Chapter 24: Bringing down the Legend

Hyper Beams lit up the sky, smaller attacks fazed in and out, only a few bared witness to what could be the start or end of the greatest calamity to befall Hoenn in centuries. With the powers of three legendary Pokémon decimating the area the entire scene looked like a war zone, only four trainers and their Pokémon fought amongst the destruction.

Ash and Charizard rose out of a cloud of smoke moving to the side just in time for Rayquaza to exit the same smoke and miss them. Charizard powered up his Steel Wing and rammed his wing into Rayquaza's side but the dragon was moving too fast and as Charizard hit Rayquaza his wing was pulled along momentarily and Charizard along with it. As the now mega evolved Pokémon stabilised himself in the air it was clear he was beginning to tire. Ash too was finding it hard to go on and he could see the others were getting wore down as well, this had been a long battle even the most high level trainers were pushed to their limits.

Everyone that was except May, she and Darkrai continued their attacks on Rayquaza relentlessly. Even with her injuries and having battled as long as Ash and Drake had she kept pushing herself forward often becoming the target of Rayquaza's attacks. Ash didn't know it but May wanted Ash to believe in her more than anything and was willing to put her life on the line in order to achieve that.

"She's really going all out isn't she?" Paul stated as he and his Hydreigon neared Ash.

Ash watched as May fought Rayquaza head on blasting its head with attack after attack. She was fighting so hard, harder even then when she had fought him not that long ago. The more he watched her the more he felt that she may be on his side. However he didn't let that thought persuade him to much, he didn't want his trust shattered all over again. Right now she needed the heat taken off her so Ash and Paul flew in just above Rayquaza's head as it tried to bite down on Darkrai.

"Hydreigon use Dragon Pulse." Paul called out.

"Charizard flamethrower." Ash instructed.

Both projectile attacks rained down over Rayquaza's face covering it long enough for May to make her escape. There was another reason Ash and Paul chose now to attack as Rayquaza was directly below Kyogre and as the dragon looked up at its attackers Kyorge launched its Hydro Pump straight up catching Rayquaza unaware. As the colossal Pokemon flew after Kyogre the four trainers grouped up again.

"We can't keep going like this forever if we're going to strike we need to do it now." Paul spoke up.

"Alright but first we need a way to get Groudon and Kyogre to attack with us, May I think you might be the best person to communicate with them." Drake turned to the brunette.

"Wait why me?" May asked.

"Call it a hunch, just go down there and see if you can't communicate with them." Drake said sounding strangely confident.

"Well I guess I can give it a try." May agreed.

"As for the rest of us we've got to keep Rayquaza occupied so May has a chance, spread out and go in." Drake instructed.

Paul flew down first as Rayquaza slammed into Groudon pushing it back before colliding with Kyogre submerging their lower bodies in the sea. Hydreigon released a Dark Pulse attack from each of its mouths hitting Rayquaza in the side of the face. Having subdued the other legendries for the moment Rayquaza turned its attention to Paul, suddenly blitzing past him so fast Paul barely had time to turn around before Rayquaza's tail slammed Hydreigon in the side sending both of the flying. Ash saw the end result of Rayquaza's Extreme Speed and dove in to draw the attention away from Paul, instead of attacking he flew right in front of Rayquaza's face and continued forward and like a hungry predator Rayquaza followed him.

May saw her chance and took it she and Darkrai dove down to where Groudon was lifting itself off of Kyogre, the two of them had taken a lot of damage in the fight and were moving very sluggish in comparison to when it started. May didn't know what to say to them or if they would even understand her but Drake had entrusted her with this and wasn't about to give up.

"Groudon, Kyogre!" May yelled out as she stood up on Darkrai's back.

The two legendries both turned towards May although she wasn't sure if it was because they understood her or because they simply heard her. They continued to stare at her though so May took her chances.

"Please we've tried everything to bring Rayquaza down but we're not powerful enough on our own. Only with your help can we end Rayquaza's rampage, so will you please lend us your strength?" May called out desperately.

The two giants looked down at May as she spoke clearly listening to her plea, they then turned towards each other. The two of them were the fiercest of enemies and yet they both had fought together against Rayquaza when they knew its rage had taken over, they were willing to work with each other but what May needed to know was if they could work with her.

"Please, my friends are risking their lives to stop this won't you help us?" May begged.

Groudon slowly leaned down closer to May as if examining her, she felt nervous being so close to such a powerful creature but she stood firm. Groudon's head moved slightly and May could of sworn that it was a nod, she looked over to Kyogre and the water type mimicked the exact movement of Groudon. May couldn't believe it she had communicated with them and not only that gotten them to accept her plea, they were going to help her.

"T-Thank you, thank you so much." May blurted out so overwhelmed.

She was about to try and explain Drake's plan when she heard a cry of pain from up in the sky, she knew the Pokémon that cry originated from and though she couldn't see it she knew it was in trouble.

"Charizard, and Ash." May uttered in realization.

The sound May had heard was the cry of Charizard who while attempting to distract Rayquaza from Paul had ended up getting snacked up in Rayquaza's claws. The three large claws of Rayquaza's hand gripped around Charizard's mid-section and refused to let go. Ash held on tight even as he was turned upside down and Rayquaza began to fly up into the sky out of reach of any of the other trainers.

"Charizard use flamethrower!" Ash shouted over the howling winds.

Charizard was unable to move most of his body while gripped by Rayquaza but was able aim at the large dragon and blow a constant stream of flame onto its underside. Rayquaza slowed its ascent and soon stopped in the air it then looked down at the two victims in its claws. Ash saw it open its mouth and black energy beginning to build up, they were trapped and everyone else was too far away to help. Ash couldn't find any way to escape when he noticed a single orange projectile fly up above Rayquaza. Before Ash realised what it was the orange ball exploded sending dozens of smaller balls in all directions and began raining down. Each one detonated on Rayquaza's back surprising the huge dragon and causing it to cancel its attack and release Charizard. Ash didn't plan on staying so close to Rayquaza and got Charizard to fly straight back down as the last of the Draco Meteor attack detonated on Rayquaza.

"Where the heck did that come from?" Ash muttered.

As Ash finished his sentence Charizard groaned and motioned behind them, as Ash turned around he saw a strange Pokémon jetting towards them. As it drew closer Ash could make out the shape and colour of the approaching Pokémon and despite having evolved Ash knew which of his Pokémon it was. The dual dragon ground type flew up beside them and greeted them with a slight bark and a confident grin. Charizard looked at the newcomer in almost disbelief but Ash smiled as if he knew this outcome would happen from the start.

"Gabite, or should I say Garchomp." Ash greeted the newly evolved dragon.

"I knew you had it in you all along." The trainer smiled.

Garchomp's smile widened even further when he sensed Rayquaza coming after them and upon looking backwards confirmed his theory. Rayquaza came lunging at them its body glowing red from the effects of Outrage. Charizard and Garchomp both dodged to either side of Rayquaza avoiding the strike then both of them lifted up to the back of Rayquaza's neck and came down with a double attack of Steel Wing and Brick Break. Both attacks slammed into Rayquaza's neck causing the giant dragon to cry out in surprise and soar away from its attackers.

"The power of your hits has come up dramatically as well." Ash complimented Garchomp.

"This is exactly what we need, come on you two back to Drake." Ash instructed and all three of them flew to where Drake and Salamence were flying.

"Woah Ash is that Garchomp yours?" Drake asked.

"Yes he must of evolved just now, perfect timing wouldn't you say?" Ash replied.

"Indeed we may have enough power to bring down Rayquaza now as long as May can get through to Groudon and Kyogre." Drake stated.

Ash looked down and could make out May standing on top of Darkrai between the two giant Pokémon, he wondered how May was able to communicate with them. The loud cry of Rayquaza sounded from overhead as Ash looked up he saw Paul being pursued by the fearsome dragon.

"We have to give May a little more time, everyone intercept Rayquaza all at once." Drake ordered.

Together Drake and his Flygon along with Ash, Charizard and Garchomp all swooped in and attack Rayquaza from different angles. Rayquaza halted in the air trying to trace multiple attackers, a barrage of flames, energy and claws battered along every part of Rayquaza's long body. With the continual attacks the master of the skies was unable to concentrate on one attacker before another distracted it. Drake's combined assault was overwhelming the giant and when Paul re-joined the fight it now had six attackers constantly chipping away at it. Not only that but the flames on its back from its burn lit up taking away even more of its health. As Ash and Charizard flew around Rayquaza he felt more confident than he had before for once they weren't running from Rayquaza they had it under pressure unable to even launch an attack. However his confidence quickly turned to concern when he saw the red energy of the sky begin the slowly channel into Rayquaza's body, it was preparing for a big attack and they were all to close.

"Everyone pull back now!" Ash shouted out.

Drake, Paul and the other Pokémon heard Ash's direction and began to move away from Rayquaza as the creature curled up its body readying for an attack. Rayquaza lifted its head into the air letting out an incredible roar and released the energy it had absorbed in a single burst of power. The wave of energy surged in all directions knocking back Rayquaza's attackers like a harsh wind. Charizard and Salamence both started to fall uncontrollably when something grabbed them from underneath. As Ash looked down he saw Darkrai was holding both of them up with its arms as May sat on its back, Charizard and Salamence then quickly got back into the air and faced May.

"So were you able to speak with Groudon and Kyogre?" Drake asked.

"Yes and they are waiting till we do our combined attack." May motioned to where the legendries stood.

Below them Groudon and Kyogre stood there looking up at the sky, not even Ash had seen an exchange where Legendries had listened to a human so easily. At that moment Paul flew in beside the group followed by the two Flygon and Garchomp.

"Everyone Rayquaza's coming in and it doesn't look happy." Paul pointed to their rear as Rayquaza looped around its body now glowing bright red.

"An Outrage attack good this is what I wanted. Ash send Garchomp above us to use Draco Meteor and you go below and use Blast Burn." Drake fired off orders.

"Everyone else say close to me we are going to use our combined attack once my next Pokémon stops Rayquaza." Drake finished.

"Got it." Everyone replied.

Ash, Charizard and Garchomp flew to their assigned points as the rest of the group flew close together and watched as Rayquaza closed in on them its body writhing with power and its red eyes seeming to pierce right through them.

"Alright this is it." Drake announced as he picked out a Pokeball.

"Go Altaria!" Drake yelled as he threw the ball into the air.

The blue dragon appeared in the air flapping its white cotton like wings, Ash didn't know what Drake was planning but that was soon answered as Drake pulled something out of his pocket. It was a bracelet with a Mega Stone in it, Drake placed in on his wrist and lifted it up.

"Now Altaria Mega Evolve!" Drake yelled.

"Streams of light burst out of Drake's stone and Altaria's which interlocked and glowed even brighter. Altaria's tail extended the white plumage on its body extended outwards from its back and as the light faded it cried out revealing its new form, a powerful dual dragon-fairy type.

"Now Mega Altaria block Rayquaza!" Drake directed.

Altaria flew in front of the group and spread out its huge expanse of white feathers as Rayquaza closed the final gap between them. Rayquaza slammed into Altaria but the smaller Pokémon didn't move it was surrounded in a pink field of energy, its fairy typing had stopped the Outrage attack in its place. All the momentum of Rayquaza's attack was forced backwards causing Rayquaza to recoil back letting out a harsh hiss of frustration.

"Altaria use Dazzling Gleam!" Drake ordered.

Altaria spread the feathers even wider and focused them forwards as it cried out dozens of silver needle like projectiles fired from Altaria's feathers blasting forward and colliding with Rayquaza's face as it looked up. The Fairy type attack detonated over Rayquaza getting into its eyes and blinding it, with a cry of pain Rayquaza thrashed about in confusion.

"Rayquaza's stunned, everybody fire!" Drake roared.

"Garchomp use Draco Meteor." Ash called out."

"Flygon Dragon Breath." Drake directed.

"Darkrai hit it with Ice Beam." May yelled.

"Hydreigon Dragon Pulse now." Paul ordered.

"Salamence flamethrower." Drake yelled.

"Charizard Blast Burn!" Ash shouted.

Garchomp fired the ball of energy into the air, Charizard released a massive blast of fire from his body and the rest of the Pokémon released their attacks all at once. Five powerful attacks raced forward and then fused together creating one giant blinding projectile that raced towards Rayquaza. Seeing the signal Groudon and Kyogre charged up their own attacks and launched twin Hyper Beams into the sky. Rayquaza opened up its eyes just in time to see Drake's combined attack before it hit, its power so great it stunned even Rayquaza.

The projectiles from Draco Meteor hammered down over Rayquaza's back, Charizards flames scorched its underside and the two Hyper Beams along with the power of five attacks combined into one hit Rayquaza in the face detonating on impact creating an enormous explosion sending black smoke in all direction covering all of Rayquaza and blasting away Drake's group. The shock wave of such a huge explosion pushed everyone backwards even Garchomp.

Ash looked up at the huge cloud and waited to see if Rayquaza would emerge, taking three of those powerful attacks to the head all at once had to have done it or else nothing would. Suddenly out of the bottom of the smoke Rayquaza appeared its eyes were closed and trails of smoke peeled off its body it wasn't flying or manoeuvring, it was falling. They had done it Rayquaza had been knocked out. Ash was about to celebrate when he noticed the direction Rayquaza was falling, it was coming straight for them.

"Charizard move!" Ash yelled but that last Blast Burn had completely taken it out of Charizard, even as he flapped his wings with all his strength they couldn't get out of the way.

Ash looked back up and saw Rayquaza falling down with its mouth open right before it slammed into them. Charizard's midsection became wedged in the corner of Rayquaza's mouth along with Ash's leg. Now the three of them descended towards the ocean both Ash and Charizard tried desperately to free themselves from Rayquaza's jaws but it was no use, Ash turned around seeing nothing but the ocean rapidly approach them.

May and Darkrai exited the cloud of smoke and began looking for Rayquaza quickly identifying the dragon as it fell towards the ocean but what May saw next was the outline of Charizard stuck in Rayquaza's mouth and still on his back was Ash. Right as May realised what had happened Rayquaza hit the water and Ash and Charizard disappeared beneath the waves, the sight of Ash struggle against Rayquaza and then being consumed by the ocean nearly stopped her heart.

"ASH!" May screamed in horror.

Darkrai raced towards the ocean as Rayquaza's tail disappeared below the surface, May knew she had to rescue them no matter what. As they approached the waves May held her breath and the two of them dived into the sea. As May opened her eyes she saw Rayquaza was slowly sinking further and further but Darkrai was able to move quickly towards the dragon's head were they saw Ash and Charizard. They were both still clamped between Rayquaza's jaws and were both unconscious from when they hit the ocean's surface. A bright light shone from Charizard and as it faded he returned back to his original form. Darkrai closed in and held onto Charizard while May moved to Ash, then wouldn't have long before the two of them drowned so Darkrai pushed open Rayquaza's jaws and Charizard got loose. May signalled Darkrai to take the fire type to the surface which Darkrai did without hesitation grabbing Charizard sides and swimming back up.

May began to pull Ash but he wouldn't move, as she looked down May saw that Ash's foot was wedged between two of Rayquaza's teeth. She was beginning to run out of air and since Rayquaza was still sinking the pressure of the water was building up on her body. May grabbed Ash's foot and tried to release it from Rayquaza, after a lot of struggling Ash's foot was loose and May put Ash's arm over her shoulder and began to swim up. She could see the red sunlight up above but they were further below the surface then she thought they were, her air was running out and no matter how hard she kicked the surface only seemed more and more out of reach.

'Come on May, you've got to keep going, Ash's life is depending on you.' May frantically told herself.

Her lungs were giving out, her sight started to fade and her legs could no longer keep kicking, May turned towards Ash his face the last thing she could see as her sight began to fade away.

'I'm sorry Ash, even after everything you've done, I couldn't save you...I'm…sorry…' May held Ash close to her as the air escaped her lungs.

When all hope seemed lose something hit May from below and began to push her and Ash upwards, she couldn't make out what it was but the light from the surface became stronger and stronger until they burst out of the surface and above the waves. May gasped for air and coughed out some water that had gotten into her mouth, she was alive. As May caught her breath she looked down at the object that had lifted them, it was red and wide and linked to something that looked down on them. As she peered up May saw the head of Groudon peering down on them as they lay in its palm, Groudon had saved them. May turned to Ash who lay on his back she crawled over to him and instinctively laid her ear over his chest. She closed her eyes waited and listened and after about ten seconds realised she couldn't feel or hear anything, he had no heartbeat.

"No Ash no!" May cried out as she got up and started pushing down on his chest with both palms.

"Come on Ash breathe dammit breathe!" May yelled loosing count of how many compressions she had done.

She stopped pushing down and opened his mouth before placing her own over his and breathing in twice. She pulled back but he still wasn't breathing the colour from his face his beginning to fade, she was losing him.

"Ash don't die come on, come back to me." May began to push on his chest again as tears started flowing from her eyes.

"You can't go Ash, I can't have you die hating me." May stuttered as the tears rolled down her face falling onto her hands and Ash's shirt.

"You asked me what last night meant to me, so if you don't wake up I'll never get to tell you. Please Ash don't die!" May cried in anguish.

May couldn't hold herself up any longer she collapsed on Ash's chest and wept into his already drenched shirt. She had failed to save him and broke down completely on top of his body. She raised her fist and hit over his heart one last time in a futile effort to revive him.

"Blah!" The sound of water escaping his lungs burst from Ash's mouth.

May's eyes shot upwards at the sound, Ash had coughed up some water and was now gasping and coughing violently May sprung up and grabbed his shoulders to try and keep him still the shock of him coming back to life still not fully hitting her. Ash's breathing soon slowed down he looked around sporadically.

"It's ok, you're ok." May tried to calm him down as best she could.

Ash's eyes suddenly locked onto May, his trembling stopped and his breathing became more normal. The pair stayed there silent for a few seconds both drenched and still laying in the palm of Groudon.

"You saved me." Ash uttered silently.

May started to tear up again she wrapped her arms around Ash's shoulders and cried into his chest.

"You had no heartbeat, I almost lost you Ash, please never scare me like that again." May let out as she cried.

Ash didn't know what to say the last think he remembered was hitting the water and everything went blank. Next thing he could barely breath and May was on top of him, had his heart really stopped. Ash then noticed Groudon behind May's head looking down on them, suddenly he remembered why he had gone down in the first place.

"Rayquaza! What happened to Rayquaza?" Ash asked May as he leant up.

Before May could answer something burst out of the water behind them, turning around Ash saw the dragon itself back in the air shaking off the water before letting off a low growl.

"Come on its rage must have subsided by now." Ash hoped that Drake's plan finally worked.

Ash and May both watched with baited breath as Rayquaza opened its eyes. The deep red that had taken over began to fade returning to its normal yellow colour and soon the patterns on its body faded back to yellow as well. Above them the blood red sky began to fade, sunlight started to flicker through and slowly the blue sky began to return.

Rayquaza looked around as if it had just awoken from a deep sleep almost unaware of its surroundings. Drake flew down next to Rayquaza to try and stop any fighting from breaking out.

"Rayquaza here me!" Drake shouted getting the dragon's attention.

"This battle between Groudon and Kyogre was not of their doing they were taken over by humans with evil intensions. But those people are gone now, please stop this destruction and return to the ozone." Drake called out to Rayquaza before bowing his head.

Rayquaza looked around once again seeing Groudon and Kyogre in the ocean waiting for their master to decide their fate. Eying both of them Rayquaza groaned lowly signalling for both of them to return to their resting places. Kyogre splashed his giant fins turned around and disappeared into the deep ocean after so many fights throughout the ages with Groudon and Rayquaza the giant had finally had enough.

Groudon moved out of the water and to the edge of what remained of the cliff side, it lowered its hand so that Ash and May could walk off. As they got onto dry land the two of them looked back at Groudon before it began to walk to the same hole it had emerged from. May especially felt a mix of emotions as the Pokémon she was meant to help capture was now the one that had saved her life. As Groudon dug into the earth and disappeared under the collapsing rocks Rayquaza looked over the various humans and Pokémon that it had fought. Even though he couldn't have been sure Ash swore the dragon looked at them with respect. Letting out one last loud roar Rayquaza faced the sky and flew up slowly winding its way back to the ozone layer where it lived. Ash couldn't believe they had done it, not only witnessed Hoenn's three legends in one place but battled them and survived.

Ash heard a thump on the ground and turned to see May on her knees and tears welling up in her eyes. The brunette looked over the landscape that had been left from the battle.

The entire area was unrecognisable the clear blue water was now a dirty brown from the sediment lifted up from all the attacks that had been fired, large chunks of ice floated or crashed up against the shore. Huge sharp pillars of earth from Groudon's attack pierced through the water and the cliffs. The old borders were the waves meet the cliffs was gone, blasted back or collapsed from the battle. The trees that weren't destroyed had all the leaves and smaller branches torn off and scattered for hundreds of metres. This place was a spot for people to come and enjoy the beauty of nature and now it was a scar on the coastline, just another reminder of the battles waged by the legendry Pokémon.

"I did this, I thought I would change the world for the better and look what happened, how could I have been so stupid." May muttered as she cried into her hands.

"You didn't do this." Ash spoke up making May turn towards him in surprise.

"You may have been involved but you weren't the one that awoke any of the legendries from their sleep nor did you use whatever they used to control them, and the fact that you fought to help put an end to this. Well I'd say that this isn't all your fault." Ash told May as he looked back towards the sky.

May couldn't believe what Ash had said, did he feel sorry for her or did he in some way forgive her? She still didn't expect him to forgive everything she had done but it meant to the world to her for saying even that. Further down the shore Drake and Paul landed while Drake returned Salamence, Altaria and the two Flygon Paul began to jog up to them calling out to make sure they were alright. Ash waved back and started walking over May was about to follow when her PokeNav started ringing, opening it she saw it had no caller ID she answered it none the less.

"May is that you this is professor Lund speaking." Lund's voice came through the device.

"Yes it's me what is happening with New Magma?" May asked.

"Everyone is secured here I've brought all the communications back to normal and the authorities are on their way, they know the situation and are coming to arrest everyone including me." Lund revealed.

"What you're handing yourself in?" May asked.

"Yes I'll be able to give them everything they need to punish those responsible and since I was their lead scientist that includes me." Lund told the brunette.

"Then I should go up there to." May put forward.

"No May I don't believe that you should be punished for what you did. You were just another pawn manipulated by Fane, the only difference is you weren't the one pulling the trigger." Lund told May.

"But I-" May tried to object.

"I saw you fight today that alone is enough to acquit you of your crimes. Your young and you have your whole life ahead of you, don't let this period of your life weight you down forever." Lund instructed May.

"Thank you." May uttered into the PokeNav."

"Thank me by living a good life, goodbye May." The professor finished before cutting the connection.

May looked up and saw Ash talking with Paul and Drake, two people now had told her in their own way to move on. In her heart May didn't know if she deserved to and the only one she knew that could help her, was Ash but there was no way she could ask anymore of him. At that moment the rest of Ash's Pokémon came running out of what remained of the trees and jumped all over him greeting him happily. May smiled at the scene before Darkrai appeared beside her, she patted its head and thanked it for its efforts before returning it to its Pokeball.

"Alright, alright that's enough everyone." Ash laughed as his Pokémon welcomed him back.

"Now didn't I tell you guys to get to safety?" Ash tried to sound as serious as possible but couldn't hide the fact that he was glad they stuck around.

"I guess there are some commands you'll never listen to." Ash smiled.

"Well this crisis seems to have been averted, looks like I'll be going." Paul mentioned as he turned to walk away.

"Hold on there Paul, I'm going to need you to fill out a report for what happened here." Drake stopped the Sinnoh trainer.

"Paperwork? Oh joy." Paul sighed.

"That will go for you two as well." Drake said as he turned to Ash and May.

"By the way how did you two get involved in all this?" Drake asked.

May breathed in ready to confess that she was a part of the group that started all this when Ash answered the question for her.

"We just happened to be in the right place at the right time I guess." Ash said before turning to May taking in her worried yet grateful expression.

"Very well I'll signal for backup to come here, you three take a rest you deserve it." Drake spoke up and then walked to try and find a good signal.

"Thank you Ash." May addressed the raven headed young man.

"Don't mention it." Ash replied.

"What are you going to do now?" May asked.

"I'm going home, this trip had a bit too much danger even for me. But I want you to come with me." Ash revealed.

"I can tell you've got a lot on your mind and a lot to change about yourself so I can't have you doing that alone." Ash told her.

May turned around not wanting Ash to see her tear up, he was such a selfless person and she wished she never betrayed him the way she did.

"Thank you." She sniffled.

"This is a new beginning for both of us and though we can't change what happened maybe we can rebuild some of what was torn down." Ash assured May as he looked over the horizon.

May wiped away her tears and looked up at Ash, even now he was inspiring her. She wouldn't let this opportunity to waste, for now she would reflect on her action but then she would do exactly what Ash had said. Rebuild herself, her life, her beliefs but this time she wouldn't do it alone. Ash was with her and now she would be there for him as well.

The crisis has been averted, I hope you enjoyed the battle of legends. It's not over yet we still have a few chapters to go. Hopefully I'll have the next one out in a week. Please remember I am working two jobs at the moment, one in the morning and one at night so for me just getting enough sleep is a challenge let alone getting time to write. But I will endeavour, thanks again for all the support, you guys are the best.
