So, unless otherwise stated, fillers will be from a narrative POV.

Filler 1: Jobs?

Warrior

Obviously, this was right up Luneth's alley. Getting to use swords, axes, and other various sharp objects. Plus, the outfit was awesome! Turning to Arc, he nodded.

"All right, this is the one I'm going with! The Warrior!"

Arc shook his head, unsurprised.

"Now, I just need to know my ability!" Luneth said.

Ingus, who looked like he was trying not to smile, said, "You have the Advance ability. You charge ahead into battle, greatly lowering your defenses, to cause more damage."

Luneth was silent for a second. "That…is…AWESOME!"

Monk

Refia took a shot at this one. Years of working in a forge had strengthened her arms greatly, so it only made sense. Her outfit was one of a black belt, only more baggy.

"So, what do I get to do?" she asked her allies.

"You can cause extra damage using only your bare fists," Ingus said.

"So, basically, I get to punch stuff?" Refia simplified.

"Basically, yes," Ingus said.

"What if there's a monster that can just bite my hand off? Or a slime-like object. My fists won't cause much damage," Refia said.

Ingus chose to remain silent. Probably because even he didn't know the answer.

"Like, seriously, that is a major overlook by the developers. I mean, they created this world, why not create something that makes sense?"

"Refia, quit breaking the fourth wall," Luneth said.

Thief

Arc tried his hand at this one. Though skeptical at first, the others were impressed at how fast Arc could move, while still managing to remain completely silent.

"All right, Arc," Ingus said to the boy who was currently flying from tree to tree with ease. "You get the Steal command. Why don't you try it out?"

"I already did," Arc said, smiling.

"What do you mean?" Ingus asked.

In response, Arc silently pointed at Luneth, who was buck naked. Refia black out the moment she looked.

"Arc," Luneth said, so calm it was scary, "I'm going to murder you in your sleep."

Black Mage

Arc tried this one, as well. The others instantly agreed, mostly because he was the only one of them who knew any black magic spells. There was only one problem…

"Why are you wearing a dress?" Refia asked.

"It's not a dress, they're robes. They help amplify the magical output from the casters body," Arc explained.

Refia looked at him, a black expression on her face.

Luneth simplified. "The dress makes his spells stronger."

Refia nodded, now understanding.

"It's not a dress!" Arc shouted.

White Mage

Refia tried her hand at this one. The others were initially confused, as white mages were kind and pure, while Refia was…Refia. But they were really shocked when she revealed she already knew some white magic. To demonstrate, she stabbed Luneth in the stomach with Whightslayer.

"What the hell was that for!?" Luneth shrieked.

"Oh, calm down, you big baby. Cure!"

And just like that, the wound closed instantly.

"That's impressive," Ingus said, "though I do have one question."

"What's up?" Refia asked.

"If you knew the Cure spell, why didn't you use it up until now?" Ingus pointed out.

Arc and Luneth stared at her.

"Yes, Refia," Luneth said, smiling, "Why didn't you use it up until now?"

"What I can't understand," Arc piped up, "Is how she's using Whightslayer."

Refia looked at all of them in turn. "Well," she said, as calm as Ingus," there's a very good explanation to that…"

Luneth looked at her expectantly.

"And it goes like this," she finished, and promptly ran away.

Red Mage

Ingus was a definite for this one. Red Mages, the specialists of the world, able to use all types of magic, along with weapons. Therefore, it only made sense that Ingus, the specialist of the group, would get the job.

He walked forwards, and the others were amazed. The mix between armor and robes fit him perfectly, looking amazingly regal. Even the stupid looking hat could not ruin the sense that this was not someone you messed with. Ingus, wanting to show off, promptly cast Blizzard, Fire, and Cure in quick succession, having bought the orbs from a merchant. Arc and Refia were amazed at the flawlessness of the spells. Luneth, however, voiced his opinion very openly.

"Lame," was the only world out of his mouth.
