talk about something , but trusting the Cowboy ' s judgment .
Bobby With Sting and Bret
Bobby walked over to Sting and Bret a little nervous at what he was doing , but knowing in his heart that it was the right time .
" Hey , Bobby , what can we do for you ? " Sting asked when he saw Bobby approach them .
" I was needing to talk to Bret about something important . " Bobby said honestly .
" I see , well , I was going to call D ' Amore anyways to get an up date on the plans to deal with Hogan , so , I will leave you two to talk . " Sting said getting up and letting Bobby have his seat .
" What can I do for you ? " Bret asked Roode .
" Its something I want to ask you , " Roode said .
" Go ahead , " Bret said .
" I want to ask you for Autumn ' s hand in marriage . " Bobby said right out not wanting to show that he was nervous talking to the legend , but also showing the Hitman very much respect .
" I see , you value the traditional way of asking for one to marry you in coming to the woman ' s male guardian to ask for marriage . " Bret making sure that Bobby was the right fit for his neice .
" Yes sir , and since I can ' t go to Owen , I realized you were the one I needed to ask . " Roode explained his reason for talking with the Hitman .
" Bobby , you have given Autumn more than I have since she was born and for that I can ' t thank you enough and I also know how much Autumn loves you by the way she looks at you . " Bret looking over Autumn who looked curious at what he was saying to Roode .
" I love her just as much . " Bobby said also looking at Autumn .
" And you have definitely done a fine job of protecting her from harm and helping her to heal from the wounds she received as a child . So , I am pretty sure that Owen and Rachel both would agree with me that you are the perfect fit for his daughter and that he would give both of you the same blessing that I am giving you by telling you yes you can have Autumn ' s hand in marriage Bobby . " Bret said .
" Thank you , I will definitely take care of her . " Bobby said .
" I know you will , " Bret agreed .
Bobby left as Sting came back to the table .
The Group
Bobby walked back to the table where the rest of Fortune , Autumn , Petey , Eric , and Traci were waiting on him . Roode walked around to Storm and whispered something in his ear which had them move away from the table .
" Now , I am really confused . " Harris said watch Beer Money .
" Confused , I ' m concerned . " Autumn said .
" Autumn you know Bobby wouldn ' t do anything to harm you . " Traci said .
" I know , but what if its someone else trying to hurt me ? " Autumn asked .
" Then Bobby would put a stop to it with the rest of us helping . " Petey reassured her .
" Yeah , you are apart of this family now and no one hurts our family . " AJ agreed with Petey .
" Not to mention every member of Team Canada would rush to Bobby ' s side if he needed them to help protect you . " Eric said .
" Most definitely . " Petey said .
" And the X - Division Army . " Kazarian said .
" Not to mention the Hart Dynasty . " Daniels added .
" Alright guys , I get it , I am a very protect Knockouts Champion , but what are those two talking about I wonder ? " Autumn questioned looking at Beer Money .
Beer Money
" So , what do you want to talk about ? " Storm asked when he and Bobby were alone .
" I want to ask Autumn to marry me , " Bobby said .
" Are you serious ? " James asked looking at Roode smiling .
" Yeah , I feel like its the right time and Bret already gave me permission , but I need your help Cowboy . " Roode said .
" Just name it Bobby , " Storm said .
" I need the band to play a special song for Autumn and myself . " Bobby said .
" Say no more , I got it , " James said as Roode handed him a piece of paper with the song wrote on it .
Storm got up and went to talk to the DJ who informed the band of the song as Bobby went and sat next to the Autumn .
" What ' s going on that I don ' t know about Bobby ? " Autumn asked as the others looked and James sat back down at the table smiling .
" You will find out soon enough , " Bobby said .
" Are you and James being sneaky ? " Autumn asked looking at the Cowboy suspicious of what Storm knew .
" Just wait and find out sis . " Storm said as the band started playing the song Roode had requested .

" Bobby ? " Autumn looking at him .
" Will you marry me ? " Bobby asked opening a little , black , velvety box that held a beautiful diamond ring inside of it that seemed to sparkle in the little bit of light in the bar .
The group was finally smiling at Bobby proposing to Autumn as she glanced at her Uncle Bret knowing that this is what Bobby was needing to talk to him about and the same thing with Storm . A small tear fell down her face as she looked into Bobby ' s eyes and at the ring .
" Yes Bobby , oh yes , there ' s no one else I would rather spend the rest of my life with than you . " Autumn said as Bobby slide the ring onto her finger and then kissed the breath out of her .

The guys cheered , Traci clapped her hand happy for Autumn , and Storm whistled in celebration for his two friends taking the next step in their relationship .

" I love you my Canadian Knight , " Autumn said .
" I love you , too , my Cheery Blossom . " Bobby smiled at her .
Petey and Eric started acting like they were choking .
" Who knew that day when you tapped me on the shoulder that you would be the man I love the most ? " Autumn asked .
" Not me , because I was there when he tapped you on the shoulder , " Frankie gave everyone a thumbs up .
" And then you and the rest of Fortune helped me escape from that miserable town , Bobby . " Autumn continued .
" Crazy , one - horse town , " Storm shook his head .
" Bobby , you even went a step further by taking me to Scott and Petey to be trained to wrestle . " Autumn smiled .
" It was an honor . " Petey bowed .
" And when I finally walked into TNA you continued to help me heal and overcome my past by taking care of me without a second thought to the point where I had the strength to realize that even my dreams could come true . " Autumn kissed him again breathless making the guys gag .
" Autumn , you don ' t know how happy I am that I found you that day because if it wasn ' t for you I would still be wondering around aimlessly just wrestling everyday without any real meaning behind what I was doing . My dream was always there in front of me , but before you came into my life it was like a bird without wings because those dreams never took flight . But , you , you ' ve opened my life up into something beautiful that I knew if I ever lost what I have found when I am with you that I would be lost forever . So in order for me to be fully alive then you must be apart of my reality that I dreamed of for so long . " Bobby said to her .
" And all of a sudden I feel like I walked into a chick flick movie . " Storm said .
" Agreed , " Harris , Petey , and Eric said as AJ , Kaz , and Daniels gagged again .
" Be nice guys this is a touchy moment . " Traci said .
" Aw , I love you . " Autumn and Bobby both said to each other at the same time .
" I ' m going to get another beer before this turns into a romance scene . " Storm going to the bar .
" Wait for me , " Harris and Eric said following the Cowboy .
" Well , I guess you can add another couple to the list in the Impact Zone . " Daniels said .
" Oh yeah , " AJ and Petey said .
" Yep , you got Frankie and Traci . " Daniels said .
" Yeah , me and Frankster . " Traci said .
" Frankster , " AJ and Petey laughed .
" Shut up , " Kazarian said to AJ and Petey .
" Unfortunately we have the Jarrett thing going on . " Daniels said .
" Don ' t make me barf , " Traci said .
" Then we have the Mexican America love fiesta go on . " Daniels continued .
" Keeping it all in the family . " Petey said .
" Gross , " Kaz added .
" And now we have Bobby and Autumn to add to the mix . " Daniels finished as Eric , Storm , and Harris came back to the table .
" Canadian Power Couple , " Petey , Eric , and Traci said .
" Team Canada , " Autumn said .
" Team Canada , " Bobby , Petey , and Eric echoed .
" Scott will be so proud of you , " Traci said .
" You are missing a few people from Team Canada team guys . " Harris pointed out to them .
" Oh yeah , A1 and Devine . " Eric agreed .
" The main are here , " Petey said .
" Minus Scott , " Bobby added .
" Poor Coach missing out on the festivities . " Autumn said as she started yawning .
" I think its time to call it , " AJ said .
" Agreed , " Everyone said as they paid for their last drinks for the night and then left the bar .
Autumn stopped to talk to her Uncle Bret .
" Are you okay with this ? " Autumn asked .
" Yes , little one , I give you both my blessing as your mom and dad would have tonight . " Bret said putting his arm around her lovingly .
" Thanks Uncle Bret , " Autumn said hugging him .
" Bobby ' s a good man Autumn , so , you will definitely have a happy future with him . " Sting said .
" I agree , " Bret smiled .
" And once Immortal ' s gone then nothing else will stand in our way . " Autumn added .
" Of course , but for now you need to go and rest up for the battle ahead of us . " Sting said .
" Go ahead , Autumn , " Bret said .
" Right , " Autumn said then followed the guys out of the bar to the limo knowing that her future was that much brighter because somehow through all of the problems she faced as a child love found a way to shine through with help of Bobby Roode .
