As for a career, i am in the major of management with a minor in leadership, but may go into human resources because i like to hear from both sides of the parties.

AN: Hey everyone. I have a nice chapter for you all, so i expect to get a lot of views and reviews! PLEASE?! I want your thoughts on this as a reader to a writer? Even as a guest. Anyways, so things may get a bit confusing with Sakura's other name and herself but please bear with it. To me, many people go by different names and act differently when around different people. I know that for me, I am different at school, work, church, and at home. So for Sakura, she has her dark side, which is her want to just be left alone and move everything on the world off the face of the earth. Then you have Alice, who is Sakura's far other self, who we will see as innocent and fragile, but still vixen-like. And Finally, Sakura herself who is the middle of these two. It's sort of like what i did for Sorakage towards the end except I didn't name one Alice...I always liked the name Alice.

Chapter 26: Dancing with Wolves and Death
Two days after Sakura had woken up the second time, she was now up on her feet, walking around the tree house, using the walls and Ino standing beside her for support. Thick, slick, and heavy sweat caked across her forehead as Sakura breathed deeply and at irregular intervals. She now stood twenty steps away from the foot of her table, or bed as she liked to call it. It was rather comfy, and Sakura had grown used to it over the last few nights.
Sakura's brief lack of concentration crumbled into what felt like jelly in her legs and she whimpered as her legs gave out and she grabbed a wooden pole set a little lower to the ceiling than other houses for support.
"Alice, you've gone far enough for today." Ino encouraged her friend, still so proud of her.
"I should be standing and walking around like normal." Alice berated herself, refusing to sink the last inch to the cold wood floor.
"Just because your magic heals you does not mean that it fixes up your busted lung just like that." Ino chastised like a knowledgeable parent. "Most patients aren't even up by now. It usually takes a week, so be grateful for what you have."
"Sorry, Ino." Alice spoke and Ino sighed sadly. She wasn't supposed to criticize her patients. In fact, Alice would be the star patient to achieve great things by pushing themselves further than they were capable of. But the sooner Alice got better, the sooner Ino introduced her to Naruto and that meant the sooner that Alice, aka Sakura, would leave her side. And as terrible as it sounded, Ino wanted to get to know this Alice persona of Sakura's. To see what kind of girl she wanted to be if she was just a commoner, and to keep her close to ino if anything should happen.
"It's alright. I'm sorry too. I didn't think you'd push yourself so far so fast." Ino spoke as she held Alice up by her shoulders and led her over to the couch where Alice leaned into the comforter gratefully. Her lungs burned with such intensity and she was still healing all over. It was like her magic was turning off on its own and then back on when it came to her powers in healing. She had to be careful on this. She could only tell Ino so much before she figured it all out. She was one of the smartest girls in the land after all.
"So…when do I get to meet this boy of yours, Ino?" Alice asked as she breathed heavily through her nose, as Ino had instructed her to do whenever she took a rest.
"One, he's not my boy, he's a good friend. And Two, I'd say in another two days, you'll be able to walk around for about ten minutes at a time. But you should be able to dance if you're willing for guys to keep you standing."
"I just hope this 'friend' of yours doesn't mind me leaning on him a lot."
"He won't. He likes blondes and redheads."
"...Why?"
"Well, he's still trying to get over his past love."
"...Who was she? How did she die?"
"She was Sakura, Queen of Port Haruno."
"Oh…"
"Yeah, but Naruto can really only kiss girls and nothing more." Ino spoke, but saw the crease form on Alice's face.
"Why hasn't he slept with any? Is he ugly?" Alice asked, hoping to have Ino describe if Naruto got better looking.
Ino hmmed, knowing Sakura's game plan. "Far from it. But I feel like you're different from the other girls.:
"Why do you say that? I mean, I'm a virgin."
"I just think that there is more to you than meets the eye."
Alice gulped and looked away. "I'm nothing to look at. I am what I am."
"But you have magic." Ino offered up, as if on a pedestal. "Naruto…he's obsessed about this stuff. Just mention it, and you'll have things to talk with him about."
"Ino…I have to admit something."
"What?"
"C-Can you bring me my pack?"
"S-Sure." Ino said slowly before moving to retrieve said item. Sakura sighed and knew that it was safe to unveil the second part of her story, and as Ino came back with the pack in hand, Sakura smiled and thanked her.
"I am not just a merchant, Ino."
"Yeah, okay."
"I scavenge where I can for items of value."
"O…kay…?"
Alice reached down into the pack and pulled out a goblet, but Ino's eyes widened at the sight of the imperial Haruno noble seal on the side. The goblet was gold encrusted and ringed with a soft emerald circle surrounding the lip. Ino grabbed it slowly and delicately moved her fingers around the cool metal.
"W-Where did you get this?"
"…From Port Haruno…"
"But how? There are walls and canyons and the port is closed…"
"I just know a way…and since people really want stuff that they forgot, I go there."
"I thought it was all frozen in place."
"It is, and it takes hours to defrost, but the result is great. Taken out of a suspended time and place."
Ino's eyes teamed with tears before she looked at Alice with a very serious face. "You cannot tell Naruto this."
"…What? Why not?" Alice asked, thinking that Naruto would love to have these things.
"Because…he will insist on going with you back to those lands, and they are dangerous."
"I can handle it well enough."
"You don't understand S-…Alice. Naruto believes that Queen Sakura is still alive and everything and is heartbroken that she has never called him home. He needs to move on, but he can't, Alice. His heart is forever frozen unless someone, like you, can make it beat alive again." Alice grew quiet at that and Ino sighed and rubbed her shoulder. "Hey, you ready to head back to the bed?" Ino watched as Alice's eyes grew sad.
"Actually, can I stay here for a bit longer?"
"Sure. No hurry."
"Right."
"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!"
"Alice, it's okay. Just relax."
"Relax? Relax?! Ino, we're three hundred yards up in the air!" Sakura screeched and held onto the bark of the tree with all her might. Sakura did not fear many things, but being up so high with only what looked like flimsy rope to protect you from falling to your death seemed insane!
"I-I'm afraid of heights, and you do this to me?"
"Alice, most people were afraid at the beginning when they got here, but it's perfectly safe. Here, come here." Ino spoke as she pulled on the belt that Sakura now wore around her waist, followed underneath by a nice red skirt, and then her green top and beige hunter's jacket. Sakura let Ino pull her until she was standing next to the rope bridge.
"These," Ino pointed out as she grabbed a pair of metal circles and linked one of them up to Sakura's belt, "will keep you safe if you fall. It connects to the rope and there is metal inside the rope to keep you safe if the rope breaks. You'll be fine, Alice."
Alice nodded and they slowly made their way across the first bridge, taking ten minutes whereas kids and teen ran past them without even using the safety ropes. And after a half hour, Ino leaned Alice against the wooden railing of one of the main trees so that she could catch her breath.
"We'll take a quick break. You're doing well, you know."
"Well, I still feel helpless."
"Just let the guy hold you up, or in this case, me, Alice."
Sakura's eyes looked downwards where the darkness of the forest blocked out the town on the ground. "Ino, why don't these people live down there?"
Ino smiled before Alice shivered at the sudden sounds of hundreds of howls filled the forest as the sun left the region and soon Alice's ice blue eyes widened at the sight of large packs chasing down herds of deer. "The Nara have a curfew rule that at sunset those shops are closed and the food is barred with metal or raised up here. Most of the shops have shops up here as well, so they just change location.
"You see, Alice. Instead of killing off the wolves, and dealing with them, the Nara understand that we can all coexist together. The wolves are most active at nights so the Nara control the daylight. But can't you see the sight of these huge packs of wolves?"
"They…they look wonderful." Alice spoke softly, remembering Tanya briefly. She hoped that she was okay with her newest bath of pups. "But I wouldn't want to be down there when they are there."
"Precisely why the Nara excel at ambushes. Most of their nights are ridden with these territorial pack and the soldiers can move through the trees without these bridges and therefore can pass the enemy's lines any time they want, and the wolves attack huge groups at night, so an army camped down there will here no protection at all."
"I see."
"You ready to walk?"
"Yeah." Alice smiled and they continued to walk towards the nightclub Ino wanted to go to. And as they turned the corner, they came upon a bridge three times as large as the others as well as a tree as big as three trees across and that just meant that the inside was even larger. And throughout the branches, bright lights of red, yellow, green, purple, blue, and orange, shot out at random intervals.
"What is that light, Ino?'
Ino giggled and they began to walk towards the club, as Sakura, feeling safe enough to not use the safety rope this time around. "Well Alice, the brothers who own this club, they are all able to create a small ball sized fireball, but these fireballs are all different in color for each of them. And as long as there is oxygen around them, they can stay lit after the brothers are done with them.
"So what the brothers did was place a bunch of these fires into random slots and roll them around a large black container near the ceiling with holes in them to cause the light to shine on the dance floor. They call it pyrotechnics."
"Wow…"
"Exactly, so come on. Naruto may even be here already."
Alice grew confused as they walked in, and though amazed by the lights and grinding bodies of the teens and young adults all around them, looked to Ino as they reached a booth and sat down, Alice on the left and Ino on the right.
"But Ino, how did you tell him? I know that you never left the house over the past two days."
"Oh, well I sent a messenger fox."
"What are those?"
"Well, foxes live down on the forest floor as well as wolves, but when the Nara came up here, they took some fox kits up with them and the kits learned to use the forest trees to jump and move around. And so I sent a message with a fox who knew Naruto's scent. He'll be here soon."
"Oh…" Alice blushed and Ino noticed the subtle change in the girl's actions before her. She had described how much Naruto had 'looked' and changed, and Alice admitted that he at least sounded attractive and like a nice guy, but since Ino knew the truth, she had little doubt that 'Alice' and Naruto would get together in maybe a week. After all, Alice acted like Sakura a lot more than she let on.
"Excuse me, milady." A voice spoke up and the girls both turned to see Shikamaru standing there in front of them.
"P-Prince Shikamaru, what an honor to see you again." Ino spoke and Alice smiled at the reaction. Her crush was more than that now, wasn't it?
"Lady Ino, I was wondering if I could have a dance with you."
"Of course you may." Ino spoke and looked to Alice who nodded to her before the two royals moved off to the edge of the dancing crowd, and Sakura watched as Shikamaru slowly twirled Ino around as she laughed, her voice ringing back to Sakura as well as all across the room.
Ino spun and was dipped before she spun straight out to the right, her left hand holding Shikamaru's right hand, before he pulled her and she spun back in, and her right hand found his right, and her left found his left. Ino's hair fell to her right side as she turned her head to look at Shikamaru's face before he leaned down and caressed her lips with his own. Alice watched as Ino mewled into the kiss and the dancing became more sexual in the moment.
Alice sighed at the sight of her former retainer in love. Her crush of two years had truly morphed into that of a love for sure. A waitress came over and handed her a glass of wine, saying a man paid for her and Alice accepted it without a second thought, her eyes staying on Ino as she kissed Lord Nara again, and he blushed happily. Their laughter was intoxicating and Alice was glad that Ino had a good life here.
"Hhheeellooo Beautiful." A drunken voice called out from next to Alice's ear and Alice shivered as a man in his late twenties walked beside the booth before sitting down in front of her. Alice stared at him blankly, her hands surrounding the drink before her. She didn't want company, but it appeared her royal beauty was sending out the other kind of vibe.
"Hello." Alice replied curtly, sipping on the edge of her drink and looking back to the dance floor, hoping to still see Ino, but alas, she and Lord Shikamaru had disappeared to someplace to continue their standing sex ministrations.
"How about you and I go someplace else?" The man called out over the music, and Sakura finally saw the band playing on classical instruments in a non-traditional order. It was nice to hear, but this man was ruining the atmosphere.
"No thank you. I'm here for a friend of mine."
"Oh, I saw your friend clearly enough. If she didn't have that teen ask her to dance every time she came here, then I'd show her what a real man does to a girl that beautiful. But this is the first time I've seen you here."
"I'm a friend from out of the city."
"Oh! An exotic beauty then. Still, my offer still stands as it once did."
"I will pass on that offer." Alice spoke and looked away again, but as her hands drew back, Sakura cringed, as the man's rather burly hand gripped around her wrist harshly. Alice whimpered a bit; this man wasn't getting the hint, and she had enough to deal with, holding her unruly magic back as it was.
"I don't think you get it. You owe me service."
"Service? What for?"
"I paid for your drink, little lady, and you drank it. So you owe me for it."
"I don't owe you anything. The waitress didn't say anything about paying."
"It's implied; especially at a nightclub like this."
"Well, I don't come to nightclubs so back off! And...Let...Go!" Sakura glared as she pulled her arm back, but the man was stronger than her and so it proved fruitless.
"No, I think I'll rip that skirt off your fine creamy legs first, and then I'll-"
The man howled quickly in pain and Alice wondered why and if her magic had caused that until she saw the gloved hand that clamped around his shoulder blade before the hand twisted the man around to face a man with blond hair and dark ocean blue eyes. His tan skin was still the perfect shade it always was, and his mature look made Alice's loins burn with unrequited desire. So…this was what Ino had said happened to every girl when they first met him.
"What is it, Naruto? I'm busy here."
"You're done, Tom. The lady said no. Beat it."
Tom sneered and let Alice's hand go, and she rubbed it tenderly, as it was rubbed raw from the thick grip. Tom sighed as he got up and left. "Maybe next time, little lady." Alice's eyes narrowed at that, but soon he was gone and Alice looked up at the man before her and smiled a bit.
"Thank you, sir."
"Please, everyone calls me Naruto."
"Alice, pleasure to meet you." Alice introduced herself and moved to shake his hand when she cursed as her wrist hurt. Alice held her wrist in her other hand and, without thinking about it first, moved back to her old ways as she let some green magic out of her hand which seeped into her bruise, making what felt like a pain killer to relieve the slight pain.
Alice sighed happily before realizing what she had just done, and opened her eyes to see Naruto's eyes wide and looking at the magic that was now dissolving into the air. "Wow."
"Um, I…uh…you don't mind, do you?"
"No...In fact I love that you can be so honest and open to showing your magic in front of people." Naruto blushed and smiled to which her own smile dampened a bit. Naruto was embarrassed about saying that, probably because Sakura's life had been all about hiding it and not letting it be seen. Naruto had obviously hated that part now that he was exiled and everything.
"Alice?"
"Huh?"
"I asked if I could sit here."
"Oh! Of course." Alice scooted over and Naruto sat across from her making Alice blush at the implication of what she had just done. But Naruto smiled at her, blushing and staring at her eyes and hair and down to her bust as well. He was checking her out and she was happy to let him look. But really, if looks could kill, then she would be dead already.
'So…you are Ino's friend then?"
"Well, her patient actually. She's off dancing with Prince Nara."
"Yeah. They can't be in public like that, so they always come here to meet up, though I believe that it's just to kiss and make out."
"I think they're off doing that now."
"Have you ever…"
"Have I ever what?"
"…Made out?"
"Um…once…a long time ago."
"Oh…"
"You?"
"Yeah, but it feels awkward with most girls. They say I'm thinking of another girl."
"Ino told me your story. It seems like an adventure to be remembered."
"It has been, but it's all temporary."
"I see. Well, then…may I be a terrible substitute for the girl of your heart?" Alice asked flirtatiously smiling at Naruto.
"..."
"Naruto?" Alice's smiled faltered and Naruto readjusted his eyes and grew confused.
"Sorry. It's just…shouldn't you be angry that I'd be thinking about another girl?"
"I suppose I should be, but I'm not. I have nothing to prove, especially if your heart belongs to her."
"I don't usually do this right away Alice; I usually flirt a lot and stuff like that beforehand, but would you like to dance?"
Alice smiled and let her hand reach forward and grab Naruto's to which he stared at her and shivered. Her eyes seemed like they were about to devour him, like dancing with her was as dangerous as being down on the forest floor at night. But he smiled back, because he liked confronting danger. And so together they got up and made their way to the dance floor.
Sooner than either of them realized, they were standing within the pulsating bodies of the mass of people around them. Men banged on drums and the rhythm was hypnotic and subliminal as their eyes roamed the various acts of dancing going on around them. Alice slowly turned to face Naruto and her arms wrapped around his neck, as his own hands wrapped around her slim waist, as they both found their middle bodies extremely perfect and comfortable.

"What is it?" Naruto asked as Alice gently kissed his neck and unbuttoned the first of his shirt, kissing lower and lower as she stripped him down to nothing.
"W-when I'm intimate, my magic isn't stable. I-I don't want to hurt you."
Naruto smiled at Alice, and Sakura saw the kindness in his eyes to be so erotically sweet that her eyes brimmed with tears. Naruto reached over and wiped them away before they could fall and Alice let out a happy sigh.
"You know, after thinking about everything that I myself have been through with magic, I found that it has to deal with your emotions. If you are happy, then your magic is happy."

Her magic flowed softly within her, moving perfectly in sync with her breathing, better than any that she had ever felt before, and so, in perfect harmony with both her lover and her magic, Sakura let her mind wander, and knew that everything would be alright.
