Chapter 14

Interviewing Peaches.

"Hello everyone! Beside me now we have now the beautiful, young, spirited mum-to-be, Peaches!" I declare. Everyone jumped to their feet, dancing and cheering for Peaches, who was sitting down, smiling all over and laughing, which was barely heard over the noise level.

"H-e-l-l-o!" She sang. I clapped along the audience, before singing with her to about random stuff.

"Welcome to the show Peaches!" I greet. "Now I have questions to ask you from my viewers. If you don't want to answer, just say; 'Pass'. Okay?"

"Okay!" She said excitedly.

"Now, SirCreepington9th asked: When you saw Manny on Precious, what was the first thing that popped into your head?"

"I had no idea what he was up to, or how he got on Precious, but I thought it was cool." She replied.

"Same here! I was the exact same!" I admitted, "so Shiego627 asked; Peaches how can you explain your family in one word?"

Peaches began to think deeply.

"Well that's difficult to say... you see there are plenty of words to describe my family... but the one I am most comfortable to say would be... Strange..."

"Hm..." I mumbled, before nodding in agreement. "Yes... but in a good way or bad way?"

"Obviously good," she replied. "A good strange."

"Indeed, and her second question is; What do you think of the island?"

"Awesome! Plenty of time to explore! See new things, all in one package!" She waved her trunk about in the air. "Awesome all over from my point of view!"

"Same. Em, TimberPaw is up next and he asked; 1. You like being treated like a queen from Ethan?"

"Of course I do, it's so sweet, but it can be a bit annoying at times..." she stated.

I suddenly stood up and walked straight to the side door where my guests go in and out.

"HEAR THAT ETHAN?!" I yell.

"WHA!?" He yelled back. I sigh.

"NEVER MIND!" I shout, before closing the door and walking back to my seat, Peaches looking at me with question.

"He will see this after the interview." I say before she could say anything. "Question 2: You know the story why you're name is peaches?"

"I know it, AND where I was born like a bed time story." She said casually.

"Righty O, so question 3 is; Do you have a nickname for Ethan?"

"No... but if anyone has an idea what I could use as a nickname, do share!"

"I'm sure we'll get reactions to that! Anyways LionLover23 asked; Did you know that Lois had a crush on you? Well..." I tilted my head to the left, looking up at the ceiling. "It was kinda obvious..."

"Your telling me!" Giggled Peaches. "Yeah i kinda got it suddenly and thought about it... but he has Kiki, and I have Ethan, so... we both moved on."

I nod in agreement.

"AJB asked: how does it feel to be half possum?"

"Awesome! I was a little embarrassed about it at first, but then I knew it was handy helping my dad out fighting captain Stinky."

There were a few giggles from the audience, and maybe a tiny one coming from me, before I said that it was very handy, and she had to teach everyone sometime. To everyone excitement, she agreed she would teach everyone.

"Well let's keep moving to question 2) do you still trust your father with boys or is he still overprotective?"

Peaches raised an eyebrow. "Do I really have to answer? Everyone knows what he's still like!"

"Okay, okay," I say, raising my hands up a little. "Still Captain Crazy Around Boys. So moving on to question 3) do you and Louis love being the best of friends?"

"Absolutely. We stay by each others side no matter what."

"Aw..." said the audience in unison.

"Is he the godfather?" I ask, gesturing at Peaches' stomach. Peaches blushed as everyone cheered.

"Yes he is." She answered with a giggle. "I didn't ask him though... Ethan did."

"Woah! Twist!" I declare. "Well, speaking of babies PieMan asked you; What would you name your baby? Would it be like yours?"

"Well," She began. "I wouldn't name it after fruit. I like unusual names, but after fruit? Nuh uh! If anyone has ideas they are more then welcome to share them!"

"I'll remind them at the end," I assure. "Now Frostpinkloverfr asked; How did you feel when Savannah turned into Jade?"

"I thought it was crazy! At first she was the quiet, brave, and care-free human being, then she suddenly had white hair, and found out she was actually my cousin! You know, seeing Diego is my uncle. I felt for her because she was badly treated as a human."

"...and that your dad almost killed her..." I pointed out awkwardly. Peaches bit her lip, and nodded. "Yep."

"Well, Sexy Mammothgirl has sent in a few questions; 1. Do you think Ethan would be a good daddy?"

"Yeah! If he is treating me so sweetly, and taking care of me then he will be a good dad!"

"I see, question 2. How old do you think you have to be before mating?"

"Well from what I was told by my dad," She said uneasily. "I wasn't able mate til he was dead... plus a week, just to be sure."

"From what I have heard of before yes that is what he said... So question 4. How long did it take to convince your Father to let you go out with Ethan?"

Peaches burst out laughing.

"Me, Ethan, AND my mom had to convince him! It took us nearly 2 weeks, and he refused to until he met Ethan's parents to set out... 'ground rules'."

I thought about what sort of 'ground rules' Manny would of stated when she said that, but when I had enough ground rules to think of, I asked her about Sexy Mammothgirl's fifth question; 5. What are your thoughts on the Brat pack girls?"

"Well I shouldn't say... because if I said anything: I wouldn't hear the end of it!"

"Fair enough," I reply with a shrug. "And finally, our final question comes from Megan Daisy 9 and she asks; What did you think of Savannah/Jade when you first met her?"

"I was actually frightened of her at first, thinking she was going to hurt me, but she turned out really nice and I wanted to be friends with her. And we are now!"

"That's good to hear; Peaches the mammoth everyone!" I shout. Everyone cheered as Peaches stood, bowed, gave me a hug, and walked off stage.

"Stay in your seats and send in the questions folks! Crash and Eddie are here after the break!"
