"So what do you guys think I should do?" Danny asked. "About Dark Danny?"

*"What can you do? How can you defeat someone who's you?" Dark Danny replied.*

"Maybe you just need to do something fun to get your mind off of things" Tucker suggested.

"Yeah, tomorrow's Saturday; how about we do every and anything possible to relief some of your stress" Jessica said.

"Heck, I'll do anything if it'll get me to stop worrying about things" Danny agreed.

"Alright, then tomorrow the three of us have the best day possible" Jessica said.

"Sounds like a plan" Danny said.

Jessica looked down at her watch and saw how late it was getting.

"Well I've got to go guys" Jessica said as she departed.

"I've got to go to, my parents are going to be pissed if I'm late getting home" Tucker said as he turned to leave to.

Jessica headed back to the hotel, unaware of one of Vlad's insect spy bots following her.

"Hmm, what's this?" Vlad asked. "It's Danny's new girlfriend. What was her name, Jessica? Such a coincidence that one of my spy bots should stumble upon her"

"Spy bot, follow the girl, don't let her out of your sight" Vlad ordered.

The fly bot obeyed and buzzed behind Jessica, following her back to the hotel. The tiny spy barely managed to make it onto the elevator Jessica got onto before the doors closed. Jessica got off on the 14th floor and the spy continued pursuing her until she got to her room 14-24 and slipped under the door. The spy fly took a position perched on the wall so Vlad could watch like a little fly on the wall (somewhat literally). Vlad was surprised to see a young boy who looked no older than 14 with golden blond hair wearing a pure white Roman tunic and golden sandals waiting for her.

Vlad could tell that he was no ordinary boy. He had a bright aura surrounding him and his skin was a little pale. His eyes were also sparkling blue and very captivating. But despite this, Vlad couldn't tell what exactly was off about this boy.

"Who is this boy? Is he her boyfriend?" Vlad asked, curious. Little did he know he was about to get his answer.

"Hi Gabriel" Jessica greeted.

What surprised Vlad was that her voice suddenly changed and sounded a lot more like Samantha's.

"What happened to her voice? Why does she suddenly sound like Samantha, who is supposed to be dead?" Vlad asked.

*"What are you playing, 20 questions or something?" A voice in his head replied. "Keep watching and you might get your answer"*

"Hello Samantha" Gabriel greeted before Sam shot him a glare that caused him to correct himself. "I'm sorry, I mean Sam, I mean Jessica"

"So she is alive" Vlad thought to himself. "How did she survive?"

*"No, no she couldn't have survived" the voice rationalized. "Something else is going on here"*

"So, how's your mission going?" Gabriel asked.

"It's not going so well, Danny's dark side actually has been anthropomorphized and has its own separate form and can take over Danny whenever he loses control over his emotions" Jessica explained.

"Oh dear" Gabriel exclaimed.

"I don't know what to do" Jessica said. "Why can't you help me figure out what to do?"

"Because I'm taking orders from my superiors" Gabriel explained. "I'm allowed to give you subtle tips and hints, but I cannot directly interfere in this situation"

"His superiors?" Vlad wondered.

"Why wouldn't God allow you to help me if the fate of the world is at stake?" Jessica asked.

"Actually, a lower level angel such as myself rarely directly takes orders from God," Gabriel said. "There's a chain of command and my superiors are the one who gave me my orders. My superiors told me not to interfere because this is your task because you're the closest to Danny and therefore the only one who can stop him from giving into the darkness in him, going crazy and destroying the world."

"Angels, huh? Is this Gabriel boy on drugs? What's this he's blabbering on about about angels, God, hierarchies, and other religious jargon?" Vlad asked irritated, but he continued watching.

Gabriel waved his hand and changed Jessica into her original form. Vlad gasped, seeing everything.

"Even though you've been reincarnated in a different form, Danny still in his heart knows who you are which is why even now, you have the greatest chance of breaking through to him" Gabriel said before changing Sam back to her Jessica form.

"Well, well, well; looks like Ms. Samantha's not so dead after all" Vlad said before he started laughing.

*"Why are you laughing?" The voice asked. "In case you haven't noticed our victim isn't really dead.*

"I'm laughing because it's not everyday that we get a chance to kill the love interest of our rival two times and completely crush him a second time" Vlad laughed.

"I have one question, what will happen after I help Danny get over his guilt and sorrow and prevent him from killing Vlad?" Jessica asked. "Will I just disappear? If so, doesn't that carry the possibility of Danny falling into a depression once again?"

"While doing so does carry that possibility, this experience will help Danny learn to accept loss and the fact that he can't save everybody" Gabriel explained. "I may be forced to give a cover story that a surviving family member in another state has been found and decided to take you in. The primary objective is to prevent Danny from killing Vlad and subsequently slipping off of the deep end and going insane from grief."

"Ha! Daniel kill me?" Vlad questioned. "He doesn't stand a chance, especially now that I have the Crown of Fire and Ring of Rage on my side!"

"I guess I'll have to use my close connection to Danny to my advantage" Jessica said.

"Good luck, as always I'll be keeping an eye on you" Gabriel said before disappearing.

The Next Day

Jessica got up early and hurried over to meet up with Danny. The two waited for Tucker to arrive before going out to have fun. Their first stop was the amusement park. Jessica noticed the amusement park's a huge roller coaster. Strangely, there were only about 10-15 people standing in line for the ride.

"What do you guys say we get on that first, the line's small" Jessica said.

"That's because that's the Spine Twister, one of the craziest roller coasters known to man" Tucker explained.

"Oh how bad can it be?" Jessica asked.

"Standing at approximately 250 feet tall, starting off with fast then slowing down briefly as the track breaks off, flipping down 90 degrees to align with a 125 foot drop. It ascends once again and launches the car into 120 foot vertical loop and ascending to its peak before sending the rider into a 175 ft vertical corkscrew. The cars then twist and spend the next portion of the ride going in reverse before reverting forward for the remaining portion of the ride. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in 5 seconds and has a top acceleration of 115 mph." Danny explained.

"Those that dare ride this devilish ride and manage to come out relatively normal get their picture hung up on the amusement park's wall of fame" Tucker said.

"Not many people have what it takes to ride it with having a mental breakdown, being stricken with post traumatic stress disorder, or losing their sanity or bowel control" Danny said before he and Jessica looked at Tucker.

"Oh, you guys can go straight to hell!" Tucker said. "I'll show you guys, I'm getting on that roller coaster!"

"That leaves just you Danny" Jessica said. "Are you up for it or what?"

"Of course I'm up for it," Danny declared. "Let's go"

The three of them got in line and were seated within five minutes. The trio chose the car at the very front. Tucker took off his glasses and his hat and stuffed them in his pocket so he wouldn't lose it to the coaster's winds and high speeds. They noticed employees walking along and handing riders brown paper bags.

"What are these?" Danny asked as they were handed their bags.

"Barf bags; trust me, you're going to need them" The employee said, with a seemingly look of pity for them.

Tucker gulped.

"Scared?" Danny asked.

"No, I'm just sweating intensely and contemplating my decisions in life with my heart about to explode out of my chest because they just confirmed the release of Half Life 3," Tucker snarked. "Of course I'm scared!"

True to Danny's description, the ride got off to a fast start, speeding forward. It only got crazier from there with the boys screaming their heads off. Jessica meanwhile, seemed to be so caught up with the high speed and sudden twists and turns to scream at all or show any signs of fear. Just as the employee said, the barf bags ended coming in handy. Despite the insanity, the trio came out relatively normal. The only things real differences were that Danny and Jessica's hair ended up all strewn about. The two simply shook their heads to return their hairstyles to normal.

The three of them noticed that most of the other riders didn't make it out so lucky. A few passengers, including grown men, had tears on their face. A couple just stared off into deep space, nearly catatonic. A few others shook and trembled, with friends and family members telling them that it was all over and that everything was alright. The ride's owner walked over to congratulate them for braving the ride.

"Congratulations; for braving the ride and coming out with no physical or mental trauma, you get your pictures put up on the wall of fame" The owner said.

The group took a group photo before heading to other parts of the amusement park.

"So after that nightmare ride, how about we ride something a little more gentle" Tucker suggested.

"Like what?" Danny asked.

"Like… that!" Tucker said pointing to the Tunnel of Love ride.

"You're not serious" Jessica asked.

"I'm completely serious, the Spine Twister got us excited as well as got our adrenaline pumping" Tucker said. "And what better way to come down off that adrenaline rush than by taking a nice peaceful, and above all else safe, ride"

"But you have to have another person with you in order to ride and there are only two seats on the boats" Danny said.

"Your point?" Tucker asked.

"What I'm saying is you don't have a date" Danny explained.

"Pfft, whatever; in case you haven't noticed I'm 5'10 of tall, dark, and handsome and once ladies get a look at this charming devil there's no way they can say no" Tucker said before walking over to try and get a date. "Now watch the Tuck do his thing"

"The Tuck?" Jessica asked.

"When he wants to, he can have a pretty big ego" Danny explained to her.

Danny and Jessica watched as Tucker tried (and failed) to get a date. The ladies' reactions ranged from a simple and polite 'no thank you', to ignoring him, to slapping him across the face, and in one case a woman called her (huge and very muscular) boyfriend over. Tucker ended up running for his life while Jessica wondered whether they should step in.

"Should we maybe step in and help him?" Jessica asked while stepping onto the boat.

"He gets in situations like this all the time, he'll be fine" Danny assured her.

"Ah, you two make such a cute couple" the young lady manning the ride told them.

"She's not my girlfriend!" Danny said at the same time Jessica said "He's not my boyfriend!"

"Aw, so adorable" The lady said as the boat went down the tunnel of love.

The two inadvertently got really close to each other to the point they were almost snuggling. Out of the corner of her eye, Jessica could've swore she saw Gabriel peeking over the giant heart on the side of them. When she turned to get a better look, she saw no one there. When the two came out of the Tunnel of Love they started looking for Tucker. They found him, holding a huge teddy bear.

"Wow, how did you get that?" Danny asked.

"Muffin Button" Tucker explained.

"What?" Danny asked.

"There's a game called Muffin Button where if you can hit the red button with a plush muffin, you get a prize" Tucker explained. "And a real blueberry muffin"

"And what do plan on doing with that giant teddy bear?" Jessica asked him.

"I'm going to give it to Valerie and ask her out on a date" Tucker said.

"I hope you have better luck with her than you did that one woman" Jessica said.

"Speaking of which" Tucker started to say before the muscular man from earlier yelled out "Hey, you!" and started to give chase.

"Let's get out of here!" Tucker said, grabbing Danny and Jessica by their wrists and running out of the theme park as fast as he could.

The gang's next stop was a video game arcade. Upon stepping inside, the three noticed it had Neo-Tokyo design elements incorporated into it.

"Do you think they'll have DDR?" Jessica joked.

"Jessica, it's 50% Japanese" Danny said. "Of course they will"

Sure enough, one of the first games they came across was indeed Dance Dance Revolution.

"What do you say we play a round?" Jessica asked.

"What?" The boys asked simultaneously.

"Dancing's not really my forte" Danny said.

"And I have 2 left feet" Tucker said.

"I'll give you $20 each if you can beat me" Jessica said.

"You're on!" The boys declared, once again at the same time.

"Don't waste your time" a customer said before pointing to two people, a man with dreadlocked brown hair and a woman with gold blond hair tied in a ponytail playing the game. "Those two are Chris and Natasha, the Amity Park DDR champions. They refuse to let anyone else play unless that person can beat them in a game,"

"They can't do that, this arcade is for everybody" Jessica said.

"If you want to play, you're going to have to beat one of them" the customer said.

"Well I'm not going to stand by and let them do whatever they want" Jessica said, walking over to challenge them.

"Hey, you two" Jessica said, tapping them on the shoulder.

"Go away, can't you see we're busy?" Natasha replied.

"Well my friends and I want to play" Jessica said.

"Well that's tough luck unless you can beat one of us" Chris replied.

"Then in that case, I challenge you to a game" Jessica said.

"Ha! You don't stand a ghost of a chance" Chris said arrogantly.

"Then why don't you put your money where your mouth is" Jessica challenged.

"Don't do it; several people who've gone up against those two have ended up in a hospital" the boy told her.

"I don't care, I'm not going to let these two jerks push everyone around" Jessica said.

"You're on, foolish young girl, but don't say we didn't warn you" Natasha threatened before she and Chris played rock, paper, scissors to decide who would go up against Jessica.

"Jessica, let's not do this; there are plenty of other games we can play" Danny tried to convince her.

"This isn't about the game," Jessica said, refusing to back down. "this is about standing up to bullies who think that just because they're good at something that they're better than everyone and that they can do anything they want. You should know something about that"

Chris won the rock, paper, scissors and faced Jessica in the dance off. The song they danced to was the J-Pop song "Get a Dream" by Rika Matsumoto. The contest got off to an intense start.

"Haha, this girl doesn't stand a chance" Chris thought to himself before looking over and gasping in surprise.

Contrary to what he expected, Jessica was holding her own against him. She didn't miss single beat and kept up with the high speed tempo. Both players were scoring good, great, and perfect for almost every note, rarely ever getting a miss. Chris didn't let that distract him though, keeping track with his own score. Then, he accidentally made a misstep, giving Jessica a small lead.

Chris started dancing more frantically, desperately trying to make up for his error. He looked back over at Jessica and saw that she was doing flawless. He panicked a bit, but quickly assured himself he would walk away with the victory.

"Come on, Chris!" Natasha yelled. "Don't let this girl beat you!"

"She's not going to win!" Chris yelled back. "I'm just going easy on her!"

"Well quit fooling around!" Natasha yelled.

The competition continued with the dance off being evenly matched between the two competitors. Chris, although he still had that cocky air to him, was starting to get a little more nervous about not having a clear and huge advantage. The song was almost over and he still didn't have a score that would assure him the victory. Most of his opponents couldn't even keep up with him or Natasha, but this girl was different. She was easily managing to keep on par with his movements. Chris' distracted mind caused him to miss two notes. Chris wasn't afraid to play a little dirty and decided the best thing to do was to cheat. He stuck his leg out to leg sweep Jessica.

Jessica did indeed fall to the ground but much to his surprise, she was back on her feet and dancing within a second, all without missing a beat.

"Hey! He can't do that; that's cheating!" Danny yelled as he and Tucker ran to confront the co-champion for attacking Jessica, only for Natasha to stand in their way.

"This doesn't concern you" Natasha growled.

Chris decided to try and leg sweep Jessica again. This time though, Jessica saw it coming and jumped over his leg. Chris was getting angrier at the fact that Jessica was beating him. He leaned over and shoved Jessica aside, almost knocking her off the dance pad and causing her to miss a note.

Jessica started to get a string of "Marvelous" beating out Chris' "Perfect". Chris decided to quit being subtle and take her out. He swung his fist backwards, trying to knock Jessica out. Jessica however, ducked and the Chris' momentum caused him to spin around, making him miss three notes.

"Oh come on, he's blatantly cheating!" Tucker cried. "What kind of man hits a girl?"

"Do whatever it takes to win" Natasha said. "To lose is the equivalent of death"

"All this does is show your true cowardly colors" Danny replied.

Jessica was also getting tired of the Dance Champ's cheating tactics and knew just how to teach him a lesson. Chris, getting more and more furious just decided to try and punch Jessica in the face. Jessica side stepped the punch and the strength behind Chris' punch caused him to stumble. Chris fell off the platform onto the floor as the song came to an end, giving Jessica the win. Chris tried to soften the fall with his arm but still collided face first with the floor as a loud snap and crack was heard.

"Never send a man to do a woman's job" Natasha said before noticing Chris was hurt and screaming in pain.

Chris' arm was bent in a sickening unnatural angle. The crowd winced at the grotesque injury, but felt no sympathy for Chris. He had got what he deserved. Natasha, helped her partner and left to take him to the hospital while the crowd gave Jessica a round of applause.

"This isn't over" Natasha vowed as they walked out the door.

"Thanks for teaching those jerks a lesson" one boy said to Jessica.

"It was nothing" Jessica said. "Someone had to stand up to those bullies"

"Hey, now that they're gone we can play with the dance machine" one girl noted.

"Ooh, I want to play!" Yelled out a gamer as a crowd mobbed around the DDR machine.

"Looks like we're not going to be able to have our dance contest" Jessica noted.

"Are you alright?" Danny asked.

"I'm fine" Jessica said. "So what do you guys want to play now?"

"How about laser tag?" Tucker suggested.

"Sounds good to me" Danny agreed.

"Laser tag it is then" Jessica said as the three of them headed for the laser tag arena.

The rules were simple. Three on three teams. Players have to navigate through the maze in order find their enemy. If a the sensors on the player's vest in the front or back were shot, that player was eliminated. The first team that eliminated all their opponents were the winners. The holsters for the laser guns sometimes feature special abilities such as deploying mist to distract the enemy.

Danny, Jessica, and Tucker decided to play on the same team. They chose Team Phantom as their team name and their color was green. They were going up against a team of boys known as Team Griffith whose color was platinum. When the game started, the three friends huddled together to come up with a plan.

"So, what are we going to do?" Jessica asked.

"Well one of us could provide a distraction while the other two flank the enemies" Danny whispered.

"Who's going to act as the distraction?" Jessica asked.

"I'll do it, I'm good at diverting attention away from others" Tucker said, volunteering himself as he climbed atop the maze. He could see a player plotting something to the far left and went in that direction. "Here I go!"

Running atop the walls of the maze, Tucker ended up right above the opponent. The opponent was so busy plotting a surprise attack that he didn't even hear Tucker coming. The Griffith had his back turned and thus didn't see Tucker.

"Found the first one!" Tucker yelled, loud enough for the Griffith's teammates to hear him.

"What?!" The gamer exclaimed. "My surprise attack has been ruined by his surprise attack!"

Tucker shot the player right in the chest, eliminating him from the game. The other Griffiths heard the commotion, but since they couldn't see Tucker, they followed his voice, unknowingly walking away from Danny and Jessica.

"Come and get me, dirt bags!" Tucker yelled.

The two Griffiths opened fire, but Tucker was more quick and nimble than they anticipated and easily dodged their shots. Tucker ran across the maze, enticing the Griffith to chase after him.

"I'll go after him, you look for his teammates" The Griffith leader instructed, chasing after Tucker.

"You got it" The other Griffith said.

That Griffith traversed the maze until he came across Jessica. She didn't appear to have a weapon and had her hands up in surrender.

"A girl, seriously?!" The gamer asked, arrogantly. "I could easily eliminate you, but that wouldn't be any fun. What do you say, after this is over, you and I go out on a date?"

Jessica smirked at the gamer's pride and pressed a button on her holster, which was behind her back. Jessica's gun shot straight into the air, taking the Griffith's eyes off her and onto the gun. The gun landed firmly in Jessica's hands and Jessica quickly shot and eliminated the Griffith before he had time to react.

"Not such an easy kill now, am I?" Jessica said, leaving the gamer humiliated at having been eliminated by a girl.

Tucker lead the Griffith leader on a wild goose chase before finally dropping down in front of a dead end.

"Now I've got you cornered" the Griffith leader gloated.

"Are you sure about that?" Tucker asked, pointing past the leader and to Danny and Jessica.

The leader turned around and saw himself surrounded.

"Well, I'm quite boned aren't I?" He asked.

"Right in the down under" Danny replied before all three of them opened fire on the Griffith, eliminating him and giving Team Phantom the clean sweep victory.

The three exchanged high fives and went to play other games. By the end of the day, they had won plenty of prizes. Tucker headed home and left Danny and Jessica alone.

"So how'd you enjoy today?" Jessica asked him.

"I haven't had that much fun in a while" Danny said. "In fact I think that's the first time I've actually smiled in a long time"

"Glad to hear it," Jessica said.

"And I haven't heard a single peep out of Dark Danny all day" Danny told her.

"See? I told you you just needed to get your mind off things" Jessica said.

"I know, it's just that for these past few months, no matter what or how hard I tried, I couldn't shake the feelings of guilt" Danny admitted. "I still feel like it's my fault Sam's dead. She died helping me"

Jessica slapped him.

"I'm sick and tired of seeing you blame yourself" Jessica said. "Sam knew what she was getting into and she probably died happy knowing that you were safe. How do I know? Because from what I've heard she stuck by your side, despite the fact that you spit in the face of life and death and would scare off anyone else. Despite the fact that everyday she faced the risk of being killed, she stood by you. She never gave up on Or abandoned you because she loved you"

"I know," Danny said. "And that's part of the reason I feel so guilty. Because I loved her back and now she's not here"

"You're wrong, she is here, she might be standing right next to you" Jessica said. "You might not be able to see or hear her, but if you listen and focus hard enough, you can feel her presence"

"You know, I'm starting to think you're my guardian angel sent to keep me sane" Danny joked, chuckling while Jessica laughed nervously, wondering if he had figured it out."

The two couldn't help themselves and starting kissing each other. Each of them thought it was wrong, but couldn't contain their emotions. For Danny, he was ashamed in himself for missing another girl so soon after Sam's death and for Jessica, she didn't want to risk having Danny fall in love with her only to have to lose her a second time which would surely break his heart. When the two finished kissing each other, they looked at each other awkwardly with an eerie silence in between them.

"I'm so sorry!" They each blurted out after a minute of silence. "I don't know what came over me!"

"I should be apologizing," Jessica said. "You're still grieving and I had no right to kiss you"

"It wasn't like that, I kissed you" Danny said. "I shouldn't have after how big of a help you've been"

"It's just that it was-" Danny started.

"Spur of the moment?" Jessica finished.

"Yeah" Danny said.

The awkwardness faded after a few minutes and the two started blushing.

"Well, I've got to go" Jessica said, cheeks red, walking away.

"Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow" Danny said.

"You unfaithful, no good, scum bag!" Dark Danny yelled at him. "How could you betray Sam like that?!"

"Look, it was an impulse and I didn't know what I was doing" Danny argued.

"I'm not really that mad, I still feel like there's some type of connection between Sam and Jessica" Dark Danny said. "I just can't put my finger on it"

"Maybe she really is our guardian angel" Danny said.

"Must be considering the fact that she's stopped you from contemplating suicide" Dark Danny noted.

"I never-" Danny retorted.

"Mind link" Dark Danny reminded him in a sing song voice. "I've heard some of your thoughts about committing suicide"

"Whatever" Danny scoffed.

It was getting dark and Jessica was rushing to get back to the hotel. The streets were strangely abandoned and the only light was provided by street lamps. She was having a hard time, holding the bags carrying her prizes.

"Need a hand?" She heard a voice.

"Yeah, thanks Gabriel" Jessica said, handing him a few of the bags.

"So I take it you had an interesting day?" Gabriel asked.

"Amazing" Jessica replied.

"I saw you and Danny in the Tunnel of Love" Gabriel said. "It's so cute to see the love birds together"

"So you were spying on me!" Jessica accused. "And that was you I saw behind that heart?"

"I was only taking a peek" Gabriel replied.

"Well things got a little bit more lovey dovey" Jessica explained as the two walked.

"What do you mean?" Gabriel asked.

"Well Danny and I kind of kissed" Jessica explained.

"Aw" Gabriel said. "Wait, Sam; you're not supposed to let Danny grow too attached"

"I know, I know; but we couldn't help ourselves" Jessica said.

"Well at least you two didn't "bow chicka wow wow"" Gabriel said.

"What?!" Jessica asked, shocked that an angel would make such remarks.

"What? Just because I'm an angel doesn't mean I'm completely innocent" Gabriel said. "Besides I'm over 2000 years old and have walked this world several times, you'd have to be deaf and blind to not know what sex is during all that time."

"Well, well, well; look what we have here" they heard a voice.

Gabriel and Jessica gasped and looked up to see Vlad's bright glowing red eyes. His teeth and fangs glistened in the moon light as he smiled a deranged grin.

"What are you doing here?" Jessica asked.

"And frankly, how long have you been standing there?" Gabriel asked. "Did you just wait there for hours, just hoping that we would walk by?"

"Well Ms. Storm, or should I say Ms. Manson" Vlad said, ignoring Gabriel and watching Jessica's eyes grow wide upon realizing he knew her true identity. "I was just out on my nightly stroll when I came across you and decided to drop in"

"Listen Mr. Masters, or should I say Plasmius" Gabriel said. "You've done a lot of despicable things, but it's not too late for redemption. So how about you go on your way and leave us alone?"

"And you're Gabriel, right?" Vlad asked. "Listen, I don't know what type of drugs you're on to make you think you're an angel, although that is an adorable little halo you're wearing, but I advise you to step aside and mind your own business"

"Trust Me, you have no idea who you're messing with" Gabriel warned, the golden glow emanating even brighter around him.

"Neither do you" Plasmius said, pulling out the Ring of Rage and the Crown of Fire.

"How did you get those?" Jessica asked.

"When you're a ghost of my caliber, everyone is nothing more than a victim, you should know as much" Plasmius stated arrogantly. "However, I don't need to waste energy on beings such as yourself, not to mention I don't want to risk killing you… yet"

Plasmius blasted Gabriel with a powerful ectoblast, propelling the angel into a dumpster. He wasn't expecting Gabriel to merely get back up and shake off the attack as if it were nothing more than a gentle summer breeze.

"How did you withstand that?" Plasmius asked.

"Hello, I'm an angel" Gabriel said. "Did the white tunic, bright aura, and halo not tip you off?"

Gabriel grabbed his halo and tossed it at Plasmius like a frisbee. The halo split into five, and Plasmius just barely managed to avoid being chopped into pieces. Vlad felt a sharp, burning pain as one of the halos sliced his arm. He looked down and saw blood running down his arm.

"I'm impressed, how did you do that?" Vlad asked.

"What, you think the halo is just for show and to symbolize our innocence?" Gabriel replied. "There's a reason we carry these things, they make effective weapons"

"I'll teach you, you impudent child!" Vlad snarled, shooting electricity at Gabriel.

Gabriel shook off that attack as well and shot Vlad with a beam of white light. Vlad fell to the ground, temporarily knocked out from the attack.

"Come on, let's go!" Gabriel said, grabbing Jessica by her wrist. "That won't keep him down for long."

Vlad got up soon afterwards, pure anger in his eyes. He shook his head straight before going after the two.
