Third Person
Location: Mount Justice
Time Jump: TWO WEEKS
"Where is he," Wally asked, as all the Young Justice converged at the computer.
"He hasn't been sen at any Cadmus locations or Lex Corp," Dick said, typing away at the computer, "Also no one matching his description has been seen anywhere."
"It is possible that the enemy has him in a secure location and is-" Kaldur'Ahm started but was cut out my Artemis.
"I swear, if you keep talking about Conner being some sort of double agent and is dangerous to us, I will shot you," Artemis said, glaring at Kaldur'Ahm.
"It's been two weeks. If Conner were against us, they would surely have attack us by now," M'gann said.
"Well, I think all this is stupid. We know Conner…He isn't a traitor." Wally said.
"Besides, the league should have us looking into the attacks…not trying to capture one of our teammates," Artemis said, crossing her arms and leaning against the wall.
"The league is simply-" Kaldur'Ahm started but was once again cut out my Artemis.
"Simply a bunch of super powered jack-" Artemis started, but stopped herself as the Zeta-beam came online.
"Recognize Superman S01."
Moments later, Superman materialized and looked around the cave before spotting Robin.
"Where is Batman," Superman said, which brought the team up short.
"Doesn't Batman have like a designative town or something," Wally whispered to Artemis.
"He's probably at the Batcave right now," Dick said, "Why didn't to try signaling him there?"
"He hasn't responded to any of my calls the last few days," Superman said, before the Zeta-beam came online again.
"Recognize Batman B01."
Batman materialized and looked at Superman. He said nothing to Superman and turned to Robin.
"We need to talk," Batman said to Dick.
"Okay," Dick asked, standing up.
"Batcave," Batman said, turning back to the Zeta-Beam, but Superman stopped him with a hand on the shoulder.
"We need to talk first," Superman said.
~YOUNG JUSTICE~
Third Person
Location: WatchTower: Conference Room 1
"Where is he," Superman asked, as Batman looked out into the vacuum of space at the Earth.
"Ask the team…They're the one who are out looking for him," Batman answered.
"Bruce," Superman said, "I know you…You know exactly where he is."
"I said I wouldn't get involved," Batman said, and confirming Superman's suspicions, in his mind.
"That clone needs to be locked up," Superman said.
"And you need to understand that Conner is not a threat," Batman said, turning back to Superman, "but with everything you are throwing at that kid, I wouldn't be surprised if he wanted to turn."
"You talk as if that clone was not Cadmus's new failsafe…Don't you remember Ace or how about that clone of Supergirl," Superman said.
"Ace was an innocent child used by Camus, and Galatea was built only as a weapon for them," Batman said, "Conner may favor one but is clearly the other."
They both silently stared at each other., clearly either backing down.
"Clark, I have other things to do than be here watching you make yourself look like more of a paranoid psychopath…I have enough of those in Gotham. I don't need to deal with one here…let alone work with one," Batman said.
"Do you know where he is or not, Batman," Superman said.
"I know that for the first time since Conner arrived, he is being a teenage," Batman said, turning back towards the Earth.
