"We have received your demands and are willing to negotiate terms." Captain Sawyer says with a megaphone in her hands as she tells the man in the school bus filled with kids. "Just let the children go." She says to him.
"I don't know, kids, what you think? I kind of like it in here. Smells like hot dogs." the man in a weird mechanical suit and a big gun says mostly to himself who were all scared except for one.
"Tommy don't be dumb." a little girl whispers to a little boy next to her.
"Somebody's gotta do something right?" Tommy whispers back.
"Yeah like a grown-up."
"I got this." Tommy says as he takes off his shirt revealing his superman shirt underneath. He walks up to the man and taps him on his back. "Excuse me." he says to him. "You're a mean man and you need to let us go. Now."
"What are you gonna do, kid, zap me with your heat vision?" he says as he points his gun at his face.
"Yup." Tommy says to him and closes his eyes thinking really hard.
The man laughs. "Ok kid, enough it's just weird now." he says to him as he pulls the gun away. "What the-?" he says as all of sudden his gun gets hot.
"YAY! SEE!" Tommy yells out pumping his fists.
The man drops it. "AH! Son of a bit-!"
An arm goes through the roof of the bus and grabs the man. "I think these kids have gone through enough today, I think you might even have to pay for their therapy bills."
"ohmygod!"
"…can't believe it…"
"Superboy!"
Superboy smiles a little then looks at the bus at the kids look at him through the open windows. "Kids, this man is crazy, no more crazy than you, you little brat." he says to them. "Guns are not toys."
"Yes sir, Superboy, sir!" Tommy says to him.
"Just Superboy, no sir." Superboy says to him.
"Right! Superboy!" Tommy salutes and looks at Superboy. "cool." He whispers.
"He's so pretty." The little girl says blushing.
"Now as for you-" Superboy says to the man, he teleports out from Superboy's grip. "Interesting, teleported vest?" he asks himself as he looks around.
"Where'd he go?" Captain Sawyer asks as she looks around.
"There." A police officer yells out as they all turn he was in the middle of them, they surround him.
"Don't move or we'll shoot!" another officer yells out, the teleporter moves to his gun in his waist, they all start to shoot he teleports out.
"Oh no-"
"Look OUT!"
The bullets went straight for the police officers as they had circled him, Superboy teleports in front grabbing all of the bullets at super speed.
"Superboy?" Captain Sawyer says as she sees him, Superboy turns to her. "What just happened?" she asks him a little confused.
Superboy smiles as he holds the ball of metal in his hand. "I just saved all of you a bunch of paperwork." He says to her as he drops it on the ground making a small dent. "Take care of the little brats, I got the teleporter." He says to her as the man teleports on the roof of a building. "Stop." He says as he stands behind him.
"What's to stop me from warping back onto that bus and dropping those kids from the sky one by one?" the man asks him.
Superboy raises an eyebrow. "Me."
The man scoffs and tries to teleport out by pressing the button on his belt, Superboy glares at him as he uses his telekinesis to keep him still. "What the hell? Are you-? How?" he looks at Superboy who looked pissed. "Wait, I didn't hurt them, I just wanted the money that's all." The man says to him scared then smiles. "Superman doesn't hurt people." He says feeling a little confident.
Superboy walks over to him and grabs him by the neck. "Do I look like fucking Superman to you?"
The man was scared again.
"Superboy put him down." Superman says from behind him flying in midair.
"I'm not finished." He growls.
"Yes you are." Superman says to him strictly.
Superboy disassembles the vest and gives him a small nudge, he falls off the ledge. Superman glares at him. "He slipped." He shrugs.
Superman flies down and catches him before the man hit the ground.
Superboy looks down as Superman puts the man down shaking. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry."
"It's ok, I got you." Superman says to him, the police coming over to take him off.
"Superboy?"
Superboy turns to see Lois Lane. "Sup Lane?"
"Interesting technology, right?"
"Yeah I guess."
"Do you know who made it?" she asks him.
"Not sure, hold on." Superboy says to her then looks down at the pieces of the technology and uses his microscope vision to see a logo, he finds one and kneels down grabbing a small piece of it, he give it to her.
Lois takes it and examines the small piece the size of her nail. "LexCorp." She says she looks over at Superboy who was leaning on the edge of the building eyes closed taking in the sun. "Are you alright?" she asks him. Superboy opens his eyes and looks at her. She suddenly saw red all around his blue iris she blink it was gone.
"I'm fine." Superboy says to her with a smile.
"Thanks for saving us the other day, I was at the Daily Planet when Toyman attacked."
"Yeah I know." Superboy says to her. "Did you talk to him? Toyman I mean, it was hilarious, he was freaking out, sucking his thumb like a baby." he says smiling.
"Don't you think you went a little overboard?"
Superboy pretends to think. "Nah." he says to her. "Superman is sometimes too soft to handle things. So what if I handle things a little too rough? If it makes the bad guys think twice my job's done."
"I saw your interview."
"Yeah?"
"Yes, you talked a lot."
"I know, I was a little nervous."
"First time, it's always the hardest."
"And the funnest."
"Kon-El." Superman calls out as he flies behind him.
"Hey Kal, I was just talking to-"
"Let's go."
"You're mad. Shocking."
"Kon, you were out of line-"
"Look I can't stand one of your lectures right now." Superboy says to him and turns to Lois. "I'll leave you with the sourpuss." He says to her and flies out the other way.
"He's gotten better with his communication skills." Lois says to him.
Superman smiles at her. "Yeah."
"Give him a break, it can't be easy trying to live up to you."
"Me?" Superman asks her, she nods. "Right."
Happy Harbor High School…Lunch
Karen, Mal, Conner, Megan, Zatanna, Mike and Sam were eating, talking about random things. Conner was reading a book.
"This is interesting." Conner says.
"What is?" Megan asks.
"You know who Cerberus is right?"
"Three-headed dog that guards the gates to Greek hell. Sure." Zatanna says, they turn to her. "I know stuff."
"Well, according to this, the name comes from the Greek word Kerberos." Conner says to them.
"Ok, so?" Mike says to him.
"So it means spot."
"Again, so?" Sam asks him.
"So it means that Hades named his big guard dog Spot."
Zatanna giggles. "That's funny."
"You guys are best friends aren't you?" Karen asks them.
"Yeah." Zatanna says smiling.
"Kinda." Conner says reading.
"Kinda?" Zatanna says angry.
"Most definitely." Conner says looking up at her smiling.
"Guess what happen." Zatanna says to him.
"What happen?" Conner asks going back to his book.
"Dick's mad at me for being best friends with you."
"Does he think we're flirting again? Cause he seemed ok when I told me we kissed."
"You told him we kissed!"
"You guys kissed?" Mike asks looking at them as soon as he hears it.
"I told you I did." Conner says looking up at her, ignoring Mike.
"No!"
"Oh…" he pauses. "I told Dick we kissed."
"Conner!"
"He seemed ok with it."
"Conner, he's not ok with it."
"But it was just a kiss, it didn't mean anything."
"I know that and you know but Dick doesn't know that."
"But I told him, it didn't mean anything."
Zatanna sighs. "It's not that simple Conner."
"It's not?"
"No." Zatanna says shaking her head a little. "Now I'm going to have to apologize to him for you sleeping with us."
Now, everyone turns to look at her and Conner.
"He had a nightmare." Zatanna says to them as they look at her. "Tell them you had a nightmare."
"I had a nightmare." Conner says turning back to his book.
"Do you guys live together?" Mike asks them.
The bell rings.
"Walk me to class." Zatanna tells Conner as then gets up taking his book with him.
"We weren't done talking." Mike says to them as they walk off.
"I didn't know Dick was mad about me sleeping with him and you. Does this mean I can't sleep with you anymore or only when Dick's around."
"Only when Dick's around."
"Are you sure? I don't want-"
"Conner it's fine, really. Dick's just being paranoid."
"Ok. Good, because I like sleeping with you."
"You do?"
"Yeah, you're very cuddly."
"You're very hot."
"Is that good or bad?" Conner asks her.
"Good, I don't need the blanket." Zatanna says with a shrug.

Kon walks over to the fridge and pulls out the milk and shakes it realize that there wasn't any left, he looks over at Wally who was eating oreo cookies with milk.
"Ok, why do you put the carton back if there isn't any more milk left?" Kon asks him annoyed.
"Yeah there is." Wally says as he dips his oreo in his glass milk. Kon grabs a glass from the counter and pours the rest of the milk, it wasn't even an inch of milk. Kon looks at him. "See, milk." Wally points out.
"Ok, you don't even live here, you shouldn't even be allowed to eat our food, don't you have a home."
"Yeah, but this is better." Wally says as he eats the oreo.
"You have a mom and dad who feed you. Go away."
"Geez man it's just milk. Why are you so grouchy?" Wally asks him.
"I am not grouchy!" Kon yells out and walks off.
"Ok what's wrong with him?" Dick asks as Kon walks off.
"Good question." Kaldur says a little confused.
"He snapped at me too." Zatanna says to them.
"What did you say to him?" Artemis asks.
"Nothing that Roy doesn't already say."
"Hey, I do that because I care." Roy says defending himself.
"You have a really funny way of showing it." Artemis says to him.
"Alright we are not talking about me, we are talking about Kon and his PMS." Roy says to them. Artemis, Zatanna look at him. "Attitude, I meant attitude." He says to them.
"Good boy." Artemis says to him with a smirk.
"Oh god, he's not on Red Kryptonite again is he? That was a disaster." Dick says to them, Zatanna looks at him annoyed.
"No I don't think so, remember what Superman said." Kaldur says to them. "That he's has some kind of immunity to it."
"True." Zatanna says with a smile.
"Maybe he's just in a bad mood." Megan says to them.
"Should we tell Superman?" Roy asks them.
"After what happen last time he was in a bad mood, I'd say yes." Artemis says to him.
"He'll think we're overacting." Zatanna says to them.
"Maybe or maybe he'll think there is something wrong with him." Wally says to them.
"We should just ask if he's been acting different with him, then we'll tell him." Dick says trying to make a compromise.
"And by we, we mean you Kaldur." Roy says to him.
"Yeah, you being team leader and everything." Artemis says to him.
"Wait a minute." Kaldur says to them.
"Good Luck." Zatanna says as she walks off.
"Yeah, tell us what he says." Roy says to him following Dick.
"But-" Kaldur says stunned.
"Make sure to tell him about our Red kryptonite idea." Dick says to him.
"Go talk to him now so you won't forget." Megan says to him and walks off with the rest of the team.
Wally comes back and grabs the rest of the oreo. "Bye." He says to him and runs off.
"I quit." Kaldur mumbles to himself.

"Hey Kon, check it out it's the Superman parade." Megan says to him as she points to the TV.
"Parade?" he says as he looks at the TV.
There where people on a float dressed up as Superman in different types of costumes, then in another float there where girls in Superman costumes and in another float there were kids also dressed in Superman costumes. There where giant Superman balloons in the sky. There was a marching band up in the front, there where people in the sidewalks cheer them on, with a Superman logo on the balloons.
"Pretty cool huh?" Megan asks him.
"Yeah." Kon says to her as he watches the tv. All of sudden a giant T-rex dinosaur comes out and starts causing havoc. "Hey check it out a dinosaur, that just got a whole lot of more fun." He says smiling.
"Kon, I don't think that's part of the parade." Megan says to him.
"You think?" he asks her a little naïve.
"Look." She says.
The T-rex was destroying everything, the balloons flew away, the floats got broken, the people ran away.
"Cool." Kon says and teleports out and appears on tv.
"Oh Kon." Megan says as she shakes her head.
"Megan, is Kon around I wanted to talk to him about-"
"He's on Tv." Megan interrupts him pointing to the television screen.
"Oh Kon."
…Metropolis
Superboy takes the T-rex head on, it opens his mouth Superboy tries to stop himself put gets eaten. Superboy opens its mouth, Superman comes flying in.
"Hey Kal, how's it going?" Superboy asks him casually as his hands on the T-rex's teeth and his feet on the tongue.
"Fine, and how are you today?"
"Oh you know, same old same old." Superboy says to him and loses his grip, the T-rex closes his mouth, Superboy yells out. Superman chuckles a little. Superboy teleports out into the road and pants a little. "I was almost eaten." He says a little panic he turns around to the T-rex. "I am not food!" he yells out to it and stomps.
"You ok?!" Superman yells out to him as he flies in midair dodging the T-rex's tail.
"That thing is going to be extinct. Again!" Superboy yells out the T-rex steps on him.
"ow." Superboy mumbles then realizes something, he puts his hands on its feet and disassembles it, it falls down in pieces the head comes rolling off. Superboy stayed down blinking confused. "It was a robot." He points out the obvious.
Superman flew off to catch the head of the mechanical T-rex, which almost hit an old woman. After it was all over Superman and Superboy flew off to a building, Superman looked down at Superboy as he started to lecture him, the mechanical head besides him.
"You let it just go rolling away?" Superman asks him a little angry.
"Cut me some slack! I can't be everywhere!" Superboy yells back at him.
"But it was about to run over that old woman." Superman says to him.
"Yeah well, it didn't, ok? You got there in the nick'a time, just like you always do." Superboy shrugs.
"Fine, I don't want to fight."
"Cool, wanna go get a pizza or something?"
"I want to talk to you about something."
"Yeah?" Superboy asks him. "What's up?"
"Come on." Superman says to him and flies off.
"Wait." Superboy says to him and hugs the mechanical T-rex head. "Can I keep it?" he asks innocently with a smile.
"No." Superman snaps at him.
Superboy pouts. "fine." He mumbles then looks at the head. "Don't worry, I'm taking you home." He whispers and follows Superman. "I have to change my shirt first."
…Bibbo's Dine
"A cheese burger with everything, no pickles and extra fries." Conner says to the waitress, his shirt now gray shirt with blue and white letters 'If you met my family you would understand.'
"Just coffee thanks." Clark says to her as he and Conner both sit on a booth, Conner on one side, Clark on the other.
"Ok, coming right up."
"Milkshake." Conner says to her.
"Chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry?" she asks him.
"Surprise me." Conner says to her with a smile.
She smiles back at him. "Ok." She walks off.
"I thought you didn't eat." Clark says to him.
"Just because I don't need food, doesn't mean I don't like it."
"True. I went through that phase too, my parents got a little worried."
"Oh yeah? Cool. So what did you want to talk about?" Conner asks him trying to avoid the subject of Clark's parents.
"You've been a little-you have been-well…"
"Good talk." Conner says sarcastically with a smile.
"Conner."
"It's because I've been a jerk right?" Conner asks him, Clark looks at him.
"Well I wouldn't put it like that."
"How would you put it?" Conner asks him.
"You have been a little erratic."
"Erratic?"
"Yeah it means-"
"I know what it means Kal but you're making me sound crazy. I'm just going through something."
"What's that?"
"You'd like to know that wouldn't ya?" Conner teases, Clark looks at him a little annoyed. "Come on Kal, my best friends are leaving in a couple of months for college, also I've been feeling a little guilty about something that I know you and everyone won't approve. You know just regular teenage crap." He says to him, the waitress comes up with their food. "Yes! I love you!" he says to her as she puts down the burger, fries, strawberry milkshake and Clark's coffee.
"Anything else?" She asks them.
"No thank you." Clark says to her.
"Maybe later." Conner says as her as he drinks the strawberry milkshake.
"Ok. Enjoy." She says to them and walks off.
"Anyway…" Clark starts and sees Conner as he pours the ketchup on the fries then pepper and salt. "What did you just do?"
"Salt and pepper dip. Only way to eat a fry." Conner says to him.
"Right well, what have you been doing that you've been feeling guilty?"
"Um well, you know how I told you Coach Kipling up'd our swimming practice."
"Yeah, your friends are trying to kill themselves." Clark says as he looks at Conner eating. "May I have one?"
"Sure." Conner says pushing the plate filled with a pile of fries. "Well the practice is on Saturday."
"Didn't you go to a mission on Saturday something to do with protecting somebody that Batman didn't want me to know?"
"Yeah."
Clark looks at him as Conner looked extremely guilty. "You astral projected?" he whispers angrily, Conner hesitantly nods. "Oh my god, Conner what if something bad happed."
"I know, I've been feeling really guilty about the whole thing so just back off." Conner says annoyed.
"Just be careful, if you use your powers to much you'll start to rely on them too much and if something should happen to you…" Clark starts then pauses. "Just be careful."
"Fine, I'll be careful."
"How did I know I'd find you here?" Lois Lane says as she walks up to them. "Oh fry." She says as she goes to grab one, Conner pulls the plate away and looks at her waiting for her to say something. "May I have one?" she asks him politely.
"Sure." Conner says as he gives her the plate.
Lois sits down. "So what are you guys doing?"
"Talking." Clark says as he moves over as Lois sits down with them.
"About what?" Lois asks.
"Clark's disappointment with me."
"Again?"
"I agree, you'd think he'd get tired of it."
"Not yet." Clark says with a smile.
"Do you want something to eat? It's on Clark."
"Yes I do. oh waitress!" Lois yells out waving at her.
"Thank you." Clark says to him.
"You're welcome." Conner says back.

"So are you living here now?" Lois asks Conner as they walk back to the Daily Planet.
"Nah, just visiting." Conner says to her. "I'm pretty sure if we'd live together we'd kill each other before the end of the day."
"I'm sure you're just exaggerating." Lois says to him.
"No he's not." Clark says to her.
"Sadly but true." Conner says and stops in front of the building. "You guys going in?"
"Yeah." Lois says to him as she starts walking in the doors she stops and looks at Clark.
"I'll be right there." Clark says to her.
"Tell me again why you're not dating her?"
"None of your business." Clark says to him. "So try to be a little nicer to the Team, they're worried about you."
"Nice, subject change-wait they talked to you?"
"They're worried about you." Clark says again.
"So they go to you before coming to me? I thought you were worried, I didn't-"
"I am worried."
"No, the Team is worried, you don't care." Conner says to him as if just realizing it.
"Kon-"
Conner then smiles. "But I guess I should have known that." He says and walks off in the crowd of people.

Clark was typing as fast as he could without trying to break the keyboard. With a guy that had super strength and super speed it was a lot harder than someone might think. Lois goes up to him and sees that he's concentrating so she pauses to say anything then turns around to walk off then turns back around then turns away then back at Clark.
"What is it Lois?" Clark asks her while he types.
"I figured it out." Lois says to him.
"What's that?" he asks her as he continues to type.
"Pay attention." She says to him, he pulls his hands away from the keyboard and looks up at her. "He's your son."
"What? Who-?"
"Conner." Lois says to him, Clark looks at her a little stunned. "It's perfect, your 32, he's 16 so you must have had him when you were 16 and so was your girlfriend and since you lived in Smallville you couldn't just take care of him, so you gave him up for adoption."
"No, no, no." Clark says to her. "Conner is my brother, he found me last year. We have the same father that's all."
"Are you sure? I'd be ok with it." Lois says to him, Clark looks at her a little confused. "If you had a son I mean."
"Conner's not my son, he's my brother Lois, I swear."
"Ok." Lois says to him. "I'll let you get back to work."
…Happy Harbor High school
"So, as we saw with Othello, it was his crazy jealousy got him in trouble. With Oedipus, it was ambition. Who can name another tragic flaw?" Mr. Finn asks the class as he stands in front of it. Marvin raises his right hand. "Marvin." he says a little surprised that he would raise his hand.
"Kobe Bryant and room service?" Marvin says to him.
The class chuckles.
"All right, all right." Mr. Finn says to the class calming them down. "For your next assignment, I want you to think of yourself as a character in your own life." The whole class groans. "That's right, and I want you to write an essay about your own tragic flaw." he finishes right when the annoying Bell rings. "All right. Well, see you tomorrow."
The class starts to get up and gather their things for their next class.
"Do you think, if I pick bad at calculus, I can hand in blank paper?" Mike asks Conner as he packs up his stuff. Conner faintly smiles. "What are you gonna pick?" he asks him.
"I don't know. Is 'I hate my life' a flaw, technically?" Conner asks him.
"I don't think so, why are you so depressed lately it's a little weird." Mike tells him.
"Sorry." Conner says as he grabs his notebook and puts his pen his back pocket the only things he carries with him.
"Hey, Conner."
"Hi Amy."
Amy smiles at him glad that he knew her name. "I was wondering what you're doing Friday."
"Nothing. I mean, I…I don't know yet. I'm not sure." Conner stammers a little.
"I was thinking, uh, if it's not too late or whatever, just, you know, if you'd like to do something." Amy also stammers a little, as she tries to ask him out.
"Oh, um, um...I... you know, I might have a thing. Like, like, a family thing or something, so-"
"Well, think about it." she says to him as she grabs his notebook and pen from his pocket opening it and writing down her number. "And if you don't have that thing, call me. So, later." She says giving him his stuff back.
"Bye." Conner says to her and walks off, Mike follows.
"Why didn't you say yes?" Mike asks Conner ask they walk down the hallway.
"To what?"
"The date?"
"I'm not in the mood for dating."
"Oh right."
"Wanna hang out, later today?"
"Sure, that'd be fun."

Kon was in his room typing his paper out. He stops and looks at it and sighs.
"The more things change, the more they stay the same. I'm not sure who the first person was who said that. Probably Shakespeare, or maybe Sting. But at the moment, it's the sentence that best explains my tragic flaw: my inability to change. I don't think I'm alone in this. The more I get to know other people, the more I realize it's kind of everyone's flaw. Staying exactly the same for as long as possible, standing perfectly still. It feels better somehow. And if you are suffering, at least the pain is familiar. Because if you took that leap of faith, went outside the box, did something unexpected...who knows what other pain might be waiting out there? Chances are it could be even worse. So you maintain the status quo, choose the road already traveled, and it doesn't seem that bad, not as far as flaws go. You're not a drug addict, you're not killing anyone...except maybe yourself a little.
When we finally do change, I don't think it happens like an earthquake or an explosion, where all of a sudden we're like this different person. I think it's smaller than that. The kind of thing most people wouldn't even notice unless they looked really, really close. Which, thank the Gods, they never do. But you notice it. Inside you, that change feels like a world of difference, and you hope that it is. That this is the person you get to be forever. That you'll never have to change again."
He reads his paper out loud making sure that it made sense.
Kon makes a fist and slams it down on his laptop. "Dammit." He mumbles to himself he broke it…again.
"You know, I paid 1800 dollars for that thing." Kal says as he walks in the room. "Next time, you might want to try hitting your pillow, it would be a whole lot cheaper." Kon looks at him upset. "So what's the official word? Have we satisfied our mandatory cooling off period or are we still fighting?"
"I don't care. You decide. I'm tired to think about anything right now." Kon lies to him, he goes to lay down on his bed next to Wolf.
"Well, how 'bout this? We both realize we were wrong and we were on the way to apologize to each other so now we're all made up and you tell me why you were so pissed off, cause I know it's not just about me anymore."
"You're so intuitive." Kon teases.
"Kon please, I'm trying to be the big brother here, I want to know."
Kon looks at him and sighs. "Nothing is wrong, I'm just in a bad mood. I haven't been sleeping very well."
"That's it?"
"What do you want there to be more?" Kon says a little annoyed.
Kal pulls the chair Kon had just left and pulls it closer to the bed and sits in it. "So let's have some specifics."
"You can put that chair right back where you found it. We're not doing this right now."
"Why not? I think I could help you." Kal says smiling.
"You can't help me."
"Sure I can, have you been having bad dreams again?"
"How did you know that?"
"Because you've been crabby, you haven't gotten a goodnight's sleep."
"Look at the ceiling!" Kon yells out pointing up, Kal looks up seeing several heat dots.
"What I'm I looking at?" Kal asks still looking up.
"You know how some people talk in their sleep?"
"Yeah?" Kal says looking at Kon.
"I apparently heat vision." Kon tell him. "I'm going to heat vision the roof off the cave."
"Kon."
"I keep having bad dreams, about killing you, Bruce, Dick, Zatanna, it's like I have repressed feeling about you guys. Which I don't, I don't I really don't. I love you guys."
"You love us?"
"Don't joke, I hate having bad dreams." Kon says annoyed. "I envy people with insomnia."
"Can you describe it, the dream?"
"I shoot Bruce in the shoulder with an arrow. Dick stabbed me with a blue knife. And you told me that you could catch me when you wanted, and stop me whenever you wanted, which I doubt. Why are you looking at me like that?"
"Huh?"
"You're looking at me surprised and confused and something else…worried?"
"Umm. Ok. Well…Kon um…you're going to be mad about what I'm about to tell you."
Kon looks at him confused. "I'm always a little mad at you Kal, it part of my Cadmus programing. What up?"
"That was sarcasm right?"
"Yeah."
"Just checking." Kal says with a sigh.
"Kal? What was the thing that I was going to be mad about?"
"They're not dreams."

Kon stands up. "Oh my gods, I thought that was a nightmare!"
"No, it wasn't."
"And me killing Bruce?"
"That was real, but it was a poison arrow, he was fine after Diana used her Purple Ray on him."
"And Dick stabbing me?"
"That was real, blue kryptonite knife, Bruce has it somewhere."
"And Zatanna?"
"I'm not sure what happened with that she won't talk about it."
"Oh my gods! Why didn't you tell me?!"
"We didn't want you to feel bad about."
"We? We who?"
"Everyone."

"Everyone knew that I went psychotic?!"
"Kon-" Kal starts standing up looking at him.
"No! You guys lied to me! You've been lying to me for months! I can't believe this!" Kon yells at him and walks out of his room. Kal stands still and looks over at Wolf sitting on the ground, Kon comes back. "This is my room, you leave." He tells him, crossing his arm not looking at him.
"I'm sorry Kon, but I felt completely guilty about lying to, I'm so sorry." Kal says as he walks out of the room.
"I'm still mad." Kon tells him as he shuts the door.
…Happy Harbor High school
"Hey guys." Conner says as he sits down in between Riki and Sam, they both look at him.
Mike takes out his keys from his pockets. "Here." He says giving Conner a key.
"Ah, it's a key." Conner says as he looks at it.
"Aw, are you guys finally coming out of the closet and going steady?" Riki teases.
Mike looks at him slightly glaring. "No." he tells him. "It's for you to come in the house without having to wake my parents up at 5 in the morning." He says to Conner.
"Cool, I'll keep it next to my bike." Conner says taking out his keys and puts it in his ring.
"Whoa, how many keys do you have?" Riki asks looking at it.
"Five, counting my bike."
"Why?"
"My locker, my house, my gym locker, Clark's house, my bike." Conner says as he points them out. "And now Mike's house."
"Um don't you usually sit next to Zatanna?" Sam asks him.
"Zatanna who?" Conner asks as he starts to eat.
"Conner, please stop." Zatanna says to him.
"Are you guys in a fight?" Riki asks them.
"I lied to him about something and now he won't even pay attention to me." Zatanna explains.
"Have you tried apologizing, it works for me." Mike says to her.
"He won't hear it."
"Do you guys want to catch a movie after school?" Conner asks them.
"Conner it's Friday." Zatanna says to him.
"I'm cool with that." Riki says.
"Scary movie." Sam says to them.
"Action." Mike says.
"Conner stop being mad at me!" Zatanna yells at him.
They look at Zatanna then turn to look at Conner who was looking at Mike. "How about we pay for an action movie and then sneak into another one?"
"Oh I don't know about that Conner." Sam says to him.
Conner turns to look at him. "Don't tell me you're scared." He teases.
"Oh Conner, I'm over here." Zatanna says waving her hands in front of him.
"Conner just apologize to her." Mike says to him.
"Apologize to who?" Conner asks him.
"Ok, I'm gone." Zatanna says standing up and walking off.
"Go after her Conner."
"No." Conner says stubbornly. "So where did we land on the whole movie thing." He asks them.

"He's not coming." Megan says to them.
"There are giant plants attacking Metropolis. He'll show." Kid Flash says to her.
"I was in the middle of a movie, what do you want?" Conner says crossing his arms.
"There giant plants attacking, we need your help." Aqualad says to him.
Kon smiles. "Giant plants? Seriously?" he asks raising an eyebrow. Batman turns on the computer screen. "Holy crap, there are giant plants attacking! This is so cool. Are we going out there?"
"No, the League will soon have the situation under control. That's not why I'm here." Batman says to them. "According to your intel Sportsmaster supplied Cadmus Blockbuster formula to Kobra."
"Who combined it with Bane's venom to create Kobra-Venom." Wally says remembering.
"Which the Brain used to create his animal army." Robin says.
"And upgraded Wolf." Conner says patting Wolf on the head.
"So the plants on Kobra-Venom too?" Artemis asks.
"I had Green Lantern run a spot analyzes. The vine cellulous does contain trace amounts of Kobra-Venom variant."
"These cannot be coincidence. Unrelated criminals who are cooperating with one another worldwide." Aqualad says.
"Exactly. It's now clear that our enemies have formed some kind of secret society of Supervillains. The attack on Metropolis is only the beginning. "
"You got that right." Robin says pulling up a small screen in front of him. "Plant creatures have sprouted in Gotham City, Paris, Star City and Taipei."
The screen goes static.
"Dude." Kid Flash says to him they all turn to look at him.
"It's not me, someone is cutting the satellite signal. All satellite signals." Robin says as he types on the holo-keyboard.
Joker taps on the screen. "Ladies and Gentlemen, we interrupt your regular schedule mayhem. To bring you this important announcement, from the Injustice League." He chuckles.
"We are responsible for the attacks on your cities if you wish to save them a ransom of 10 billion American dollars is required. Deliver instructions have sent to the United Nations, there is no time limit but the longer your government sway-"
"The more we get to have our jollies." Joker says and laughs as the camera goes static again.
"Roger that Aquaman the U.N will prepare the ransom as a backup, but it won't come to that." Batman says on his com.
Robin types on his small holo-keyboard.
"Count Vertigo, The Joker, Poison Ivy, Ultra-Humanite, Atomic Skull, Black Adam, Wotan. Seven heavy hitters, probably behind nearly everything and everyone we faced."
"There's your secret society." Kid Flash says.
"Not so secret anymore." Artemis says.
"Maybe they realize there was no point to hiding anymore." Aqualad says.
"That was their mistake, I say we go kick some plant creature butt." Kid Flash says exited.
"The Justice League will handle the plants. I have a different job for this team." Batman says
"Aw man." Kid Flash mumbles, Artemis punches his arm, he rubs it.
"With the plants attacking so many locations simultaneously there must be a central control system. You mission is to destroy it." Batman tells them.
"You realize what you're asking them to do?" Black Canary says to Batman.
"They're ready."
"Ready, ready for what?" Kid Flash asks, Artemis punches him. "Ok Arty this whole punching thing, not doing it for me."
"Hello Wally, if the big guns are fighting plants, who do you think we'll be fighting?"
"I don't know, I guess well-" Kid Flash starts, Artemis points to the screen. "Ohhh."
"Superboy we know we have some explaining to do but could you put your stubbornness aside for this, we need you." Batman tells him
"Yeah, ok, I'm here." Superboy says to him.
"Zatanna think you can locate it for us?"
"Sure, locater spells have become a new specialty. Robin can you put up a holo-map." Zatanna says and Robin types in and pulls up a holo- globe in front of them. "Since the plants are probably controlled by Wotan's sorcery I can search for signs of sorcery concentered activity." She lends down to her boot and pulls out her black and white tip wand from the inside and steps up she takes a breath. "Etacol retnecipe fo yrecros." Zatanna says Locate epicenter of sorcery a red dot appears. "There."
"Coordinates locked Louisiana bayou." Robin says.
"We are on our way." Aqualad says and they run off.
…Louisiana bayou
"Where are Robin and the Martian?!" Count Vertigo yells out.
Poison ivy turns to the dome building behind her. "My baby."
The giant plant antenna blows up, Robin and Miss Martian and on top looking down next to each other.
"Timber." Robin says.
"Children? Children foiled our plan? Inconceivable. Unacceptable! Retributionable!... That last one might not be a word, so sue me!" Joker says as Miss Martian and Robin jump down the building.
"Kill them! Kill them all!" Count Vertigo yells out.
Atomic skull start shooting out yellow laser beams, Miss. Martian flies out of the way, while Robin jumps out. Superboy puts his fists up with Ultra-Humanite in front of him Wolf beside him Black Adam flies behind Superboy then before he could react snaps his neck.
"Superboy!" Aqualad yells out.
"KON!" Kid Flash yells out.
"Conner!" Miss Martian yells out.
"Niatnoc Kcalb Mada!" Zatanna yells out Contain Black Adam putting her hands up and a bubble appears holding Black Adam in place.
Superboy's body disappears.
"Holy crap!" Artemis yells out shocked.
"Did that just happen?" Robin asks.
…Happy Harbor outside the movie theater
Conner walks out of the movie theater with Mike, Riki and Sam, Conner wearing his AD (lighting bolt) HD highway to Hey Look A Squirrel! He was slurping on his icee as he groans holding his head as all of the memories for his astral projection flood in his own.
"Oh I know that face." Sam says pointing at him.
"Brain freeze." Riki nods.
"I told you to go slow." Mike says putting a hand on his back. "You ok?"
"Yeah, I'm fine." Conner says rubbing his temples.
"Ok well since it is Friday and tomorrow is our Torture day I suggest we go home." Sam says to them.
"Agreed."
"Want us to take you home?"
"Nah, nachos, plus coke, plus popcorn, plus icy, I'm gonna go walk some of it off." Conner says to them walking off.
"Ok." Riki shrugs.
"See you tomorrow!" Sam yells out.
"Pick me up at 5:30!" Mike yells out.
"Oh um I'm not sure I'll be able to make it for practice. Tell Coach I'm sorry." Conner tells them and turns to the side of the building.
"What?!" Sam yells out.
"Conner!" Mike yells out.
"Coach is going to kill you." Riki yells out.
Conner quickly teleports out.
…Louisiana bayou
"Superboy!" Everyone yells out.
"OH thank god!" Zatanna yells out breaking her concentration on her spell.
"YOU! You killed me, you'll pay for that!" Superboy yells out angry, Black Adam punches through the bubble. Superboy rushes forward and so does Black Adam.
Superboy punches him right in the jaw and Black Adam punches back, Superboy ducks down and punches him on his stomach sending him flying up, Kon takes off after him and punches him hard he grabs his ankle and tosses him down in the dirty swamp.
"Fall back!" Aqualad yells out. 'Fall back now!' he yells out in the mindlink as the swamp water becomes a wave.
"Ew." Zatanna says she was on her knees next to a tree, swamp water everywhere in her body.
"Gross." Artemis says squeezing her long hair dry.
"AH!" Kid Flash yells out as a snake hisses at him on his shoulder he grabs it and tosses it.
"I've always wanted to carve this bird." Joker says taking out a knife.
Robin turns to see the Joker swinging his knife at him, Robin dodges it jumping back. Superboy teleports behind Joker, Joker turns taking out a new knife with blue and stabs Superboy slashing his stomach. Superboy yells out, then punches him knocking out the clown.
"Superboy." Robin says as he runs up to him as he gets down on his knees. "You ok?" he asks him, Superboy looks up at him, his eyes red. "Oh…you ok?"
Superboy looks down at his stomach and uses his heat vision to stop the bleeding. "Fine."
"I can't believe you just did that, did it hurt?" Robin asks him concerned.
"Not really no." Superboy says to him, looking at him. "Is that bad?"
"Fulmina venite!" Wotan yells out, lightning comes out from the sky and strikes down on them they yell out in pain.
Superboy teleports out and looks down at his chest with a big red mark on it, his T-shirt was ripped for some reason that really pissed him off. "You're dead Houdini!" he yells out and teleports behind Wotan punching him.
"Fulmina venite!" Wotan yells out again, Superboy dodges the lighting coming at him fast and uses his heat vision on him then punches him out.
All of a sudden he gets dizzy and falls down on the swamp, Poison Ivy and Count Vertigo standing next to each other. Poison Ivy controlling the plants squeezing Superboy, he breaks free from the plants uses his tactical telekinesis somehow to control the water and waves his hand the water smacking them both. They all looked shocked, Superboy however was now occupied with Black Adam as they fight, punching, kicking, dodging, and blocking each other.
"Enough child! You alone cannot defeat us!" Wotan yells out at him.
"No?" Superboy asks as he looks around at Count Vertigo, Poison Ivy, Ultra-Humanite, Atomic Skull, Black Adam and Wotan. "How about an army?" he asks, as he makes several astral projections of himself.
"Did you do that?" Aqualad asks Zatanna as they take cover.
"No, did you hear me speak?"
"Did you know he could do that?"
"If I say yes, would you believe me?"
"ow." Kid Flash mumbles as he holds his arm.
"You ok?"
"No, my arm might be broken."
"Here." Artemis says as she grabs a torn part of Count Vertigo's cape.
"Hey, wait that's my souvenir." Kid Flash complains while Artemis puts it in his arm as a sling. "Oh…thanks." He says with a smile.
"Ok, can you tell which one's the real one?" Robin asks as he looks around at all the Superboy's fighting then disappearing after a couple of minutes.
"No." They all say.
"Get down!" Aqualad yells out as Count Vertigo comes flying in knocked out.
"One down, five to go." Artemis says looking over the
"Where's the Joker?" Robin asks alarmed looking around.
Joker was holding a blue knife and aims it perfectly at Superboy's heart, he screams out and all of the other Superboys disappear. Kon pulls out the knife and uses his heat vision to melt the blue kryptonite. Joker jumps forward, Kon turns as he reaches Joker, he grabs his hands squeezing them. Joker screams out in pain. Superboy turns Joker around one time to build up momentum, he throws Joker to a tree knocking him out.
Zatanna do something."
"Me?"
"Yeah, go magic up or something."
"Ok." Zatanna says unsure looking around. "God I hope this works." She mumbles as she looks at Wotan powering up to hit Superboy. "Ekirts natoW nwod." She says putting her hands up Strike Wotan down. Wotan falls down knocked out. "It worked!" she yells out happy.
"Get down!" Aqualad says pushing her out of Atomic Skulls yellow beam.
"Thanks." Zatanna says to him as he gets off her.
"I am so taking a shower after this."
"You should probably do that do Superboy." Kid Flash says to Zatanna, they turn to look at him shocked. "What?"
"Are you insane?" Robin asks him.
"He's on a frenzy, you can't stop a super being on a frenzy." Artemis says to him.
"I can brain blast him." Miss. Martian suggests.
"I can try to absorb his power but last time I got all hyper and almost killed my father." Zatanna says. "Who knows what I'd do with it."
"We need the Justice League." Aqualad says.
"Superboy that's enough!" Superman yells out.
"I need a million dollars." Kid Flash says, they look at him and roll they eyes.
Superboy grabs hold on Black Adam on his shoulders and uses his heat vision burning his eyes. Black Adam punches him, his heat vision goes out of control, hitting some of the leaguers as they as they fly off and jump out of the way.
"What's going on?" Batman asks Aqualad standing in front of the Team.
"Well-" Aqualad starts.
"Black Adam snapped Kon neck then we realized he was an astral projection of Kon then the real Kon showed up and he was mad then his eyes turned all red and now he's trying to kill everyone." Kid Flash tells him.
"Everyone stop! You're making him angrier!" Superman yells out at Aquaman, Green Lantern, and Captain Atom.
"What do you want us to do?" Captain Marvel asks in pain as he rubs his cheek.
"Stop! I've got him."
"Superman I don't think-" Black Canary starts, Superman flies off at super speed. "good idea."
Superboy was fighting Wonder Woman he punches her hard on her jaw almost dislocating it, she punches him in the stomach breaking a rib or two she then sweeps her leg down on him grabbing an arm using her forearm she breaks his arm, Superboy screams loudly, she lets him go. Superboy gets up he puts up his hand without even touching her he sends her flying through the swamp. He gets tackled by Superman.
Superman pins his arms down. "STOP!" he yells at him, Superboy looks at him and uses his heat vision, moves his head out of the way then puts his hand on top of his eyes with a painfully covering them. "STOP RIGHT NOW! You're going to kill us! Kon listen to me! Stop!"
Kon stops using his heat vision, Superman's hand completely red and burned. "I'm trying, Kal, I'm trying." He says teeth clenched. "But the more I try, the more I think, the more angry I get. I'm on fire."
"It's the adrenaline."
"I know! But I'm on fire, my whole body feels like I'm on fire."
"Just breath, don't think just breath." Superman says letting him go.
Kon sits up in the swampy dirty breathing trying not to think, closing his eyes trying to concentrate. "It's not working Kal."
Superman grabs him again hugging him, Kon head on his chest listening to his heart calming him down. Kon's breathing finally calmed down and took a breath looking up at Kal his eyes turning from red to white. "My t-shirt is ruined." He tells him randomly.
"I know." Superman says hugging him, knowing that he was about to feel all the pain.
Kon whips a tear from his eye. "It was my favorite t-shirt."
"It was?"
"It had the word squirrel in it."
"I'm sorry, I'll get you a new one."
"Ok." Kon moans in pain. "My arm hurts and my stomach and my head and jaw and leg and everything." He says painfully.
Superman taps Kon on the head, he passes out.
New York City…S.T.A.R.S Lab
Superman was sitting down, head down on Kon's arm as a solar light on the ceiling as Kon slept on a hospital bed, wires were sticking on to him monitoring him. Kon moans and opens his eyes, Kal opens his eyes and sits up looking at him.
"Your awake." Kal says with a smile. "How's the pain? There's water, are you thirsty?"
"Have you been sleeping on my all night?" Kon asks him sitting up realizing his right arm was in a white cast and lies back down.
"Yeah, I was moving between here and out there just saving a couple of people from being mugged."
"That's good." Kon says as he scrounges his face in slight pain. "Hey Kal."
"Yeah Kon?" he asks worried.
"You're on my arm."
"Oh sorry." Kal says pulling away from him then going over to a table pouring some water on a plastic cup. "Let me get you some water." He says.
Kon moves his left arm around as it had fallen asleep tingly sensation up and down as he moved his fingers plus the random bruises and cuts on his arm.
"Thanks." Kon says as Kal gives him the water, he looks at it. "Is there a straw?" he asks him.
"Here drink up." Kal says putting the cup on his lips, Kon drinks up.
Kon swallows. "Thanks."
