Smooches!

The following days Oliver practically moves in with her. They become...domestic. It's a little unnerving. It's still surprises her to see his toothbrush next to hers in the morning, his shoes by the front door, his coat hanging from the rack by the door, his t-shirts folded in the drawer next to hers.

One night after she had showered she learned her pajama top and pants no longer fit her so she had grabbed one of his shirts and pulled it on, even with her expanded stomach it still swallowed her petite frame.

She had brushed her teeth and blow dried her hair and by the time she was finished Oliver was home and lying in bed reading through a book that suspiciously looked like 'Parenting For Dummies.' He heard her come into the room and shoved it in the nightstand. He turned to look at her, his gaze starting at her bare legs and working their way up her body, his eyes lingered for a moment on the shirt she wore, his lips pressed together.

"My pajamas's wouldn't fit me anymore. Is it okay? I can take it off," she'd said but he had only climbed from the bed and strode over to her.

She did end up taking the shirt off... but for an entirely different and more pleasurable reason. Later he had wrapped his arms around her and whispered in her ear that she could have every shirt he owned.

There were some nights she was glad that she wore his shirt, so she didn't feel lonely when he was gone, sometimes he didn't get home until early in the morning and he'd slip into bed, her body instantly sought his even in sleep and her head would find her new favorite pillow, his shoulder. His arms would wrap around her and he would slip off into a peaceful sleep, his warm body curved against hers. Her back had begun to feel better just for having something to press against. When she'd told him he'd teased her about only using him for her own personal heating pad. She hadn't denied it only told him that he was her favorite heating pad and she was glad she had a lifetime warranty. He had kissed her and started playing with the ring on her finger.

"About that...I was thinking. We should get married soon."

"How soon are we talking?"

"Tomorrow," he said happily.

"Tomorrow!" She screeched. "You can't be serious. What kind of wedding could we pull together in 24 hours!?"

"Well I was thinking more of a quick ceremony in front of the judge."

"Your sister and mother would kill us." He pouted, something she never in a million years thought she'd see. "Oliver Queen I can't believe you!"

"I can't help it," he said as he squeezed her. "I just really want to marry you." He started pressing kisses up her neck until he reached her ear and she let out a breathy gasp.

"If you keep that up I'm going to agree and I really don't want too." He nuzzled his nose into her neck and she could feel his lips smile against her skin.

"Do you want a big wedding?"

"No, something small with just family and close friends is more my style. What about you?"

"Small sounds good to me."

"Good, My Mom and I may not be the closest but I'd like for her to be at our wedding...Oh my-"

"What?"

"I didn't even tell my Mom I was pregnant," she said in disbelief. "I was so wrapped up in work that I didn't even think to tell her." She paced across the room hand on her face.

"This is bad...very very bad."

"Felicity relax, I'm sure she'll understand. Just call and tell her."

"Yeah that'll go over well. Mom, hi, yeah it's been awhile, but hey just wanted to tell you I'm pregnant, don't worry I'm engaged. I'll send you a birth announcement when he or she pops out, bye. Yeah, no that's not going to work."

"So does that mean you'll marry me tomorrow?"

"Are you still on that?"

"I've waited a lifetime for you. I don't want to waste any more time. We can get married, then after the baby gets here we can have a nice wedding and reception with our family and friends. Compromise, you get what you want...and I get what I want," he said while smiling like the cat that ate the canary.

"You are far more calculating than I gave you credit for. You're a sneaky little bugger aren't you? Thinking you'll trick me into-" She cut off as he started kissing her again. He pulled back a long moment later.

"I've always wanted to do that." He took her face in his hands. "Marry me Felicity." He whispered. She threw her arms around his neck and tilted her head to the side.

"Well since you begged...," she trailed off as he lifted her up and spun her around once.

They did get married. Only Diggle and the Judge were present. Oliver paid a large sum of money to keep everything quiet and when he slipped the band he had picked out himself over her finger to rest against his family's ring, his grin had threatened to split his face. His eyes were filled with excitement and just a tinge of disbelief that this was really happening. She had picked out a nondescript black band for him claiming it would give him no excuse not to wear it even when he was on Arrow duty and when she slipped it on his finger happy tears started forming in her eyes. Oliver squeezed her hand and she gave him a watery smile. As soon as the judge told him he could kiss the bride he grabbed her and tilted her back like something out of a cliché romance movie and kissed her long and thoroughly. Diggle cleared his throat and they separated. John strolled over and clapped Oliver on the back. "Save some for the honeymoon man." She flushed. "It's not like it's a secret." He shrugged and pointed to her stomach before he hugged her and whispered his congratulations in her ear. By the time they left the courthouse she was smiling and and a little shocked

"Did we really just do that?" She blurted.

"We did," he said as he raised her left hand and pressed a kiss to her ring finger. He looked at her face that had gone a little pale. "Are you freaking out?" He asked in disbelief.

"I never would have taken Felicity Smoak for a commitment phoebe." He chuckled a little.

"I'm not freaking out, I'm just...a little shocked is all. I never do things on a whim. I'm logical, I think out every single detail of everything I do. I even planned what nail polish I'm going to wear next week and now I'm married!" She pressed her hand to her forehead. "It'll take a little while to set in."

"How's the next fifty years sound?" he asked his blue eyes lighting up. She grabbed his tie and pulled his lips down to hers.

"Sounds good to me," she whispered before they were kissing again. Man did they kiss a lot. Was that normal? Oh gosh they were that lovey dovey couple that made everyone sick. She couldn't help but smile smugly at that.

"You're not freaking out?" He looked down at her with a smile and shook his head. "Even a little bit?"

"Nope." He hugged her tighter and pressed a kiss to her forehead. He sighed."I wished we didn't have to go into work today."

"I know, if I had my choice we'd spend all day in bed..." His pupils dilated and he pulled her closer but she pushed on his chest lightly. "Nu-uh, we have work to do."

"Come on, how many more wedding days are you going to have?"

"If I have my way, one more. Then I promise we'll take a week off and go wherever you want, just as long as it doesn't include travel by boat. You don't have a good track record with them." He takes her hand and pulls her to the waiting car Diggle had gone to retrieve.

"You're no fun."

"Get used to it, you're stuck with me."

"I can't think of a better way to live," he says as he pulls her into another kiss making Diggle groan in the front seat.

"I can't wait till you two get over the honeymoon period." Oliver patted Diggle on the shoulder.

"Get used to it, you're stuck with us." He glanced at them in the review mirror and smiled.

"Yes I am," he mumbled.

(((Arrow)))

She's looking over some files the next day when someone comes to stand in front of her desk. "I'll be with you a moment," she says as she signs a document.

"Take your time," says a voice she recognizes. She glances up to look at the tiny brunette.

"Thea?"

"You promised me bonding time and I'm here to collect,"she stated rocking back on her heels.

"Uh..I have so much work to-"

"It's okay. I already cleared it with Ollie." Her head whips to look at him sitting at his desk with a smug smile. She raises her eyebrows and sends him a look that means he's going to pay and pay dearly. He only smiles bigger. The nerve of that man. First he makes her elope and then he's throwing her in front of his sister? Logically she knows the small and harmless Queen isn't someone she should be afraid of. For Google's sake look at what she does every night! But Felicity didn't know how to act around her and that scared her.

"How about we get lunch at Dim Sum? I heard you have a thing for their dumplings."

"Ummm, sure. That sounds great." Thea beamed at her. She slipped on her jacket, grabbed her purse. And walked over to Oliver's open office door and stuck her head it. "We're going to lunch."
He nodded. "Have fun."

"Oh we will," she said as she started to turn away. "Oh I almost forgot...silly me. Remember that thing I said we were gonna try later?" He nodded enthusiastically. "I'm rethinking that." His face fell and she sent him a smirk and wiggled her fingers at him in farewell.

"Ready?" Thea asked.

"Yep," she replied.
Diggle drove them to the restaurant and dropped them out at the front, telling her to text him when she was ready to go back to the office. The wind blew her hair across her face and a tingle went up her spine. She felt as though she was being watched. She turned to survey the area but all she saw was pedestrian traffic. She shook her head. It was probably just her imagination.

"I could have drove us," said Thea. She waved her hand at her.

"Diggle doesn't mind. He sits in the security room all day. He jumps at every chance to get out. Besides Oliver has this whole overprotective spiel he does if I try to go anywhere by myself."

"Well you never know what some of these crazy paparazzi will do. He's not far off base."

"Ah not you too," Felicity sighed. Thea laughed and soon the hostess was seating them in a comfy booth in the back of the restaurant away from the windows per Thea's request. The waiter came around and they placed their order.

"So...I know this is all a little strange. After all you and I don't know each other all that well but if Ollie loves you that's enough for me. I always wanted a sister, now I've got one." Felicity smiled a genuine smile.

"I always wanted one too. But my Dad left us when I was little so there was never the opportunity." Thea sobered.

"I'm sorry."

"It was a long time ago." The conversation turned sober so she looked for a way to get it back to the way it was a few minutes ago. "So now that we're sisters does that mean I get hear all of Oliver embarrassing stories?"

Thea clapped her hands together. "Oh boy do I have some good dirt on him."

Felicity laughed and reached forward for her water glass. "I bet," she stated as a gasp echoed from across the table. Her head jerked up.

"Is that great-grandma's ring?" She swallowed.

"Yeah...your mom gave it to me...I hope it's okay?"

"Of course, I'm so glad Mom gave it to you. If that's not a blessing then I don't know what is. I haven't seen the ring in years." She reached her hand across the table. "May I?"
It was then that she noticed she was still wearing her wedding band. Crap. She had took it off before they reached the office yesterday and had slipped it back on when she got home. She usually didn't keep her jewelry on when she was at home but she couldn't find it in her to take off the rings. They anchored her, reminded her that yes, all of this was real and it was her life. Oliver had chosen her and she had chosen him. But it was too late to stop Thea as she grabbed her hand. She held her breath. "It's beautiful, I remember when Mom first showed me- wait what is that?" Thea asked her voice rising.

"What's what?"

"That!" She pointed at the thin silver and emerald band circled in diamonds. "That band right there!"

"Shh..."

"Please tell me you're not already married!" She stage whispered.

"Well..."

"You are! Oh I'm going to kill him! He gonna wish he had never got off that island when I'm done with him!"

"Thea calm down. Please don't say anything to him. He did it for a good reason."

"What possible reason could he have for not letting his family be apart of his wedding?"

"Because...because he said he was tired of waiting and that you never knew what was around the corner and he didn't want to spend one more second of our lives waiting."
Thea visibly calmed. "He said all that?"

"Yeah," she answered.

"I can't believe it. You know I never thought I'd see the day when Ollie would settle down especially after what happened but...here he is a husband and becoming a dad." She shook her head. "When he came home he didn't want to talk about the island. I told him he needed to let someone in. I'm glad he took my advice."

"It wasn't easy but he was worth the wait." Thea gave her a small smile.

"I can see how much he loves you. I'm not surprised he couldn't wait. You know Ollie when he set's his mind to something-"

"There's nothing you can do to change it. I know, learned that the hard way. That man," she shook her head. "When he suggested we elope I thought he had lost his mind then, but...I just couldn't deny him." She sat forward and reached for Thea's hand. "Thea I want you to know he didn't purposely keep you out of our wedding. We had planned to have a public one after the baby came. It was just something we did on a whim."

"I get it, it's the stuff epic romances are made of."

"Thea I was wondering..."

"Yeah?"

"Well I was wondering if you would help me plan the wedding?"
Thea jumped from her seat and squealed, she ran around the table and pulled her into a hug. "I would love too! You're going to have the most beautiful wedding there has ever been." Felicity patted her on the back.

"I have no doubts, but Thea I want to keep it small. Just family and close friends. It's what Oliver and I both want."

"Of course, don't worry. I won't do anything without talking to you about it first."

"Thank you. You know I never pictured our lunch going like this." Thea laughed.

"Really? Why?"

"Well...you're Thea Queen and I'm Felicity Smoak from Vegas."

"Firstly, you're Felicity Queen now and secondly, I'm no better than you. Were we raised differently? Yes. But instead of focusing on the differences we should celebrate them. You're Felicity Smoak, kick butt IT girl from what my brother tells me. I think it's us who are lucky to have you joining the family. We have a stick up our-"

"Butts, sorry baby ears."
Thea laughed and continued. "Yes, butts, so we could use some normal in our lives and you by dear Felicity are just the person we need to get us off our high horses, someone who doesn't take any crap. You've already proved that will Ollie."

"Thank you Thea."

"What are sisters for?"

Their food arrived and they dug in. Felicity moaned in pleasure. "Wow, Oliver wasn't kidding when he said you like dumpling."

"They're the best in the world."

"You haven't tasted Raisa's. You'll have to come to dinner, she'll insist you're too skinny and feed you until you're sick." Felicity laughed.

"Oh no, I'm already busting out of my dresses."

"We'll have to go shopping. Have you done any for the baby yet?"

"No, I thought it was still a little soon and I haven't really had the time."

"Well we'll have to fix that." They ate in silence for a little bit until Thea piped up again.

"How did you meet him?" Felicity glanced up from her now clean plate and sat her napkin down. She took a deep breath, her vision glazing over at the memory.

"He came into my office one day. I had my back turned working on a file and he cleared his throat. When I turned around all I could see was the bluest eyes I had ever seen. Right then I just knew my life had changed forever."

Thea rested her chin on her palm while she listened. "What did he want?"

Felicity huffed. "He said he had splilt a latte on his laptop and needed the information off it."

"I'm guessing that's not what happened?"

"No, he had done something far worse to that precious piece of equipment. But I was able to salvage...his work and the next thing I knew I was his personal IT girl. Not that I minded. He made my life more interesting and I honestly didn't mind helping him."

"So you didn't start out liking each other?"

"No, not exactly, oh we both secretly had feelings for the other but we didn't know each other well enough to categorize them. We just knew there was something there but neither of us were ready for what it was."

"How long did it take? For him to realize he cared for you?"

"A while. We were friends, best friends and he didn't see me that way. Even though I loved him, I loved him enough to let our relationship stay the same. Does that make sense?" Thea nodded.

"When did he finally get his head out of his colon?"

"We were at Verdant, he had had a bad day and we got to talking and he just reached over and kissed me. It's took me by surprise, I knew he cared about me but I didn't know it was in that way."

"So romantic... you know you guys are the love story everyone wants and hates at the same time."
Felicity laughed.

They talked for a little while longer about odds and ends. Diggle picked them up and took them back to QC. Felicity hugged Thea.

"Thank you Thea. For everything."

She squeezed her arm. "Welcome to the family."

She took the elevators up and strolled into her office with a bounce in her step and a happy grin on her lips.

"So I take it lunch with my sister went well?" She hugged him and gave him a big kiss.

"It went great. Spoiler alert, your sister knows we're married." Oliver stiffened.

"How?"

"I forgot to take off my band," she grimaced.

"Was she mad?"

"Oh yeah but then I talked her down," she assured him.

"You talked my sister down? Wonders never cease."

"Well it helped that I asked her to help plan the wedding."

"You what? Do you have any idea what you've got yourself into?"

"Yeah but it'll be fun."

"As fun as taking an arrow to the knee," he said wryly. She smacked him on the arm playfully.

"Please, I think it'll be great, I've never had a girl to talk to and now I have a sister."

"Oh no, next thing I know you'll be having slumber parties and watching Fatal Attraction."

"Um that's a classic and we have one planned for next Tuesday. We're going to braid each others hair, do mani-pedis and talk about our sex lives." Oliver groaned and covered his face.

"I do not ever want to hear anything about my sisters sex life. She shouldn't even have one."

"Says the guy who slept with every thing that moved at her age? Oh man I hope we have a daughter so you'll know what real pain is." Oliver uncovered his face.

"Our daughter won't be dating until she's twenty-five and even then I'll threaten the boy within an inch of his life and if he dare to lay a fi-"

"Hey, calm down. We don't even have a daughter."

"But we might, and if not eventually we will."

"Let's just focus on one baby for the time being. I'm the human oven here and I can only bake one thing at a time." He wraps her in his arms, hands clasped behind her lower back.

"If we have a boy I'm going to teach him how to respect women. Then one day maybe he'll be able to catch someone half as good as you."
Her thumb stroked his cheek. "I'm the lucky one."

"Agree to disagree." She smiled at him.

"Sooo...about that thing you said we'd try."

"No way mister, just because I had a good day doesn't mean you can-" His lips cut her off. "Is that going to become a thing?"

"Yeah. That okay?"

"I can live with it. But if you keeping doing it I'm never going to be able to finish my sentanc-" and he laid another one on her, this time longer and deeper and bordering on something that if they were at home would lead to clothes flying off. "Oliver!" She smacked his chest. "We're at work."

"I wish we weren't."

"Why? You're not getting nothing!" He looked at her and pouted. Good grief who had she married?

"Please..." he begged.

"I may be convinced."

"What do you want? Name it."

She leaned over and whispered in his ear. He leaned back smirking. "That's really want you want?"

She crossed her arms. "Mmmhmm..."

He picked up his phone and dialed Diggle. "We're taking the night off."

"Seriously?" She could hear him reply. Oliver looked at her and she wiggled her eyebrows at him causing him to smile.

"The Queen demands it."

"Sounds good to me. Do you need me to take you home?"

His eyes turned to Felicity and his pupils dilated. "No we're not going straight home tonight."

"Okay, see you tomorrow."

Oliver grabbed her hand and started dragging her out of the office.

"Hey! What are you doing?!"

"Starting the night early," he replied.

They may have taken the night off but they still went to the Foundry.

And they didn't think about work once.
