The Untold Secret

Chapter 10

"Hi I'm Matthew," said a paramedic.

"Oh you want to know about the guy you brought in?" asked April. "He's fine."

"Oh right thanks but that's not what I wanted to talk to you about," said Matthew. "I was wondering if you wanted to get some coffee with me?"

"Oh I'm flattered," said April.

"But you have a boyfriend," said Matthew.

"Yeah," answered April. "Sorry."

"Can't say I didn't try," smiled Matthew, before he walked off.

An arm curled around her waist.

"What did he want?" asked Jackson, as he pulled her against him.

"To ask me out," whispered April.

Jackson's arm tightened around her.

"Jackson," she gasped. "I need to breathe."

He didn't say anything and he didn't loosen his grip.

"Jackson," she whispered.

He spun her around to face him, her back pressing into the ER station.

"You're jealous," she whispered.

"No I'm not," answered Jackson, glancing at the ER doors.

April followed his gaze to see Matthew watching as he cleaned up the rig.

"Yes you are," answered April. "It's quite nice."

She leaned up and whispered in his ear. "Turns me on."

"You can't say things that like here," answered Jackson, in a whisper. "Because I will drag you to an on call room."

"See you there," whispered April.

"I'm not letting you go till that paramedic leaves," whispered Jackson.

"Jackson I have patients to see," whispered April.

His grip loosened and she pushed him away but as she walked away, his hand shot out and grabbed her arm pulling her back to his as his lips slammed down on hers.

"Consult in an on call room in five minutes Dr Avery," whispered April.

They knew all eyes were on them after that display and they knew it wouldn't take long for it to make its rounds around the hospital and April knew by the end of the day it would be known in Boston.

Minutes later April found herself pushed up against the on call room door as Jackson made quick work of stripping her of her shirt and assulating her neck.

"Everyone will know withing ten minutes," she whispered.

"I know," answered Jackson.

"The other residents will question us," answered April.

"I know we'll hide," answered Jackson, as he nipped at her neck.

"Jackson we live with them," answered April.

"I know," answered Jackson.

"Oh god we live with them. They're going to know I'm the screamer," whispered April.

"April stop talking," answered Jackson.

"Your mother is going to know by tonight," answered April.

"April," moaned Jackson, as she pushed his pants down." Please stop talking."

"Would you prefer I scream?" asked April.

"I will make you scream later," answered Jackson, as he silenced her with a kiss.
