Time ticked on as though it was barely moving, Tinkerbell just sat on her bed, twiddling her thumbs. Sweat was forming on her face from being so nervous. What would Terence think? Would he leave her? What about Peri? She was to be an aunt after all. Well that's what the humans called them, and Terence would be a father.

Tink jumped as she heard a knock at the door, her breathing became loader and faster, and she could feel her heart beat.

"Hey Tink, it's me" called Terence from the other side of the door. Tinkerbell stood before the door, staring at the handle. Should she open it? "Tink, are you in there?" he called. Tink gulped, slowly touched the door handle and pulled the door open and peered out.

"Hi Terence" she said nervously, Terence of course could notice this.

"Um, hi Tink. Are you ok?" he asked, but Tinkerbell couldn't say. He'd never believe her, fairies weren't meant to have children, but apparently Queen Clarion is the same kind of fairy that lies within her. "Tink, let me in" he said, his face was full of worry. At that moment Tink began to cry, tears were falling down her face, she shook her head and slammed the door, she couldn't do it, she loved him too much.

"NO! GO AWAY!" she shouted as she slide down the door, with her back to it. Terence's knocking and shouting became louder each time.

"Tinkerbell, let me in, what have I done!" he cried, Tink knew in heart that it wasn't his fault, it was her feelings that cause this. The knocking and shouted stopped by Terence's head on the door, there was silence,

"Tinkerbell" he whispered, it was a whisper that could catch anyone's attention, "I'm sorry if I have done something wrong, did I hurt you last night, if so please tell me, I don't want to end what we have because you won't tell me. I want to know if there is anything I could fix, I never want to leave you". Tink gasped at the last few words of his speech, 'I never want to leave you'. But she still had doubts, he can't fix anything, but he can try.

Tink stood up and sighed, she wiped away her tears and opened the door, but she didn't look at him and allowed him to enter her house on his own as she walked to the other side of the room. She heard the door close and a sigh,

"Tink" he whispered, but before he could say anything more, Tink interrupted,

"you don't have to say anything, this isn't your fault, it is mine, I let my feeling go too far and it caused us to be in this mess" she said, Terence's foot steps got closer.

"What mess? Please Tink tell me" he cried, Tinkerbell just shook her head,

"No! Because you will leave me, and I don't want to feel that, so I'm going to leave you, to save me the pain". Terence grabbed her shoulders and pushed her against the wall,

"so you're going to leave me the pain instead" he cried, Tink didn't look at him in the eye,

"you won't feel pain once you find out the truth" she said quietly, Terence punched the wall next to Tink's face,

"Don't fuck with me! Do you honestly understand my feelings for you, how we dance at the Ceremony, how we found out who was under the mask, how we made love for the first time. Tell me Tink, I promise I won't leave you, get mad or anything negative, you're too precious for all that" Tink still remained silent, she was biting her lip and understanding what her lover had just said. She looked down and didn't move,

"please leave" she whispered, Terence put his arms down and didn't look at her,

"so this is it, this your answer, did you ever love me in the first place or was it all just a game to you" Tink gasped and looked at him,

"Wait!" she cried, but he didn't listen, he smiled.

"You were the one I loved most and would have given you anything, but you have been toying with me"

"Terence!" she continued to cry, but still he ignored.

"I'll leave Tink, but that means I don't want anything to do with you, as you don't anything to do with me"

"Please!" she continued.

"But remember one thing Tinkerbell" he smiled and looked at her, tears forming in his eyes, "I will always love you" he said before kissing her passionately on the lips, pressing her against the wall. However, it didn't last long, as Terence pushed himself off her and headed towards to door without saying another word.

Tink ran after him and grabbed his hand, "Please don't leave me!" she cried, Terence stopped but didn't look at her,

"then tell me, don't you trust me?" he whispered. Tink looked at his hand as she gripped it harder, "I'll find out eventually", he was right, he would, her body would change and he would notice her absence even if he does avoid her, he delivers the dust to her house.

Tink collapse, firmly grasping his hand like he was going to disappear. Terence turned to her on the floor and kneeled down in front of her, "was everything a lie?" he asked, she violently shook her head,

"no! I love you, I always have, but you're going to be shocked, you'll think it's impossible, you'll leave me" she cried, Terence grabbed her chin and made her look at him.

"Now you listen. I'm never going to leave you, what I said about not having anything to do with you, I would still watch from the sidelines. I don't care how impossible things are, you mean everything to me" he said before gently kissing her again, tears ran down her cheeks as she kissed back. They broke a part and stared at each other, sitting on the floor.

Tink rested her head on his chest and felt Terence embrace her, during that time, Tink was trying to find the words to tell him the truth. She moved up slowly to his neck and kissed it, gradually moving to his eyes. She gulped and time started to stop. She opened her mouth slowly, sweat on her forehead, whispering those two word that was impossible for a fairy to say.

"I'm pregnant" she whispered. She could hear Terence gasp, she didn't look at him as she moved out of his embrace, nothings else needed to be said. Terence looked shocked, he could understand now why she wouldn't tell him, he saw her move away from him, she wasn't looking at him.

"Is it mine?" he asked,

"Who's else would it be?" she shouted, which made Terence jump, "Queen Clarion told me, she told me about my pregnancy and that she knows because she is also a fairy, born of a fairy, they are called a full fairy and are born with golden wings, just like Queen Clarion. I'm sorry, but this is the truth, if you want to leave, I won't stop you" Tinkerbell began to cry. Terence watched her, his eyes were full of shock, he eventually stood up, Tink cried harder, believing he was going to leave her, but instead she felt arms picking her up.

Terence cradled her in his arms as he walked to her bed and sat down on it, Tink grip his shirt tightly, as Terence rested his cheek on her head,

"do you really think that low of me?" he said, "I would never leave my girlfriend when she needs me most, and this is one of those times. Humans must be pretty pathetic to leave their girlfriend or wife when their pregnant. I'll never leave you" he whispered into her ear, before reached down and kissing her on the lips. Tink let go of his shirt and wrapped her arms round Terence's neck, pulling him closer. Their tongues fight for dominance, breathing becomes intense. They part for breath and star at each other,

"Don't leave me" Tink cried, Terence smiled and stroked her blonde hair, leaning down and kissing her forehad,

"I promise" he said, Tinkerbell smiled softly before snuggling into her lovers chest and closing her eye. Terence sighed and pulled her sleeping form closer, he spoke the truth, he won't leave her, he will raise this full fairy with her and be there through the pregnancy and labour. He will protect both his lover and his child.

Tink woke the next morning to still be in Terence's arms, after remembering what happened the night before, she pulled a worried face and moved out of Terence's arm, to find being pulled back into them. Terence was on top of her staring into her face,

"where are you going?" he asked, Tink smiled,

"it's time to get up" she replied, Terence stared at her seriously, his fingers traced around the place where their child was, Tink noticed this, "what are we going to do?" she asked, Terence smiled,

"well I know what I'm going to do" Tink looked at him fully, "I'm going to be there for you, I'm going to protect you and this full fairy, our child". Tink sighed,

"you don't have to do all that, you can leave if you want, this is my fault anyway, my feelings got too out of hand" Terence smiled and leaned closer,

"you're wrong, this is both our fault, it was my feelings as well, and do you want me to leave, last night I'm pretty sure you were desperate you make sure I didn't leave"

"I didn't want you to leave because you were saying that you weren't going to have anything to do with me, I want you to be there and love me, but I don't want you to take care of something you don't want to"

"I want to" he said, simple as.

"Lets get up, I bet Queen Clarion wants to talk to you, and I need to tell Peri" Tink said, Terence nodded and got up.

They got ready for the day and left Tink's house and flew to the tree where Queen Clarion.

"Tinkerbell, Terence, this is a pleasant visit, what may I do for you" Queen Clarion said smiling,

"I told Terence" said Tink rubbing her arm, Queen Clarion turned serious and flew to Terence,

"I see. Do you understand what this means Terence" she asked, Terence nodded, "a child is a big thing, but he or she will mature quickly, I know I did. Please don't leave Tink because of something as amazing as this, this child might be part of the prophecy".

Both Tink and Terence frowned and looked at her, "prophecy?" they said at the same time. Queen Clarion sighed and looked out the window.

"There was a prophecy before I was born about a fairy born of another fairy saving Pixie Hollow with huge golden wings, they believed it was me, but it never was. Your child could save us all; from what? I don't know." Terence and Tink looked at each other, "keep this child safe, don't abandon it, if it is the child of the prophecy, it will be strong from birth, sadly I wasn't. My mother was very weak and I wasn't conceived properly, I was weak as well".

Both the fairies nodded, "Tinkerbell, could you give me and Terence some privacy please?" asked Queen Clarion, Tink nodded. Terence grabbed her hand and squeezed it, she smiled to him before leaving. "You love her don't you Terence?" she asked, Terence blushed and nodded,

"more than anything" he said, Queen Clarion smiled,

"and that's the power that gave you this gift, don't take the child as a fault, love it, because it's a miracle, so many fairies want a child, but they don't have the power to have one. You will be surprised of your reaction on the day of the birth" Terence smiled and nodded, "oh and Terence, one more thing, at some point, Tinkerbell will start to act ever emotional and weird, those are just the hormones, she doesn't mean it if she says she hates you". Terence frowned and shrugged his shoulders,

"I'll keep that in mind, thank you your majesty" he said before going back to Tinkerbell who was waiting outside the tree, he flew to her.

"What was that about?" she asked, Terence smiled,

"stuff that you don't need to worry about, only about the child" he said, Tink smiled, but then realised something,

"ah, I need to tell Peri, it was bad enough telling you, now I have to tell my sister who I can replace" she said, Terence frowned,

"oh, I can be replaced can I?" he said wrapping his arms around her, whispering in her ear, Tink shivered and moaned lightly as Terence kissed and nipped at her neck,

"ok, not so easily" Tink said in a daze, Terence smiled as he knew it was working, but he stopped,

"come on, let's go tell Peri" he said before grabbing her hand and flying towards the winter woods.
