Deep underground is a hide out. Deep and dark the only source of light is candle light.
'I have got the girl sire.' A man in a butler suit said bowing down to a young teenage boy with a metal mask. A girl in a red long hoodie covered herself with her hoodie.
'You may go Sebastion.' The boy said waving his left arm to the butler and he left the office.
'I thought you were dead.' She said still not revealing herself but he knew who she was.
'My dad is. Not me.' He said. The boy did look like Slade making her think he was Slade
' OH you must be Eren Wilson his son.' She said with a seductive voice.
'Yes darling. What can I do for you?' He asked still seated on his seat.
'I hear that you can help me.' She said.
'Oh... You are the Dark Star, the one the underworld is ringing about? Sure I can help you...For a price.' He added ending with an evil chuckle.
'I will do whatever it takes.' She stated no sounding a bit annoyed. From out of know where he was now behind her, breathing on her neck.
'Join me and I will give you ultimate power of any sort.' He said now holding her hips. She moaned slightly still not revealing herself.
'I am all yours, but before that. May I live in my home until then.' She asked.
'Sure.' He said vanishing back to his seat.
Tyra and Terance sat eating their supper at the dinner table with their mother. Basmati Rice with boiled chicken, their favourite.
'So... how was school?' Terra asked with a wide smile. This made Tyra giggle.
'Lol, since when do you care, all you do is keep secrets from us.' Tyra blurted out in a calm manner still holding her fork and knife in her hand and staring at her plate. Terra took a deep breath.
'School was fine mom.' Terance answered, then gave his sister a dirty look. Tyra did not get along with her mother mostly because she felt like her mother is hiding something, something deep, dark and scary.
'Thank you Terance.' Terra said softly. 'What do you want me to tell you?' Terra asked her daughter harshly.
'About your past, And the reason why we have powers.' Tyra demanded.
'I told you that I was a school girl like you, I can't remember much before tenth grade, yadi yada yada. I don't know why you have powers, Happy now?' Terra yelled to her daughter. Tyra looked at her mother in a sick way.
'Oh I see you are not satisfied... You never are.' Terra added while laughing sarcasticly. Tyra left the dinner table but stood by the passage out of their sight.
'Then how can't you remember?' Terance asked.
'Terance Markov I don't flippen know.' Terra yelled about to lose her mind. Terra could not let herself tell the truth not to her kids, not to anyone. If her children were to know, everyone would know.
Jinja sat alone in her pink bedroom everyone else stayed in the lounge making presnts decorating the tower. Then there was a knock at her door. The door budged at the attempt to open.
'Give up...its locked anyways.' Jinja stated.
'Jinja open up.' Twila's voice projected loud enough to be heard.
'Go away Twila!' Jinja snapped.
'Jinja as your leader and sister, I command you to open up!' Twila's voice became deeper and demanding. Jinja stood up and opened the door half way revealing half of her face.
'You are no sister of mine.' Jinja snarled. Twila rolled her eyes and pushed the door fully open. Yep all that training paid off.
'Hey.' Jinja yelled as Twila made herself comfortable by sitting in Jinja's bed and patting a space next to her. Jinja rolled her eyes and sat on the space.
'What happened back there?' Twila asked
'Were you not there?' Jinja asked showing that she seriously didn't want to talk about this topic.
'No I was sleeping, I never heard the announcement.' Twila explained.
'Cybee needs to chill, I promise you next time I will hurt her for real.' Jinja pledged.
'No Jinja, why are you like this? You always want to fight. Whoa...Wait why didn't you say something back? Not that I am supporting you I am just concerned.' Twila asked.
'I don't know...I, I just froze, like I didn't know what to do. That was so unlike me.' Jinja stuttered looking down to her lap. She softly placed her hands on her lap and Twila reached for them and held them softly brushing them.
'Did what she say, true?' Twila questioned getting really interested.
'NO...KIND OF...yes, it was true. I mean it is.' Jinja exposed herself. Jinja was becoming soft and open to people. 'She caught me at my weakest point. That's why...' Jinja tried to explain but was cut off.
'Jinja don't be angry I am happy that you didn't say something mean back.' Twila stated.
'Please go.' Jinja asked. Twila frowned.
'Why?' Twila asked looking into Jinja's wet eyes.
'I wanna be alone.' Jinja asked. Twila's face softened, nodded and left the room. Jinja was now alone free to do whatever she pleases. She burst into tears, she felt guilty, guilty for all the bad she has done to her teammates the people who accepted her into the household. Since she was six she has always isolated herself even when Bumble bee tried to have fun with her she would always refuse and lock herself in her room.
'Why the hell is she freaken hiding, why won't she tell us?' Tyra asked her brother as she kicked her bed. Tyra and Terance were sitting in Tyra's room.
'Maybe she isn't hiding anything.' Terance tried.
'Terance, Terance honey, how can she just forget?' Tyra asked sitting on the bean bag next to her brother.
'Amnesia maybe?' Terance tried his best to reason with his sister.
'From what is what I need to know.' Tyra asked. Terance rolled his eyes.
'Ok I would also like to know.' Terance stated. Tyra gasped remembering a time last year when she was visiting the tower, Nightwing told her that he once knew her mother.
The next morning came the tower was silent it was five o'clock everyone was still sound asleep but Bree was wide awake just like her mother she woke up every day at three o'clock to meditate in the living room. She was now floating.
'Then he was like, I don't have the crystal.' A grown woman's voice echoed through the house followed by the sound of laughter of two more woman. Bree was now irritated and stopped meditating. The three woman were in the kitchen. Bree went flying into the kitchen. Since Bree was rude and her hormones were everywhere she asked.
'How did you get in?' Bree asked them. The stopped laughing and turned to Bree.
'Hello darling, We are fine thanks and you?' Raven joked. Raven still looked the same, she didn't grow any taller unlike Garfeild who had developed physically. Raven's attitude changed but not completly. She sure smiled a lot more, became sweeter but she still had anger issues. Raven wore a black jacket with a silver vest, violet pencil skirt and black heels so she could feel taller.
'Oh good morning mothers.' Arella said coming out of nowhere and running to hug all the mothers at the same time.
'Arella White Logan, How do you do?' Star fire asked backing away from the group hug. Star fire was dressed in a pink flower dress and yellow pumps, her hair was tied up like Twila's. Bree rolled her eyes and went to her room.
'I guess she is just like you were, mom.' Arella stated looking at her sister float away.
'What...I was never like that.' Raven stated ending with a pout.
'Yes you were.' Star and Arella said at once and Bee said it after them breaking the unison.
'Hey where is everyone, especially my Dawny wany?' Bee asked. Bee loved Dawn even though he was a rude little child she enjoyed his mocking jokes, everyone spoils the last born.
Ten o'clock the cloak striked now everyone was wide awake already down stairs enjoying fun mother and child activities. Jinja sat alone holding a picture of Jinx holding her as a baby. Jinja's door flung wide open, Jina almost broke the picture.
'Thanks for knocking Bee.' Jinja snapped, she had not looked to see who it was because Bee always opens the door in that manner. Bee's hair was now straight and flat reaching her shoulders since she retired she no longer wore her costume but a yellow blouse and black skinny jeans and black and yellow Perrie CardinTM heels.
'Hello to you too, I brought some chocolate chip cookies for you.' Bee said softly placing them on her bed. Jinja turned slowly and stared at the cookies.
'You made these for me?' Jinja asked as Bee sat next to her.
'Well I made them for everyone but I saved some for you.' Bee said. Jinja was surprised ever since she was banned from seeing her mother nobody came to see her on mother's day this was the first.
'Thank you...' Jinja said softly as Bee pulled her into a hug. Jinja pulled away she didn't like hugs she only liked Sparrows hug. Bee looked down to see what Jinja was holding in her hand and saw.
'So this is what you isolate yourself for? To stare at your mother's picture?' Bee asked jokingly.
'Not really...' Jinja was cut off.
'She was a good woman.' Bee stated. Jinja looked up and straight into Bee's hazel eyes.
'Then why is she in jail?' Jinja asked now confused. Bee smiled and sighed.
'Your mother was once a villain, then she turned good and then evil again, she stole the ruby of Gaza from the Jump City museum and during the process she killed three guards.' Bee said. 'Then you guys disowned her and sold her to the police.' Jinja ended the sentence in an angry way.
Star sat alone on the bench outside watching the kids braai some meat and make salads outside, she saw Jinja follow after Bee and sitting next to her and Dawn.
'Hey Star, What's up?' Raven asked Star in a cheerful way. Star came out of her stance and swallowed hard.
'Mother's day reminds me of Dick.' Star said softly and turning to look at her friend. 'Whenever I would come back home he would cook dinner and for that night he would call me mamma but ever since...' Star could not carry on, it was too painful.
'Ever since he died.' Raven finished, this was herd for Star and her children. Nightwing died a year back when he sacrificed himself to kill Slade by setting a bomb that had to blow the minute it was pressed.
'Now I go home to an empty bed.' Star added. 'I feel like it's my fault.'
'But it's not.' Raven stated rubbing Star's thigh.
'I could of flown over and, and took him. I, I could of, of...' Star stuttered now crying.
'Star it is not your fault.' Raven said hugging her best friend.
