Hi. This is my first fanfic, my first non-school-forced (?) story, and my first time being bothered to do it. This is a little something I wrote while on a 10 hour journey, which SUCK. This may not be completely accurate, factual or even good, but hey, I tried. That's more than what most people who read this do. It is a Mianite fanfic, not really based anywhere. It's like on of the books in the Urululululululu library, something about the Gods, or whatever they are. Confused? Read on
The Gods Above
There are gods among us. They visit us, they speak to us, the even help us. Yet the can't control the world. Not all of it, anyway. The dimensions. That's what they control. Little segments of a place in a whole universe. Little segments of a place. Countless other galaxies, they mus watch over. Or, perhaps, with each new galaxy, comes a new god. These beings of immense power, experience times when they are powerless. These beings of incredible knowledge, experience times when they are at a loss. These beings capable of great things, experience times when they can only watch, watch as things go in a way the didn't plan nor want. In a way, these beings are incredibly similar too humans. More powerful, more wise and more experienced, yes, but humans all the same. The three predominant gods were once humans who ascended to godhood. But would this make these human-born, human-raised, godly-beings be the true definition of a God? If they can ascend to godhood, shouldn't the rest of the human race be capable of the same? So, if these humans were to become gods, what would happen to the Earth, the Moon, the Sun… and the galaxy… So if these beings are humans at heart, wouldn't this make them demigods, and their offspring's quartergods? Or would it be something far more deep, something far more complicated? And if these beings aren't true gods, then what are?
