I could feel my body tingling. The feeling was becoming more and more unpleasant as time went on but there was nothing I could do to stop it. I tried to move, feeling as though once again I was unable to do anything about the situation I was in.

Did all sparklings go through this? I had no idea how they managed because this was getting really old, really fast.

All of a sudden my systems came back online. My optics whirled to life as I rebooted. I didn't realise it was possible for a robot to be in so much pain but once again I was proven wrong.

"Rachet?" A deep voice boomed, making my head ache in discomfort. "I believe she is waking up."

"Nova, can you hear me?" I blearily opened an optic, having to shut it immediately after being assaulted by the high level of brightness. "Nova, the lights have been dimmed if you'd open your optics again."

I complied. Taking a risk and opening both at the same time. Thankfully this time I was able to do so without pain. I coughed, hearing whirring in my neck as I did so. "What happened?"

Rachet smiled sadly. "Another growth spurt I'm afraid. But don't worry I believe that may just be your last."

"Really?" Good news for me, not having to go through this again. It was definitely something I could do without. "How long was I down for?" I attempted to sit up and discovered that I could do so without much pain. It turns out that I was a lot taller than I used to be. I stood up and beamed at Rachet, noticing that I was only a few feet smaller than him.

"You have been resting for the past seven cycles."

A week! Although looking at how tall I was now, I wasn't surprised that it had taken me so long to recover.

"You have visitors." Rachet grumbled as Bumblebee burst through the doors, chirping happily as he registered that I was awake. "Now I have taken the liberty of procuring a new set of armour for you." He scanned me with some equipment and soon enough my new armour was in place.

"Thanks Rachet. I don't know what I'd do without you." He rolled his optics and ushered me out of the medbay. He scanned me one more time before he shut the door.

"I don't want to see you in here for a long time, do you hear me?"

I laughed. "Loud and clear." I mock saluted and noticed Bee was walking beside me.

"How've you been Bee?"

His radio burst into life. "I feel good, na, na, na, na, na, na, na. And I knew that I would now." I chuckled as he started dancing along to the music.

"Good. I'm glad. What are you up to now?"

He shrugged and pointed at me. Seems like wherever I went, he went. Sounds good to me. The longer I looked at him, the more I noticed how good he looked. And not just healthwise. There was something about him today that was dragging me in. My fans turned on and I looked away, feeling embarrassed all of a sudden.

"I'm just gonna head to my quarters, do you want to join me?"

He nodded with a grin and took my hand, leading the way. I felt as though I was in a daze, following him through the maze of the army base until we came across my room. I punched in the code and let him pull me into the room.

"Bee I feel weird." I reached out to touch him, feeling a buzz of electricity flow between us as I made contact. It felt good.

I wanted more.

"Bee." I looked up into his optics and noticed that he was looking at me differently. His lids had lowered and he was breathing quickly. One of his hands reached behind me to wrap around my waist pulling me closer as he kissed me. My systems felt as though they were on fire.

I needed this.

"Hey Nova, Rachet said you were out of medbay I hope you don't mind. Oh." I pulled away from Bee to see Sideswipe standing at the door looking completely shocked, and then it turned to anger. He rushed into the room and pushed Bee away from me.

"Bumblebee." He started furiously. "What do you think you're doing?" He shouted.

Bee started chirping angrily, chirps turning into growls as Sideswipe got closer to him.

"You know what happens to femmes in their last stages." Sideswipe continued, ignoring the growls coming from the usually tame bot. "How could you take advantage!"

Bee bristled at this and stepped forward, throwing a punch that Sideswipe was unable to dodge.

"Guys! Guys! Stop it! What are you doing? Sides, what are you talking about?"

Sideswipe looked as though he was about to hit Bee back but he suddenly stiffened, looking down at me and he gave me the same look that Bee did a minute ago. He stepped closer, leaning down but before he could touch me Bee pushed him out of the way, whirling angrily.

Sideswipe shook his head and pushed Bee away from him, without the anger he had before. "I'm sorry Bumblebee, accept my apologies. I was unaware she was this far along."

"What are you talking about?" I shouted, wanting some answers.

"You're going through a reproduction cycle."
