A few weeks had past since the last incident with her Dad and things had remained icy between the two of them but on the flip side to her icy relationship with her Dad her relationship with Paul was just going from strength to strength and she couldn't be happier.

Stroking his chest with her fingers as they lay in bed she smiled up at him, "So I guess you will be leaving soon huh?"

Lifting his head he kissed the top of her head, "Mmhmm, soon baby."

Ten minutes later and Paul was getting dressed, "So last night was fun."

Pulling his shirt over her head she smiled so grateful that she had stolen it from him as it was so long, "And this morning."

Doing up his pants he pulled her closer, "And this morning too. I will see you at Raw and then I will see you back here tonight."

Leaning up she pressed a soft kiss to his lips, "Yes you will and you can't wait can you?"

Smirking he stood back and took her hand in his, "Care to do the peek out to make sure it is safe for me to leave?"

Shaking her head there had never been anybody around before as it was so early so they would be fine this time, "Nope, I want you to leave like a normal boyfriend for a change."

He knew it was risky but they could always come up with an excuse, "Well if it is what you want then I will give you a kiss now and just walk out."

Leaning closer to her he kissed her with everything he had before he made his way to the door letting himself out.

She followed him to the door and contemplated letting him just leave but she couldn't and grabbed his hand as he stood in the doorway before she leant up on her tiptoes and pressed a quick kiss to his lips, "I love you."

Smiling softly he opened his mouth to reply when he a loud voice bellowed, "What is going on here?"

Wincing he would recognise that voice from anywhere and he knew they were in deep shit, "Uh oh."

Surprisingly Stephanie didn't care that her Dad had caught them, she actually didn't care any more, "Do you really want me to explain it?"

Pointing to her hotel room he shook his head, "Inside. Now. Both of you."

The truth was out now so she didn't bother hiding anything and grabbed hold of Paul's hand and led him back into her room. Facing her Dad she waited for him to shut the door before she spoke, "What's wrong Vince? I mean it's not like this is causing unrest in the locker room seeing as nobody knows that we are seeing each other again."

Looking between the two he was far from pleased, "I gave you orders not to see each other again, I can't believe the two of you have gone behind my back and actively disobeyed me."

Rolling her eyes Stephanie was just irritated right now, "And again, nobody has a problem with it as nobody knows so I don't know why you are getting all hot under the collar about it."

Deciding to jump in before things got out of hand Paul could see both sides, "Stephanie, the attitude is not helping right now." Turning to face Vince he wasn't letting him off, "Vince your daughter has a point. How many complaints have you had about us recently?"

"Well none but that isn't the point. The point is that you both disobeyed me and I can't trust either of you any more."

Rolling her eyes Stephanie was sick of hearing how she had disobeyed him, "So you keep saying but think about the many times you have done something that I didn't want you to do. All we have done is see each other in secret and nobody has known anything until today."

Vince didn't care about that, it was the principle of it and inevitably somebody would find out just like he had, "That doesn't matter. What matters right now is that you are not supposed to be together and I don't want you to be together so it doesn't cause any more problems in the locker room so I expect you to split up."

She didn't even have to think about it before she replied, "No! I refuse to split up with Paul again just because you say so. You know what, if Paul agrees then screw you, screw them, screw it all, I don't want to hide any longer and you can't make us."

Gulping Paul suddenly felt like he was caught in the middle of a family war, "I'm not getting involved in this war. The only thing I am going to contribute to this discussion is that I love Stephanie very much and I'm not going to split up with her, she means too much to me for me to lose her. I am fully aware of what you can do to my career and if you do that then so be it, Stephanie means more to me than my career ever could and I would rather lose that than her."

To say both Stephanie and Vince were shocked by Paul's declaration would be an understatement but Vince was also a little angry, "You are willing to give up everything for this? It won't last, the two of you are not meant to be together and you should just call it quits before you really get hurt. Once the boys find out that you are back together the you may reconsider this whole thing."

Rolling her eyes Stephanie shook her head, "Who cares what the boys think? They have been talking shit about us since we split up anyway so what the fuck will change? Can't you just be happy for me for once?"

"It won't last Stephanie, he will either dump you as soon as he has whatever he wants from you or the two of you will split up because you can't handle the pressure. I will give you one week to split up by yourselves or I am done with you."

Confused and shocked she gave her Dad a strange look, "What do you mean you will be 'done with you'? You who? Do you mean you will finally leave us alone and will let us be happy together?"

Shaking his head she couldn't be further from the truth if she tried, "No. What I mean by 'you' is you Stephanie. I can't be dealing with your childish antics any longer and your blatant disregard for my rules so you have one week to split up or I am disowning you."

Turning around he stormed out of the room without giving either of them a chance to reply.

Stood there staring at the door as it swung shut they were both in a state of shock with Stephanie being the first to speak up, "Did he really just say he would disown me?"

"I do believe he did. I think you need to think long and hard about this."

"I think I need to talk to my Mom. I think my plans for this week have just changed, it looks like I will be flying home for Wednesday if my Mom will meet me for lunch."

Wrapping his arms around her waist he held her closely and kissed the top of her head, "Whatever you need to do for the sake of your family I support. Maybe you should call or text your Mom though to warn her about your Dad's mood and maybe get in first about telling her about us."

He made a good point so she reluctantly moved out of his arms, "You make a good point."

Smirking he nodded his head playfully, "I normally do. I'm going to head out though as we have another week to keep this quiet but we'll talk details of the week tonight. I love you beautiful."

She blushed as she picked up her phone, "I love you too handsome. I will see you at work."

Blowing him a kiss she watched him as he left before she turned her attention to the phone in her hands and contemplated how to write the next but decided to just be honest and keep it short and to the point:

Paul and I are back together and Dad is on the warpath. Can we meet for lunch on Wednesday please? Please don't tell him you know anything.

Sending the text she tossed her phone onto the bed before she made her way into the bathroom to have a shower as she had a show to get to.
